It's "The 'Stache" vs. "The Diesel" ... Magnum P.I. vs. Kazaam ... old guy vs. older guy ... 'cause Tom Selleck is calling out Shaq ... telling TMZ Sports he'd crush the big fella in a free throw contest.

Tom was at LAX when our camera guy asked the former USC basketball player who would win if he took on Shaq Daddy in a battle from the charity stripe.

Check out the vid -- when he realizes we're just talking about a free throw shooting competition, Tom TOTALLY calls out O'Neal, not only saying he'd win ... but telling us to tell Shaq he's calling him out.

For the record -- Tom scored only 4 total points for USC, but Shaq missed over 5,000 free throws during his NBA career, so I guess we're saying ...

50 Cent crossed the line, and he knows it ... retreating big time after taking a shot at Diddy and his competing vodka ... at the expense of an overweight woman.

50 is now endorsing EFFEN Vodka and decided the best way to promote his brand was to go after the competition ... Diddy and Ciroc. But the way he did it was super offensive, posting a photo of Diddy grinding up against a large woman ... equating Ciroc with banging large chicks.

It didn't take long for people to go on the attack, and 50 just waived the white flag by pulling down the post and pretending it never happened.

Iggy Azalea is beefing with ANOTHER huge rapper -- blasting Eminem for saying he's going to rape her in a new rap song.

Em went after Azalea in a track called "Vegas" from his upcoming album ... saying:

"So, what’s it gon’ be?
Put that sh-t away, Iggy
You gon’ blow that rape whistle on me ... scream!"

Clearly, Iggy wasn't too happy about the lyrics and fired back on Twitter:

"Im bored of the old men threatening young women as entertainment trend and much more interested in the young women getting $ trend. zzzz"

She continued, "Its especially akward because my 14 year old brother is the biggest eminem fan and now the artist he admired says he wants to rape me. nice!"

"Women in music have the bigger balls anyhow we endure much more harassment and critic."

It's interesting ... considering Iggy just wrapped up another huge rap war with Snoop ... who called her a "b*tch" and a "c**t."

"The Bachelor" creator Mike Fleiss has been criminally charged for harassing "Baywatch" star David Charvet and his famous wife Brooke Burke ... an arrest warrant was issued, and it has to do with fake barking dogs.

The L.A. County D.A. has charged Fleiss with the crime of disturbing the peace by loud noise. As we previously reported ... Charvet and Burke complained Fleiss initiated a campaign of terror and harassment against them, making physical threats and blaring barking dog sounds at all hours from huge speakers pointing at their property.

We're told Fleiss -- who also produced "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" -- was uncooperative with police during the investigation.

Charvet and Burke tried unsuccessfully last month to get a restraining order but, presumably, the arrest should do the trick.

We reached out to Mike ... so far no word back.

So, probably safe to assume Aries Spears won't be getting a Christmas card from Kobe Bryant this year ... because the former "MadTV" star says he HATES the Mamba (and all things Lakers) with a passion.

"I'm the biggest Laker hater in the world," Spears told us at LAX yesterday. "I don't like Kobe."

There's more ... Spears says Bryant doesn't have a shot to win another championship during his career ... which is why Michael Jordan will always be considered the greatest of all time.

"As long as Michael Jordan is breathing, he's got that spot locked ... SIX, BABY!"

Death threats from "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Benzino triggered his firing ... so claims Stevie J, but the guy who got the boot says it's a crock.

TMZ broke the story ... Benzino got the ax right after the brawl on the reunion taping, which sent people to the hospital and resulted in criminal charges filed against Joseline Hernandez.

Stevie J tells TMZ ... Benzino wouldn't let it go ... he went on a campaign of terror, threatening the lives of him and Joseline, producers and other staffers. Stevie tells us, "He said flat out he was going to kill us."

The threats were too much for VH1 and we're told that's why Benzino was banished.

But Benzino tells us, "Stevie J is a habitual liar and VH1 has never given me a reason for being fired."

Benzino thinks this is all about star power and he's the scapegoat because "They wanted to keep the crackhead whore."

Amanda Bynes did NOT rip celebs on Instagram ... it was an impostor all along ... and the fake account has been shut down.

An account called Amandabynesfashion has been populated with posts attacking various celebs ... accusing one celeb of having an STD and another of having a small penis.

A lawyer for one of the celebs who was attacked called Amanda's lawyer, and we're told her lawyer presented evidence Amanda was not doing the posting. The lawyer for the celeb -- armed with the evidence -- went to Instagram, which then shut down the account.

NeNe Leakes now says she might donate money to Detroit's schools after all ... but she sure as hell ain't gonna do it just because Kenya Moore did -- IF Kenya did at all.

We talked to the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star at LAX, and she defended the fact she hasn't paid up her end of the $20K deal she made with Kenya to support a charity of her choice.

Even MORE shots fired in Michelle Beadle's war on Kim Kardashian ... and it's all on video.

Beadle already blasted the reality star on Twitter last week over the nude shots for Paper Magazine -- and this weekend at LAX, Beadle made it clear she isn't backing off.

"What else is she gonna do? She's got no talent," Beadle said.

"She doesn't have anything else to show off ... so I get why she's doing it."

So far, no word from Kim on the situation.

Jay Z showed up to Solange's wedding Sunday in New Orleans breaking a cardinal rule ... but in this case there's an exception.

Hova and Beyonce arrived hours before the nuptials and Jay dressed to the nines in a fancy white tux.

Wearing white to someone else's wedding is normally frowned upon ... the whole upstaging the bride thing. But when you look at the photos it appears the ceremony has an all-white theme.

Timbaland clearly thinks Lifetime deserves every ounce of crap being flung their way for the Aaliyah biopic that premiered Saturday ... and during his attack on the network, no digital punches were pulled.

The rapper/producer went on a social media rampage last night urging people to boycott the "Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B"... using a slew of hilarious memes.

Once the movie was over -- Timbo had no problem gloating to fans who watched the flick anyway -- taunting them and the network with a funny video post.

Kim Richards finally played her hand on the fate of her pit bull ... and it sounds like she's trying to keep it.

Kyle Richard's sis was at the Grove Saturday when our photog asked about her dog, which has now bitten 4 people ... most recently Kyle's 18-year-old daughter Alexia.

It takes a little reading between the lines, but it sounds like she's saying she sent the dog to a professional so it won't continue attacking people. That means when the trainer thinks the dog is socialized she'll take it back.

The question ... who would go to Kim's house hoping the dog had turned over a new leaf?

Porsha Williams SAYS she's not fazed by her recent demotion on "Real Housewives of Atlanta"... but she sounds like she's lying.

Porsha was at LAX Thursday when she told our photog her dance card is filled with work now that she's no long a series regular, but watch the video ... it just doesn't ring true.

We broke the story ... Porsha was demoted back in October from main cast member to friend for being a pain in the ass.

The Goo Goo Dolls' ex-drummer has major beef with the band because he says he got 86'd just because he wanted to be with his wife when she was giving birth to their twins.

Michael Malinin filed a Federal lawsuit against frontman Johnny Rzeznik and bassist Robert Takac ... over his firing from the group in December 2013. According to the suit, the Dolls were on a tour when Malinin got word his wife was about to pop.

He says his paternity leave had been discussed in advance, and everyone knew he would have to leave for a few weeks around the birth. But Malinin says when the time came ... the band manager told him he was getting canned.

In the suit, MM says he was told specifically that Johnny wanted him gone. He says they didn't even give him a severance package for his 19 years of Goo Goo service.

Malinin says he'd been getting a third of the 3-man band's profits ... so, he's suing to get back a chunk of that cash.

Boxing legend James Toney is calling out Shannon Briggs -- claiming he should stop chasing Wladimir Klitschko around the world ... and fight him instead!!

The 3-time world champ was out in L.A. Friday and told us ... Briggs is wasting his time trying to lock up a fight with Wlad -- because Klitschko would beat his ass anyway.

So, his advice to Shannon ... bring your ass back to the U.S. and "come see me!"

We'll see if Shannon takes Toney up on his offer ... just as soon as he gets back from Germany.

Tyga just upped the ante in his pissing match with Drake ... by grabbing a giant handful of his ex-chick's ass and signing her to co-star in a new music video.

Sources involved in the deal tell TMZ ... Tyga asked Dollicia Bryan to be in his "Make It Work" video specifically because the song includes lyrical jabs at Drake, like -- "Ni**a never was my homey ... all these bitches know you corny ni**a."

Drake's been flirting with Tyga's baby mama Blac Chyna on social media for weeks now -- so, not shocking that Tyga bagged Dollica.

In fact, we're told Tyga flat out told Dollicia he was using her to piss off Drake ... and she jumped at the opportunity.
