Shanina Shaik & DJ Ruckus Officially Divorced in 3 ... 2 ... 1 ...

Published

Shanina Shaik now REALLY has a reason for celebrating in 2020 ... she can finally count down the days until she's officially divorced.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the Victoria's Secret model will officially be single and dunzo with DJ Ruckus on January 23 after the judge signed off on their settlement.

TMZ broke the story ... the model filed for divorce last July. They had been together from April 28, 2018, until June 25, 2019, the date of separation she listed. She cited irreconcilable differences in her divorce docs, and requested spousal support. They don't have kids together, so no child support issues.

Now, it's unclear if Shanina got what she requested -- we know they had a prenup, but the terms of their settlement are being kept under wraps.

No word if Shanina's planning to celebrate with a giant slice of pie. Her official single day, January 23, is also National Pie Day.

Then again, she IS a model -- cancel the pie!!!

Larry King Home Sells for $15.5 Mil ... Divorce Keeps Truckin'

Published | Updated

Larry King and his estranged wife have taken a big step in their ongoing divorce proceedings ... by unloading their mansion in Beverly Hills.

We broke the story ... Larry and Shawn Southwick listed their massive pad in October for $16.995 million, in hopes of reaching a divorce settlement quickly and smoothly.

So far so good, because TMZ's learned it officially sold today for $15.5 million.

The ex-couple bought the 5-bed, Tuscan-style house in 2007 for just under $12 mil, so despite the drop in their initial asking price ... they still netted a nice profit.

The property is 11,000 square feet and features a master suite with twin bathrooms, a skylit foyer, a pool, a trophy room ... and comes with a 2-bedroom guest house to boot. Mega-realtor Kurt Rappaport had the listing.

Katie Cassidy Broken 'Arrow' ... Files for Divorce

Published

Katie Cassidy won't be blaring her dad's hit, "I Think I Love You" around the house anytime soon -- she just filed for divorce.

According to court records, "Arrow" star filed docs Wednesday in L.A. Superior Court to divorce Matthew Rodgers after only 13 months of marriage.

The exes didn't have any kids together ... so, that'll make the split cleaner. Seeing as how they were together just over a year, community property shouldn't be a huge issue either.

Katie, daughter of late singer and actor David Cassidy, plays superhero Black Canary on the CW's hit show.

As we reported ... Katie and Matthew announced their engagement back on June 5, 2017 and then tied the knot in December 2018 in a picturesque beach ceremony in Sunset Key, FL.

Before meeting Matthew, Katie dated Jesse McCartney for 4 years, hockey player Jarret Stoll for 2 years, and was briefly with Jerry Ferrara.

Disso Queen Laura Wasser Dern's Character's a 'Dick' in 'Marriage Story' ... Not Like Me At All!!!

Published

Laura Dern's "Marriage Story" character isn't anything like the real-life divorce attorney she's supposedly based on ... so says the woman herself, who's kinda salty about the portrayal.

We ran into Disso Queen Laura Wasser Tuesday night at Craig's in WeHo and asked how she felt about the movie ... which many have speculated is not-so-loosely based on director Noah Baumbach's 2013 divorce from then-wife Jennifer Jason Leigh, who used Wasser.

Check it out ... Laura says there's not much similarity between herself and Dern's feisty Nora Fanshaw, who reps ScarJo in the movie and comes off as deceptively aggressive. Spoiler alert ... she ends up winning on behalf of her client, but the way she gets there sorta sucks.

LW has a funnier way of putting it -- she's a bit blunter in describing how LD was depicted, and she says it couldn't be further from the truth in how she handles her biz.

Finally, Laura offers up some sage advice to people who are actually going through a real divorce -- and it pretty much ends with her NOT getting hired. Interesting ...

Dennis Quaid Making Big Buck$ Again ... Let's Modify Twins' Child Support

Published | Updated

Dennis Quaid is asking the court to adjust his child support payments for his 12-year-old twins -- but he's actually demanding to increase the amount because he's been on a roll.

Dennis filed docs acknowledging it's time to modify his child support agreement with his ex, Kimberly. Currently, he's paying $13,750 per month for Zoe and Thomas, but the agreement includes a kicker for when Dennis earns more than $1.3 million/year.

Well, he's blowing that out of the water now. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Dennis earned $550k per month through most of 2019 ... which works out to more than $6 mil for the year!!!

The 2018 agreement with Kimberly calls for Dennis to continue paying the base amount, but also add a percentage of his current earnings.

In his new docs, he says he wants the court to figure out what that adjusted support amount would be -- but then "make a below-guideline child support order based on the reasonable needs of Thomas and Zoe."

Published

Sara Gilbert's hitting the slopes ... a decent way to keep her mind off splitting from her wife.

The "Roseanne" star was spotted Thursday in Aspen, Colorado, bundled up from head to toe in skiing gear. Hard to tell in the pic, but pretty sure she's enjoying the hell out of the outing ... ya'know, since she's an avid skier.

The trip to the Rocky Mountains comes just days after Sara filed paperwork to legally separate from Linda Perry after 5-and-a-half years of marriage.

We broke the story ... Sara listed the date of separation from her musician wife as August 13. They have one son together, 4-year-old Rhodes Emilio Gilbert Perry. In docs, Sara also requested that no spousal support be awarded to either Perry or herself.

Teresa Giudice Joe Made Me Sign a Prenup ... I Added No-Cheating Clause

Published | Updated

Teresa Giudice's marriage to Joe apparently got off on the wrong foot 20 years ago ... because she claims he forced her to sign a prenup.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star made the revelation on Wednesday night's episode as she and her husband had a heated argument over the phone ... while Joe was in ICE custody.

Teresa shouted, "You made me sign a prenup, okay?" and later claimed in a confessional he asked her to sign it a week before they tied the knot ... much to her dismay. She said, "I just felt when you love someone, you don't do that."

Teresa went on to say she considered calling off the wedding over it, but decided instead to sign the prenup under one condition -- she made him add a clause stating if he ever cheated ... the prenup was off.

Sara also has 2 children from a previous relationship

It's interesting ... Gilbert, who created and cohosted the daytime talk show, "The Talk," announced she was leaving in April to spend more time with her family. Of course, at the time, the "Roseanne" spin-off, "The Conners," was also in full swing.

They've only been engaged for two weeks, but Holly Sonders and pro gambler Vegas Dave are already talking divorce .... because you can actually BET MONEY if their relationship will last!!!

This is TRUE -- multiple online sports betting sites are taking real action on their relationship, from the length of marriage to honeymoon destination to when/if Holly gets pregnant!!

It's wild stuff -- but shouldn't be too shocking considering the wild prop bets we've seen in pro sports over the years (remember the "Will Katy Perry Show Cleavage" Super Bowl bet?!).

But, Holly and Dave aren't offended -- in fact, outside Avra in Bev Hills, the couple seemed pretty amused by the whole thing!

Of course, VD -- real name Dave Oancea -- proposed to the sports reporter/model during a trip to Cabo San Lucas earlier this mont after only a few weeks of dating.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Not only did Holly accept, but she's proudly rocking the 10-carat yellow diamond ring all over town!

The two have been spotted all over L.A. together -- from the strip clubs to floor seats at Laker games ... flaunting their collection of super expensive Birkin bags.

So, will they get married? Where will they honeymoon? Holly gives out a clue in the footage ... just don't blame us if you actually bet and lose.

Degenerates.

Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth Divorce a Done Deal

Published | Updated

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have worked out all the details of their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Sources directly connected to Liam and Miley tell TMZ, her lawyer will file legal docs Tuesday declaring the 2 have reached a settlement in their divorce.

The divorce was marked by significant bitterness on both sides, but that seems to have subsided as they decided it's better to move on than fight.

It really wasn't that difficult to ultimately settle up. They have no kids, she'll keep the animals and our sources tell us there's a prenup so dividing property wasn't all that tough.

The lawyers behind the settlement -- disso queen Laura Wasser repping Liam and Judith R. Forman repping Miley -- were able to quietly work through the stumbling blocks and submit the paperwork to the judge.

Liam's the one who filed for divorce back in August, citing irreconcilable differences. The divorce won't become final for 6 months after filing ... so they should be single in March.

'90 Day Fiance' Colt Johnson Selling Ex Larissa's Wedding Dress ... At Bargain Price!!!

Published | Updated

Of all the famous TV wedding dresses out there -- from Monica's on "Friends" to Aunt Becky's on "Full House" -- the one that tops them all is "90 Day Fiance" star Larissa Lima's ... at least according to her ex-husband, who's trying to hawk it online.

Colt Johnson's listed an ad for the dress Larissa wore on their wedding day, touting it as a piece of television memorabilia "on par with Dorthys [sic] ruby slippers and back to the future delorean."

He calls it the "one and only famous wedding dress" worn by his ex-wife, and get this ... it can be yours for only $500.

Considering the average wedding dress cost in the U.S. is $1,000, this is quite a steal for a television-worn wedding dress more coveted than ones worn on shows like "Friends," "Gilmore Girls," "Sex and the City," "Jane the Virgin" or "Game of Thrones" ... according to Colt, of course.

Ian Ziering I'll Pay Spousal Support But She Needs to Get a J-O-B!!!

Published | Updated

Ian Ziering's willing to do a little horse-trading in his divorce ... he says he'll help out his estranged wife financially for a bit, but then she's gotta get a job.

The '90210' star just filed a response in his divorce case and, according to docs, Ian says he's down to pay Erin Ziering "reasonable spousal support for a limited period of time," but he's also requesting "an order that [Erin] become self-supporting."

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Ian's also asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 2 minor daughters. Erin has asked for sole physical custody when she filed divorce papers. Translation -- it's acrimonious.

There a discrepancy on the date of separation -- Erin listed October 31 while Ian listed October 14. As we reported ... Ian announced back in October he's splitting from Erin after 9 and a half years of marriage.

Erin had said Ian asked multiple times for a divorce. So, she's giving it to him.

Published | Updated
UPDATE

11:54 AM PT -- According to William's divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- he lists their date of separation as Feb. 1, 2019.

William Shatner wants Scotty the judge to beam him up and out of his marriage, 'cause he's calling it quits after 18 years ... TMZ has learned.

The 'Star Trek' actor just filed for divorce against his wife, Elizabeth, whom he got hitched with back in 2001. Sources familiar with the matter tell us Bill and Liz's split should move along relatively smoothly, as we're told the couple has a prenup.

Our sources say the Shatners are still negotiating the financial terms -- but one thing won't be an issue ... spousal support. We're told, per the terms of the prenup, neither party will receive any support from the other.

Of course, William and Elizabeth don't have any kids ... so no issues there. We're told divorce docs could soon be submitted for a final signature from a judge. It's almost a done deal at this point.

Elizabeth is Will's fourth wife -- he was previously married to Nerine Kidd, Marcy Lafferty and Gloria Rand ... and only had children with Rand. It's Elizabeth's second go-around ... she was married to Michael Glenn Martin before William. He's 88 ... she's 61.

Disso Queen Laura Wasser is repping WS in the divorce. She's on a nice little roll right now -- Laura Dern just picked up a Golden Globe nom for portraying her in "Marriage Story."

BTW ... Shatner's worth an estimated $100 million.

Papa John's Founder Wife Files for Divorce ... After His Bizarre Interview

Published

Papa John's founder John Schnatter might be scarfing down even MORE pizzas -- he's officially heading for the bachelor life after his wife of 32 years filed for divorce.

Annette Cox filed the paperwork Thursday in Kentucky, saying her marriage to John is "irretrievably broken." According to the docs ... she says they separated back in April. They've been married since April 1987.

In her divorce petition, Cox points out she's self-employed but adds John is not employed. It plays like a shot, but those are just the facts. As we've reported, he was ousted from his pizza company last year following the n-word scandal.

According to docs, Annette and John already have a property settlement agreement, and she just wants the judge to sign off on it. They own several homes, including million-dollar pads in Utah, Florida and Kentucky. They also have 2 kids, but they're adults ... so no child support issues.

Schnatter's worth an estimated $500 mil, even after the fallout at Papa John's. We don't say we saw the divorce coming, but the man did say -- during a recent, bizarre interview -- he'd eaten 40 Papa John's pizzas in 30 days. Just sayin' ...

Divorce is just the start of his legal troubles ... Schnatter's also suing the creative advertising firm, Laundry Service, and its parent company because he claims it leaked the audio that led to him losing his PJ's gig.

John claims a "secretly-taped meeting led by Laundry Service in May 2018" resulted in the news story alleging he used a racial slur ... which he calls false reporting.

Schnatter's consistently defended himself over the comments in that meeting, insisting they were taken out of context and used as an excuse to get rid of him. He claims it was a revenge job because he refused to pay Laundry Service a $6 million fee.
