"The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star Jessi Draper just got a small victory in her divorce from Jordan Ngatikaura ... Jordan's request for a temporary restraining order against her was just denied, TMZ has learned.

Page Six was the first to report the TRO -- which Jessi opposed -- was tossed out by a judge.

Jordan filed the request as a part of their ongoing divorce case which began Thursday after 5 years of marriage and 2 children together.

Phaedra Parks has some legal advice for 'Real Housewives of Potomac' star Dr. Wendy Osefo's fraud case ... telling TMZ a plea deal might be her best bet.

We caught up with the Phaedra -- a 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum -- in NYC on Monday, and she said Wendy needs to think of her kids first and foremost.

ICYMI ... Wendy was arrested on suspicion of fraud in October alongside her husband, Eddie. They're facing a combined 16 charges -- including 7 felonies -- and are expected to be tried separately.

"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" star Nicholas Brendon is dead ... but a lawsuit he filed before his death could remain very much alive.

Nicholas was involved in a legal war with a contractor in Ohio when he died Friday ... and according to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, his lawyers in the case want to keep it moving through the courts.

Before Nicholas' death, he sued contractor Stephen Britton for more than $120,000 ... alleging the guy left a bunch of unfinished work on his Ohio home.

Kristin Cavallari & Lauren Conrad Finally Address Famous Feud On 'Laguna Beach' Reunion

Kristin Cavallari and Lauren Conrad are coming clean after all these years.

The "Laguna Beach" stars famously feuded on the hit MTV reality show -- often over the attention of costar and classmate Stephen Colletti ... and they're finally hashing it out.

On Tuesday, the Roku Channel released a trailer for the show's upcoming reunion ... which will be the first-ever time LC and Kristin discuss the drama with cameras rolling!

In one clip of the two of them sitting on the beach, Kristin says ... "We have never had a conversation on camera just the two of us. Are you ready?"

Lauren responds, "No."

For the special -- hosted by actress Casey Wilson -- Lauren, Kristin and Stephen will reunite with Trey Phillips, Talan Torriero, Christina Schuller, Lo Bosworth, Dieter Schmitz, Jessica Smith, Alex Hooser, and Morgan Olsen to get everything out in the open.

The promo shows Kristin recalling some peak points in her feud with LC, saying ... "They said, 'Who do you think is going to be prom queen?' And I said, 'I don't know and I don't care as long as it's not Lauren Conrad.'"

Lauren noted the feeling was mutual, adding ... "We did not like each other."

In the clip, Kristin explains that it took so long to get the gang back together because it was "hard to revisit," but "it just feels like the right time now."

The highly-anticipated reunion will be streaming on the Roku Channel on April 10.

Chip Taylor, beloved uncle to Angelina Jolie and the man who wrote the classic song "Wild Thing," is dead.

Chip died Monday night in hospice care, according to a social media post from Grammy-winning singer Billy Vera. The official cause of death is unclear.

Chip's songwriting catalog is impressive ... he wrote "Wild Thing" for The Troggs in the 1960s, plus "Angel of the Morning" for Merrilee Rush.

'RHONJ' Casting Shake-Up Bravo Cleans Slate With New Cast ... Just a Few Returning!!!

On Tuesday, the network announced the ladies would be "continuing their longstanding presence" on Season 15 of the famed franchise ... but didn't mention any of the other previous housewives.

Instead, Bravo says, "additional new cast members" will be revealed "at a later date." They also broke the news on Instagram, teasing ... "Is BACK better?"

Taylor Frankie Paul’s 2023 arrest didn’t just rattle her, it shook up her whole family ... and newly obtained police body cam video of that night shows the emotional moment officers looped her parents in at the scene.

In the video obtained by TMZ, cops are seen speaking with Taylor’s mom and dad -- who've been featured on Taylor's show "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" -- when they arrive separately at her Utah home ... after police responded to a neighbor's call reporting Taylor and her boyfriend Dakota Mortensen were in a heated exchange.

Officers begin explaining the situation ... making it clear things had escalated enough to potentially warrant an arrest. Taylor’s parents are stunned, trying to process what they’re being told as police lay out the details ... her mother Liann says "she's usually not like that."

Puddle of Mudd's Wes Scantlin No Jail Time in Drugs & Domestic Violence Case

Wes Scantlin -- the lead singer of rock band Puddle of Mudd -- just got some great news in court ... he won't be spending time in the slammer in his domestic battery and drug possession case.

Court docs obtained by TMZ show that in lieu of jail time, Wes was put into a one-year diversion program and has to enroll in and complete a drug rehab program.

Remember ... police arrested Wes last year after cops say he got physical with his girlfriend. According to the cops, they also found drugs on his person during a search.

But now, the judge accepted the plea agreement to put him in the diversion program for the drug possession charge, and dismissed the remaining counts.

The musician is due back in court for a progress report on May 29.

Maryland Murder Suspect Quadruple Amputee Climbs Ladder With Rifle, on Video

Dayton James Webber -- the professional cornhole player accused of murder, who happens to be a quadruple amputee -- climbed into a tree with a rifle strapped to his back in a newly resurfaced clip.

More videos from Webber's YouTube account have begun circulating in the aftermath of his arrest ... with one showing him climbing a ladder toward what looks like an elevated hunting blind.

Check out the clip ... Webber swiftly climbs up to the structure while wearing camouflage and an orange vest -- with his rifle attached to his back. He hooks his elbows around the steps ... yanking himself up one at a time.

Warriors' Moses Moody Out for the Season ... Knee Tendon Tear After Botched Dunk

1:50 PM PT -- As expected, Moses Moody's season is over. The Warriors guard was diagnosed with a torn patellar tendon in his left knee.

The recovery for the injury can take up to 12 months.

Moses Moody's would-be highlight turned into a nightmare after a failed dunk attempt left him with a gruesome non-contact knee injury ... the Warriors guard, in excruciating pain, had to be stretchered off the court.

The unfortunate moment happened during the Warriors-Mavericks game at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas ... when Moses was on a fast break after stealing the ball from Cooper Flagg.

Moses -- averaging 12.1 points per game this season -- was about to go up for a wide-open dunk, but his left knee buckled right as soon as he planted.

'Air Bud' Creator Kevin DiCicco Dead at 63

Kevin DiCicco -- the creator of "Air Bud," who had fallen on hard times in recent years -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Kevin's brother Mark tells TMZ ... Kevin passed away Saturday after spending some time in hospice.

We're told Kevin smoked a lot, and he developed advanced chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. He died in San Diego, California.

Taylor Frankie Paul’s heated run-in with police before her 2023 arrest is coming into clearer focus ... and body cam video shows her clashing with officers on scene.

In the police footage obtained by TMZ, Taylor appears visibly intoxicated as cops respond to the incident at her Utah home ... slurring her words, struggling to keep her balance, and repeatedly snapping back at officers as they try to control the situation.

At several points, she’s seen peppering an officer with questions -- such as asking if she's allowed to drink water, asking about their personal lives, and plainly saying, "What is your job, exactly?"

'RHOA' Newbie Pinky Cole Georgia Home Seized By Creditor ... Pleads for Help in Court

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' newbie Pinky Cole rushed to bankruptcy court after she claims a creditor seized one of her investment homes and changed the locks ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Pinky said she owns a fancy property in Georgia -- a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2,814-square-foot home in the city of Loganville, about an hour east of Atlanta.

As TMZ previously reported, Pinky -- who is the founder of Slutty Vegan and several other businesses -- filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this year.
