Leave it to Lil Wayne's ex, Christina Milian ... she's the first person we've seen find a silver lining to Jason Aldean doing blackface to dress up like Weezy -- or so it seems.

Christina was leaving Sunset Tower on Wednesday night when we asked what she thought about the country star's outrageous costume decision. Her response -- "He's admired by a lot of people."

Yeah, it's weird. Watch the video, because we're pretty sure she's referring to Wayne -- and that would mean it's cool to do blackface as long as you admire the person.

Soooo ... Wayne should be flattered by this?

Adrien Broner is lashing out at Floyd Mayweather -- saying the fact that Floyd ripped him in public this week was some "gay ass s**t."

Yeah, not good.

But in a brand new video to Floyd, Broner immediately tries to do damage control ... saying, "I have no problems with gay men or gay women. I have no problems with the homosexuality out there."

Yeesh.

Here's the backstory -- Mayweather is mad at Broner because AB recently went on TV and said, "F**k The Money Team."

Floyd hit back in an interview with FightHype.com, saying, Broner should be THANKING The Money Team for everything Floyd and his crew have done for Broner over the years.

Mayweather said Broner "has a lot of growing up to do."

Now, Broner says he's trying to settle the beef ... but Floyd won't take his calls -- which is why he made a new video hoping Floyd will watch.

Comedian Ron White is officially in the running ... for President of the United States of America -- and he's already giving Donald Trump a run for his money when it comes to bombastic rhetoric.

Our photog got independent candidate White in NYC Wednesday night, moments after he announced his run for president and things got weird real quick. First, Ron said he doesn't necessarily WANT to be the next Commander in Chief ... then he laid his drug policies.

Basically, marijuana's good ... meth is very bad, and "SHUT UP!!"

Blac Chyna could be in big legal trouble ... her car was involved in a horrific accident early Sunday morning and the driver -- whoever it was -- is now a fugitive from justice.

We've obtained pics of the aftermath of the violent crash. Here's what we've learned. At 1:30 AM, Blac Chyna's white BMW was allegedly speeding down Reseda Blvd. south of Ventura Blvd. in the San Fernando Valley, when it blew a stop sign and slammed into a car that was turning left.

The collision was so violent Blac Chyna's car took out a pole and a fire hydrant. The other car flew across the lanes and we're told all 3 passengers were injured.

Our sources say the 3 passengers saw 2 African-American women in mini skirts get out of the BMW and jump in a car that had been following them, leaving the BMW behind.

Police have opened a hit and run investigation.

As for Blac Chyna ... one source tells us she stayed in Saturday night and was not driving. We're told she often loans her car out to friends, and that's likely what happened Saturday night.

Under California law, if the owner of a car gives someone else permission to drive and the driver gets in an accident, the owner and driver are legally on the hook.

Chyna's lawyer tells TMZ his client was not involved in the accident ... he says she wasn't even at the scene.

Jason Aldean is copping to going out in blackface and dreadlocks for Halloween.

The country star's rep confirms Aldean dressed up as Lil Wayne for his costume, and paraded around with a group of friends. It's unclear where he was at the time, but the group pic first surfaced on Nashville Gab.

So far, Jason's offered no apology -- and his rep made no specific mention about Aldean darkening his face with makeup.

It's worth noting ... Jason is one of the artists on Jay Z's Tidal streaming service.

The Game has grossly overestimated where his giant junk can take him because as far as we know ... being well endowed does not warrant a disabled parking placard.

The rapper pulled his tricked out jeep into a blue spot Tuesday during a bank run in the Valley -- but walked limp-free to and from his whip. A nearby security guard noticed Game's illegal parking job, and snapped a picture ... of the jeep.

Game's other ride ... was far more concealed this time around. But just in case you forgot (we know you didn't) ...

Jared Fogle and his plea deal have triggered outrage by common citizens who are writing to the judge, asking her to lock him up and throw away the key.

Judge Tanya Pratt has been getting letters, some obtained by TMZ, expressing indignation over the 5 to 12 year sentencing range.

One woman complained Jared used his wealth and charity to lure underage kids into having sex with him, making him worse than "a stranger in a panel truck."

Another person complained her son got 10 years for texting a minor and trying to meet up ... a meeting that was never even consummated because of an FBI sting.

The sentiment from people writing in is clear ... if the punishment fits the crime, Jared should get life.

One person is slightly more forgiving, recommending 50 years, writing, "many children who are victims of sexual crimes commit suicide, do drugs or victimize other children."

Pratt will make a decision on Fogle's fate later this month.

The Fresno State football player who posted a threat to carry out a school shooting this week has been cut from the team ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Fresno State coach Tim DeRuyter tells us, "Chris Pryor was a walk-on freshman football player for us. Up until this incident we had no negative dealings with him on or off the field."

"When we were alerted of this yesterday we took the threat seriously. We worked with the Fresno State Police Department to contact Chris. As a result of Chris' actions, he has immediately been dismissed from our football program."

Justin Bieber pulled a dumb and dangerous stunt when he jumped into glacial water in a remote part of Iceland for his "I'll Show You" music vid -- and people there are worried about copycat Beliebers.

Justin shot the frigid scene in the Jökulsárlón glacial lagoon ... and while it doesn't appear too painful in the video, truth is the water could be deadly ... according to Jökulsárlón ferðaþjónusta ehf (common pronunciation) -- a tour company that works those waters.

Folks at the company tell us the water temp ranges between 3 degrees and -3 degrees Celsius -- so, if the temperature doesn't kill you, an iceberg might. We're told several are floating in the lagoon, and frequently flip and break up unexpectedly.

On top of all that ... the closest town for help is an hour away.

The tour company says there are no actual rules against swimming in Jökulsárlón -- it's just stupid, so they don't expect people to do it. At least, they didn't until Justin came along.

Lisa Rinna is apologizing for her husband Harry Hamlin, stepping out with a giant Swastika across his chest ... but her excuse probably won't sit well with anyone who was offended.

Lisa and Harry dressed up as the Sex Pistols' Sid Vicious and his gf Nancy Spungen for the Casamigos Halloween bash, and as you can imagine ... Harry's getup pissed off a lot of people.

Lisa says they were just trying to be authentic ... recreating a classic 1978 pic of Sid and Nancy. She says they didn't mean to offend anybody. However, when we got them out Saturday night, Harry changed his shirt, but was hardly apologetic for the Swastika.

Interestingly, even the 1986 biopic "Sid and Nancy" avoided this kind of PR nightmare -- replacing the Nazi symbol with the Soviet hammer and sickle.

Scarlett Johansson took a ride at Disney World Thursday, and the park took extraordinary steps to keep it under wraps.

Scarlett and hubby Romain Dauriac had a great time on the Tower of Terror ride, along with some common folks. The folks at Disney routinely take pics of the riders, who then view them afterward for purchase.

One of the families on ScarJo's ride were crestfallen when they were told the pics didn't exist. They smelled a rat, or a foul mouse, and complained to management.

The family -- who asked to not be named or shown in the photo -- tells us they got the royal runaround and finally, after speaking with nearly a half dozen employees, someone from the park sent them an email with the photo.

We don't know if Scarlett wanted the pic 86'd or if Disney World took the initiative. One thing we know, Disney doesn't automatically scrap celeb photos. We've seen pics of other stars, like Ice Cube, on the rides.

A man hell-bent on getting something from Donald Trump is now under criminal investigation for a bomb threat.

Law enforcement tells us a guy called the West L.A. law firm of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips last month and demanded to speak with a rep for Trump. Apparently he knew the firm had represented Trump in the past. The receptionist told the man the firm no longer did work for Trump and sent him to voicemail.

Law enforcement says the guy went nuclear, calling back and telling the receptionist he had sent a letter to Trump and he needed to get it back, then threatening, "If I don't get it back, I will blow the place up!"

LAPD cops came and did a full sweep of the building, but found nothing. The LAPD is investigating.

Meat Loaf lashed out at some critical fans, telling them, "You jerks can go f**** yourselves."

Meat was responding to a YouTube video in which he sang "I'd Do Anything For Love" at the Arizona State Fair. Some online trolls claimed the singer's pipes weren't up to par.

The "Bat Out of Hell" rock star was incredulous, saying, "You want me to sound like I'm 26 at 68, you are out of your mind. Does Elton sound like he does on Rocket man. Not a prayer."

He went on: "There is no auto tuned vocal in this show and screw you for saying such things. This show Rocks come see it before you make such stupid comments. Sorry I am singing my ass off!!"

Some of the haters apologized, and Meat not only accepted it, he offered the guy who shot the video upgraded seats for an upcoming performance, so he could shoot better video.

There was a problem. Ice did not solve it ... instead the rapper watched helplessly as his friend was bucked off a horse at a polo practice ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

Ice was shooting for his reality show "The Vanilla Ice Project" and trotted out some horses at the Grand Champions Polo Club in Wellington, Florida so he and his friend Wes Kain could learn how to play.

But while Ice was shooting a selfie video, Kain got the heave-ho from his horse ... and rolled off the back of the animal.

Kendall Jones, the teen who achieved fame for posing with African wildlife she killed, didn't venture too far out of her comfort zone this Halloween ... dressing as Cecil the lion slayer, Walter Palmer.

We're told Jones, a cheerleader at Texas Tech, donned the killer dentist garb for a college party. Her friends dressed as a lion and koala -- the koala might wanna brush up on African wildlife ... koalas are only found in Australia.

Regardless, our source says Kendall liked her getup because she felt it was ironic. You'll recall she took lots of heat last year after photos surfaced of her posing with dead rhinos, elephants and lions.

Ha. Ha. Ha...

11:58 AM PST -- A rep for AB is now revealing the rapper had complications from ongoing hernia issues from his powerlifting days.

Action Bronson underwent emergency surgery in an Alaskan hospital ... hours after he sampled a ton of unique delicacies ... including caribou and whale.

Bronson was in the Great White North to shoot his food web series, "F**K, That's Delicious," when he landed in the hospital. A rep for the NYC rapper wouldn't say why AB needed surgery ... but told us, "he's good" after the operation.

On a possibly related note -- Bronson's been devouring an Alaskan smorgasbord of things like Bowhead whale, Beluga whale blubber, and raw caribou meat.

The episode should be ... interesting?
