One of the guys who allegedly punched V. Stiviano in the face was arrested in NYC today ... TMZ has confirmed.

According to cops ... the suspect is Dominick Diorio ... a 40-year-old from Long Island -- and he's been charged with third degree assault as a hate crime and harassment.

As we reported ... Stiviano claimed 2 men jumped her Sunday night outside the Gansevoort Hotel in NYC. Her attorney says the men punched her and hurled racial slurs.

ABC first reported today's arrest -- just a few hours after Stiviano was spotted walking around the city.

Dina Lohan was sentenced today on Long Island in her DWI case, but the judge delivered his harshest words to Dina after the fact ... saying she was lucky she didn't kill anyone.

Lohan pled guilty to DWI and speeding ... and was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service and had her license revoked for a year. Once she can drive, she'll have an interlock device installed on her car for another year.

But after Judge Engel handed down the sentence, he had rough words for Dina, saying, "The only person responsible for this ordeal is Miss Lohan. She is just lucky nobody was killed. She may not be as lucky next time"

Upon hearing that, Dina replied, "There will not be a next time."

Ray J insists he has a good explanation for his arrest over the weekend for allegedly grabbing a chick's ass, breaking a squad car window and spitting at a cop ... or at least he says.

Let's go in order ... Ray J says he never played grab ass with some strange girl at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel bar Saturday night ... and cops even concluded any butt-touching was accidental.

Ray J says he feels the story was made up by hotel management to get him out of the bar because he and his friends were too loud. This angered him because he says he's spent tens of thousands of dollars at that hotel in the past year (the Joan Rivers sex tape spoof was filmed there).

As for his transgressions with the cops ... Ray J tells TMZ he never intentionally spit on anyone, but cops to kicking in the cop car's window. He says he became "very claustrophobic" inside the car and needed fresh air STAT.

"The Devils Ride" badass Chris Boultinghouse got throttled by cops after throttling his hog ... and it was all caught on video.

Chris was riding his bike in San Diego when he revved his engine at a red light and burned rubber ... smack in front of a cop. He was showing off for a new reality show that was being filmed.

The officer pulled him over and Chris sang like a canary ... confessing he was riding on a suspended license after getting convicted last year of DUI.

The cop impounded his bike and he got arrested. He spent 5 days behind bars and ended up forfeiting his bike.

Harley har har. Yama ha ha ha.

This is enough to make anyone "hate the f***ing Eagles, man" -- a fan claims a cop arrested her for NO REASON at an Eagles concert ... after smashing her face and breaking her elbow.

Jamie Voelk is accusing Officer Molly Fischer of doing the damage last year in Minneapolis, and she's now filed a lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming Fischer's excessive force put her in the hospital.

Voelk was at the concert minding her own business when an event security guard bumped into her, and then Fischer pounced, immediately escorting her outside ... according to the suit.

In the docs, Voelk claims Fischer slammed her face into a metal storefront curtain, fractured her elbow ... and then placed her under arrest.

Voelk was later booked for "obstruction of the legal process" ... but in her suit she claims the charge is slated for dismissal.

Ray J made contact with a woman's ass at a swanky Bev Hills hotel, and that's why someone called the cops to report a sexual battery ... which led to a violent confrontation and his arrest.

The Beverly Hills PD tells us Ray J was in an altercation Friday night at the Beverly Wilshire hotel bar. He somehow made contact with a woman's butt and that's why cops were called. They determined it was NOT a sexual battery -- the contact was "incidental."

Apparently Ray J was asked to leave and all was ok, until he got to the valet area, where cops say he became belligerent and then refused drive off.

Hotel security made a citizen's arrest and BHPD cops obliged and took Ray into custody.

TMZ broke the story ... Ray kicked out the back window of the police vehicle and spit in an officer's face.

He was booked for trespassing, vandalism, resisting arrest, and battery on a police officer.

Check out the video ... it's Ray J leaving jail and he clearly wasn't fazed by the whole thing.

Ray J was busted by Beverly Hills cops Friday night after a disturbance at a swanky hotel allegedly turned into a violent confrontation with officers ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Beverly Hills PD got a call from someone claiming Ray J was causing a ruckus inside a bar at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel ... and officers were dispatched.

We're told hotel staff asked Ray J to leave, but he refused. TMZ obtained photos of officers on scene questioning Ray and an unidentified woman ... shortly before he was taken into custody -- and we're told he did not go quietly.

Once cuffed in the back seat of a patrol unit ... Ray allegedly kicked out a window of the vehicle.

Right now Ray is getting booked by Bev Hills PD for trespassing, vandalism, resisting arrest, and battery ... according to our sources.

We're told the battery is for allegedly spitting on an officer during the arrest.

Brad Pitt's red carpet attacker just pled no contest to battery and unlawful activity at an event -- and will do 20 days community labor for that crime ... but more importantly, the judge blocked him from getting even a sniff of any future Hollywood events.

Vitalii Sediuk appeared before the judge in L.A. County court to enter his plea -- and in addition to the hard labor ... he was sentenced to 36 months probation, $220 in fines, and ordered to stay 500 yards away from red carpets, movie premieres, and award shows.

Sediuk was already on probation for getting on stage with Adele and Jennifer Lopez at the 2013 Grammys -- so, he's now been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Staples Center and the L.A. Live complex, where the Grammys are held.

The judge instructed the Ukrainian prankster to stay away from Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie -- and the Hollywood and Highland shopping center, where the Brad attack went down.

The guy who got busted for lunging at Brad Pitt last night could soon be persona non grata at ALL Hollywood events ... if the L.A. City Attorney's Office gets its way ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the city attorney will ask a judge for a stay-away order ... barring Vitalii Sediuk from high-profile events involving the entertainment industry -- basically, anything that has a red carpet.

City officials also expect to charge Sediuk with at least trespassing ... and possibly more.

The guy who attacked Brad Pitt on the red carpet last night violated a cardinal rule of fighting -- never hit a guy with glasses ... especially when he's surrounded by a team of security goons.

TMZ broke the story ... Ukrainian troublemaker Vitalii Sediuk lunged at Pitt at the "Maleficent" premiere ... hitting him in the face and breaking the designer sunglasses he was wearing. Sediuk was immediately subdued ... and hauled off to jail.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Brad wasn't hurt in the attack -- just stunned -- but a temporary emergency restraining order is now in place ... ordering Sediuk to stay at least 500 feet way from Pitt for the next 5 days.

We're told the case has been sent to the L.A. City Attorney for possible prosecution.

Brad Pitt was the target of a crazed man who jumped a barrier and made contact with the actor while he walked a red carpet..

Pitt was at the El Capitan theater in Hollywood for the premiere of wife Angelina Jolie's new Disney flick "Maleficent" ... when a man suddenly jumped the fence and ran up to the actor while he was walking down the red carpet.

We're told the man actually made contact with Pitt's face before being nabbed by cops. It's unclear what the man's intentions were.

Law enforcement sources tell us the man was arrested by LAPD and booked for misdemeanor battery.

9:45 PM PT -- The whacked out fan turned out to be the moron Ukranian reporter, Vitalii Sediuk, who also got slapped for trying to kiss Will Smith, was arrested after he crashed the Grammys, and once got a face full of Leonardo DiCaprio's crotch. 

El Paso cops are investigating a breach in jailhouse security ... they want to know how in the world Wiz Khalifa managed to sneak a selfie while he was in lockup.

We broke the story ... Khalifa was busted early Sunday at an airport security checkpoint for trying to carry weed on a plane. He was hauled off to jail ... where he took a selfie and tweeted it out.

Now we're told police brass have launched an investigation because inmates are NOT allowed to take pics in the jail with their phones. Cops want to know if Khalifa was left unsupervised or if one of the jailers was a star f-er and facilitated the pic.

One of the most prolific hackers of the last decade has just been sentenced ... after breaking into computer systems and stealing a bunch of confidential data relating to more than 70,000 "X Factor" contestants.

30-year-old Hector Monsegur -- a member of the famed LulzSec hacker ring -- was sentenced Tuesday to in New York to time served (7 months) plus one year of supervised release. His sentence was reduced after he helped the Feds nail a bunch of his cohorts.

Monsegur pled guilty in 2011 to computer hacking, conspiracy, fraud, and a bunch of other stuff.

The 2011 "X Factor" job was just one of his crimes -- Monsegur was also involved in cyber attacks on Visa, PayPal, Mastercard, and several foreign government computer systems.

Wiz Khalifa was arrested early Sunday morning at an airport in Texas ... after a "green leafy substance" was found during a TSA check.

The "Black and Yellow" rapper was flying from El Paso to Dallas when TSA officials discovered the green stuff ... according to law enforcement sources. Wiz was taken into custody and turned over to local police.

We're told cops concluded the obvious -- the leafy substance was marijuana -- and that's against the law in those parts ... so he was arrested.

Cops say he was in possession of 0.5 grams of weed.

Wiz clearly isn't that concerned ... he tweeted a jail selfie.

You're a security officer at the White House. It's the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. You probably have BBQ on the mind. The only thing that could possibly ruin your day could be if ... oh, we don't know ... some guy strips down naked and puts up a fight.

So it went this afternoon ... when that exact scenario played out in a very public and touristy spot at the White House.

According to the Secret Serivce, the man in question was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries suffered when the security at 1600 Pennsylanvia Ave. had to carefully subdue him.

A rep for the Secret Service said the man gave no reason for why the he decided to strip down naked.

Michael Jace has just been charged with murder after cops say he shot and killed his wife Monday night.

51-year-old Jace -- who starred in "The Shield" -- now faces 50 years to life in state prison if convicted.

As we reported, Jace himself called 911 after the shooting inside his L.A. home, telling police he was the one who pulled the trigger. Jace's wife April was already dead by the time police arrived.

Jace's two young sons were at home at the time of the alleged murder. According to police, the boys are now living with relatives.

Jace is currently being held on $2 million bail. He's scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
