Chief Keef Arrested in South Dakota For Weed and Paraphernalia

Published | Updated

Chief Keef was busted at an airport in South Dakota after forgetting he had drugs on him.

Chief was arrested before getting on a plane in Sioux Falls early Monday morning after authorities discovered the rapper had weed and paraphernalia on him.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ authorities found 4 blunts and an edible in his backpack. The edible's wrapper clearly said it contained 200 mg of THC, which was a dead giveaway. In total, we're told Chief was allegedly in possession of more than an ounce of bud. He was cuffed and booked for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Sources close to Chief tell us he simply forgot he had it on him before boarding his flight. He had a scheduled performance in Sioux Falls the night before. This comes on the heels of Chief being busted for DUI in Miami just a couple months ago.

As of Monday morning, we're told Chief was still in jail and awaiting his arraignment. His camp says their lawyers are all over it, and expect him to be out soon.

Ex-NBA Player Sebastian Telfair Arrested in Brooklyn With Loaded Guns, Ammo & Drugs

Published | Updated

6:45 AM PT -- Telfair was released on $75,000 bond around 12:30am.

Telfair's bail bondsman, Ira Judelson, tells us Telfair lives in Florida and has a license for guns there, but not in New York.

Former NBA player Sebastian Telfair was arrested this weekend with a small arsenal on him that made it seem like he was ready for military combat.

32-year-old Telfair and an 18-year-old man, Jami Thomas, were busted by Brooklyn PD Sunday while in possession of 4 firearms -- 3 pistols and what appears to be a semi-automatic rifle. Cops say he was also carrying a TON of rounds for the guns, as well as marijuana. Cops also found a bullet-proof vest in their Ford pickup truck, which reportedly carried Florida plates.

Officers took a photo of the weapons ... it looks like Telfair and his guy were ramping up for something major with this kind of fire power.

The ex-point guard played on a number of teams between 2004 and 2013 -- from the Portland Trail Blazers, the Boston Celtics, the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Los Angeles Clippers, the Cleveland Cavaliers and finally to the Toronto Raptors. He ended up playing professionally in China after that.

Telfair was arrested in 2007 after a loaded gun was found in his car, and pled guilty to criminal possession of a weapon.

Nick Gordon First Court Appearance After Allegedly Beating Up Girlfriend

Published | Updated

Nick Gordon -- who was held legally responsible for the death of Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown -- made his first court appearance after being arrested Saturday for allegedly beating up his girlfriend.

TMZ broke the story ... cops cuffed Nick and took him to jail, where he was booked for domestic violence and kidnapping. According to the police report, Nick allegedly beat her so badly Friday she had to go to the hospital.

During Sunday's hearing, the judge ordered Nick to wear a GPS monitor and stay clear of the alleged victim. His bond was set at $15k for the kidnapping charge and another $500 was tacked on for domestic violence. Sources close to his camp tell us Nick has not made bail yet, since he doesn't have that kind of cash lying around.

As part of his stay-away order from the judge, Nick was forbidden to return to what he's calling his own house ... where the alleged incident happened. Nick told the judge that's his place and that his GF doesn't live there ... but the judge said that'd be determined later.

Either way ... it doesn't sound like Nick will be home anytime soon.

Morgan Spurlock is applauding Reality Winner for "stepping up" to help Americans get closer to the truth ... even though she's been charged with leaking a classified NSA document.

We got the "Super Size Me" filmmaker at LAX, and he was very candid about Winner's arrest. He stopped short of calling it BS, but said he thinks government whistleblowers are a necessity these days ... especially if it relates to Russia.

As for what happens to Winner going forward -- Morgan will be keeping a close eye, because he'd love to tag-team with an Oscar-winning documentarian to tell her story.

Ghost Ship Fire Landlord Arrested for Fatal Blaze

Published | Updated

Derick Almena, the landlord at the Oakland warehouse that went up in flames, killing 36 people, has been arrested for the fire.

Alameda County prosecutors announced Almena's arrest -- along with Max Harris, who was reportedly a tenant at the art commune known as the Ghost Ship.

Both men are being charged with 36 counts of involuntary manslaughter. The District Attorney says they "knowingly created a fire trap." His bond is set at $1,080,000.

The warehouse burned down in December during an EDM concert. Based on photos and videos, the building was packed with tons of old art pieces, furniture and wooden cargo pallets -- all of which fueled the flames.

Almena had angrily claimed the building was "up to code" during an interview on NBC's 'Today.'

One Love Manchester More Than 50,000 Came ... Only 1 Arrested

Ariana Grande's One Love Manchester concert had nearly 50,000 united in song as they left the show -- all except one guy ... who left in handcuffs.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ out of the massive crowd at the Old Trafford cricket ground, police made just the one arrest. We're told the bloke was busted for drunk and disorderly conduct.

The sole perp was arrested in the middle of audience after he started to get disruptive. Cops hauled him away before anything got out of hand. The fact it didn't -- in such a large crowd -- shows the mood in Manchester was all about compassion.

In this case ... one bad apple did NOT spoil the whole bunch.

CRASH AFTERMATH

3:06 PM PT -- A rep for Derek and Gloria tells TMZ Sports ... "On behalf of Derek Fisher and Gloria Govan, they would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. They are beyond grateful that they are both okay and that no one else was involved. Both Derek and Gloria are home and ask that you respect their privacy."

Derek Fisher was arrested on suspicion of DUI Sunday after crashing his car on the 101 Freeway following a night out at Catch in West Hollywood ... and the wreckage looks gnarly.

Derek's Cadillac flipped over just after 3 AM PT Sunday as he was heading northbound on the Ventura 101 Freeway. His passenger was "Basketball Wives" star Gloria Govan. Neither Derek nor Gloria were injured.

Derek was then arrested and jailed after it was determined he'd been drinking. The car wreck could have been deadly from how badly the car had flipped ... based on video obtained by TMZ Sports.

CHP officials say Derek veered into the paved right shoulder of the 101 just east of the 405 interchange. He collided with the raised concrete curb and guardrail, which flipped his car over once. Luckily, the crash left both Derek and Gloria unscathed.

We got Derek Saturday night leaving Catch at 11:45 PM, but he crashed at 3 AM. He apparently picked up Gloria after dinner, because she wasn't at Catch. He and Gloria have been an open couple since March.

Tiger Woods Struggles with Breathalyzer 'Don't Suck It, Blow Out!'

Published | Updated

Tiger Woods was still so out of it 2 and a half hours after cops pulled him over for DUI ... he stumbled and mumbled his way through breathalyzer testing.

Police released video of Woods back at the station at 4:30 AM Monday. The woman tasked with testing him had to whistle and wave in Woods' face just to get him to open his eyes. Explaining the steps to take the test wasn't easy either.

Multiple times she has to tell him not to suck, but blow into the tube.

As we've reported ... Tiger ultimately blew .000 -- supporting his statement he was not drinking. However, this video -- just like the images of him attempting field sobriety testing -- makes it clear he had no business being behind the wheel. He says he had a bad reaction to combining prescription meds.

The sole light-hearted moment -- Tiger describing his hair color as "mostly brown and fading and ... brown." Even the cop had to laugh.

FIELD SOBRIETY TESTS

The footage was shot early Monday morning from a Jupiter PD dash cam. Cops say Woods was passed out behind the wheel when they approached the car.

He's almost like a zombie in the footage -- swaying, incoherent ... and unable to even tie his own shoes.

At one point during the stop, an officer tells Tiger he smells the "odor" of alcohol on him -- though Woods insists he did not drink. A breathalyzer later showed Tiger's BAC was .000.

Tiger Woods
YOU KNOW WHY WE STOPPED YOU?

The incident took place roughly 8 miles from Tiger's home in Jupiter, FL. An obviously disoriented Woods told cops he believed he was in L.A. ... driving toward Orange County.

Woods insists alcohol was not a factor and blames it on an "unexpected reaction to prescription medications."

Trump Hotel D.C. Guest Arrested After Guns, Ammo Found in Car

8:50 AM PT -- The Secret Service says at no time during Moles' time in D.C. were any of the people they protect at risk. Obviously, that includes President Trump.

8:30 AM PT -- A rep for D.C. Metro PD says the department got word from Pennsylvania State Police about Moles heading to the area and possibly looking to check in to the Trump Hotel. PA cops got the man's name and vehicle description from a tipster, which was quickly communicated to D.C. officials, including the Secret Service.

A Trump International Hotel guest in Washington D.C. was busted early Wednesday morning when cops found 2 guns and 90 rounds of ammo in his car.

According to cops 43-year-old Bryan Moles left a gun in plain view inside his car. A second gun was found in his glove box. The weapons are a Glock and a semi-automatic Carbon 15 Bushmaster.

Police responded to the hotel -- just blocks from the White House -- after getting a tip that Moles had the weapons.

He was charged with 2 counts of carrying a pistol without a license. He reportedly told police he is a military veteran and suffers from PTSD ... and chose to stay at that hotel because he likes President Trump.

Tiger Woods Asleep at Wheel Failed Field Sobriety Test

Published | Updated

Tiger Woods was asleep at the wheel in a stopped car at 2:03 AM -- about 8 miles from his house -- when cops came upon him before his arrest, and he was completely out of it.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Woods was in his 2015 Mercedes asleep at the wheel with the motor running and right blinker flashing. The report says Woods "had extremely slow and slurred speech."

He told cops he was "coming from L.A. California from golfing." He then changed his story and said he didn't know where he was.

According to the report, 4 drugs were listed under medical conditions -- Solarex, Vicodin, Torix and Vioxx. It notes Vioxx was not taken this year. It says Tiger had 4 left knee surgeries and 4 Achilles.

The report says he flunked the field sobriety test badly ... he couldn't do the one-leg stand or the nose touch. The report says when asked if he understood the Romberg alphabet test, he stated, "yes, recite entire national anthem backwards."

According to the report, Woods was arrested and taken to a testing facility. At 4:28 AM, he took a breathalyzer test and blew zeros. It says he was "cooperative as much as possible, very droopy, extremely sleepy, hard to keep eyes open, hard to walk."

Tiger has since said he had an "unexpected reaction to prescribed medications" ... adding, "I didn't realize the mix of medications affected me so strongly."

He's due in court in July.

Gilbert Arenas Rips Tiger's DUI Excuse 'Just Say You Got F'd Up'

Gilbert Arenas isn't buying Tiger Woods' prescription pill DUI excuse -- telling TMZ Sports, "That's the suckiest sh*t about being an athlete, you gotta lie."

The ex-NBA superstar was leaving Catch in West Hollywood (he was a passenger) -- when he told us what Tiger should have said in his statement ... instead of blaming Rx medication.

"Just say you got drunk, you got f**ked up like everyone else in America," Arenas said.

"Mixed medication, really??"

He also doesn't think the DUI charge will stick -- "As long as no one died, he should be fine."

It's interesting ... DJ Quik's song "Nobody" actually features lyrics about Tiger Woods, so it's clear he's a fan.

He has some advice for the "Michael Jordan of f***in' golf" as well ... but it's really for all of us.

Tiger Woods Busted for DUI Blames Rx Meds

Published | Updated

5/30 -- Contrary to what law enforcement sources told us Monday, according to the police report Tiger did not have alcohol in his system and did not refuse a breathalyzer. He also was found stopped on the side of the road and not weaving.

And, according to the police report, Tiger was cooperative.

5:00 PM PT -- Tiger just released a statement ... "I understand the severity of what I did and I take full responsibility for my actions. I want the public to know that alcohol was not involved. What happened was an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications. I didn't realize the mix of medications affected me so strongly."

Woods goes on ... "I would like to apologize with all my heart to my family, friends, and the fans. I expect more from myself, too. I will do everything in my power to ensure this never happens again.

I fully cooperated with law enforcement, and I would like to personally thank the representatives of the Jupiter Police Dept. and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office for their professionalism."

1:00 PM PT -- We've learned Tiger's girlfriend, Kristin Smith, learned about the arrest while shopping at a Neiman Marcus store in Dallas. Someone called her and, according to several eyewitnesses, "she went crazy" and said "I knew it, I knew it." We're told she began crying, then bought $5k worth of merchandise and left.

10:30 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops spotted Woods "driving erratically, all over the road" when they pulled him over. We're told the officer smelled alcohol on Woods' breath and at that point Woods became "arrogant." We're told the officer asked him to blow into a breathalyzer but he refused. In Florida that means automatic arrest and license suspension.

Our sources say Woods' people have been calling the police all morning asking if the cop had a body cam.

9:45 AM PT -- We're told Woods was driving a 2015 Mercedes. Cops called a tow yard to store the vehicle but then cancelled the call. Someone involved tells us a person in Woods' camp retrieved the vehicle.

9:40 AM PT -- Unclear if it's related, but Tiger had back surgery last month. As we reported, cops have not specified whether the DUI was for drugs, alcohol or both.

Tiger Woods has been arrested on DUI charges in Jupiter, Florida.

The golfer was stopped by cops early Monday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was taken in around 3 AM and released from Palm Beach County Jail at 10:50 AM.

You'll recall ... when Tiger and then wife Elin Nordegren got into their blowout fight back in 2009, he hit a tree while allegedly driving under the influence of Ambien. He was not charged with DUI at the time.
