The marriage may be over ... but NBA star Matt Barnes says he's finally made peace with his estranged wife Gloria Govan ... telling TMZ Sports, "I'm always gonna love my ex."

We broke the story ... Matt and his reality star wife separated back in September due to "trust issues" and at first, things were pretty nasty between the two.

And even though Matt hasn't formally filed divorce docs yet (we're told it's just a matter of time) ... the L.A. Clippers star told us both sides are finally moving on ... under peaceful circumstances.

"She's always gonna be my homie. She's the mother of my kids," Barnes says.

FYI -- the two were married back in 2012 and have 6-year-old twin boys together.

"She's always gonna be a part of my life ... so I have no ill feelings toward her."

We guarantee comedian Jim Florentine has a new divorce bit in his act -- his marriage is over ... but he and his ex have already divvied things up, and at least Jim will still have a place to write jokes.

Florentine -- best known for "The Howard Stern Show" appearances and "Crank Yankers" -- filed to divorce Samantha Florentine on March 6. They'd been together for 2 and-a-half years.

No long drawn out battle here though ... sources close to Jim tell us the exes have already reached a settlement agreement. We're told Jim keeps their house in New Jersey, and they will share custody of their son, Luke.

We're also told Samantha will get an unspecified amount of child support, and a one time payout of $25k.

This was his first marriage ... her third. Expect more details on the split on Jim's next comedy album -- just a guess.

Tom Cruise said he wasn't able to see his daughter for months because he was shooting "Mission Impossible 5" in London, and he was counting the hours before he came home to little Suri. But we're told he was off work for 2 weeks after shooting wrapped, yet never saw her.

Sources connected to Katie Holmes tell TMZ ... it's worse than that. They say Tom has not seen the 8-year-old in almost a year. Tom's rep previously denied that and said the actor has seen his daughter plenty, but on the down low to shield her from cameras.

But our Katie sources say that's not true ... that he's just not been a part of her life.

There's been speculation Tom is distancing himself from Katie and Suri because they've been declared SPs in Scientology, but we've checked with the Church and we're told that is simply not true.

Tom is now back to business ... he just began a 90 day shoot in Atlanta.

He did take time Sunday to take his son Connor to the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament in Tampa.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are laughing off stories they're back together ... they're not.

Mariah posted a photo of the former couple at the Bronx Zoo with their twins, Moroccan and Monroe, captioning the pic, "Happy Easter!!! #ontheegghunt #NYiswild."

According to our sources, while the two talk every day, reconciliation is not in the cards. We're told they try to see each other once a week, sometimes with the kids and other times alone because they've become friends again.

We're told the divorce process has been easy -- it helps when there's a prenup -- but any sort of romantic relationship is ancient history. They both feel they're better off as friends.

Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose hated each other just weeks ago, but now they're celebrating together with the Easter bunny.

Wiz, Amber and 2-year-old Sebastian arrived in the same ride for Tamar Braxton's big Easter party in Calabasas.

People at the party tell us ... Wiz and Amber were affectionate with each other -- at times hugging -- and very playful. At times they walked away from the crowd to spend time with each other.

This is a big deal because on Thursday Amber posted on Instagram that she prays, dreams and hopes she gets back with Wiz.

Pam Anderson breezed out of Crossroads restaurant in L.A. Saturday night, and she's certainly sending smoke signals ... she's moved on from hubby Rick Salomon.

She had dinner with a guy whom she certainly intimated was on the precipice of becoming her newest catch.

Pam was mum about her comments Friday that her relationship with Rick was devoid of romance, despite writings to the contrary.

11:25 AM PT We contacted Pam's rep, who would not comment on the issues her client raised Friday on the courthouse steps, but said, "Pamela has moved on with her life. She is spending time with her family and focusing on her charity and wishes Rick well.

Pam Anderson stood on the courthouse steps Friday and trashed her estranged husband, Rick Salomon, saying there was never romance in their lives, but Rick is calling BS.

As we reported, Pam went to court for a permanent restraining order against Rick, even though she knew the case wouldn't be heard because she had never served him with legal docs.

But the barely covered former "Baywatch" star made a beeline for the cameras, saying Rick was trying to sell naked pics of her and he was only into the fame.

Rick went ballistic, because he says she's flat out lying, and has circulated text messages Pam sent him to various people.

The texts -- written just 3 weeks ago -- are as graphic as any porn you've ever seen ... including hers. They're so graphic we can't write them, but one example that is arguably on the line is ... "I need you to sink that massive bat into me." That's the tamest of the lot.

She also says, "You are my dream man. Even - the roughness makes the softness that much sweeter." And, "Love you the most I've ever loved." She signs it, "Your insatiable woman -- pamela."

Derek Fisher's wife says she was completely "blindsided" when the NBA legend served her with divorce papers last month ... and was even more shocked that he moved all of his stuff out of their home in the middle of the night ... this according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

As we previously reported ... Derek filed divorce docs in L.A. on March 18th ... one month after they celebrated their 10th anniversary.

Now, Candace Fisher has filed court docs of her own -- telling a shocking tale of a husband that not only surprised her by bailing on the marriage ... but freezing her out of his life almost immediately.

According to the docs, Candace says Derek refused to answer her calls and texts for nearly two weeks ... and even blew off their kids for several days.

Candace says she finally went to their NY apartment the week of March 30th ... only to find that all of Derek's clothing, personal items and computers had already been removed from the home.

There's more ... Candace also says Derek now wants to keep their 8-year-old twin boys in NY to live and attend school -- despite the fact she says all of their family, friends and schoolmates are in L.A.

Bad news for the Lambert family ... the guy who played Patrick Duffy's surfer dude nephew Cody on "Step By Step" has filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Sasha Mitchell -- whose character (now that we think about it) was essentially a Keanu Reeves ripoff -- filed court docs in L.A. seeking to end his 4 year marriage to his wife Rachel.

The two have no kids together. Sasha blames the split on irreconcilable differences.

Damon Dash's not about to give up custody of his daughters to an ex-wife he claims drove drunk with one of the girls, stole diamonds from him, and threatened to cut him with a knife.

Jay Z's ex Roc-a-Fella partner filed docs demanding full custody of 15-year-old Ava and 6-year-old Tallulah -- and laid out some terrifying allegations about the girls' mother Rachel Roy.

In the docs, Dash says Roy threatend his life on several occasions -- once by throwing plates at him, and also by pulling a knife on him. He says sometimes the threats came in front of little Tallulah.

Dash paints a "Mommie Dearest" image of Roy -- saying he witnessed her driving drunk with Tallulah in the car -- and adds he's heard heated arguments between Ava and her mom ... where they call each other "bitch" and get physical.

Roy's also one helluva a jewel thief, according to Dash. In the docs, he says she stole 2 diamond chains -- worth $10k each -- and a suitcase. Not your Samsonite either ... it's a Bottega Veneta worth $5k!

And Dash says he's been blacklisted at Tallulah's fancy L.A. private school, Buckley ... because Roy told the school he's not allowed to see or pick up their daughter.

"Without a Trace" star Anthony LaPaglia is headed for divorce court ... TMZ has learned.

Anthony just filed legal docs, with the help of disso queen Laura Wasser, claiming irreconcilable differences in his marriage to "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" star Gia Carides.

He's asking for joint custody of their 12-year-old daughter Bridget. He's also agreeing to pay Gia spousal and child support.

It's a little odd ... he signed the divorce docs on February 19 but waited a month-and-a-half to file.

We're told there is not a prenup.

Pam Anderson showed up in court Friday in a very short dress ... and it's weird on so many levels because she knew the person she's going after, Rick Salomon, wasn't even going to show up.

What's bizarre is that Pam has famously shown pretty much everything to the world so there's not much else to reveal. Also, she keeps going back to the well ... they've been married 2 times.

On top of that, sources connected to the former couple tell TMZ ... their divorce case has settled. Although Rick filed for annulment, he's agreed to a divorce and a property settlement where he will pay her north of a million bucks.

Sean Whalen -- the "Got Milk" guy with a mouthful of peanut butter who couldn't say Aaron Burr -- now has a tough pill to swallow ... his wife is ready to call it quits.

According to the docs ... Whalen's wife, Deborah filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences after 21 years together. She's asking for joint custody of their two kids, and spousal support.

Besides his milk career ... Whalen also landed roles in "Men in Black," "Charlie's Angels" and the soap "The Bold and The Beautiful."

Sean's rep tells us the divorce is amicable and they are "remaining friends and focusing on being the best parents they can for their children."

In other words ... they're pulling a Gwyneth & Chris.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin vacationed together over the weekend, but there's no getting back together ... they're still getting divorced.

It sure looks strange ... the 2 of them seemed cozy in Puerto Vallarta with Apple and Moses, almost a year to the day since Gwyneth announced their marriage was kaput.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ, although Gwyneth and Chris are still friendly, they've been working regularly with a private mediator to hash out the terms of their divorce.

We're told they have been in lockstep, trying to keep things friendly, with no court documents spilling details of the split.

Jeremy Renner was finally able to put an end to the weirdest custody/support battle in recent memory ... his estranged wife has agreed to a settlement, which Jeremy was willing to do all along.

The settlement includes both custody and child support involving their 2-year-old daughter Ava.

Under the terms of the settlement ... Jeremy will share 50/50 custody with Sonni Pacheco. She'll get $13k a month for child support. She gets no spousal support -- the marriage lasted only 10 months and there was a prenup.

Sonni's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said in court Wednesday there could be more issues, but Jeremy's lawyer, Laura Wasser, rolled her eyes to the judge and said the case was fully resolved.

Terrence Howard is preparing to do battle with ex-wife Michelle ... trying to put a quick end to her spousal support because she allegedly blackmailed him with pics and videos he feared would ruin his career.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ ... Terrence will likely make a formal legal claim in April, alleging he gave Michelle a ridiculously rich spousal support deal because she was threatening him with various photos and videos.

We're told one of the pics shows Terrence in the shower, but there are many others.

The "Empire" star and lawyer Brian Kramer claim all Michelle was really entitled to was half-a-year's worth of spousal support, since the marriage lasted 1 year and the standard is to limit such support to half the time of the marriage. She got 5 years worth of support, which he says is evidence of blackmail.

We contacted Michelle's people ... so far no response.
