Matthew Perry's former assistant is the last one up to be sentenced over the actor's death … and prosecutors are looking to lock him up for years behind bars over his involvement ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ has obtained the government's sentencing memo for the late "Friends" star's live-in assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa … and prosecutors are recommending a 41-month prison sentence -- nearly 3 and a half years -- plus 3 years of supervised release.

They say Kenneth was "acutely aware" that MP struggled with drug addiction ... and allege he helped him obtain drugs, shot him up, and later destroyed evidence following the actor's death.

Ray J's hurling some wild accusations Kris Jenner's way, saying he "wouldn't put it past" her to order a hit on him ... but sources tell TMZ this is a flat-out lie.

On Wednesday's episode of "The Jason Lee Show," Ray J said he's "on alert" that the momager "might try to do something" to him as his countersuit against her and Kim Kardashian heads to arbitration.

Watch the clip ... Jason followed up by asking if Ray J thinks Kris would "drop a bag to have a hit done" .... and the singer said he's not ruling it out. But sources tell TMZ that Ray J's spreading false news, and Kris has zero interest in engaging.

Chris Appleton's officially taking his talents from the glam chair to the lifeguard tower ... 'cause TMZ has learned he's landed a role in the upcoming "Baywatch" reboot.

TMZ obtained photos of the celebrity hairstylist on set Tuesday in Los Angeles and he was hard to miss. Chris was shirtless for multiple takes, showing off his tan and chiseled physique in low-rise jeans and white sneakers while clutching scripts between scenes.

At one point, he was seen huddled with a crew member going over lines, and in another moment, he casually tossed on a jacket between takes while production staff and cameras surrounded him on location.

PK Kemsley's got enough drama with his divorce ... but now he's adding smashing into his neighbors' car to the mix!

Check out this video from Tuesday in Los Angeles -- PK backed his $120K Range Rover out on the street, straight into a Toyota RAV4 owned by his neighbor’s caregiver ... then casually drove off like nothing happened.

The extent of the damage on the RAV4 is unclear, but PK's own ride was left with a pretty noticeable dent. Didn't seem to faze him though ... he was spotted strolling back into his Encino building completely unbothered.

PK tells TMZ ... "I genuinely thought the new Range Rover had automatically braked for me. It wasn't until I got home and noticed the world's tiniest mark on my car that I realized I'd very gently nudged the neighbor's bumper. I went over, apologized, and offered to pay. Entirely my fault. Although in fairness, trying to reverse while subconsciously searching for paparazzi hiding in bushes is probably not recommended by Land Rover."

Brandi Glanville's not pulling her punches ... taking shots at her ex Eddie Cibrian and his new wife LeAnn Rimes -- while also saying she'd go toe to toe with Denise Richards.

We caught up with the reality star and her podcast partner James Maas in Los Angeles Tuesday ... and we asked her about the persistent rumors the pair are joining "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Trump and the First Lady once again pushed for ABC to pull Kimmel from the air for a joke he made about Melania being a widow ... a joke he made days before a suspect opened fire at the White House Correspondents' Dinner. Kimmel clarified his joke was about the couple's age difference.
