Atlanta residents beware -- Justin Bieber has been scoping out houses in Atlanta ... and one of the mansions he's eyeing is on BLACKLAND ROAD.

The 7-bedroom 16,000 sq. ft. house is located in the exclusive Buckhead district -- where Usher currently lives. Young Jeezy also calls Buckhead home.

It's listed for $10.95 million.

As we reported, Bieber wants to move to Atlanta to be closer to a thriving hip hop community -- and this house is extra special because it meets Bieber's list of Atlanta real estate criteria. After his Calabasas fiasco, sources tell us, Bieber's demands include an estate that:

-- Can't be visible from the street (preferably secluded on 5+ acres)
-- A minimum of 10,000+ sq. ft.
-- Lists for between $4 and $10 mil.

So far, we're told Bieber has breezed through multiple estates, and he's looking to buy ASAP.

As we previously reported ... Bieber is selling his Calabasas mansion and he's looking at large, private estates 20 miles from where he currently lives. Yes, he can afford 2 houses.

Sean Combs didn't screw over his baby mama by allowing her home to go into foreclosure -- turns out she's the one who allegedly screwed HIM over by flaking on the payments.

TMZ broke the story ... Diddy and Misa Brim took out a $712K mortgage on a house she and their son would live in, but the bank claims monthly payments abruptly stopped in 2010, and now the house is destined for the auction block.

On the surface it sounds like big, bad Diddy turned his back on Misa, but we've obtained a legal doc that discloses there was a side agreement in which Misa clearly says SHE's responsible for paying the mortgage. Diddy's only involvement was putting his ass on the line so she could get the loan.

According to the agreement, Diddy claims if he had to pay to keep up the mortgage payments, she'd be responsible for paying him back. And he says he paid more than $28K to cover her, and he's actually sued her to get the money back.

Bad news for fans of Tim Lincecum and "50 Shades of Grey" -- you've just missed your chance to buy the right-hander's Seattle condo ... which is located in the SAME building Christian Grey lives in the book.

The 29-year-old ace dropped $1.575 mil on his hometown apartment weeks after he won the World Series back in 2010 ... and just unloaded the place for a cool $2.25 mil -- about $225K shy of what he was originally asking.

The 2,442 sq ft pad sits on the 28th floor of the Escala building ... which treats its residents to a private spa, gym with a yoga studio, a catering kitchen and dining hall, a massive private theater, and a dog run.

Inside the apartment you'll find ... a giant master suite with walk-in closets and spa-like bathroom ... an open kitchen with custom cabinetry ... granite counters ... and cherry hardwood floors.

There's also a sweet wrap around deck that rounds out the condo -- which features incredible views of downtown Seattle, the Puget Sound, and the Olympic mountains.

The gravy train appears to have come to a screeching halt for the mother of Diddy's firstborn son -- TMZ has learned, the bank is now foreclosing on her home.

According to new legal docs, Diddy purchased a swank 3-bedroom 3,215 sq. ft. house in Westchester, NY, back in 2003 for ex Misa Hylton-Brim -- the mother of his first child Justin -- but for some reason, the bank stopped getting payments in 2010.

According to legal docs, Diddy took out a $712,000 mortgage. As of 2010, he owed $622,518 ... a sum that's been accruing interest ever since.

Miami Heat center Chris "Birdman" Andersen is cutting ties with his Colorado nest -- the same house the FBI raided in a crazy kiddie porn investigation two years ago, TMZ Sports has learned.

The 7-footer bought the 5,691 sq ft crib in Larkspur, CO back in '09 for $500K -- but back in 2012, feds raided the place in an investigation allegedly involving an underage girl.

But the whole thing was BS and Anderson was cleared of any wrongdoing.

Birdman put the place on the market last year -- asking $925K -- but he ended up settling for $750k back in November ... chalking up a cool $250k profit.

Justin Bieber is a fickle kind of guy ... we've learned he's now looking at homes in the Atlanta area because it puts him smack in the middle of a hip hop mecca.

Bieber's been in Atlanta since last week -- where he's been partying shirtless with Diddy -- and sources close to the singer tell us, he's fallen in love with the city all over again.

Bieber lived in Atlanta briefly when he first moved to the United States years ago -- after Scooter Braun signed him -- and his most recent trip has stirred up very fond memories.

In addition to Diddy, Bieber's been hanging with southern staples T.I. and Rick Ross -- and we're told he's already asked them about where to buy the nicest real estate in the city.

Added bonus -- Atlanta isn't the paparazzi hive that L.A. is ... and Bieber has been enjoying the extra privacy ... for now. (Of course, paps tend to go where the money is -- and Bieber's a walking bank.)

It also makes sense because we're told Bieber is transitioning into hip hop -- he's Bizzle now.

This does NOT mean Bieber is abandoning L.A. As we first reported, he's been looking at 20 acre estates in Hidden Valley ... around 20 miles from his current home in Calabasas.

Paris Hilton might want to stay clear of L.A. for a while ... the man covered in Paris tattoos who was arrested in front of her house has been cut loose.

31-year-old Lukas Redanz was released Tuesday -- after authorities decided he didn't really commit a crime. But what he DID do is sure scary.

TMZ broke the story ... Redanz was busted Friday outside Paris' gated community -- his 2nd visit -- after Redanz told security he was in love with Paris and had to see her. Cops found coke on him.

The German citizen was covered in Paris tattoos and appeared wasted.

We're told the L.A. County D.A. won't charge the guy with possession -- because there was only a tiny amount of coke residue.

TV host Huell Howser famously exposed California with bug-eyed wonder, but kept one little piece of it to himself -- his desert hideway ... which just hit the market one year after his death.

Real estates sources tell us ... Howser's bachelor pad in Twentynine Palms just went on the market ... for $395K.

Huell died from cancer in Jan. 2013 ... and his Estate stands to make some good cash off the sale of the 2 BR, 2.5 BA ranch home. We're told he bought it in 1997 for $160K ... then completely renovated the pad.

Flo Rida has reasons to be insecure -- he just lost a big lawsuit to a security company that claimed it got stiffed after it set up an elaborate security system in his Miami mansion.

Flo hired ADT to protect him from evildoers ... the system was tricked out with 27 cameras at a cost of $58,000.

Flo paid a little more than $19K as a deposit and then flaked out on the rest, claiming he never authorized the work.

Dwight Howard is finally cutting ties with the city of Orlando -- selling the amazing mega-mansion he abandoned there over two years ago ... for a HUGE loss, TMZ Sports has learned.

Dwight -- who was drafted by the Magic back in '04 -- originally dropped $7.78 mil on the 11,025 sq ft Longwood, FL property when it was built in '08 ... but now the place could be yours for a cool $4.9 mil.

The house is incredible ... built in the Gothic style and nicknamed the "Chateau D'Usse" -- after the famous French castle -- it has 5 bedrooms and comes complete with vaulted ceilings and fancy designer furniture.

The L.A. County District Attorney has surveillance video that should make it pretty easy to prosecute Justin Bieber for allegedly egging his neighbor's house ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... The L.A. County Sheriff's Department's recommendation to file felony vandalism charges focuses on 2 pieces of critical evidence:

-- Surveillance video seized during the raid at Bieber's house. Our sources say ... the video shows Bieber in the vicinity of the area where the egging occurred at the time of the attack. You don't actually see him throwing eggs, but he's there. Sources connected with Bieber told TMZ earlier the video shows nothing, but that's NOT true. The Sheriff's Dept. has given the video to the D.A.

-- A video obtained by TMZ in which you hear what sure sounds like Justin Bieber verbally going at it with the neighbor in the middle of the egging. At one point you ever hear Bieber scream, "F*** you! I got another one for you actually." The video is too dark to actually see him.

In addition there are 2 eyewitnesses ... the neighbor ... who openly has beef with Bieber -- and his 13-year-old daughter. The girl made a 911 call which our sources say matches the time Bieber was seen on the surveillance video.

The 2 videos make it almost impossible for Bieber to deny he was throwing the eggs -- it would be shocking if the D.A. doesn't file criminal charges.

The open question -- will the D.A. file the case as a FELONY or a misdemeanor? The neighbor has submitted repair estimates totaling around $20,000. If a vandal destroyed an expensive car the D.A. would probably view it as a felony. The issue is whether the D.A. will appreciate that eggs can cause that much damage on an expensive home.

The D.A's decision should come down this week.

Paris Hilton is freaked out over a German guy who flew to L.A., and made a beeline for her house -- and when cops arrested him, his body told a very scary love story.

Sources familiar with the incident tell TMZ ... the guy took a cab from LAX Thursday night and went right to Paris' house. He got to the guard gate and appeared "extremely drunk."

The man told the guard he was in love with Paris and had to see her. He was turned away but came back the next day ... again, looking extremely wasted.

This time guards called the cops and the guy was arrested for possession of coke. When cops took a close look it was downright freaky -- the guy had tattoos of Paris all over him -- tattoos of her face, her full body and another angle with angel wings coming out of her back.

Chiefs QB Alex Smith is so desperate to put his 8 years in San Fran behind him ... he just slashed a cool $300K off the asking price on his CA mansion, TMZ Sports has learned.

Smith originally listed the 5,650 sq ft, Los Gatos home for $3.25 mil -- after getting traded to the Chiefs last year ... but now he's settling on $2.95 mil in a last ditch effort to unload the place.

The guy busted for lurking around Selena Gomez's home is getting a new place of his own -- a jail cell -- after he was convicted today of trespassing on her property ... TMZ has learned.

Juan Garcia pled no contest to creeping around her house. Garcia was sentenced today ... to 120 days in L.A. County Jail. Once he's out he's ordered to stay 150 yards away from Selena and her property ... for the next 3 years.

Well, that didn't take long ... TMZ Sports has learned Terrell Owens' wife is already demanding a divorce from the former NFL star ... just two weeks after tying the knot.

It was only back on January 23rd that T.O. married Rachel Snider in a secret ceremony at a courthouse in Newhall, CA.

But now, we've learned ... Rachel has left T.O. -- moved out of California -- and plans on filing for a divorce asap.
