Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding prep just got a little sweeter ... an ice cream truck has rolled up outside Madison Square Garden.

With NYC roasting under nearly triple-digit temperatures, the timing couldn't be much better. We can't say exactly who the frozen treats are for ... but we got video of it rolling up to MSG.

It's just the latest clue outside MSG as the countdown to the couple's massive celebration dips below 24 hours, and the activity outside the MSG hasn't slowed down one bit.

We've spent the week watching the clues pile up. Lighting rigs, staging equipment and mystery cargo kicked things off ... followed by towering drapes, gazebos, artificial trees, food deliveries and all kinds of supplies rolling through the Garden's doors.

David Hearn, the former Olympic canoeist who was arrested for reaching into the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool a couple weeks ago, has been indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Hearn was charged with a felony -- destruction of federal property worth $1,000 or more.

The case is being prosecuted by Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia ... she is adamant Hearn defiled the monument when he allegedly ripped a piece of liner out of the Pool.

A bench warrant was also issued ... with no bond.

Jaylen Brown is speaking out on getting shipped to the Philadelphia 76ers ... and he seemingly took a shot at the Boston Celtics in the process.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce aren't exempt from Mayor Zohran Mamdani's 78-degree suggestion ... though they'll have to "Shake It Off" anyway ... because MSG has an unconventional temperature system.

Here's the deal ... a city official tells TMZ the mayor's recommendation of setting the AC at 78 was a suggestion for all five boroughs of New York -- including Manhattan, where MSG sits.

In other words, MSG isn't exempt from the mayor's suggestion made on social media to all New Yorkers this morning ... though, again, it's just a suggestion -- not an edict from above.

Before the kiss, the couple was charged with multiple felonies ... including reckless endangerment and burglary. They appeared in court wearing the same black outfits they had during Wednesday's stunt ... they did not enter a plea and the judge gave them supervised release.

It looks like double trouble for Taylor Frankie Paul ... because her ex, Dakota Mortensen, has hired the same legal team as her ex-husband, Tate Paul, in a renewed court battle over parental custody.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Dakota retained Steven Russell and Chad Shattuck, Tate's long-time lawyers.

Taylor's exes are ramping up their cases against her over custody of her three kids. Previously, Dakota was using Joel Kittrell.

TMZ broke the story ... a judge denied Tate's request for a temporary restraining order -- but he's asking the court to take another look with more submitted exhibits, including alleged incriminating text messages.

Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce's wedding plan may be a secret to their own guests ... but it seems the NYPD may have a timeline ... or at least some private info about the event of the century.

NBC New York captured photos of one of New York's Finest holding a booklet with "Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Wedding" and "Thursday 7/2" scrawled across the front.

There are other words written on the front -- and a photo -- which are hard to make out in the pics snapped by reporters. It's unclear what's in the booklet.

Harvey Weinstein's recovering nicely after suffering heart failure ... according to his longtime representative.

Juda Engelmayer tells TMZ ... Weinstein is "out of the woods for now" and feeling fine. The antibiotics treated his pneumonia, and his heart is doing much better because the doctors are monitoring it with an EKG.

We're told Weinstein is already able to walk around.

It's a huge improvement from his previous condition ... remember, Weinstein suffered heart failure behind bars at Rikers Island weeks ago because of the pneumonia, and he was rushed to Bellevue Hospital.

Frankie Muniz's estranged wife is coming to his rescue after haters apparently bullied him into deleting a video of them dancing together ... footage he posted after their divorce announcement.

The video in question shows Frankie and Paige Price busting some moves together in their living room to the 2007 pop-punk hit "Check Yes, Juliet" by We the Kings. Frankie wrote, "Who says you can't stay friends with your baby mama?"

Well, the lighthearted post didn't sit well with some fans, and the criticism was so cruel the "Malcolm in the Middle" star scrubbed it from his story!

George and Claire revealed last week they scored a wedding invite, with George telling Entertainment Tonight the only thing he knew about his NFL buddy's top-secret wedding was that he was wearing a blue suit.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have have spent millions of dollars to snag MSG and transform it into the perfect wedding venue for their big celebration tomorrow ... but it looks like they also spent millions -- $26 million, to be precise -- on donations to charity.

Looks like the newlyweds aren't just lining the pocketbooks of wedding planners and delivery drivers ... because Taylor's reps announced Thursday she has donated $26 million to at least 20 charities this week ... TMZ can confirm.

Among the 20 charities that received money from Taylor, nine are food banks, one is an animal cruelty organization, seven are educational programs, and three are children's hospitals ... the donations are covering all bases it seems.

Taylor has made large-scale donations in the past ... like when she gave money to local food banks at locations that were part of her Eras Tour, gave money for Florida hurricane relief, Tennessee tornado relief, and Los Angeles wildfire relief -- just to name a few.

The announcement from Tay's camp only mentions the organizations that received money from the singer, and the overall amount donated ... but does not mention the wedding.

Taylor Swift's wedding events in New York City have more security than Fort Knox ... even her Big Apple apartment is being heavily guarded by NYPD ... and it's all on video.

Police are standing watch outside Taylor's place ... and in the footage, you can see there are several officers at the door and across the street.

And this isn't the only example of an upped security presence ahead of Taylor and Travis Kelce's big day ... Madison Square Garden is crawling with cops, National Guard, and military.
