It's been a busy week at TMZ ... covering everything from the Golden Globes to a Milli Vanilli divorce, but a few stories really stood out on our TV shows -- "TMZ on TV," "TMZ Live" and "TMZ Sports" -- so, check 'em out yourself!

For starters, we got into the gripping new video of OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney, and her Miami murder case, on "TMZ Live." We aired new footage showing her squabbling with her slain BF, Christian Obumseli, 2 months before she killed him at their Miami condo ... which prosecutors claim she did intentionally.

Lots of folks online viewed Clenney as the aggressor in the wild clip -- but we break down how it could have an impact on a far more important group of people ... the jury.

On a muuuuch lighter note, we also talked Tom Cruise on "TMZ on TV" and his big movie news this week -- the fact he signed a mega deal with WB to produce and star in a bunch of franchise films ... even as he's moving forward on "Top Gun 3."

The catch ... he's doing 'TP3' with Paramount, despite seemingly giving 'em the cold shoulder to sign with WB, and even getting his own office there. Yeah ... interesting.

Lastly, our "TMZ Sports" crew got into the big NFL playoff weekend ... and the aspect of it Swiftees everywhere wanna hear. QB legend Brett Favre was on the show to talk about Taylor Swift's impact on Travis Kelce's opening round game against the Dolphins.

A prankster was arrested in Europe earlier this month for dumping buckets of dog feces onto unsuspecting metro passengers in Belgium -- all for some clicks on YouTube.

Authorities in Belgium have had enough of his crap ... arresting and charging the individual they named as Y.D. with assault and battery, damage to property using violence and property damage on January 3 -- a day after he reportedly confessed to police about this prank in Brussels.

It wasn't just dog feces ... cops say he hurled a mixture of diverse substances such as excrement, oil, beer, water, fallen leaves and paint at innocent bystanders.

Since his arrest, the man's been identified as YaNike on YouTube ... where the prosecutor's office says the incidents can be traced in 7 of his 16 vids.

In his most offending video from November 28, titled "Suprise du chef (6)" -- translated to "Chef's Surprise" -- he dumps a bucket full of the nasty fecal matter onto a horrified train passenger before fleeing.

The victim filed a complaint, according to local outlet Sudinfo ... and a complaint was also filed by the local transportation operator there, STIB, according to Politico.

YaNike only has around 480 subscribers, so he wasn't anywhere near a big name on YouTube ... needless to say, the pressure to do anything for viral fame truly stinks.

Sam Haskell Jr. is officially denying culpability in his triple murder case this week -- and the guy continues to go shirtless before a judge ... this as officials have fears of self-harm.

The murder suspect had an appearance in court Friday in Los Angeles, where he and his lawyers officially entered not guilty pleas to the 3 counts of murder Haskell is facing. Also of note ... the fact he was trotted out in front of everybody with his bare chest exposed again.

Remember, he was rocking the same sorta look when he first appeared in court last month ... something correctional officers relegated him to because of what they said were suicidal thoughts he was expressing.

Now, more than a month later of his being in custody ... he's still shirtless, something his lawyers griped about Friday -- claiming their client has not indicated he intends self-harm upon himself. Despite this, hizzoner denied Sam a shirt ... offering a self-harm vest instead.

Doesn't sound like Sam took the judge up on that ... and now, he's due back in court next month. It's unclear what exactly he's wearing behind bars, but when he's appeared in court ... he's been shirtless both times.

Remember, prosecutors allege Sam killed his wife, Mei, as well as her parents Yanxiang and Gaoshan. TMZ obtained surveillance video that appeared to show Haskell dumping something off at a dumpster shortly before he was arrested.

He remains in custody without bail.

Ava DuVernay's just like the rest of us ... thrilled that Angela Bassett's finally bagged an Oscar at the Governors Awards, but she's also clarifying it's its own thing -- separate from an Academy Award at the big show.

TMZ got the director out in NYC, where she made the distinction between the Governors Awards and the prestigious, world-renowned Academy Awards coming up in 2 months ... where bagging a shiny gold statuette is the pinnacle of every actor's career.

Ava says it was high time for the Academy to honor Angela's body of work. Of course, she's also been nominated for 2 acting Oscars -- Best Actress for 1993's "What's Love Got To Do With It" and Best Supporting Actress for 2022's 'Wakanda Forever' -- but has yet to win one.

With that said, Ava -- who's one of the Academy Governors herself -- was thrilled to witness Angela get this well-deserved recognition ... and made it clear the Governors Award and Academy Awards are separate entities.

She also raves about getting to watch Ms. Bassett do her thing, and was especially inspired by her acceptance speech.

As for Angela ... she was stoked to be highlighted -- urging fellow Black actresses to think of who their ancestors intended them to be ... telling them to remain courageous.

She also paid tribute to the empowered women she's represented in her roles -- real queens like Tina Turner, Rosa Parks and Coretta Scott King ... and, of course, Wakanda's fictional Queen Ramonda.

The viral video of a tall "alien" on a hill in Brazil may have already been debunked ... according to an international basketball star who's claiming to be the subject in the clip.

Italian athlete Felipe Motta, who plays for Brazil's Flamengo club, posted online about the confusing clip after it made the rounds -- but as others thought the lanky being was from a different planet, he says the clip shows him on a hike on the island of Ilha do Mel.

He says he was on a trail and enjoying the sweet view when the video was taken from a low angle, and everyone went crazy over it ... which, believe it or not, isn't new for him.

Felipe claims his 6-foot-5-inch height is something that folks have always poked fun at -- and he showed off all tall guy struggles he deals with on the daily ... but jokingly admits he'll warn people the next time he decides to take a hike.

As we reported, locals claimed they saw at least 2 figures up on the hill ... with the woman who filmed the video saying it's impossible for a human to get up there.

The Brazilian government posted about the viral video, but appeared to play it off as a hoax as a way to get folks to come visit the island ... but Felipe is looking to put the theories about it to rest.

El atleta italiano Felipe Motta, que juega para el club Flamengo de Brasil, habló sobre el confuso clip en un post, y aunque algunos pensaban que el ser larguirucho era de otro planeta, él dice que en realidad era él caminando en la isla de Ilha do Mel.

Dice que estaba en un sendero, disfrutando de la vista, cuando el video fue captado desde abajo y todo el mundo se volvió loco, y lo creas o no, esto no es nuevo para él.

Felipe afirma que su altura de 6 pies y 5 pulgadas siempre ha causado gracia en la gente, incluso burlas, y compartió algunas de las luchas que enfrenta diariamente por eso. Aunque en broma dijo que va a advertirle a las personas cuando decida tomar una caminata.

Como informamos, los lugareños afirmaron que vieron al menos dos figuras en la colina, y la mujer que filmó el video dijo que era imposible que un ser humano llegara hasta allí.

Gary Busey has that dog in him ... as in, he's pissing in public without a care in the world.

The veteran eccentric actor was spotted pulling down his sweatpants and relieving himself Thursday out in Malibu ... urinating on a bush along a wall near a newsstand, and certainly not trying to keep it low-key. Unclear where exactly he's at -- looks like a lot of some sort.

Gary apparently felt a tingle below the belt and had no other choice but to rock a whizz at that instant ... 'cause that's exactly what he did. He even looked around a bit, but there was no shame in his game -- seriously, just look at that impish smile he's got on here.

The pee-pee seen around the world will only add to Gary's many memorable Malibu moments ... the 79-year-old is developing a bit of a reputation of late as a bit of a wild man around those parts.

Remember ... back in September, Gary was accused of a hit-and-run. A woman claimed he hit her car in a Malibu parking lot and she chased him down only for Gary to blow her off and drive away.

Gary didn't face any charges for the car incident ... and it will be interesting to see if there are any consequences for this very public bathroom break. Feels like if no one caught him in the act right then and there, he might be fine in this instance. Still ... yeesh 😬.

More mysterious video of what appears to be super tall human-like beings walking among us ... and this time, folks are claiming there are 10-foot tall "aliens" down in Brazil.

Ya gotta see these videos from Ilha do Mel, an island off the coast of Brazil ... where locals claim they saw at least two tall and mysterious figures standing on a hilltop. It's hard to gauge how far away these clips were shot from -- but whatever's out there sure looks big.

The so-called "aliens" here in the videos seem to be surveying the land below from up on the hill ... moving around, gesturing and seemingly walking through the landscape.

It's pretty crazy ... the woman who took the video says it's pretty much impossible for humans to reach the part of the hill where the "creatures" are ... and she says the beings are way bigger than people. At one point, you start to see them on the move -- walking around!

The sighting comes only days after an incident in Miami ... where conspiracy theorists claim video shows a tall "gray creature" walking through an outdoor mall in the middle of a massive police response.

As we first told you, cops in Miami said that video doesn't show a creature but rather a human shadow ... and the cops were responding to a huge fight.

The Brazilian government is going a different route to brush this incident off ... posting on social media, "Surreaaaaaaal what happened on Ilha do Mel!!! Verão Maior Paraná is another story and even 'strange beings' came to check it out. 😱 And you, will you be left out? 🤔"

In other words, they're trying to play this off as a hoax ... or not what people think it is.

Eye of the beholder, we suppose -- we'll say this though ... these sightings are becoming more frequent. And at some point, someone might get something on camera that's impossible to deny as much ado about nothing. Until then, here are more breadcrumbs for the unknown.

Superemos a "la rata come pizza", hay un nuevo video de roedores de Nueva York corriendo por las calles y esta vez tiene que ver con un indigente.

Échale un vistazo a este video de una estación de metro en la Gran Manzana que se publicó esta semana... se puede ver a un indigente durmiendo bajo una manta mientras decenas de ratas se escabullen debajo de las sábanas.

Comienza con unas pocas ratas huyendo cuando los pasajeros del metro se acercan, luego sigue una estampida masiva que se dirige hacia las vías del tren. No se sabe si fueron atropelladas por un tren como ese tipo la semana pasada en Filadelfia.

El número de ratas que parecen dormir con este vagabundo -acurrucadas bajo la manta, nada menos- es impactante. Estamos hablando de al menos una docena de estos monstruos ratoniles, si no más.

Parece que el nuevo "Paraíso de las Ratas" es Nueva York, y Kathleen Corradi tiene mucho trabajo por delante.

Robert Kraft says both he and Bill Belichick agreed to break up this week ... calling the decision to split a mutual one that was made "amicably."

Kraft just spoke with reporters about the move at a news conference in Foxborough ... saying the decision was "so hard."

"This is a very emotional day for me," the New England owner said.

Kraft told media members he was very grateful for Belichick -- a man who he employed to oversee his team for the past 24 years -- saying matter-of-factly, "he's the greatest coach of all time."

Kraft added that he'd continue to wish Belichick success ... joking that that stance would only change if and when Bill coaches against the Patriots.

Belichick also spoke at the news conference, and he confirmed that through a series of discussions with Kraft this week, they both did indeed mutually agree to separate.

Belichick thanked all of his former players, coaches and Patriots fans for their support the last two-plus decades.

Belichick did not reveal where he'll go next -- but he did say he's "excited for the future."

Neither the coach nor the owner took questions at the presser.

The 71-year-old coach first joined New England in the 2000 season ... and went on to win six Super Bowls for the org. In his Pats tenure, he piled up a 266-121 record.

9:58 AM PT -- NYC Mayor Adams' 'Rat Czar' Kathleen Corradi tells TMZ ... "Mayor Adams declared war on rats when he took office, and under this administration, we are winning that war day by day. Rat sighting complaints are down 7 percent citywide since May and down 20 percent in 2023 in rat mitigation zones, where we are deploying targeted and effective rat reduction strategies."

She adds, "We’re employing a whole-of-government approach which includes the Sanitation Department’s ambitious, paradigm-changing plans to containerize all garbage in New York City and bring free, no-hassle, curbside composting to all 8.3 million New Yorkers by this fall. The Adams administration will continue this fight until we can definitively declare victory"

Move over Pizza Rat -- there's a new video of New York City rodents running the streets ... and this time it all has to do with a fellow subway bedfellow ... of the human variety.

Check out this wild video from a Big Apple subway station that was posted this week ... you can see commuters walk over to a homeless person sleeping under a blanket, and dozens of rats scurry out from under the covers.

It starts with a few rats running away as subway riders approach, then a massive stampede follows ... with the rodents scurrying down onto the train tracks. It all happens in a matter of seconds.

The sheer number of rats seemingly sleeping with this homeless person -- cozying up under the blanket, no less -- is shocking. We're talking about at least a dozen of the mouse-y monsters here, if not more.

Looks like New York City's new "Rat Czar" Kathleen Corradi has her work cut out for her.

We've seen rats dragging pizza slices, fighting over pizza and attacking pigeons over the years in NYC ... and this video is right up there in the NYC Rat Hall of Fame.

One last thing ... the video doesn't show the homeless person under the blanket or who pulls the blanket up, leaving some folks to wonder if this was all staged. It does all play out a little too perfectly, and like we said ... there's a lot you don't see in the viral clip.

Anyway ... talk about a rat pack, huh?

Un editor de Hollywood está recibiendo malas noticias profesionalmente, debido a su reciente detención por poner en peligro a unos niños. A pesar de la especulación que va a seguir trabajando en un gran espectáculo de Amazon Prime... TMZ puede confirmar que está fuera.

Christopher Charkowski —de 39 años— fue detenido en el condado de Los Ángeles la semana pasada por un cargo de delito grave de crueldad intencional a un niño causando posibles lesiones o la muerte, y un video está circulando en línea que supuestamente lo muestra abusando del niño dentro de una casa.

Fuentes policiales nos dicen que este video de vigilancia que ha estado haciendo rondando por las redes sociales, se le ha presentado a las autoridades como parte de su investigación del caso. Los registros judiciales indican que el presunto delito se cometió en junio de 2022.

El caso fue archivado en noviembre, pero Charkowski no fue detenido y fichado por la policía hasta el 4 de enero. Lo que se muestra en este video es inquietante, por decir lo menos, y podría ser una pieza clave de las pruebas a medida que avanza este caso.

En el video se ve a un hombre perdiendo la cabeza y yendo a por lo que parece ser un niño pequeño. Se le ve poner las manos encima del niño, estrangularlo y posiblemente incluso darle algún puñetazo.

No está claro cuál es la relación entre el adulto y el niño, pero los oficiales tienen motivos suficientes para creer que es Charkowski quien aparece en el video.

Por cierto, ha sido puesto en libertad bajo fianza y las fechas para la corte están programadas.

Ahora, en cuanto a quién es Charkowski en el mundo del espectáculo, ha trabajado en post-producción para un montón de grandes programas de televisión. Más recientemente, editó el video de "Jury Duty", que dio de que hablar de la ciudad el año pasado, e incluso fue nominado en los Globos de Oro del pasado fin de semana.
