Tony Romo Building Insanely Expensive Mansion in Dallas
Tony Romo's upgrading in Dallas in a BIG way ... he's building a massive new home in a prestigious gated community ... and TMZ Sports has pics of the pad.
The Dallas Cowboys QB's new home is under construction on a 3 ACRE plot of land he purchased a few years back.
According to tax records, the land alone was valued at more than $4 MILLION when it was assessed in 2014.
As for the home itself, it looks huge ... public documents show it will boast 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 wet bars, 2 fireplaces, a pool with a cabana and much, much more!
Our sources say construction is about 3/4 of the way done.
Romo has listed his other Texas home -- a 5,551 square foot mansion for $1.05 million ... so we're guessing he plans to move in pretty soon.
Just think ... this is what you get to look forward to, Dak Prescott.

According to the docs ... Rocky removed a custom chandelier and security camera, damaged a downstairs bathroom and left stains and scratches throughout.
The landlord wants money to repair his unit and is asking the judge to tack on $100k in punitives.

The place is AWESOME -- 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, breathtaking views and all the privacy you could want.
Wambach bought the place for $705k ... and she's listed it for $1.349 million. Not a bad profit if she can get it.
By the way, one of the coolest rooms in the house ... is the bar, which may be one of the reasons Abby is unloading it.

Lil Wayne I'm Out of This Mother****** Whether It Sells Or Not!
Lil Wayne's latest home 911 swatting incident was the last straw -- he's packing his bags and going inland.
Sources close to Weezy tell TMZ the rapper is beside himself over last week's police invasion into his home ... resulting in the rapper getting hooked up by cops.
Wayne's been trying to sell the mansion on a fancy schmancy, super exclusive island, but he hasn't gotten any serious bites for a year. Wanye was willing to stay while he tried selling the joint, but now he just wants out and will let it sit until a buyer comes along with the appropriate amount of cash.
He's had nothing but problems since moving in. He was a swatting victim back in March 2015 and he's had all sorts of issues with people ogling his estate from the water and snapping pics.
In case you're interested in helping Wayne out, he has it listed for $18 million. He bought it for just over $12 mil in 2006.

Chris Brown Party House Closed ... No More Randoms!
Chris Brown is done hosting frat house parties ... blaming his male friends and thirsty chicks for his recent arrest.
Our Chris sources tell us he's now enforcing a strict guest policy at his Calabasas mansion -- and letting everyone in his crew know he's as serious as death ... no more randoms allowed.
We told he's pulling back on parties for starters, but there's this problem with his 2 roommates/best friends. They now have to submit a guest list to Chris IN WRITING, and they must describe who they are with sufficient details so he can decide whether he wants them in his home.
We're told he also is imposing another strict policy ... guests are prohibited from bringing drugs or alcohol. The only booze and drugs allowed are his.

Check out the gallery 'cause you gotta see the giant adorable French bulldog painting ... which we're guessing Rob will be ditching real quick. Seems like more of a pit bull guy.

Paris Jackson's alone and in charge ... living in the back guesthouse at Michael's old Encino mansion.
Sources close to the family tell TMZ ... Paris had been itching to cut the cord from living with her grandmother in Calabasas ... where Blanket and several of her cousins also live. We're told the family had security concerns about her living just anywhere, so it was suggested she use MJ's old compound.
Michael's estate controls all of his properties, meaning ... technically, Paris needed permission to live there. We're told she went to them, and pointed out she basically owns the crib as part of her trust -- and the estate didn't fight her.
As for why she's in the guesthouse -- the main house is being remodeled.
We're also told Paris is living there completely on her own. She and bf Michael Snoddy recently posted pics from the backyard -- he comes and goes, but does NOT live there.

Prince Tour Paisley Park Courtesy of Elvis Presley
Prince's home is now the domain of the King -- as in Elvis Presley's people running tours at Paisley Park.
The bank that manages Prince's estate -- Bremer Trust -- just announced the deal that puts the people who run Graceland in charge of public tours, which are set to begin in October.
Prince's sister, Tyka Nelson, is reportedly on board with the Elvis plan, but sources close to the heirs tell TMZ not everyone in the family agrees.
We're told the dissenting family members objected, in part, because Graceland Holdings has previously had financial problems. As it stands, team Elvis would get 50% of revenue generated by Paisley Park tours.
We're told Bremer's currently negotiating with the family in hopes of getting everyone on board, but that's more for PR purposes. Fact is, the tours are going to happen ... but it seems the bank just wants to make sure Prince family members don't publicly bad mouth the deal.

Slash Cuts Bev Hills Pad by $1.5 Mil
Slash is hoping a fresh coat of paint and a substantially lower asking price will finally attract a buyer for his Beverly Hills mansion.
The GNR guitarist just relisted his Mulholland Estates home for $9.5 million ... about $1.5 million off the original listing for the 7 bedroom, 9 bath home. Slash put it on the market more than a year ago, after he and his wife of 13 years, Perla, filed for divorce.
The 11k sq. foot home has been stripped of most of its rock 'n' roll qualities, but a stripper pole remains ... key selling point, no doubt. Looks like the backyard skate ramp's also been replaced by a beach volleyball court.
Slash and Perla bought the mansion in 2009 for $7.3 million.

Keshia Knight Pulliam's Husband Georgia Fire Sale Days After Filing for Divorce
Ed Hartwell curiously unloaded his Georgia mansion for an enormous loss just two days after blindsiding Keshia Knight Pulliam with divorce papers.
We've learned Hartwell sold the 6 bedroom, 8,000 square foot home for $690k ... he'd had it on and off the market since 2012 before finally selling late last month. Ed originally bought the house for $1.268 mil in 2005 ... so he lost around $580k on the property.
The timing of the sale is interesting ... Ed owned the home well before he and Keshia got married, so it's his property regardless. As for why the fire sale ... no one's talking, but you gotta wonder if he's bracing for lots of legal expenses.
As TMZ reported -- the two are currently locked in a bitter court battle ... which includes nasty paternity issues and claims of emotional abuse.
