Iggy Azalea is officially on her way to becoming Mrs. Swaggy P-- her NBA star boyfriend Nick Young popped the question ... and she said, "Yes!"

It all went down at Nick Young's 30th birthday party Monday night -- with the L.A. Lakers star getting down on one knee and busting out a fat 10 carat yellow diamond ring.

The two started dating back in 2013 -- for their first date, Nick took her to a Target to go shoppping.

From there, they hit it off quickly -- with Nick once taking her home from a club and bragging, "What I'm about to do with this shouldn't be legal!"

Soooo ... congrats!!!

It's what every little girl dreams of ... a marriage proposal over text message ... complete with crazy Hollywood bribes and a demand that you change your crappy attitude, stat.

And that's exactly what Floyd Mayweather fired off to Shantel Jackson back in April '14 ... according to new court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

Jackson put the proposal on display in new legal papers filed in her nuclear war with her ex-fiancee ... which shows how Floyd tried to convince Shantel into getting engaged for a 2nd time.

"This is what I offer to you. Let's get married move in together you can go back in forth to L.A and stay at the condo."

"I promise I will get you in 3 A list movies this year and I'm willing to go to counseling to make us work and you can get the stuff you want and I'm willing to change but I need you to have a better attitude."

How romantic, right?!

Shantel says she shot down the offer (shocker) ... and included several text messages dating back to April 2013 to show why Mayweather wasn't exactly her knight in shining armor.

Among the highlights ...

-- "I had your phone traced. I hired a detective. Your not slick."
-- "I got nasty videos too that I can put on Instagram and twitter"
-- "I took you from rags to riches now you back to rags bitch. that's why your out selling shit going on petty ass auditions fronting to people like your doing big sh*t."

Shantel also says Floyd got upset over a photo of her with rapper Nelly from April '14 and demanded she remove it from her social media page.

When she refused, Shantel says Floyd sent her a pic of them together in happier days with the caption, "Just tell me this didn't mean anything."

In the legal docs she also claims, "[Floyd] threatened that if I didn't take down the photo of me and Nelly, he would post 'naked photos' of me on social media."

BTW, Shantel and Nelly began dating ... and are still together.

Justin Bieber is either true to his art or flush with cash, because he will not turn into a wedding singer under any circumstances.

Justin was leaving Mastro's in Bev Hills Friday night, when our photog asked about possible wedding gigs. Justin was clear ... no way, no how.

Fact is ... the way the record biz is going, it's a good way to make a fast buck. Jennifer Lopez performed a wedding a few years back for an oil tycoon and pocketed a cool mil. Nick Jonas got $100K for singing 3 songs at a Bat Mitzvah.

Justin will, on the other hand, sing for free when a dude proposes to his girl at a mall.

Kyle Richards made it clear by what she said and what she didn't say ... her sister Kim is in crisis.

We got Kyle out in Bev Hills Wednesday, and she opened up and said she hasn't spoken with Kim since Kim's daughter tied the knot in Mexico over the weekend.

As we reported, Kim was off the rails, pissing off everyone and apparently under the influence of something. Kyle says everything's okay now, but the way she says it makes it painfully obvious ... she's protecting her sister who is way off the wagon again.

As far as we know, Kim is still MIA. She hasn't returned to rehab and the last she was seen was in Cabo.

Jeremy Renner threw on his best t-shirt and sport coat to crash a random couple's wedding in Houston -- and despite his Hollywood A-list status ... he was NOT the center of attention.

The 'Avengers' star was in H-Town for Comicpalooza when he decided to cruise into the reception at the Regency Hotel, where he was staying over the weekend. Our spies tell us Jeremy was in classic crash form ... hitting up the open bar.

But we're told he was actually kind of standoffish with most of the guests ... and even refused to take a pic with the bride and groom! Considering Jeremy's just coming off a brief marriage and bitter divorce battle -- it's possible he just didn't want to give 'em bad juju.

But actually, Renner tells TMZ, he was hiding at the bar to avoid upstaging the newlyweds -- but he adds, "I did enjoy conversations with many of the guests for about 15 minutes and went off to enjoy the sights of Houston for the night."

Kris Jenner is actually being criticized for NOT using the n-word.

Kris congratulated Kim and Kanye on their 1-year anniversary Saturday, reminiscing about the uber-fancy wedding in Florence following a blow-out party in Versailles.

Kris posted, "Kanye treated us to fireworks ... And if you listen closely ... his huge hit song "Great People in Paris ..." She didn't want to use the real title, "(N-word) in Paris."

Some people are railing on Kris, grousing, "Things white people say," and others calling her "ignorant."

You can't win for losing.

Kim Richards was front and center for her daughter's wedding Saturday in Cabo, but it's just a night out before returning to rehab.

Kim's daughter Brooke married Thayer Wiederhorn, the heir to the Fatburger fortune ... yeah, we were surprised too that he was skinny.

The pictures tell a fairly compelling story ... the family seems tight. Kyle Richards -- who has had issues with Kim in the past -- was right there, along with her daughters and hubby Maurcio Umansky. You'll recall, Kyle's daughter Alexia was badly bitten by Kim's pit bull.

Paris was there, along with most of the other Hiltons.

The entertainment was impressive ... Conrad Sewell performed his huge song, "Firestone.'

Kim, who had a sober coach present, did not drink and she's returning to rehab, where she's been since shortly after her drunken night at the Beverly Hills Hotel which led to her arrest and criminal charges.

Forget groomsmen .... A Syracuse couple got what they were after Saturday night when 3 huge wrestlers from the WWE barreled into their wedding reception.

Roman Reigns, R-Truth and Jimmy Uso (none the groom) were at a bar in the hotel when they heard the reception and made their way in. What they didn't know -- the bride, Beth Samuels and her freshly-minted hubby Matt were huge WWE fans.

Beth knew the WWE was having a show in Syracuse so she sent an email to the wrestling org inviting any of the wrestlers who might be looking for something to do.

Turns out the 3 guys didn't have a clue about the email ... they just dropped by and stayed 45 minutes.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are in the clear, because they won't have to return any wedding gifts now that they've just hit their 1-year anniversary!

Everyone we've spoken to says the same thing ... they are as solid as sold can be. It appears both of them are in Calabasas to celebrate, along with North West.

Jermaine Jackson has a laissez-faire attitude when it comes to his niece Paris Jackson, because he's down with her getting hitched at 17 if she's truly in love.

Paris and BF Chet Castellaw were photographed Saturday coming out of a Calabasas coffee shop and she was wearing a ring on her engagement finger. Thing is ... there are no diamonds in the setting, and it would seem the 18-year-old soccer player would show due matrimonial respect.

Yes, Paris and Chet have been posting a bunch of cute coupley pics on social media -- and, YES ... she is sporting a ring where engagement jewelry traditionally goes.

The road to recovery takes time … so Kyle Richards is not ready to give up on elder sister Kim.

TMZ has learned that the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ siblings have been taking steps to repair their relationship since their epic, finger-pointing fight on the season 5 reunion show.

Step 1: Kyle visited Kim when she was in rehab.

Step 2: Kyle RSVP'd “yes” to niece Brooke Brinson’s destination wedding next weekend, and for her part Kim backed down from her original position ... making Kyle persona non grata.

We’re told that Kyle wants desperately to preserve the family, and not going to her niece's wedding would be unthinkable.

Alcohol is on the menu, but they’re not worried about Kim relapsing because her drinking is only a problem when she's alone.

Another milestone for Brian Banks -- the football star who made it to the NFL after proving he was wrongly convicted of rape ... 'cause TMZ Sports has learned he's getting married ... TOMORROW!!!

Brian's story is incredible ... he was a high school football superstar who spent 5 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit. Then, after he proved his accuser made the whole thing up, he battled his way in to the Atlanta Falcons training camp in 2013 and actually played in some pre-season games!

Now, we've learned... the 29-year-old is all set to tie the knot with his fiancee Emmy -- and it's all going down in Vegas. The two have been together for 3 years.

We're told the ceremony will be pretty small -- just close friends and family -- but there will be a few famous faces in the crowd ... including NFL insider Jay Glazer and former UFC fighter Frank Trigg.

And get this ... Banks became close with an officer in the Navy during some of the USO/NFL tours he did recently ... and we're told the officer has a cool gift in store for Brian.

He's going to fly the USA flag over Camp Lemonnier during the moment of Brian's "I Do's" ... and told Brian it's because, "Lives with meaning like yours are worth fighting for. You deserve the best."

Dallas Cowboys stud Orlando Scandrick is back on the market ... 'cause his relationship with "Basketball Wives" star Draya Michele is officially OVER!!!!

Draya broke the news on social media ... saying, "After more than two years together Orlando and I have mutually decided to end our relationship."

"Unfortunately, we both live very hectic lives making it difficult to spend the deserved time together. He is a great father and athlete and I will cherish the memories that we created."

Who could possibly hate on a marriage proposal on live TV? Erin Andrews ... that's who.

EA was on the mic Monday night when "Dancing With the Stars" semifinalist Noah Galloway -- a war hero and double amputee -- proposed to his girlfriend after his performance.

Keep your eye on Erin ... first comes the eye roll, then she appears annoyed as the two embrace. How dare they block her camera shot after such a wonderful and touching moment!

Erin tried to explain the incident by saying she was trying not to cry.

Gilbert Arenas has told the judge ... he DEFINITELY took back the $1 MILLION engagement ring he gave to his estranged wife Laura Govan in 2008 ... but he sure as hell didn't sell it behind her back.

The NBA star just filed new court docs in his legal war with Govan (the mother of his 4 kids) ... admitting they're on terrible terms ever since they broke up in 2014.

In fact, Arenas ADMITS he kicked her ass out of their L.A. mansion following the split ... and says he doesn't think he could EVER live with her again.

As for the ring, which Govan claimed he "forcefully" took from her and sold for cash in previous legal docs -- Arenas says it's only partly true.

In court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Gilbert admits he took the ring and refused to give it back ... but says he NEVER tried to sell it. Instead, he says it's still in his possession.

Gilbert doesn't say much more about the split ... however, he does cop to treating Laura like a queen when they were together.

For example, Arenas says he once threw Laura a lavish and expensive 3 day birthday bash ... and on another occasion, rented a chopper to fly Laura and her mom to Santa Barbara for lunch at a winery.
