Ruby Rose is coming up for air after claiming Katy Perry sexually assaulted her ... she just surfaced for the first time since sparking a police investigation.

The "Orange Is the New Black" and "Batwoman" star was spotted in public on Wednesday, dipping into an office building in Beverly Hills.

Photogs peppered Ruby with questions about her allegations as she parked her car and headed inside ... but she didn't really seem to be in the mood to talk about Katy or the alleged incident 16 years ago.

IShowSpeed is getting mobbed with love on his Caribbean tour ... but, one overexcited fan definitely took things way too far by trying to plant a kiss on him ... leaving the streamer totally rattled!

The video's honestly wild -- during Speed's visit to the Dominican Republic, the overeager fan suddenly jumps onto their moving vehicle and boldly leans in -- and judging by the reaction from Speed and his whole crew, you'd think the person had committed an actual crime.

Speed's team moved like the Secret Service -- instantly throwing hands in front of the streamer's face before shoving the fan clean off the ride.

As for Speed? Bro looked absolutely traumatized trying to process the surprise smooch attempt.

Britney Spears' son Jayden Federline is keeping things close to the vest when it comes to his mom's recent rehab stay.

Raja Jackson struck a sweet plea deal in his wrestling ring beatdown of Syko Stu ... with the son of MMA legend Rampage Jackson avoiding a lengthy sentence behind bars.

Jackson, 26, pled "no contest" to one count of battery with serious bodily injury, a felony, according to the L.A. County D.A.'s office, and will be officially sentenced in June.

It is expected that Raja will spend 90 days in a cell before going on probation for two years. He'll also be ordered to pay nearly $82K in restitution.

Kodak Black is back in the clink -- and this time it's for allegedly trafficking drugs.

The rapper was arrested Wednesday in Florida and booked into the Orange County Corrections Department for trafficking "METHYLE.-METH (MDMA)" -- a synthetic drug that acts as a stimulant, according to official records.

Several Disney cruise ship staff members were reportedly arrested in April as part of a larger federal investigation into child sexual abuse material (CSAM) crimes.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents boarded 8 cruise ships in San Diego as part of an ongoing Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSEM) enforcement operation between April 23 and April 27, a CBP spokesperson tells TMZ. One of the cruise ships belongs to Disney, the California Post reported.

After boarding the vessels and interviewing 26 suspected crew members from the Philippines, one from Portugal, and one from Indonesia, officers determined 27 of the 28 people were involved in either the receipt, possession, transportation, distribution, or viewing of CSEM, the CBP spokesperson tells TMZ.

Jeffrey Epstein's former cellmate Nicholas Tartaglione was NOT the one who penned the suicide note allegedly left by the late convicted pedophile in their jail cell ... according to NT's lawyer, despite a slew of online speculation.

The NFL duo booked the vessel in Putnam County, Tennessee back in June 2021 ... according to a source with direct knowledge, who also says the then-Tennessee Titans head coach and the journalist were the only people onboard for their 2-to-3-hour rental.

It's been almost 19 months since Liam Payne's tragic death ... and a British coroner says he still doesn't have the evidence he needs to officially determine the singer's cause of death.

During a pre-inquest hearing Thursday ... Buckinghamshire, UK Senior Coroner Crispin Butler explained he hasn't heard anything from anyone in Argentina since the last hearing ... which was in January 2025.

He told Beaconsfield Coroner's Court ... "We have had no further disclosure of evidence from Argentina via the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office." Beaconsfield is a suburb of London, England.
