Birdman Sells Spare Condo ... Gets Even Richer

Published | Updated

Cash Money Records chief Birdman now has even more MONEY TO BLOW -- selling off his spare Miami condo for $330,000 ... or what he calls pocket change.

Birdman just unloaded the 1,172-sq.-ft. pad ... with 1 bedroom, 2 baths, ocean view, and naturally ... a valet. Street parking at the beach sucks.

May not seem baller ... but, don't forget, this is his spare Miami pad. He already owns a 19,000-square-foot mega-mansion ... he bought for $14 million in 2012.

By the way, Birdman's turning a nice little profit on the place too ... $85k.

In his words: Richer than the richest ... More money b****es ...

Chris Brown A Terrible Neighbor ... Even In Hawaii

Published | Updated

Chris Brown took his bad-neighbor ways on vacation ... throwing a huge house party inside his rented Hawaiian mansion ... and pissing off a slew of neighbors in the process.

CB was in the Aloha state last week for a gig -- plus some graffiti fun -- and rented a sick pad in Honolulu. Check out the pics ... we're talkin' 5,100 square feet, pool and spa for $2,450 per night.

But CB didn't start out the best tenant ... sources connected to the situation tell us the first night Chris was in town he threw a giant shindig -- and neighbors were so pissed they called the owner of the house to complain.

The landlord took note, but didn't give Chris the boot. Did we mention the $2,450/night? We're told Chris and his entourage were at the house for a week and there were no further incidents.

As we reported, right after Chris got back from Hawaii ... his L.A. neighbors also complained about noise, but they called cops.

Yeah, Chris has a bad track record with neighbors everywhere.

Chris Brown Run-In With Cops is WEAKEST EVER (For Chris)

Cops were called to Chris Brown's L.A. house last week after his neighbors complained he was making too much noise ... by talking too loud.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the non-emergency happened early Wednesday morning around 3 am. Cops responded after CB's uptight neighbors complained that he and his friends were outside speaking at decibels above their comfort level.

We're told the boys in blue had a chat with Chris about the situation. Our sources say Chris was super cooperative and ushered everyone inside the house stat.

Chief Keef is swimming in cash but he's not handing any of it over to his landlord ... who claims the rap prodigy owes almost $10k in back rent.

Georghe Simoniak-Sas filed a lawsuit against Keef -- real name Keith Cozart -- and Keef's uncle. In docs, Georghe says Keef hasn't coughed up rent for the months of July or August ($4,700 /month) on the Illinois mansion he's renting ... but continues to live there.

Georghe says enough is enough ... he's suing for eviction and to collect $9,400 in back rent.

As for the digs ... 5,100 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths. Valued at over $1 million.

Which we're pretty sure Keef can afford.

Lamar Odom RETURNS HOME TO KHLOE 'Listening to Reason'

Published | Updated

Lamar Odom has finally returned home ... with Khloe Kardashian ... but he remains undecided about seeking treatment for drug addiction, TMZ has learned.

Odom returned to his L.A. pad Monday after going off the grid for several days. Sources tell us both Lamar and Khloe are inside the home and addressing some serious issues, including Lamar's out-of-control crack problem.

We're told there's still no talk of divorce -- and Khloe is determined to help Lamar get his life back on track.

One source tells us Lamar is "open to reason and listening to the people who love him the most" ... a drastic change from a week ago, when L.O. rejected an attempted intervention.

We're told no decision has been made on possible treatment, but Lamar is "receptive."

Lamar seemed to be in good spirits Monday night -- when he was spotted out on a gas run near the home and stopped to pose for a photo with a young fan.

We know ... several of Lamar's NBA friends have tried to reach out to him, but it seems for the most part, L.O. is keeping to himself.

Published | Updated

This might be the fanciest trailer park in the world ... "Saw" star Betsy Russell is trying to unload her Malibu mobile home for just under $2 MILLION. Yes, we said MOBILE home.

Betsy -- who played Jigsaw's hot ex-wife in all 372 "Saw" flicks -- listed the property with realtor / Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing" star Madison Hildebrand a few weeks ago for $1,999,999.

It's like no mobile home we've ever seen ... 2,400 square feet, 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances, outdoor fire pit and a patio overlooking the ocean.

Then there's the location ... the mobile home park is considered one of the most luxurious in CA -- 24/7 security, pool, spa, sauna, tennis courts ... and crazy views of the Malibu coastline. It's ridiculous.

Jennifer Lopez Alleged Stalker Vacationed In Her Hamptons Mansion

Published | Updated

Someone's been sleeping in Jennifer Lopez's pool house, and it ain't Goldilocks -- cops arrested an alleged stalker who somehow managed to live in the pool house of her massive Hamptons mansion ... for several days ... without getting noticed.

According to Southampton police, 49-year-old John M. Dubis basically moved in to J.Lo's $10 million pad sometime in early August.

He reportedly walked around the estate freely, hanging out openly in view of neighbors... and even posted Facebook photos of himself all over the grounds, such as the one below -- before police finally busted him on Aug. 8.

And how's this for weird ... two days before his arrest, Dubis dropped by a nearby menswear store and purchased a plaid overcoat.

Jennifer was not home, but the shocking part is security guards were patrolling the property.

Of course, you have to remember the 8,500 sq. foot home sits on 3 acres -- and it's a decent hike out to the pool house from the main quarters.

Dubis was booked for burglary, stalking, and criminal contempt. He pled not guilty, and is currently sitting in jail in lieu of $100,000 bail. The judge has ordered a mental evaluation for Dubis.

J.Lo already had a protective order against him for contacting her mother earlier this year.

The good doc -- Robert Huizenga -- purchased the 9,750-square-foot casa at auction in July. But we're told the place isn't for him ... Dr. H will be using it as a wellness retreat where people (with fat wallets) can focus on making lifestyle changes through fitness, meditation and yoga.

FYI: He owns another mansion-based retreat -- located in the Hollywood Hills -- focused on weight loss. We're told the Malibu site is NOT strictly about shedding lbs.

As for the primo pad -- five separate buildings, 10.2 acres, 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, 360-degree views of the Cali coastline, outdoor cabana, pond, and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, according to our friends at Trulia.

FUN FACTS: Before "Loser" Dr. H was the team physician for the L.A. Raiders and once wrote a book that inspired Oliver Stone's flick "Any Given Sunday."

And now you know.

Our real-estate sources tell us ... Eriq chose to sell now, because he's looking to downsize.

The Tuscan-inspired villa is worth every penny ... 6,000 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, pool, spa, roof top deck, wine cellar, weight room, panoramic views of LA ... not to mention Eriq had the place redone in 2006, so everything is in tip-top shape.

FUN FACT: 1988 is the same year Eriq's fist major movie -- "Coming to America" with Eddie Murphy -- hit theaters. Soul Glo, bitches ...
