We're not sure if Drake Bell's ready to mingle ... but he's officially single!

Court docs obtained by TMZ show a Seminole County, Florida judge granted the "Drake and Josh" alum and his ex Janet Bell's request to end their marriage.

The docs, filed on Tuesday, confirm each party's now legally single -- though their divorce is not complete.

Denise Richards has had it up to here with Aaron Phypers ... she's asking a judge to give him and his family the boot from their house so she can get her pets and belongings -- but Phypers' camp is calling BS on her latest legal move.

The actress filed documents with the court this week, asking a judge to order her estranged husband and his family to vacate -- for 8 hours -- the house the couple once shared, so she can retrieve her dogs, clothing, and her late mother's items.

Denise says the landlord recently messaged her asking her to pay rent on the Calabasas, California property ... but Denise says she stopped making payments in January after Aaron and his family refused to move out.

Jay Cutler is adamant Kristin Cavallari received plenty of cash from him in their divorce years ago ... and he says her claiming otherwise is "borderline slander."

Cavallari told her "Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour" listeners earlier this summer she never got "a penny" from Cutler following their split ... but in the latest episode of his "Take It Outside" podcast, the former NFL star insisted that's B.S.

"Yeah, she didn't get a penny," he said with a smirk, before adding she actually got "a lot, a lot, a lot of [dollar] bills."

Drake Bell's marriage to his wife is "irretrievably broken" after 4 years together and one child ... according to the former child actor's divorce petition.

As we first reported, Bell -- who shot to stardom in Nickelodeon's "Drake and Josh" show -- filed for divorce last week in Seminole County, Florida … even though Janet Bell's already filed a 2023 divorce petition in Los Angeles County.

In his petition, Drake says their marriage is “irretrievably broken” and he plans to hammer out a settlement with Janet for "equitable distribution" of all marital assets, liabilities and child support.

11:32 AM PT -- Drake Bell's attorney, Brittany Staggs, tells TMZ … "At this time, Mr. Bell and his wife would like privacy as they transition into this new phase of their life."

She adds they don't plan on releasing any documents related to the divorce filing at the moment.

Years after his wife filed for divorce in Los Angeles ... Drake Bell is following in her footsteps, filing his own divorce petition in Florida.

On Thursday, the former child actor filed for divorce from Janet Bell in Seminole County, FL, but his petition and its details were not immediately available ... according to online court records. We'll update you once we get our hands on the docs.

Vaccaro and Hill went public with their relationship in 2021, when they began sharing joint videos on their shared YouTube account.

The couple got engaged that November, and they eventually made things official when they tied the knot in Texas in November 2023.

While friction between the two appeared to surface when the NFL star filed for divorce in January 2024, he later insisted the filing was a mistake, and the divorce case was dismissed the following month.

The pair put on a united front after the mix-up was sorted out ... and started a family with the birth of their daughter Capri that November!

Vaccaro's relationship with Hill didn't end on good terms, and we revealed she filed for divorce after a domestic dispute allegedly occurred in April 2025.

The pair had apparently been arguing in the period prior to the incident, and their major argument began after she accused him of being distant from their daughter, according to a Sunny Isles Beach Police Department incident report in Florida.

The influencer's mother Alesia apparently made a call for emergency services when she saw the NFL star throw a computer to the ground, after which he picked up his child and began walking around the apartment.

Dorit Kemsley broke bread with her estranged husband for the first time since she pulled the plug on their marriage ... and while the divorce is still moving forward, the chemistry clearly isn't dead.

We're going to look back at the marital history of the late professional wrestler and see what happened in his personal life over the course of each of his marriages.

The first of the former WWE Champion's three marriages was to Linda ... the couple tied the knot in 1983.

Hulk and Linda started a family with the birth of their daughter Brooke in 1988, and they welcomed son Nick two years later.

The Hogan family's personal life became the subject of intense media attention with the premiere of the reality show "Hogan Knows Best" in 2005, and the show ran for four seasons, with the series finale airing in 2007.

The thing is, Hulk and Linda's marriage didn't last for long after the show ended, as Linda filed for divorce in 2007 ... and the pair's union was officially dissolved two years later.

The wrestler moved on shortly after the end of his marriage to Linda, and he began dating Jennifer McDaniel in 2008, according to E! News.

Hulk and McDaniel eventually decided to make things official, and they got married in a ceremony in Clearwater, Florida, in 2010.

The pair were together for 11 more years before the New World Order wrestler filed for divorce in 2021, the year their marriage was dissolved -- and he had to throw in a new car for McDaniel as part of their settlement.

Hulk didn't make an announcement about his divorce until February 2022 -- at which point he already had a new girlfriend.

So, it turns out that new girlfriend was Sky Daily, a mom-of-three who was working as a yoga instructor when she met Hogan.

We revealed the pair got engaged in July 2023 after the wrestler popped the question at a restaurant in Tampa, Florida, and they tied the knot that September.

The pair remained together until Hulk's death two years later ... she shared an emotional message on her Instagram account to let fans know she believed he would have "more time," despite going through health issues.

Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers found some more mud to sling ... Denise says she caught her estranged husband red-handed stealing her laptop.

The estranged couple had their lawyers duke it out in court Friday as part of a hearing for the temporary restraining order Denise has against Aaron ... and Denise's camp claimed they have security footage of Aaron running away from her home with her computer in hand.

Denise has claimed Aaron stole a laptop containing her nude photos ... but Aaron's denied it. His lawyers said Friday he doesn't have the laptop -- but her attorneys shot back with their claim that they have him on video with the laptop.

Kelly Clarkson's been through plenty of changes in her life, and a major one came in early August 2025, when it was revealed her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, died.

The talent manager privately fought a battle with cancer for three years, and he ultimately died at the age of 48.

We're going to take a look at the background of the singer's late partner and see how she cared for him in his final years.

Blackstock worked as a talent manager, and he was associated with Starstruck Entertainment, a company founded by his father Narvel.

Narvel was married to Reba McEntire from 1989 until 2015, and the country singer described her ex-stepson as her "blood" in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

Starstruck primarily operates in the country music space, and Blackstock oversaw the careers of several high-profile artists, including Blake Shelton.

Blackstock eventually departed the music industry, and he began focusing on developing and running a cattle ranch in Montana.

The talent manager and the singer met in 2006, while he was still married to his first wife, Melissa Ashworth.

Blackstock and his Ashworth tied the knot in 2001 and welcomed a daughter and a son -- Savannah and Seth -- over the course of their marriage. They divorced in 2012.

The talent manager eventually reconnected with Clarkson -- whom he managed from 2017 to 2020 -- and they married in 2013.

The couple started a family with the birth of their daughter River in 2014, and their son Remington was born two years later.

Blackstock and Clarkson remained together until 2020, when the singer filed for divorce, and she was awarded primary custody of their children that November.

The pair's divorce proceedings stretched out for two years before their marriage was officially dissolved in March 2022. The singer had to provide her ex-husband with just over $1.3 million, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

However, Blackstock was subsequently ordered to pay Clarkson more than $2.6 million for putting together business deals that should've been handled by a talent agent for her during his time as her manager, according to People.

The two later filed lawsuits against each other regarding commissions Blackstock paid himself while he was Clarkson's manager ... although they ended up dismissing their respective suits, according to Rolling Stone.

Clarkson began missing tapings for her talk show in March 2025, and various guest hosts filled her spot over the course of several episodes.

Although the singer didn't specify why she'd stepped away from the cameras, sources have since told People Clarkson skipped out on the tapings as a result of Blackstock's cancer battle.

The singer's commitment to Blackstock's well-being was later revealed to be the reason why she postponed several dates of her Las Vegas residency.
