Ciara got screwed out of half a million bucks thanks to Future's trash talking ... so claims the singer.

Ciara says her baby daddy's barrage of tweets and interviews disparaging her scared away an international cosmetics company she thinks would have paid her $500k ... this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

You'll recall ... Ciara slapped Future with a defamation lawsuit back in February after he blasted her on social media with tweets like, "This bitch got control problems ... I gotta go through lawyers to see baby future ... the f***ery for 15k a month."

Ciara says all that trash talk has undermined her "positive reputation" and sullied her as "controlling, dishonest, malicious, unreasonable, evil, conniving" and bad parent which made the cosmetic co. run for the hills.

Jay Mohr has filed for divorce from Nikki Cox, but we're told it could go the way of Patrick Dempsey.

Mohr filed legal docs Tuesday to end his 9-year-marriage and followed up with an emergency petition Wednesday for full physical custody. In his papers, he claimed Nikki suffers from depression and self-medicates and he worries their 5-year-old son might be at risk if left alone with her. The doc say the drug problem is "serious" and "ongoing."

The judge said he wanted to hear from both, so set the hearing for next month.

In the meantime, Jay and Nikki told us Thursday, "We are very married. Very in love. Very happy and that's really all there is." Translation ... they're trying to work it out.

Iggy Azalea's not about to let any dudes swipe right (or left) on her ... not yet, anyway.

We caught up with the rapper Thursday morning at LAX and asked if she's trying her hand at online dating. You gotta see the vid for her reply, and also for her sick side-eye.

One thing Iggy does have her mind made up about -- breakfast!

Lady Gaga and her fiance, Taylor Kinney, have ended their 5 year relationship ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the former couple say they parted ways earlier this month -- no word on who pulled the plug.

Gaga and Kinney have been noticeably absent from each other's lives lately ... at events and on social media. Gaga was seen without her engagement ring last week in Malibu -- the same day Taylor celebrated his 35th birthday.

She's in Cabo right now ... without a ring.

Kinney proposed to Gaga with a massive heart-shaped rock on Valentine's Day 2015 although neither of them ever publicly announced a wedding date.

No word on who's getting custody of Koji and Miss Asia Kinney -- their 2 French bulldogs.

Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson are saying deuces to their 10 year relationship.

Reps for both confirmed the split to TMZ. It's kinda odd timing -- the "Inglourious Basterds" star celebrated her 40th birthday over the weekend ... reportedly with Joshua.

The longtime couple shared a home in NYC. No word on who's moving out.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver have both moved on with their lives since the split in July 2011. He's had a girlfriend for several years, and she's got a boyfriend. He's established a strong bond with 18-year-old son Joseph Baena. She's moved, redecorated, etc. Oh, they're still married.

It's one of the weirdest divorces in memory. They didn't have a prenup and we're told they essentially worked out a property settlement several years ago ... splitting up the estimated $400 million fortune. There have never been any custody issues. The kids are now all adults. Yet neither Maria nor Arnold have done anything to move the divorce past the finish line.

We're told Arnold and Maria haven't really shared why they continue to stay married. There are theories it's too painful for either to walk away from $200 million, but that really doesn't make any sense. There are others who say it's because Maria is super religious and doesn't believe in divorce, but Arnold could still pull the trigger if he wanted.

Our sources say neither is interested in ending the marriage. It just goes on, as they lead separate lives.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck announced their split in June 2015, yet they haven't moved an inch in ending their marriage ... sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ.

Divorce papers have not been filed, and we're told neither side has taken any steps to dissolve the marriage.

Ben has been living on the family property since the split, in the guest house.

It's unusual for a couple to announce the end of their marriage yet take no action for more than a year ... and still live within eyeshot of each other.

We're told the inaction is largely about protecting their kids and creating a structure for co-parenting 10-year-old Violet, 7-year-old Seraphina and 4-year-old Samuel.

Our sources say this is not an issue of reconciliation ... although no one's saying that's impossible. As one source put it, "It's just been status quo. Nothing's changed."

Drew Barrymore is officially calling it quits on her marriage to Will Kopelman ... filing for divorce after 4 years of marriage.

Drew filed Friday in Manhattan according to the NY Daily News. The divorce is uncontested, meaning it should be pretty amicable, absent any squabbles over money or their 2 daughters -- ages 2 and 3.

The couple said back in April they were separating.

Lakers guards are turning over women like they do basketballs ... first Nick and Iggy, now D'Angelo Russell is on the market ... after a breakup with his superstar college athlete GF Niki Withers.

The couple scrubbed each other off all social media -- a telltale sign of trouble in paradise -- and sources close to the situation confirmed the two are, in fact, dunzo.

"D'Angelo and Niki talked about where the relationship was going and decided mutually to break up," one source tells us.

Unlike Nick & Iggy there's no bad blood between the two ... we're told the breakup was simply a case of two youngsters growing apart.

The relationship endured some tough times ... with Niki standing by DR when his infamous video of Swaggy made him the number one bro code violator in the history of sports.

Question is, now that both men are single ... might it be time to reignite the friendship over a few thots?

Was Iggy Azalea holding Nick Young's career back?

The NBA star certainly implied it Wednesday night at Shore Bar in L.A. -- when he implied he'll be better on the court now that his engagement is off.

Photog: "Think the single life will help keep your game tight this season?"

Nick: "Yeah, I'm back on track!"

Taylor Swift is swinging back ... calling BS on Calvin Harris' Twitter tirade in which he claims he was the architect behind the hit song, "This Is What You Came For."

Sources close to Taylor tell TMZ ... Calvin's intentionally downplaying her involvement, essentially saying he did all the music. But Taylor says not only did she write the lyrics ... she also created the melody, and those 2 elements are the essence of any song.

Our Calvin sources concede Taylor indeed wrote the melody ... but his musical genius with beats, chords and instrumentals made the song a hit.

A Calvin source scoffs, "She's acting like he's only got one hit song. LOL."

Taylor Swift really is the creative brains behind Calvin Harris' monster hit "This is What You Came For," and their relationship fell apart because he disrespected her when the song was released ... this according to sources connected with Taylor.

It's a fascinating story. We've learned an early fan rumor about the song is true, but to a deeper extent than anyone suspected. During their relationship, Taylor wrote the song, sat down at a piano and did a demo into her iPhone. She sent it to Calvin, who loved it. They both went into a studio and did a full demo with Taylor on vocals and Calvin doing the beat.

They both knew the song would be a hit, but Taylor wrote it for Calvin and both agreed it was a bad idea to let the world know they collaborated as a couple ... it would overshadow the song.

So Taylor, who kept the publishing rights, used the pseudonym Nils Sjoberg on the credits.

Fast forward to April 29th. Calvin released the song with Rihanna and it became an instant hit. It's been at #1 or #2 on the Dance/Electronic chart for 9 weeks, and is #5 on the Billboard 100.

The problem in the relationship came the day the song was released. Calvin appeared on Ryan Seacrest's radio show and Ryan asked, "Will you do a collaboration with your girlfriend?" Calvin responded, "You know we haven't even spoken about it. I can't see it happening though."

We're told Taylor was hurt and felt Calvin took it too far.

It was a quick downward spiral from that point. One source called it "the breaking point in the relationship." The Met Gala was several days later, when Taylor danced with Tom Hiddleston.

BTW ... Taylor has the right to prohibit Calvin from performing the song, but she hasn't and doesn't plan to exercise that right. Ironically, Calvin once wrote a song with then-GF Rita Ora and when they broke up he yanked her right to perform it.

As for why the squad is talking now ... we're told they're sick of Calvin trashing Taylor and feel he should be thanking her for quietly giving him a smash hit.

We reached out to Taylor's rep. So far no word back.

Lamar Odom just filed his response to Khloe Kardashian's divorce petition ... and it shows the exes are lockstep when it comes to this breakup.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Lamar lists the exact same date of separation as Khloe did -- December 13, 2013. Ditto for court's ability to award spousal support to the other. As we reported, our sources say they have a prenup.

They even agree each will pay for their own attorneys, a rarity in Hollywood divorces.

Nick Young's got a cold, hard fact for his baby mama -- Swaggy P's single and completely unattached, even though he knocked her up a second time.

Sources close to the NBA star tell TMZ Sports ... Nick and his ex, Keonna Green, are NOT back together. If you'll recall ... Keonna told US Weekly she wasn't apologizing "for being in love with a man who I have a lot of history with." It appears that's exactly where Nick wants to keep it -- in the history books.

We're told Nick's living it up in the single lane and wants to keep it that way so he can concentrate on the upcoming NBA season. Nick's living alone in the house he used to share with Iggy. Keonna's NOT living there.

As for Iggy'z one-finger salute the other day ... Nick's not trippin.

The song Calvin Harris wrote for John Newman -- which Calvin says chronicles a love triangle between him, Taylor Swift and her new BF Tom Hiddleston -- just dropped ... and it sure sounds like a play-by-play.

TMZ broke the story ... Calvin wrote the cheating song "Olé" from Tom's POV. But Taylor's camp's calling BS ... saying Calvin wrote the song long before she hooked up with Tom.

The lyrics we said would be in the song are there ... with Tom's famous 'Thor' character, Loki, kicking off the song -- "Low key you won't tell none of your friends about me."

And ...

-- "You've hidden my name in your phone so you can call me to tell me you've been going through hell. Left him alone and you booked in a hotel."

-- "I see online that you begun to be a good girl and take trips with your boyfriend. Being attentive, continue to pretend ..."

Sounds like a hit!

Iggy Azalea now thinks Nick Young can share the blame for their breakup ... with a particular type of person.

We got Iggy at LAX after her flight from Australia -- hours after her epic one finger salute -- and when she was asked what's next, she had a very interesting response.

Now we know what she's looking for in a man. It's also clear she's pissed about Nick's situation -- being a father -- and thinks that's ultimately what opened the door for that other situation. Y'know ... Keonna.
