Police have released body cam footage of Tennessee running back Jeremy Banks' September arrest ... where the player is heard saying, "Where I'm from, we shoot at cops."

The 19-year-old running back was arrested for an outstanding warrant after he was initially pulled over for an illegal U-turn on Sept. 15 (hours after the Volunteers' win over UT-Chattanooga).

During the arrest, Banks tells officers he plays for the Vols ... and asks them several times to have them call head coach Jeremy Pruitt.

Once on the phone, Pruitt says he was aware of the previous traffic ticket, but didn't know there was a warrant out for Banks' arrest for failing to appear in court.

When in the back of the police car, Banks starts going OFF on the cops, saying, "I don't like the police, bro. Hell nah," and "Y'all police are some p*****s, bro. Real s**t, I don't f**k with y'all."

At one point, Banks says the following to a female intern who's participating in a ride-along -- "You don't wanna be an intern because where I'm from we shoot at cops. I'm from Memphis, Tennessee."

Banks eventually calms down -- even singing and giving compliments to the officer on his way to the detention center.

The running back released a statement on Tuesday, saying, “I want to sincerely apologize to my family, the University of Tennessee and the law enforcement community. I deeply regret my language and attitude in the video."

Emily Zamourka already got Internet famous after an LAPD officer shared a clip of her singing Puccini last week, but her star's still rising, and now Grammy-nominated music producer Joel Diamond is offering her a recording contract.

Joel's drawn up an offer letter for the Russian-born subway singer, with the hope of creating a "huge classical/EDM crossover hit record for the subway soprano." The deal would be for one initial record entitled "Paradise" ... which would be released on Diamond's label, Silver Blue Records.

We're told the producer saw her viral vid like everyone else and wants to help her blow up.

Joel's got experience in that department too -- he got David Hasselhoff to go platinum in Germany, and has produced 12 albums for legendary singer Engelbert Humperdinck.

Mathew Knowles has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Beyonce and Solange's dad is opening up about his personal battle for the first time -- he's planning to discuss it on 'GMA' Wednesday morning. It's unclear how recently Mathew was diagnosed.

While breast cancer in male patients is rare, some of the numbers are alarming ... especially for Mathew.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have separated -- either temporarily or permanently -- but they don't see the need for a child custody agreement, and that follows a long tradition in the Kardashian clan.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us, none of the sisters have ever put pen to paper to set the ground rules for custody. Our sources say Khloe and Tristan don't have a written custody agreement regarding True, and Kourtney and Scott also don't have anything in writing -- mind you, they have 3 kids.

When relationships hit the rocks and kids are involved, it's typical for parents to run to their lawyers and to court with a very specific custody arrangement -- how much physical and legal custody does each parent get, who gets the kid(s) for various holidays, who pays child support, etc. There are no such agreements with Kylie, Khloe and Kourtney.

Bernie Sanders has put his campaign on hold ... this after he underwent emergency heart surgery.

Sanders was at a campaign event on Tuesday in Vegas when he began experiencing chest pains. He was taken either to a doctor's office or a hospital -- although it would seem a hospital is far more likely -- and tests revealed he had a blockage in one of his arteries.

Surgeons inserted 2 stents to clear the blockage. The 78-year-old Senator is resting in the hospital and campaign events over the next few days have been canceled.

Sander's senior adviser, Jeff Weaver, said, "We are canceling his events and appearances until further notice, and we will continue to provide appropriate updates."

Sanders is the oldest of the remaining Democratic candidates ... Joe Biden is 76. BTW ... Donald Trump is 73.

Sanders has been struggling in the polls ... overtaken in a big way by fellow Senator Elizabeth Warren.

Arizona Cardinals owner and billionaire businessman Bill Bidwill died on Wednesday ... the team announced. He was 88 years old.

"Bill Bidwill was a person of faith, family and football ... and throughout his life, the 3 were intertwined," Cards superstar Larry Fitzgerald said in a tribute video.

"In the NFL, Mr. B was consistently at the leading edge when it came to embracing diversity and providing equal opportunities," Fitzgerald added.

Bidwill hired the NFL's first black female executive (Adele Harris) and first head coach/GM combination (Dennis Green and Rod Graves).

50 Cent is allegedly trying to make a movie about Tekashi 6ix9ine and the Nine Trey Bloods -- to which Skinnyfromthe9 says ... stop playin'.

We ran into the NYC rapper Tuesday in his hometown, and when we told him about Fiddy teasing his efforts to put together a Tekashi flick -- centered on all the snitching -- he seemed a little uneasy. But then, he got real ... and kinda craps on the idea of the movie.

Skinny says there are people's lives that are literally being ruined by the trial of 2 Nine Trey Bloods, and points out their families are being affected too. In other words, this isn't a game -- and certainly not something to be taken advantage of for financial gain.

For the record, Fifty's only made a passing comment about a potential Tekashi movie on social media.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are both single again -- the couple is walking away from their relationship ... for now, TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the now exes say they haven't been together publicly since his "Look Mom, I Can Fly" documentary premiered in Santa Monica on Aug. 27. They were there as a family ... with baby Stormi, but since then things have cooled.

Okay, impeaching Trump is hardly what Vegas would call a stone-cold lock, but according to oddsmakers at US-Bookies.com ... it's now more likely than not the President is impeached.

The odds of Trump getting impeached are currently 1/2 -- meaning a $100 bet pays $50 -- and the betting line has moved significantly since the whole Ukraine saga was thrust into the national conversation.

Since the whistleblower came out and Nancy Pelosi started the impeachment inquiry, the betting line shifted from even to 1/2. That kinda shift is due to the fact tons of people started betting Trump WILL get impeached.

Oddsmakers tell us the current betting line is the lowest it's been at any point since Trump was sworn in, and up until recently, the bettors felt confident 45 would get a second term.

It's interesting ... polls are trending toward more Americans favoring impeachment than not ... and clearly a lot of them are willing to risk some of their hard-earned money on it.

Dr. Drew says Aaron Carter's face tattoo immediately reminded him of when Britney Spears shaved her head ... a huge sign Aaron needs hospital treatment, stat.

We got Drew outside Chelsea Studios Tuesday in NYC and he said it's quite possible Aaron's facing serious mental issues similar to what Britney went through in 2007. You'll recall she infamously shaved her head less than 24 hours after leaving a rehab facility.

TMZ broke the story ... Aaron's tattoo artist had to cut off the singer from getting his whole face covered in new ink. The artist, Herchell Carrasco, told us he "genuinely felt he was in a good place mentally to get tattooed." Clearly, Dr. Drew disagrees.

For what it's worth ... Herchell says he only saw Aaron smoke cigarettes and weed, and didn't see him using any other drugs. Nevertheless, Drew says Aaron needs professional help if he's gonna pull through like Britney did -- with help from her dad at the helm of her conservatorship.

The NBA superstar hit up the legendary Gold's Gym in Venice Beach on Tuesday ... where Arnold was ripping off a set of 1-arm preacher curls.

The two were seen chatting it up in the gym while a camera crew captured the entire interaction. Unclear what the guys were filming, but they looked like they were having fun.

Fun Fact: The Gold's Gym in Venice is the ORIGINAL Gold's Gym ... made famous in the 1977 bodybuilding flick, "Pumping Iron," which featured Arnold in all of his shredded glory.

Justin Bieber took a bling cue from the Kardashian clan -- opting to use their private jeweler to gift himself a super-rare watch that's worth a pretty penny.

Sources tell us that the gold watch JB debuted on Instagram Monday -- which he called "a lil wedding gift" for himself -- is actually quite exceptional, in that it's from a rare, vintage luxury line of watches ... with this one retailing somewhere in the 6-figure range.

The watch is an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 5402BA, a line that dates back to the 1970s ... and that isn't really made all that much anymore. Current models of AP Royal Oaks have an average price tag of around $50k ... but we're told JB's was worth at least double that.

Now, it's unclear if Justin ended up paying that amount himself -- but if he wanted to auction off the timepiece ... he could probably get in the ballpark of $100k, and possibly more.

Justin Bieber is siding with Logan Paul in his boxing rematch with KSI next month ... and guess who ain't happy about that???

She captioned her set, "I am an American singer. I was raised Christian and have Jewish ancestors. When I was offered an amazing opportunity to visit the places I’d read about in the Bible growing up, I said yes."

Demi went on to say that she was overcome with a sense of spirituality and a connection to God by visiting the Holy Land -- something she says she's been missing in her life.

As for the baptism, Demi writes that she's never felt "more renewed." She went on to say, "This trip has been so important for my well-being, my heart, and my soul. I’m grateful for the memories made and the opportunity to be able to fill the God-sized hole in my heart. Thank you for having me, Israel."

As you know, Demi has been on a hiatus from music since her near-fatal overdose in L.A. She's gone to rehab to get better, and even celebrated a year of sobriety in July.
