A fleet of cops cars raced to Lil Wayne's Miami Beach home early Saturday morning ... after police got a call reporting someone lurking in the neighborhood ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement officials tell us Miami Beach PD rushed to Weezy's after the call -- around 3 AM -- saying there was a suspicious looking man on the rapper's block.

We're told Weezy wasn't home at the time, but cops searched his yard for the suspect ... and came up with nothing. No one ticketed, no one arrested. The commotion did alarm a few neighbors though.

Call the moving trucks -- Justin Bieber's settling into ANOTHER new mansion ... and he'll once again be balling in Beverly Hills.

Bieber just moved into the 5 bedroom, 6 bath crib that has a couple of things we know he loves -- sweeping city views and graffiti art.

JB's still just renting ... the 6,000 sq-ft pad was listed at $35,000 per month! It's a major bargain over the $60K/month he was paying for the glass palace, near Bev Hills, that he moved into in December.

As for the graffiti -- check out the gallery to see what's on Justin's walls. This is the 3rd home he's rented since moving out of the house he owned in Calabasas.

Kylie Jenner is 17. She's buying a $2.7 million house. FML, right?

Sources tell TMZ, Kylie has inked a deal to buy this 4,900 square foot house in The Oaks, an exclusive gated community in Calabasas.

The house -- which is a block from Kourtney and Khloe -- has a sick home theater, a pool, 5 bedrooms, an awesome kitchen, and on and on.

Kylie has made a lot of money on KUWTK. To give you an idea, we're told Scott Disick banks $4 million a season, so she's got the cash. We're told Kris Jenner is "helping her" with the purchase, but we're told it's Kylie loot.

An L.A. mansion owned by former NBA player Earl Watson was robbed Monday night by at least 4 men in ski masks -- who handcuffed the occupants and ransacked the place.

While 35-year-old Watson owns the $4 million Encino home, he currently rents it out to a local elderly couple.

Officials say the men -- at least one of whom had a gun -- broke in through a back door and once inside, they handcuffed the couple and stole various items ... including cash.

Law enforcement sources tell us a maid was in the house -- who hid and called 911.

Kim Kardashian pisses off Kris Jenner so much by not letting her in Kim and Kanye's new house, the matriarch throws a rock through her window ... according to the script for the upcoming reality show.

Production sources tell TMZ ... there's a very detailed outline of scenes for season 10 of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." In one scene, after Kim and Kanye move into their new home, Kim goes back to Kris' home and takes a bunch of cookware and silverware.

When Kris realizes it, she storms over to Kim's house to confront her, and through a crack in the door Kris screams, "I gave you life and you stole my cookware!" Kim fires back that if Kris doesn't back off she'll have her removed from the premises.

Kim slams the door and Kris goes crazy, picks up a rock and throws it at an upstairs window, shattering the glass as she screams, "You won't get rid of me this easily."

R&B singer Ronnie DeVoe wants to cash in on his celeb status by hawking high-end real estate in Los Angeles ... TMZ has learned.

The "New Edition" and "Bell Biv DeVoe" singer tells us he just opened DeVoe Real Estate in Georgia ... and plans to do the same out west.

This isn't Ronnie's first crack at this -- he had a realtor biz from 2002 to 2008 with about 60 agents.

He's on tour right now with "New Edition" -- they've got 30 more shows this year, but right after that ... DeVoe says he plans to set up shop in L.A. and partner with established brokers in the market.

Pierce Brosnan sounded panicked and out of breath when he called 911 to report his Malibu house was on fire -- and worried one of his cars was about to explode.

As we reported ... Brosnan's garage went up in flames last week and when he called 911 you can hear him screaming at someone -- most likely his wife -- to stay away from a car.

Mrs. 007, Keely Shaye Smith ... also called 911 and said, "I've got to go because I don't wanna get blown up."

Police say they still don't know what caused the fire and the investigation is ongoing.

Vanilla Ice has been arrested and charged with burglary and grand theft for allegedly stealing furniture, a pool heater, bicycles and other stuff from a vacant home in Florida.

Lantana PD tells TMZ ... it's all connected to Ice's TV show, "The Vanilla Ice Project." Ice was renovating a nearby home and allegedly thought it was a good idea to go to the abandoned place and take the items in question.

Apparently, even though the house was vacant, the rightful owner had a problem with someone jacking their belongings ... thus the burglary charge.

The cops got a search warrant and recovered some of the items.

Sugar Bear's gonna see Honey Boo Boo on a regular basis ... as long as he respects Mama June's new house rules -- and believe it or not ... she's running a tight, clean ship.

June finished moving into her new pad this past weekend, and we're told she and Sugar Bear have worked out a visitation plan. He'll make the 90-min trek from McIntyre to Hampton and pop in to see Alana on weekends.

We got pics of June's new crib, where she has installed strict new rules like ... no shoes allowed -- those go in a bucket by the door. We're also told Alana and the rest of the girls must pitch in each day with daily chores.

"Rumor Has It" Adele is looking to plant roots in L.A. -- and we've learned she's already renting a crib in town while she searches for a posh pad.

Real estate sources tell TMZ she's looked at 20 homes so far -- from Hollywood to Santa Monica -- and is willing to drop up to $12 million when the right one catches her eye.

We know one of the places she checked out is a 6 bedroom/10 bath Pacific Palisades mansion ... going for $10.9 million.

Pierce Brosnan's garage went up in flames ... and a ton of firefighters had to rally to save the rest of his Malibu home.

The fire reportedly broke out Wednesday night just before 10 PM ... and about 20 firefighters doused the fire and stopped it from spreading.

Meek Mill's Grammy party guests didn't trash Justin Bieber's famous glass palace -- they merely left a few cracks, according to Mill's attorney ... but there's still a war brewing over his $10K deposit.

Mill's attorney, Richard Joseph, denies leaving the mansion -- formerly rented by Bieber -- in shambles following the epic bash on Sunday night. He says there was a minor window crack, and a few scuffs on the walls ... but nothing that would qualify as "trashing."

Sources with direct knowledge of the lease for the house tell a much different story. TMZ obtained photos that appear to back up claims the place looked like a war zone, with damage including:

- a kicked in door with shattered windows

- dead landscaping

- broken glass in the pool

- destroyed furniture and cigarette smoke damage

Joseph claims those damages were never mentioned to him, and no one raised the possibility of holding his deposit. He also points out ... his name is on the lease, NOT Meek's.

Meek Mill took over Justin Bieber's glass mansion for Grammy weekend and threw a party so wild ... cops had to be called and the crib was destroyed when it was all said and done.

Mill hosted the massive Grammy after-party Sunday night -- Nicki Minaj, French Montana, Khloe Kardashian, Chris Brown and Justin were at the bash ... and sources inside tell us it got crazy when a fight broke out between rival gang members.

During the melee, we're told punches and even ice sculptures were tossed -- and most of the guests fled into the street. Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops were called around 1:30 AM for loud music, and found more than 1,000 people walking around the ritzy 'hood. It took about 3 hours to clear the streets.

No arrests were made, and police never went inside the house -- which was totally trashed. We're told Justin moved out last week, and Meek moved in ... signing a 1-week lease to lock down the party location.

We're guessing he can kiss that security deposit goodbye.
