Jenelle Evans Booted From Home ... After Heroin Arrest
"Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans has been thrown out of her home -- following her heroin arrest this week ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected to the troubled MTV star tell us ... Jenelle and her husband Courtland Rogers had been living together at Courtland's mother's house ever since they got married. But after Jenelle and Courtland were arrested for assault and heroin possession in North Carolina this week, Courtland's mom decided she'd had enough and banned J.E. from the home.
Sources say ... Jenelle's stuff was packed up in boxes Tuesday -- and the 21-year-old was told to come collect her crap, or else.
We're told Jenelle arrived to the home late Tuesday night -- accompanied by her mother and a police officer -- but even the cop couldn't prevent the drama that ensued.
Sources say ... Jenelle fired some profanity at Courtland's mom -- and accused the family of stealing her laptop computer -- before eventually leaving the scene in a huff (with her boxes).
We're told Jenelle had a pit bull that she cared for at the home -- but decided to leave the dog with the Rogers family. The sad part -- sources say Courtland's mom can't afford to care for the dog on her own, so she's now searching for a family to adopt the little guy.
As for Courtland, we're told he's NOT banned from the house -- and the family is "open" to having him back at the home.
Calls to Jenelle have not been returned.

Bieber's Neighborhood Targeted For Reality TV

FYI -- The Oaks is home to a TON of stars ... including Bieber, Travis Barker, Romeo, Kourtney Kardashian, Shanna Moakler, Keyshawn Johnson, Mitch Richmond, the Jackson Family and many others.
In the letter to residents, the producer reveals the goal of the show -- to give viewers "an inside look at the true Calabasas life and all that it entails" ... which includes fancy cars, competitive families, and spending, spending, spending.
It's a safe bet ... the producer will view footage of The Biebs and other celebs as a big bonus, but we're hearing it's not sitting well with residents, and a big fight appears to be brewing.
The producer says he's still looking to cast 4 to 5 families -- and even reminded the neighborhood, "Calabasas was the stage several years ago for MTV's 'The Newlyweds' starring Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey."
... And we all know how that turned out.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... multiple neighbors in the surrounding area complained about the noise levels and parking situation caused by hoards of weed-loving partygoers. The fact that the party didn't have a permit didn't help matters either.
Cops arrived and quickly shut it down, putting a kibosh on the all-night festivities.
Our sources say no one was cited.
We're told Snoop arrived to the party just as it was being shut down. Our sources say Snoop spoke to police and was incredibly cooperative and understood why the party was being shut down.

Politician Pushing Anti-Swatting Bill SWATTED
It seems the swatters have a flair for irony -- and a vindictive streak ... their latest victim is the California state senator gunning to shut them down ... TMZ has learned.
Senator Ted Lieu was swatted earlier today ... police responded to a 911 call claiming he had shot his wife inside their Torrance, Calif., home ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Lieu tells TMZ ... he was out of town, his wife was home sick and the kids were at school. He vows he's more determined than ever to squash the swatters.
Although Ted's not an A-list celeb like fellow swatting victims Justin Bieber, Ashton Kutcher, Selena Gomez or Justin Timberlake -- he is spearheading legislation that would punish swatters by making them cover the cost of the incident -- around $10,000 a pop.
That's one expensive phone bill.

Taylor Swift On the Hunt Again ... For Mansions
For everyone who thought Taylor Swift was a little psycho for allegedly buying a house in Hyannis Port, MA to be next door to her BF ... well it may be she's just a smart real estate investor, because she's done it again in a WAY more exclusive neighborhood.
Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Taylor has been looking at one of the most famous properties in Rhode Island -- the Harkness House -- an 11k-plus-square-foot mansion that sits on 5.23 acres of prime real estate.
To give you an idea of how rich she is ... the asking price is North of $20 mil.
Taylor brought her family and real estate agent to the property on Monday and nosed around for a while. We're told she spent a lot of time there and really dug it.
So maybe the 23-year-old singer is more savvy than swoony. Real estate always appreciates over time. Men don't appreciate anything.

Farrah Abraham to Mom You Can't Kick Me Out ... I'M LEAVING!!!
Farrah Abraham's sex tape has created a fiery rift between her and her mother -- whom she lives with -- and now, Farrah's packing up and moving out.
You'll recall, Farrah's mom pretended to be blissfully ignorant of her 21-year-old daughter's porno -- telling us Farrah would never star in such a video ... let alone commission it ... protesting, "We have religious beliefs."
Fact is Farrah did it ... and when it came out that she was the one who masterminded the sex tape (info courtesy of James Deen) mama flipped out.
Sources close to Farrah tell us, the two have been arguing tooth and nail ever since ... so today, Farrah packed up a U-Haul and hit the road.
Sources say Farrah's mother gave her the boot ... but Farrah tells us, "After meeting with my counselor today, I've packed up everything and I'm not talking to my mom anymore."
She adds, "My mother will never be a good mother to me and it is too hurtful to deal with let alone have my daughter Sophia around it."
Ironic ... Farrah preaching about "good mothers."

Sharon Osbourne 911 Tape ... A Clue to the Split?
The Sharon Osbourne 911 tape -- where she desperately calls a dispatcher asking for help after a candle at her home lit a table on fire -- may be a clue to the marital strife that led to their split.
We've re-listened to the tape -- recorded January 17 at 4:45 AM -- and you hear Ozzy at the beginning, sounding somewhat incoherent. It's possible Ozzy was no different than normal, but we now know he's only been sober for around 45 days after 1 1/2 years of abusing drugs and alcohol, so that would mean he was using at the time of the 911 call.
On the other hand ... Sharon told TMZ shortly after the incident that SHE was responsible.
Was it Sharon's fault or was she covering up for Ozzy?

Swatting Justice New Bill Gunning To CRUSH Pranksters
Would-be swatting pranksters better think twice about making bogus 911 calls ... a new bill is winding its way through the Legislature that aims to put them behind bars for a long time.
This has become a huge problem in L.A. and there are no specific laws prohibiting the prank calls, although various laws can currently be used to prosecute anyone who's caught.
The new anti-swatting legislation is the brainchild of Assemblyman Mike Gatto (left) ... and it just passed its first hurdle toward becoming law ... the Assembly Public Safety Committee ... by a vote of 6-0.
If the bill becomes law ... swatters would be subject to a year in jail and a $2,000 fine ... and they could get even more time if the swatting prank results in someone getting hurt. In that case it becomes a felony.
Recent celebrity swatting victims include Justin Bieber, Diddy, Ryan Seacrest, Justin Timberlake, Tom Cruise and Rihanna.
Gatto tells TMZ, “This bill is not just about protecting folks like Justin Bieber. It’s about protecting kids playing in the street when emergency vehicles needlessly speed by."
But let's be honest ... it's really about protecting Justin Bieber.

Lil Wayne No One's Taking My Crib and My Cars
Lil Wayne is laughing at reports that he's about to lose his mansion and fancy cars to satisfy a $3.4 million judgment against him -- because he says that kind of jack is pocket change to him.
Wayne had sued Quincy Jones III over a documentary about the rapper's life. QJIII countersued ... claiming Wayne screwed him out of profits by acting so unreasonably.
The California jury saw it Quincy's way and slapped Wayne with the multi-million dollar judgment.
Now we find out ... Quincy's lawyer has moved the judgment to Florida ... where Wayne has lots of assets, including an $11 million mansion and a Bugatti that's worth more than a mil. There's a report out that the lawyer is taking aim at these goodies to satisfy the judgment.
But our Wayne sources say no one is going to sell any of Wayne's assets to satisfy any judgment, because he's worth as much as $100 million and can easily pay off the judgment.
It's interesting ... Wayne has thumbed his nose at everyone connected to the case -- remember his epic deposition (below)? So it's a little surprising Wayne is saying he'll pay the piper.

'Real Housewives of NJ' Star I Could Be Mansionless!
A "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star could be downgraded from "housewife" to just plain old "wife" ... because a bank is trying to FORECLOSE on her mansion.
Jacqueline Laurita is being sued by Hudson City Savings Bank. The bank claims Jacqueline took out a $1.6 million mortgage back in 2007 on a 5,600-square-foot pad, but in Feb. 2012 failed to cough up the $10,175 monthly mortgage payment.
Big mistake ... according to the deal ... if Jacqueline misses ONE payment the bank can demand the entire balance -- which it did.
The bank is now asking a judge for permission to foreclose on the home.
It's not Jacqueline's only financial woe -- the State of NJ says she still owes over $340,000 in unpaid taxes.
If only she had a sex tape to hock.
