Here's R. Kelly's longtime girlfriend, Joycelyn Savage, pouting and looking super sad moments after her arrest for allegedly beating up his now ex-GF, Azriel Clary.

TMZ just obtained Joycelyn's mug shot, taken by Chicago PD, when she turned herself in to be booked for misdemeanor battery. We broke the story ... Joycelyn and Azriel got into an all-out brawl last week at R. Kelly's Trump Tower condo in downtown Chicago.

We also got the full video of the melee ... and you see Joycelyn and Azriel punching and screaming at each other as they went at it in the hallway outside R. Kelly's condo. Joycelyn was in a black sweater and, at one point, Azriel -- in a lighter-colored sweater -- drags Joycelyn by her hair. Kinda explains her hairline in that mug shot.

During the fight, Azriel alleged, on video, Joycelyn had sex with her while she was still a minor. It's still unclear if Clary plans to take legal action against Savage.

The fight video seems to show Azriel doing most of the ass-kicking, but still, Joycelyn was the only one who ended up posing for cops.

Dog the Bounty Hunter had a full plate of family drama to deal with this weekend -- a former cast member from his show got arrested ... all because his own daughter snitched.

The guy's name is Justin Bihag -- AKA Justin Chapman, who's been referred to as Dog's nephew on TV -- and he got paid a visit by cops on Sunday down in Edgewater, CO ... where police say he was in violation of a court order to lay off booze and drugs.

How this exactly came about ... Dog's own flesh and blood Lyssa, his daughter, tipped the local police off to Justin's alleged bad behavior -- this according to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ.

DaBaby hasn't done anything to make amends with the guy he and his crew allegedly jumped and robbed ... according to the guy's lawyers, who've officially put the rapper on notice.

The alleged victim, concert promoter Kenneth Carey, claims he suffered facial injuries and got robbed when he met up with DaBaby in Miami on January 2 to pay him $20k to host a party later in the evening.

Carey threatened to sue, but according to his legal team -- The Lions' Den, Attorneys at Law -- there's a way to avoid that. Carey's lawyers have reached out to DaBaby "in hopes of settling this matter expeditiously."

Tekashi 6ix9ine wants out of prison ASAP to serve the remainder of his sentence at home because the rapper believes he's at serious risk behind bars.

Tekashi's lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, just filed docs, obtained by TMZ, asking the judge to allow him to serve the rest of his 24-month sentence under home confinement or in a community correctional facility.

6ix9ine claims his safety is seriously at risk because he ratted on the Nine Trey Gangster Bloods, and he says the private jail he's currently in is chock-full of Blood gang members.

Translation -- this snitch is worried about getting stitches.

As we reported ... the rapper was sentenced last month to 24 months in his racketeering case. Tekashi's already served about 14 months, and he could be out by August 2020 if the dominoes line up for him.

Yo Gotti is a man of his word, following through with a lawsuit on behalf of nearly 30 Mississippi state prisoners enduring nightmarish, sometimes deadly conditions.

TMZ broke the story, Gotti enlisted Team Roc -- the philanthropic arm of Jay-Z's Roc Nation -- and its high-powered attorney, Alex Spiro, to rep the prisoners after a spike in deadly violence at several MS state prisons.

The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in federal court, says the max-security prison, Parchman, is a powder keg after 3 deaths in the first week of 2020. All 3 inmates were stabbed to death.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, the MS prison system is "chronically understaffed" and also dramatically underfunded ... as in reduced by tens of millions each year. Those numbers -- combined with allegedly deplorable conditions -- have brought the prison to a boiling point.

To make matters worse, Parchman doesn't have enough mattresses for the inmates, cells are covered in black mold and raw sewage is spilling out on the floors ... according to the suit.

The prison allegedly has a serious water problem too, similar to Flint. In the suit, Team Roc claims the drinking water for inmates repeatedly fails to meet federal safety standards.

You might've heard the Duke and Duchess of Sussex filed trademark docs in the UK to use the phrase "Sussex Royal" for possible merch in the future -- including possible online sales on their recently launched site of the same name.

Doesn't look like anyone's fighting 'em for the brand in England, but it ain't gonna be so easy for 'em stateside thanks to a guy named Joel Fogelson ... who's already filed an application to own "Sussex Royal" in America.

Now, frankly, this could get complicated for Joel if he was dead set on keeping it because it's their name, after all. However, he tells us he only filed for it on digital platforms because he saw it was available, and simply couldn't believe it.

Harvey Weinstein has no shot at a fair trial in his NYC criminal case due to a tainted jury pool ... so says his defense team, which is laying blame squarely on the judge.

Weinstein's lead attorney, Donna Rotunno, tells TMZ … the disgraced Hollywood mogul has had such an immense amount of negative press coverage, she doesn't think it will be possible to find impartial jurors.

They're on the 6th day of jury selection right now, but Rotunno says all the potential candidates have likely formed opinions about Weinstein's guilt already ... due to what happened on day one.

As we reported ... Weinstein was hit with new sex crime charges in L.A. last week -- on the same day his NY trial started. His lawyers say because of the timing, the NY judge should have adjourned the case for a "cooling off period" -- a month or so -- to allow the news cycle to die down.

That didn't happen -- the judge immediately shot down their motion to adjourn, saying the L.A. charges were "next to meaningless" to the NY criminal case. As a result, Rotunno says the L.A. case is too fresh on the minds of the NY jury pool.

Gigi Hadid's in an awkward place, getting called as a potential juror on Harvey Weinstein's criminal trial -- and though she probably has solid reason to be excused, it seems she wants to serve.

Gigi showed up Monday morning in the NYC courthouse, and was later seen exiting. She was the model potential juror -- refusing to discuss the case, now in the fifth day of jury selection. More than 100 jurors have reportedly filled out questionnaires about their backgrounds and whether they'd remain impartial in the case.

Gigi was reportedly seated just 20 feet away from Weinstein and, according to the NY Daily News, she told the judge she'd previously met Weinstein but, "I think I'm still able to keep an open mind to the facts."

Dina Lohan has answers to just about everything cops allege she did this weekend during her DWI arrest -- denying she was in the wrong or in the danger zone for booze.

LiLo's mother's attorney, Mark Jay Heller, tells TMZ ... Dina was leaving an Outback Steakhouse Saturday near her East Coast home, and as she was pulling her Mercedes out of the lot when she hit the other car, a Honda.

Heller says Dina didn't see any damage, and claims no one was injured ... so she left, thinking nothing of it. Soon enough, she had the cavalry behind her.

We're told Dina was surprised to see several cops tailing her as she got home -- the implication being, she didn't think she'd done anything wrong. As for that pesky breathalyzer, Heller says she refused it 'cause she was NOT drunk ... and thought they'd lie.

As for the police officer's claim, Dina fell on her face as she got out of the vehicle, Heller says that's BS, and claims the officer actually pushed her to the ground.

Jenelle Evans is having a change of heart when it comes to David Eason ... he no longer has to stay away from her, because she's ditched the restraining order against him.

Jenelle filed docs Friday to dismiss the temporary restraining order, and a judge just signed off on the request ... a rep for the Davidson County Circuit Court tells TMZ.

The former couple was due in court today in Tennessee for a hearing to make the order permanent, but we're told the entire case has been dismissed at Jenelle's request.

As we reported ... Jenelle got a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband back in November, after claiming her ex was off-the-rails violent. She said she feared for her life and her children's well-being.

It's unclear why Jenelle changed course, but under the temporary restraining order, David was prohibited from having contact with her or her kids. Jenelle and David have one child together, 2-year-old Ensley.

We reached out to Jenelle's reps ... no word back, so far.

Lori Harvey can't flee from prosecutors -- she's officially been charged in her hit and run case ... TMZ has learned.

According to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office ... Lori's been charged with one count of resisting/delaying/obstructing a peace officer, and one count of hit and run resulting in property damage. Both are misdemeanors.

Steve Harvey's daughter is expected to be arraigned later this month. TMZ broke the story ... she allegedly smashed into another car and tried to leave the scene. Cops ultimately nabbed her when they found her walking down the street a short distance from the accident.

At one point she FaceTimed her dad while dealing with officers. Witnesses told cops they saw Lori texting and driving before crashing into a Prius.

Dina Lohan may have taken the Outback Steakhouse experience a little too far, because she may have t-boned another car outside the restaurant while driving drunk ... so claim the cops who arrested her.

Cops tell TMZ Lindsay Lohan's mom was driving a 2016 Mercedes Saturday at 7 PM when she struck another car outside the restaurant. She then allegedly fled the scene, but the woman in the other car chased her all the way to Dina's Long Island home.

Trick Daddy had yet another run-in with the law ... this time getting busted for cocaine possession and driving under the influence.

According to the arrest report, cops say they found TD asleep behind the wheel early Saturday morning and asked him where he was going/where he was coming from. The officer says he told them he'd come from a club and had just dropped someone off.

Sure enough, the police say they asked Trick Daddy if he'd had anything to drink that night -- and they say he told them he'd had a few drinks hours ago. Cops say they saw him with bloodshot eyes and using slurred speech, so they conducted field sobriety tests.

The responding officers suspected he was driving under the influence, so they placed him under arrest. The cops say they transported him to a nearby jail, where he allegedly refused to offer a breath sample to determine how much booze might've been in his system.

Ex-"Love and Hip Hop" star Mally Mall is facing a new lawsuit for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman, who claims she went to his home to talk business and ended up in an orgy-like nightmare.

26-year-old fitness and clothing model Quashay Davis says she flew from Dallas to L.A. in January 2019 to meet with Mally about her career in the fitness biz.

She says she went to his house, where he introduced her to an ex-porn star named Jayla Foxx. She claims while laying in bed ... Mally had Jayla go get a mixed drink -- with Hennessey -- which she brought to the bedroom.

Quashay says she drank it, and then got dizzy and blacked out. According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the next thing she remembered was waking up to a masseuse massaging her.

She claims Mally was there too, and slapped her face in an effort to keep her conscious ... and said, "You're my new bitch," and "You're my Jayla number two." Quashay alleges Mally also tried to get her to do cocaine, then forced her to perform oral sex on him -- before roughly penetrating her.

Quashay says she asked Mally to stop, but he put more of his weight on her ... and she "feared for her life and worried that he would crush or choke her to death."

The nasty fight between R. Kelly's girlfriends that led to Joycelyn Savage being charged with battery has had a major effect on Azriel Clary too ... apparently, she's considering working with the feds.

Sources close to Azriel tell TMZ ... she's come to a realization that Kelly played mind games and manipulated her since she moved out of his Trump Tower condo and reconnected with her family.

We're told she now wants to help law enforcement with its investigation into Kelly, but she has a huge hang-up -- she's terrified because she's lied to federal agents several times in the past.

Our sources say she fears she could be in big trouble if she changes her story and tells the feds what has really gone down with her, Joycelyn and Kelly. We're told she also signed an NDA with the singer ... so she's also scared of the legal repercussions of speaking out against him now.

Azriel, we're told, is adamant she's telling the truth about Joycelyn having sex with her when she was still a minor -- which is what she claims started the blowout fight with Savage at Trump Tower.

We broke the story ... cops were called to Kelly's Chicago pad after Azriel and Joycelyn got into a brawl, which was captured on Azriel's Instagram Live video.

Clary made the allegations against Savage in the vid, along with saying R. Kelly's "been lying to you guys" and claiming he had her and Joycelyn lie for him too.

As for the feds ... our law enforcement sources say investigators are reviewing the incident between Kelly's GFs, but for now, there are no plans to get involved.

Jenelle Evans' estranged husband, David Eason, is a wanted man in North Carolina ... and it all stems from an allegedly illegal truck-towing incident in 2018.

The embattled former reality TV star was ordered to appear in court Thursday for the case, but he no-showed, so the judge signed a warrant for his arrest ... according to the New Hanover Criminal Court Clerk.

The case centers around an incident that went down way back in the summer of 2018, in which Eason appeared to illegally tow a man's truck. David kinda shot himself in the foot on this one too -- he shared the video Jenelle took of him towing the truck that he claimed had blocked him in a space.
