Larry the Cable Guy is suing a Mississippi gas station for jacking his famous "Git-R-Done" catchphrase and slapping it all over its storefront, highway billboards and even merchandise.

In his lawsuit, Larry says he has the trademark on his famous standup comedy tagline -- and the Giterdone gas station in Diamondhead, MS is trying to capitalize off his shtick.

Larry says the gas station is confusing customers by putting its "Giterdone" on merch. He wants all the profits from that gear, and he wants the rest of their inventory with the phrase to be destroyed.

He's also pissed about Giterdone using "blue-collar, down home, southern-type language" in its advertising. Then again, it is in Mississippi.

The "psychotic homeless man" who allegedly attacked "NCIS" star Pauley Perrette outside her Hollywood home is staring down some serious prison time after getting charged with 2 crimes.

David Merck, 45, was charged with one felony count of making a criminal threat and one count of false imprisonment by violence. Perrette says he punched her in the face last Thursday and threatened her life multiple times.

Merck faces up to 4 years in prison if he's convicted and his bail's been set at $60k.

Scott Disick is fresh out of rehab lockdown, and already lining up business deals ... thanks to his new face fuzz.

We've learned Dollar Beard Club has lined up Scott to be a spokesperson for its line of beard oils, waxes, balms, and combs. We're told the company approached Scott a few days ago after TMZ first posted photos of him out in Malibu.

The terms of the deal are under wraps, but we're told Scott's duties will require him to push the bearded agenda out to his nearly 20 million social media followers.

Lord Disick seems ready-made for one of those awesome ads.

Thomas Beatie says he's been keeping a shocking secret ... not that he's a man who gave birth, but that his ex-wife allegedly had been locking their kid in a cage.

Phoenix cops visited the home of Beatie's ex in late September and contacted child services after their 5-year-old son told an employee at his school when he was bad, his mom would put him in a dirty cage ... this according to the police report.

Cops say Beatie's ex-wife told them she'd never do anything like that and the couple's 2 other kids backed her up.

Thomas says the child who made the claim never backed down ... nevertheless, investigators closed the case for now due to a lack of evidence.

8:15 AM PT -- Police arrested the suspect ... a 45-year-old man named David Merck, and booked him for felony battery. ET got Pauley's sketch of Merck, and a photo one of her friends later took of him.

She could have a future in forensic art.

Pauley Perrette, who plays scientist Abby Sciuto on "NCIS," says a "psychotic homeless man" punched her in the face Thursday night and vowed he would kill her.

Perrette says she was walking from her Hollywood home to a guest house she owned when the guy appeared, repeatedly threatening to end her life.

It's a bizarre story. Perrette says she told the guy, who called himself William, that he had a "beautiful name" but he just unloaded and punched her again.

She says, "I went into shock ... collapsed on the sidewalk." She says cops came, she drew a "police sketch" of the guy, who was "headed towards Hollywood Blvd with murder in his eyes." Perrette says cops arrested him.

Now it gets really weird. Perrette tweeted, "I am shaken and traumatized. My house, my beloved Hollywood. My beloved homeless people that I spend my life protecting ... My life changed tonight."

She ends by writing, "We need to not walk alone. I need to heal. I almost died tonight."

Missy Elliott's new "WTF" video stars some major divas -- the 6 high-priced look-alike puppets with booty-popping action.

TMZ got the WTF (where they from) on the marionettes from Furry Puppet Studio's creative director Zack Buchman ... who says Missy's camp called 3 months ago to order the cast. He wouldn't give up the exact cost, but said it's in the 6-figure range.

Part of the reason they're so expensive -- it took 2 months and a team of 5 to make 'em, with the faces alone taking 2 weeks. Zack says they had to add extra wires and re-engineer the hips for extra twerk-ability.

Don't look for 'em in your stocking this holiday season -- Zack says he's not mass producing, unless Missy and her label sign off.

The puppets come in 1:30 into the video, but the whole thing is dope ... from start to finish.

Gwen Stefani's trying like hell, for some reason, to make it seem like she's not dating Blake Shelton -- even though she clearly is.

Gwen was on San Diego's Channel 933 'Frankie and Geena Morning Show' Tuesday, and they asked if her new album featured any songs about her "new relationship." Surprisingly, Gwen responds by saying, "I never said nothing about being in a new relationship."

She added that her kids are now asking about Blake, and she doesn't sound cool with it.

Thing is ... it was indeed Gwen's team that confirmed they're dating -- and, of course, she and Blake were holding hands at a party in Nashville last week.

Maybe Gwen sees a diff between "dating" and "relationship."

R. Kelly laid down a mind-blowing live performance ... for a dude in a Las Vegas sauna, and the video is freakin' amazing!

R. was kicking it in the sauna at a 24 Hour Fitness in Vegas last weekend. When he first walked in, naturally ... someone asked, "Are you R. Kelly?"

Kelly -- who, oddly, was fully clothed in the sauna -- didn't admit it was him, but instead said he could sing like R. Kelly. Then he just started belting out "Bump N' Grind." Best (non-porn) sauna video ever!!!

Hipster Barbie --- who took Instagram by storm -- died Wednesday after 22 weeks on the social media app.

The account's owner, Darby Cisneros, finally revealed herself and declared she is shutting down the account after becoming an overnight sensation and gaining more than 1.3 million followers.

Cisneros tells us she never intended for it to be a long term project and started it as a simple way to mock hipsters. Ironically, Hipster Barbie went mainstream. Totally not hipster.

She says she got offers from big companies to do promos, but naturally turned them all down. Totally hipster.

Cisneros thinks this is the perfect time to shut it down because HB is still relevant.

Lo and behold the Wheel of Blame ... created by the producers of "Grace and Frankie" who got tired of hearing excuses every time production got postponed and created a literal blame game.

The wheel is hilarious, asking the token question heard on sets, "What's taking so long?" Possible culprits include ... "Camera," "Sound," "Catering" and "The actors," which include Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin and Martin Sheen. "Obama In Town," "Global Warming" and "Donald Trump" are also included in the excuses.

We're told the show's creator, Marta Kauffman, had the art department make it, and even include her name on the board. However, they keenly omitted themselves on the first one, so Kauffman ordered another be made.

Michael Jackson's physician and dear friend Dr. Arnold Klein's body remains on ice at the coroner's office because no family members have come forward to claim it.

It's kinda sad, but sources who were close to Klein tell us his closest relatives are unable to get his body. We're told he has 2 living brothers: one is mentally challenged ... the other is bankrupt and unable to fly to Palm Springs.

Klein also has an aunt who is, as one source put it, "out of it" ... and doesn't understand what's happening around her.

TMZ broke the story ... Dr. Klein died last week after suffering severe abdominal pains. If no family members retrieve the body, the county would have to approve a friend to do it.

Mike Ditka might wanna check for holes in his undies this morning ... 'cause it sounded like he RIPPED A GALE FORCE STINKER right on Cris Carter last night.

Music mogul Jimmy Iovine and ex-wife Vicki got hit up for $50 grand from their son ... or at least an obsessed fan who seems to think he's their son.

According to docs, Devante Nevels flooded Vicki's email, cell phone and social media with annoying messages. One in particular ... "Mom can you call me Im going to jail tomorrow for 15 days, Hopefully I get out Idk."

Nevels also attempted to dip into the Iovine family fortune by asking for $50,000 ... but at least it was a loan. We're sure Nevels -- whose Facebook alias is Jameslong Changelong -- is totally good for it.

Vicki reported Nevels to the LAPD ... which eventually got a search warrant for Nevels' Twitter and Facebook accounts.

Law enforcement sources tell us Nevels was not arrested though, because the messages didn't meet the criminal criteria for harassment. Translation: At this point, he's annoying as hell, but not dangerous.
