Jermaine Jackson's wife is filing to divorce him and predictably ... she says the trouble started the day she got busted for attacking him.

Halima Rashid filed the divorce petition on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences, and listing November 28, 2015 as the date of separation.

If that date sounds familiar it's because TMZ broke the story ... Halima was arrested for felony corporal injury that day. During a fight on Thanksgiving weekend, Jermaine allegedly spit on her and she allegedly bit him on the leg.

Halima is seeking spousal support. They got married in 2004, but don't have any kids together ... so no child support issues. She was wife #3 for Jermaine.

The line to be Nick Young's rebound chick is already forming ... and first up -- PORN STAR!

Iggy Azalea drives a hard bargain ... she's also now driving a 1962 Impala that Nick Young has given her as a parting gift.

We've learned that Iggy and Nick struck a deal ... he gets the engagement ring back and she gets the car she had given him for Xmas.

Here's the breakdown ... the ring is 10.43 carats, and reportedly valued at half a mil.

As for the whip ... a '62 Impala is a classic ... a cherry one can go for as much as $100k.

It sounds like Nick made off like a bandit, but here's the twist. In California, and most states, an engagement ring is a gift in contemplation of marriage and if the nuptials never happen, the ring -- by law -- goes back to him.

As for the Impala, it was not tied to the marriage -- it was a Christmas gift -- so he did not have to give it back.

Now you know, Nick ... for next time.

Nick Young pulled up at the house he and Iggy Azalea used to share looking pretty down in the mouth, but it's not because he's gotta pack ... turns out he's not going anywhere.

Shortly after he arrived home Tuesday afternoon, Iggy tweeted ... "The home belongs to Nick. I am the one moving."

It now appears most of that stuff out on their driveway might be hers -- or maybe they're just making piles to separate their stuff.

Breaking up is hard to do ... especially the packing part.

Iggy Azalea has gone country ... as in a country song where a scorned woman throws her ex's junk out the second floor window onto the lawn.

Iggy deposited Nick Young's worldly belongings in her driveway Monday ... this after having flatbedded the '62 Impala she gave him as a gift to parts unknown.

She's put him on blast, saying she can't trust him anymore after the whole cheating thing.

Nick needs a new ladder.

Gilbert Arenas is throwing some major salt in Nick Young's wounds -- clowning the guy for getting dumped by Iggy Azalea ... and he ain't pullin' any punches.

We THOUGHT the two were friends -- especially when Gilbert told us he had planned on going to Nick's bachelor party a few months back. But Nick wasn't having it and told him he wasn't invited.

Iggy Azalea was dead serious about getting Nick Young out of her life -- 'cause the classic car she gave him for Xmas was just towed away from her home.

Iggy gave Nick the 1962 Chevy Impala for Christmas back in 2014 -- much MUCH happier times.

Nick loved the car and drove it to Lakers practice to show it off right after he got it.

But that was before things went sour -- and, with Iggy announcing that she dumped him over the weekend, seems she wasted no time getting his ride out of the house.

Iggy Azalea and Nick Young are done ... engagement off ... broken up ... for good.

Iggy took to social media to announce the breakup ... saying, "Unfortunately although I love Nick and have tried and tried to rebuild trust in him - It's become apparent in the last few weeks that I'm unable to."

Of course, Young was secretly recorded on video a few months back by Lakers teammate D'Angelo Russell seemingly admitting to cheating on Azalea.

At the time, Azalea said she was furious ... but decided to give Young one last chance.

FYI -- the two have dated for several years ... and were engaged to be married.

Taylor Swift dumped Calvin Harris in a phone call, which is stunning because she was pissed when Joe Jonas did the exact same thing to her.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ, Swift called Calvin from Nashville at some point after his car crash to pull the plug on their relationship. We're told Swift was vague during the call, only saying she needed some space.

Calvin was thunderstruck because he was under what he thought was a clear impression that Taylor was in it for the long haul to help him recover. He didn't accept the news well ... we're told they haven't spoken since.

And get this ... Taylor put Joe Jonas on blast on Ellen's show back in 2008 ... when she called him out for an over-the-phone breakup.

Johnny Depp's lawyer wanted to take her deposition in the domestic violence case, but ultimately the judge accepted the word of her legal team that she had to go to London for the fitting and would not get back until Thursday night ... the evening of the scheduled court hearing.

We got this pic of Amber in West Hollywood shot Wednesday, and turns out she never went to London. Her people say the trip was cancelled because the producers didn't think she was camera-ready for the role ... because of her weight.

Amber's team says they were never given proper notice, but Johnny's team says that's BS ... Amber's lawyers represented she was not in town, and she was.

Calvin Harris suspected something was up with Taylor Swift weeks before their breakup ... and his suspicions were confirmed Wednesday when pics surfaced of Taylor making out with Tom Hiddleston ... this according to sources connected to the former couple.

Our sources say Taylor and Calvin were in a "committed relationship," but he suspected something was up in early May ... a month before their breakup.

As we reported, at the time of the breakup Calvin posted there was still "a huge amount of love and respect." Hours after the photos surfaced Wednesday, Calvin deleted the tweet.

We're told, "He's pissed and feels betrayed by her."

Taylor and Tom were out May 2, dancing at the Met Gala ... Calvin and Taylor announced their breakup June 2.

Calvin was mum Thursday. As for Taylor and Tom ... another song in the making.

Amber Heard claims money is NOT the driving force behind her bid to get a restraining order against Johnny Depp, but sources connected with Johnny say she's full of it, pointing to a letter her own lawyer filed with the court ... Amber, however, says the letter isn't a money grab.

Amber's lawyer sent a letter to Jake Bloom, Johnny's entertainment lawyer, on May 24, 2016 ... just 3 days after the alleged iPhone attack, and 3 days before Amber made her explosive domestic violence claims.

In the letter Amber's lawyer tells Bloom, "Amber wishes to work quickly towards a private and amicable resolution of all matters, but she will need Johnny's immediate cooperation to do so." Amber's attorney also claims she wants to "work out solutions outside of the public eye."

Amber's lawyer then make a series of financial demands ... temporary spousal support, use of their Range Rover, possession of their downtown L.A. penthouse, $100,000 for her lawyer's fees and another $25,000 for business people.

Sources connected to Johnny note Amber never asked Johnny to voluntarily agree to stay away from her -- they say it's all about money ... either pay up, or we'll go to court, ask for a restraining order, and drag Johnny through the mud with all the allegations.

Johnny didn't pay and Amber filed the explosive documents on May 27th.

Sources connected with Amber tell TMZ, the letter asks for the standard fare in divorce cases and it's merely to sustain her. The sources deny the letter is an ultimatum to wedge money out of Johnny.
