There are a couple of new notes in the Nancy Guthrie cold case ... both from the same person offering information on the kidnapper, but for the first time they're revealing an exact location and claiming they saw her in Mexico.
TMZ received the first new note Monday morning -- the same day Savannah Guthrie made her return to "TODAY" -- and it's from the person who has been offering to rat out the kidnappers for nearly two months now. They say their demand for 1 bitcoin to "deliver them on a silver platter" still stands.
Shortly after we talked about the first note on "TMZ Live," the person sent a second letter saying ... "I Saw her alive with them in the state of Sonora Mexico."

Create tells TMZ, "'GIRLFRIEND' blends melodic rap with EDM-inspired production, creating a catchy, high-replay record with a smooth West Coast bounce. Built around a strong hook and confident, flirt-heavy energy, it's designed for repeat listens and wide playlist appeal. Featuring Fenix Flexin, it taps into a familiar L.A. sound while staying fresh and accessible."
Of course, Amanda first rose to fame as a Nickelodeon star on "All That" and "The Amanda Show," before making a successful jump to the big screen in films. After Kanye Westwas named headliner of this year's Wireless Festival in London ... sponsor after sponsor has been pulling out. But it seems Ye doesn't have to worry about losing his top-billed slot.
Melvin Benn -- managing director for Festival Republic, which puts on Wireless -- is standing by Kanye in a statement, multiple outlets report.
He believes people need to move on from the controversial comments Ye's made in recent years, saying ... "Forgiveness and giving people a second chance are becoming a lost virtue in this ever-increasing divisive world."
Melvin noted he wasn't initially pro-Kanye, adding ... "I would ask people to reflect on their instant comments of disgust at the likelihood of him performing (as was mine) and offer some forgiveness and hope to him as I have decided to do."

Speaking on "The Zane Lowe Show," Jonah -- who’s Jewish -- said the whole thing sat with him in a seriously weird way ... mainly because the rapper tried walking back all the hate by casually posting a picture of him from his movie "21 Jump Street."
Jonah made it clear he’s always liked the Kanye he knew -- calling him one of the greatest artists alive -- but the antisemitic stuff Ye was putting out was always brutal, and he wasn't one to kick someone when they obviously seemed to be down.

DJT then said it a second time, adding ... "He was so nasty to Joe Biden. It was terrible. But to me, he likes Trump."
