Danielle Bregoli says she's already winning by being nominated by Billboard Music Awards as the Top Rap Female Artist with Cardi B and Nicki Minaj.

We got Danielle -- who goes by Bhad Bhabie in the music world -- on the heels of her being nominated for the prestigious award Tuesday along with arguably 2 of the biggest rappers in the game right now, and she was feeling pretty confident.

Danielle thinks she's the real winner at the end of the day -- the kid's just 15 years old, after all -- even though she concedes Cardi will probably walk away with the actual trophy. She explains why by taking multiple shots at Nicki ... and it ain't pretty, just petty.

Adrien Broner did not back out of an NYC event to promote his fight over threats made by East Coast rapper Tekashi69 ... at least that's what Showtime tells TMZ Sports.

Broner was supposed to attend an open workout on Wednesday to drum up publicity for his fight with Jessie Vargas ... but those plans were abruptly scrapped earlier this week.

And since Broner and Tekashi have been at war on social media, some people wondered if Broner feared the feud was about to turn violent since Tekashi claims to be a well-connected Blood ... especially in NYC.

But a rep for Showtime Sports tells us that's simply not the case ... Broner didn't back out of anything -- instead, Showtime's team changed the publicity strategy and canceled the workout for other media events.

Tekashi69 ain't backin' down after Adrien Broner said he'd "pull up" on the rapper ... daring the boxing star to come see him when he touches down in Brooklyn.

Broner says 6ix9ine started the beef by calling him a "clown" over Instagram -- which set A.B. off.

"Ey 6ix9ine, don’t be commenting no f*ck sh*t under my pictures, boy. Talkin’ bout clown, n**ga ... I’m about to pull up on you, n**ga," Broner said.

"I ain’t one of these rap n**gas you be trollin’ with n**ga, quit playin’ with me, n**ga."

As soon as Tekashi got wind of his call-out, he clapped back -- calling A.B. a "P***Y" and saying he would bet AT LEAST $100K on him losing to Jessie Vargas this Saturday at the Barclays Center.

"CHECK IN WHEN YOU GET TO BROOKLYN TOO. KING OF MY CITY," he added.

Can't say we're too surprised 6ix9ine's steppin' to a trained killer ... remember his crazy brawl at LAX?!

Our photog was asking Brandon T. Jackson a question about McGregor when this woman came outta nowhere, hijacked the interview and unleashed hell on the Irishman.

"Absolutely disgusting man. Nobody likes him in Ireland," she told TMZ Sports.

She continued -- "Absolute disgrace. And if Mayweather ever sees him again, I hope he kicks his ass!"

9:12 AM PT -- Sources close to Danielle tell TMZ ... the feud was actually sparked after Danielle claimed Vicky used a racially derogatory term to describe one of her best friends at a birthday party.

Danielle Bregoli confronted fellow social media star Woah Vicky to settle their smack-talking beef ... and all hell broke loose.

The incident went down Sunday in L.A. where Danielle -- aka Bhad Bhabie -- went after Vicky ... an 18-year-old Instagram star who claims to be a billionaire. The feud apparently started after Vicky called out Danielle in a post.

Anyway, the fight video starts with Danielle and her bodyguard going up to Vicky, who was with 9-year-old rapper Lil Tay. Words are exchanged and Danielle threw a haymaker before leaving the scene.

Danielle later deleted a post on social media that said, "Don't be showin up tryin to film me to get views. I shouldn't have cracked dhat hoe like I did, but whatever. She a joke. Moving on."

Vicky and Tay tell a different story.

Toni Braxton is now hitting the road without either of her sisters after 86'ing Tamar from the upcoming family tour.

The tour was supposed to feature three of the Braxtons ... Toni along with Tamar and Traci as her opening acts. That didn't last long. We broke the story, Traci got the axe last month after she sparred with Tamar over her estranged husband, Vince Herbert.

We're now told promoters also don't want to deal with Tamar's divorce drama -- so they dropped her from the tour, too. Important to note, Vince is still Tamar's manager.

Kim Zolciak's not mincing words -- she says her time on "Real Housewives of Atlanta" has come to an end ... and she's not leaving the door open for a return.

We got Kim and her hubby Kroy Biermann at LAX Saturday, and asked if reports of her leaving the show are true ... she tells us they are. Kim says it's too much stress ... and she's "never, never" doing it again.

As you know ... Kim's an OG on 'RHOA' but left for a few seasons to star on her own Bravo spin-off, "Don't Be Tardy," which -- as she reminds our guy -- is still going strong.

She returned for this season of 'RHOA' but clearly didn't have a good time ... most likely due to her ongoing feud with longtime rival, NeNe Leakes.

Nicki Minaj and Quavo know how to smooth over a hip-hop beef the right way -- make it quick ... and hit up a VIP party right after.

Nicki and the Migos rapper hit up a Coachella after-party on the first night with a crew of A-list celebs -- including Kylie Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Travis Scott and Chance the Rapper ... and they all seemed to be feelin' good.

Minaj and Quavo had a mini falling out earlier this week over the song "MotorSport" ... but it appears to be water under the bridge already. Nicki revealed late Friday night Quavo apologized and she forgave him ... so perhaps SZA was right.

Rich the Kid took a big shot at his former friend and current enemy Lil Uzi Vert, telling the crowd at his album release party ... "F*** that N**** Uzi!"

Rich was celebrating the release of his debut album, "The World is Yours" at a Social Group Party at OHM Nightclub in Hollywood, when he unleashed on Uzi.

The beef started when Uzi took a hard pass when he was asked to join Rich the Kid's record label, Rich Forever.

Jeff Jarrett says he had an unforgettable "WrestleMania moment" before his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame -- and it had everything to do with his real-life rival, Vince McMahon.

Double J tells TMZ Sports he was preppin' for his big speech when -- for the first time in almost 20 YEARS -- he came face to face with the WWE honcho ... and buried the hatchet on their heated feud.

"For me to connect with him on the stage where I got to do the speech -- it was surreal," Jarrett said.

Ice Cube is escalating his beef with the royal family of Qatar -- warning the Emir not to threaten BIG3 players or ANY American athlete.

We broke the story -- Cube and his BIG3 partner, Jeff Kwatinetz, filed a $1.2 BILLION lawsuit against several Qatari investors ... including royal family member Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Thani.

Cube claims the investors screwed the league out of millions -- and then made threats saying, "You should think of your safety and the safety of you and your family."

Now with the Emir of Qatar visiting with President Trump on Tuesday, Cube decided to send a message ... taking out a full page ad in the NY Times saying:

"Hey President Trump, when you meet today with Putin's new friend, the Emir of Qatar, please tell him not to threaten the BIG3 and American athletes!"

Clyde "The Glyde" Drexler also added his name to the message.

Kim Zolciak and hubby Kroy Biermann fired the heavy artillery at Marlon Wayans ... calling him a p***y and thoroughly unfunny for suggesting Kim was the poster girl for "White Chicks 2."

Wayans came under heavy fire over the weekend after he posted a photo of Zolciak with the caption, "No we are not in production for White Chicks 2. The f***?!" Marlon was referring to his 2004 film with his brother, Shawn, where the two played undercover FBI agents dressed as white women.

We got Kim and Kroy at LAX Monday, and asked them about Marlon's photo ... it was clear, they were NOT happy. Kim told our photog she thought it was totally inappropriate for Wayans to attack her appearance in the wake of the #MeToo movement.
