Johnny Weir wrote a 5-page post-nup which is part of his newfangled reconciliation package with Victor Voronov -- and Johnny makes it clear mutual masturbation will NOT be tolerated.

TMZ broke the story ... Johnny and Victor agreed over the weekend to call off their divorce, but Victor wanted Johnny to sign a document apologizing for trashing Victor in the media and promising to keep Johnny's mom out of their relationship.

So Johnny fired back with a document of his own, which, among other things, defines the type of cheating that will not be tolerated. The document -- obtained by TMZ -- lists the following:

-- sex outside the marriage
-- oral sex outside the marriage
-- kissing or making out
-- sexting
-- aggressive flirting
-- mutual masturbation
-- social media/grindr/dating

And it gets better. According to the document, if either one has a situation where they're "in close range or contact with someone from our past or someone to be part of the future" ... the other can veto the contact. Johnny specifically gives an example of a figure skater he dated.

The document also requires joint STD tests every 6 months with the results being read with both in the room.

And there's a section about splitting assets if they ultimately get divorced: "Should a gift be given, i.e., the Cartier Roadster (R.I.P.), the gift belongs to you." Someone broke the watch!

And finally ... there's a section titled "Ultimatums." Johnny lists examples of Victor's ultimatums, including, "If I give you one more day to get your bank records to me, then I want to have a free f*** of anyone I want."

Simply fabulous.

Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie don't look like people that recently separated ... instead, they were hanging together at Coachella this weekend looking every bit the married couple.

Duff and her NHL player hubby announced their separation back in January, but still managed to take a family vacation together over Valentine's Day (see below).

Perhaps this relationship isn't over until the divorce attorney sings.

Clear the mantle ... the Faberge Eggs are coming home, because TMZ has learned Johnny Weir's super-nasty divorce to Victor Voronov is off ... but there are strings attached.

TMZ broke the story ... Johnny blindsided Victor with divorce papers last month and things turned immediately ugly with each accusing the other of heinous conduct.

Now multiple sources connected to the couple tell TMZ ... over the weekend Victor and Johnny agreed to reconcile and Johnny plans to move back into the family homestead today. He was in L.A. shooting a show over the weekend.

Now the strings ... we're told Victor wants Johnny to sign a document agreeing to publicly apologize for all the nasty things he said about Victor. Johnny must also agree in writing that he will no longer let his mother meddle in the marriage ... and she has to keep her nose out of their finances.

We're told they were squabbling Sunday over the document ... what a shock.

Mickey Rooney can finally rest in peace -- his estranged wife has agreed to give up her fight to have the actor buried in a small family plot 30 miles West of Hollywood ... so he can be buried with movie legends instead.

Jan Rooney -- who separated from Mickey two years ago -- just filed legal docs, agreeing to let Rooney be buried at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, alongside film legends like Cecil B. DeMille, and Rudolph Valentino.

Jan wrote, "Despite my strong desires to be buried with my husband, I feel that I owe it to Mickey's fans to allow Mickey to be buried alongside other members of Hollywood royalty."

Jan claims Mickey had long wanted to be buried with his mother at a nearby family plot, but Mickey's lawyers have said the actor changed his tune in the wake of the couple's split ... wanting to be buried somewhere with a connection to Hollywood film stars instead.

It's unclear when the burial will take place.

11:30AM PT -- A judge just ruled that Mickey's stepson and his wife cannot attend the services, per the new burial agreement.

Unlike his estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow, Coldplay singer Chris Martin isn't wasting any time showing off his new "uncoupled" status to the world -- stepping out in NYC this week with no wedding ring on his finger.

As we reported, Gwyneth and Chris announced their separation last month -- aka their "conscious uncoupling."

But Gwyneth is obviously taking a much slower approach to letting go of their 11-year marriage -- the actress was seen still wearing her wedding ring in L.A. on Sunday.

Moon Zappa and "Matchbox Twenty" drummer Paul Doucette just finalized their divorce ... and they agree on one thing ... their daughter will live like a glamorous Hollywood princess.

According to their divorce docs ... 9-year-old Mathilda will get the standard celeb kid trappings -- private schools and music lessons -- but Moon and Paul also signed off on ... "photo or video shoots for Mathilda's career."

Also ... they've agreed to never allow her to be "baby-sat by a hotel baby-sitting service, fun rooms or the equivalent."

The docs show Doucette will pay Zappa $8K a month in spousal support for the next 5 years ... and another $6K a month in child support.

Plus, they'll split the money Paul made from more than 50 songs he's written or co-written -- including "Matchbox Twenty" gems ... "If You're Gone" and "How Far We've Come."

The guy who played Martin's pal on TV is in the market for a new wingman -- Carl Payne's wife has filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Melika Payne cites irreconcilable differences in the docs she filed last month in L.A. County Superior Court. The couple has a son, and she's asking for sole physical custody and joint legal.

Melika also wants spousal support from Carl -- who's probably best known as Walter "Cockroach" Bradley ... Theo's pal on "The Cosby Show."

Carl and Melika got married back in 1992 -- the same year he started on "Martin" -- and separated in 2012.

Small consolation, but 20-years is a pretty damn good run in Hollywood ... or just about anywhere, these days.

Master P's estranged wife is worried sick -- claiming the rap icon has abducted three of their kids over the last two months ... and is now refusing to bring them back home.

Sonya Miller just went to court to request an emergency custody order, forcing Master P to return the kids to their mom asap.

She claims Master P first nabbed 13-year-old son Hercy after picking him up from school in February, then did the same thing with their 9-year-old son Mercy in March. Around the same time, Sonya claims their 17-year-old daughter Tytyana ran off to live with her dad and won't come back.

The ex-couple also has a 14-year-old daughter named Italy, but she's still with her mom.

There's currently no court order in place regarding custody or visitation (since Sonya only recently filed for divorce) so Sonya also asked the judge to award her full physical custody ... at least for now.

As we reported, the ex-couple's divorce has been acrimonious -- Sonya claims Master P left her so destitute she needed welfare.

Sophie Turner -- the hot blonde model who's been linked to Jeremy Piven -- will soon be free to date openly again ... because her husband just filed for divorce ... and it looks like he's out for blood.

In the divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Gianmichele Gennari wants physical and legal custody of their 7-year-old daughter, Angelica.

As we reported ... Gennari claims Turner effectively abandoned their family from time to time, choosing to hit the town till all hours of the morning ... sometimes with Piven. He says she pretended to be single -- not wearing her wedding ring -- and acted hot to trot.

Gennari wants full physical and legal custody of their child. He ONLY wants her to have monitored visits. He also wants her to pay him spousal support.

Johnny Weir appears to be way more cash strapped -- and less marketable -- than anyone thought, because reports that he made a cool million for the Winter Olympics are exaggerated 40 times over.

TMZ has obtained a draft of the contract Johnny signed with NBC. The network offered him an anemic $25,000 for the Sochi games. And get this ... NBC also wanted him to FLY COACH for the domestic flights.

Johnny's lawyer didn't even push back and make a counteroffer.

There were a few extras. NBC offered an addition $40K for Johnny to show up at 8 non-Olympic events. So the grand total for Mr. Weir was a whopping $65K.

Rapper/pastor Mase put the word out his divorce is off and his marriage -- which has become the backbone of his empire -- is rock solid again. Problem is ... IT'S NOT TRUE.

TMZ has learned ... the divorce is FULL STEAM AHEAD. We broke the story ... Mase filed for divorce back in January and it looked really nasty. He was asking for full custody of the 2 kids he had with wife Twyla. But weeks later he dropped the divorce case.

TMZ did some digging ... and found the day after Mase filed in Atlanta ... Twyla filed for legal separation in San Diego. Mase filed his response by amping things up ... asking for a full-blown divorce.

What's more in Mase's San Diego legal docs ... he claims they've been separated since MAY, 2012. That means for 2 years Mase and Twyla engaged in a giant charade, sermonizing and selling books about marriage while they weren't really together.

Bruce and Kris Jenner may still be wearing their wedding rings ... and occasionally even be touchy feely ... but they are NOT back together.

Kardashian family sources are scoffing at reports the couple rekindled things in Thailand.

We're told they don't hate each other. It's actually the opposite ... they're still close.

That said ... they are leading very separate lives. As we previously reported Bruce has had it with Hollywood and is living alone in Malibu. Kris is cranking out more shows at her home base in Calabasas.

As for Bruce's comment at LAX Wednesday -- insinuating they were never separated -- well, everyone tells a little white lie occasionally.

As for both of them wearing their rings again after a hiatus ... they both consider them "friendship rings."

Andrew Dice Clay hates his marriage but he loves his wife -- so he filed for divorce ... even though the comedian plans to stay with his woman 'til death do they part.

The Diceman filed the papers last month -- but he tells TMZ, it's NOT because he wants to get away from his wife Valerie Vasquez.

56-year-old Clay says, "The word 'marriage' was putting a pressure on our relationship and since we filed, we’ve been more in love and have had more respect for each other than ever before." Clay says the couple even celebrated their divorce at a fancy Hollywood restaurant.

Vasquez and Clay were married in Vegas on Valentine's Day in 2010. They have no kids together.

Bruce and Kris Jenner may have decided to consciously re-couple, because they not only held hands together as they arrived back in the U.S. ... Bruce seemed to say they were never apart.

Kris and Bruce were at LAX, returning from Thailand, when one of the photogs asked if they were together again. Listen closely ... he says, "We've been together."

And ... it looks like both are wearing their wedding rings.

Here's the problem ... Kris herself said publicly last October they had separated, and Bruce moved out of the family home and put down stakes in Malibu.

Bangkok really changed Bruce Jenner -- he returned to L.A. holding hands with his estranged wife today.

Kris Jenner was grinning for cameras as she and Bruce walked out of LAX with a tight grip on each other -- which seems odd for a bunch of reasons ... not the least of which being the fact they separated back in October.

Then again ... they're coming back from a Kardashian family trip to Thailand for their TV show -- so, as always ... hard to tell what's real and what's just for cameras.

Maybe Bruce just talked Thai real well.
