Warning to all travelers -- parading around in a Speedo and carrying a 5-foot rubber duckie at 35,000 feet could get you a 3-hour sit down with cops ... which Vine star Jerome Jarre just learned the hard way.

Jarre pulled the prank on a flight to Miami Tuesday ... thinking he'd record a fun video for his 7.5 million followers. It's what Vine stars do. But Jarre says one of the American Airlines flight attendants didn't get the joke ... and called cops to meet him upon landing. We're told Jerome was detained for 3 hours of questioning.

When it was all said and done ... Jarre was released. We're told American Airlines was merely following standard procedure for someone who creates a disturbance. But Jarre has not been banned from AA.

At least he's got a 6-second memory of his stunt.

Sugar Bear was polite but clear ... he's not happy that Mama June allowed a convicted child molester to get his hands on his daughter.

TMZ posted the pic of June on a staircase with Honey Boo Boo and Mark McDaniel -- the man who molested one of her other children. McDaniel has his hands on Honey Boo Boo's back.

Sinead O'Connor says she's got proof AMA producers wanted her to stand alongside Pope Francis during their upcoming show ... and claims anyone saying otherwise is full of crap!

We broke the story ... an American Music Awards source told us Sinead's recent rant against them was ridiculous -- because they never discussed a Pope appearance. But O'Connor says that's BS.

TMZ obtained emails between Sinead's management team and her record label ... clearly referring to a discussion they had with AMA staff about appearing alongside the Pope.

Sinead's manager claims when he asked who producers were trying to snag for the show ... the record label rep said, "Take a deep breath ... Pope Francis. No joke."

It appears Sinead's position is that the AMAs wanted her essentially for a stunt ... to bring her and the Pope together on the stage, given the backdrop of beef the singer had with the Pontiff.

Mama June has not only been lying ... she's been exposing her young daughter to a child molester.

Take a look at this pic -- taken last month. A smiling June sits on a staircase as her 9-year-old daughter, Honey Boo Boo, is touched gently by the hands of a man who forced oral sex on another one of June's children ... who was a year younger than Honey Boo Boo when she was violated.

June lashed out after we posted a pic of Mark McDaniel -- fresh out of prison -- and her in a hotel room, claiming she hadn't seen him since he was released from prison in March.

But then we posted pics of the 2 of them shopping for a house. And then we posted a pic of June buying him a car.

But now ... here is Mark McDaniel, a registered sex offender, making contact with a young girl.

Mama June swears she has not seen Mark McDaniel -- the man who molested her daughter Anna -- since he was sprung from prison last March ... but picture this.

TMZ got photos of June and McDaniel house hunting in Hampton, GA last month. As they stroll through the baronial property they show clear affection appearing to be hand in hand in one photo.

TLC certainly didn't believe her ... the network cancelled the show 24 hours after TMZ posted a pic of the 2 of them recently in a hotel room during a small party.

You knew it would happen ... and last night in Los Angeles we got THAT guy -- you know, the one who dressed up as Adrian Peterson for Halloween and whipped a toy baby with a switch.

It may seem a little over the line ... but you know every costume party this year is gonna have at least one person wearing the purple #28 jersey.

And besides, it's not like he dressed up as Ray Rice!

Oh wait ... someone already did that too.

The 8-year-old girl who was molested by Mama June's new guy is June's own daughter, Anna ... and Anna wanted us to tell everybody.

TMZ broke the story ... June is dating her ex, Mark McDaniel, who was released in March after serving 10 years in prison for forcing a girl to perform oral sex on him. June has been dating McDaniel since his release -- something she denies despite photos and other evidence -- and that's why TLC cancelled "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo."

Sources tell TMZ ... Anna Cardwell -- who is now 20 and married with a child -- believed her mom earlier today that she was not dating the man who molested her. But we're told Anna has now received a lot more info, and is now convinced June betrayed her by seeing McDaniel again.

Anna -- known on the show as Chickadee -- wants it known she's the victim because it makes what her mom is doing all the more egregious. We're told Anna feels her relationship with her mom has been destroyed, and the only way June can see her granddaughter is if McDaniel is nowhere to be seen.

"Sons of Guns" stars Stephanie Hayden and Kris Ford were arrested Friday in Louisiana ... for allegedly hitting a 9-year-old boy with a belt so hard he bruised.

Parish of Livingston officials tell us Kris abused Stephanie's son from another relationship last month ... by striking the kid on his lower buttocks area.

Stephanie was also taken into custody ... because her son told cops she was present in the room. She's not being accused of hitting her kid.

As we previously reported ... Stephanie's dad Will Hayden was taken into custody back in August for allegedly molesting his other daughter -- and since then, he's been charged with another rape.

"Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" star Mama June is now in the crosshairs of children's services and local police ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to law enforcement tell TMZ ... children's services was alerted shortly after we broke the story that June has been secretly dating Mark McDaniel, who got out of prison in March after serving 10 years for forcing oral sex on an 8-year-old relative of June's.

We're also told the local Sheriff's Dept. has been notified.

As we first reported ... TLC cancelled the popular show just one day after learning she was secretly dating the child molester, who is now a registered sex offender.

If you wanna be successful in the NFL ... YA CAN'T GO PARTYING DURING THE SEASON ... so says ex-NFL running back Thomas Jones.

TJ -- who played 12 seasons and once led the AFC in rushing -- was out in L.A. last night when we asked if it's possible for NFL players to turn up on their off days ... and still ball out on Sunday.

"There's no NFL party time. The game is too hard for that. It's too physical and it's too strenuous," Jones says.

Ex-NBA player Jeremy Tyler -- who was just released by the Lakers -- claims his baby mama went berserk and punched their 10-month-old child last week ... and now he's obtained a restraining order against her.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the 23-year-old -- who's expected to sign a deal to play in China -- filed court docs in L.A. asking for protection from Sukey Rowan ... a British national who Tyler's been with for years.

In the docs, Tyler says Rowan got violent during an altercation at his mother's house on October 18th -- when she showed up to the home before she was expected to be there and demanded to see their child.

"I brought [the child] outside and she swung at me and tried to hit me while I was holding our son," Tyler says ... "At one point she missed me and hit our son."

Tyler continues, "My sister tried to get between us, and she kicked my sister, who is nine months pregnant, in the stomach."

Tyler says he's not only concerned for his safety -- but worries that Rowan will take the child to the U.K. and that "I will never see him again."

Despite the allegations, Tyler says "I still love Sukey, but I cannot let my son and I live in danger because of her mental issues and violent temper."

A judge granted a temporary restraining order against Rowan -- which also bars her from leaving the country with their kid.

Val Kilmer clearly doesn't watch "The People's Court" or "Judge Judy" ... because he's about to learn a hard lesson about tenants doing home improvements.

Val was in Van Nuys small claims court Thursday ... battling his landlord over $6,000 that was withheld from his security deposit when he moved out of his Malibu rental.

The landlord claims Val made unauthorized improvements on the beach house. But Val just told the judge the landlord should give him his money back along with a big THANK YOU. The actor claims he materially improved the pad by putting some sort of wallpaper on the wooden cabinets and painted the fireplace.

The landlord doesn't like what Val did at all ... and submitted scores of pics to prove his point.

Fact is, it doesn't matter. According to the testimony ... there's a lease that says a tenant can ONLY modify the rental with the landlord's prior written approval, and apparently that didn't happen.

Bieber was cruising Rodeo Drive in a Rolls-Royce when he caught a glimpse of Jacqueline Younis ... who was in the middle of a photo shoot for Festoun clothing.

Bieber -- practically drooling -- took a pic with her and it looked like they were about to exchange numbers, but his fame got in the way ... too many photogs, too many fans.

Kat Von D went off on local news reporters outside her burned out tattoo shop -- making it clear she doesn't want ANYONE covering the story.

As we previously reported ... Kat's famous High Voltage tattoo parlor caught fire early this morning. It took firefighters several hours to knock down the blaze completely -- and local news has been outside the whole time.

But Kat showed up within the last hour, and went off on the media ... knocking the hat off a female photographer's head, and telling everyone -- including us -- to "have some respect."

Kat was asked if she knew what started the fire. Watch ... her only response is anger.

Mama June is seeing someone new, but there's a big problem ... the guy just got out of prison after serving time for molesting one of June's relatives ... TMZ has learned.

The new guy is 53-year-old Mark McDaniel. He was convicted in 2004 for aggravated child molestation. Prosecutors say he molested an 8-year-old child -- forcing oral sex. June was dating McDaniel at the same time he molested the child.

We will not identify the child but it's someone with whom June has contact.

McDaniel served 10 years and was released this past March. He is now a registered sex offender in the state of Georgia.

We're told Honey Boo Boo's mom has been seeing McDaniel for the last few months ... sneaking away from production of the show and meeting up with him. We're told she's also been setting him up by buying him various gifts.

The photo was taken a few weeks ago in a hotel room where June, McDaniel, and other guests were hanging out.

We contacted TLC, which produces "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo." The official says, "TLC is not currently in production on HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO. We are very concerned about this new information and are reassessing the future of the series."

We reached out to June ... so far no word back.
