Adam Levine My Single Days are Over Selling Bachelor Pad

Published | Updated

Adam Levine is trying to unload $35 million in real estate, because he's just put both his Beverly Hills bachelor pad and his Holmby Hills estate on the market.

Adam's selling the home he lived in before marrying Behati Prinsloo for $15.95 million. It's 7,100 square feet with 5 bedrooms, a movie theater and a basketball court. He actually tried selling it last year for $17.5 mil, but there were no takers.

And this is odd ... he's also selling his 9,000 square foot Holmby Hill house ... the one he bought just 4 months ago. He's asking $18.9 mil ... nearly a million more than he paid. As for why he's selling ... our real estate sources say the house needs a lot of work, they're having another baby and don't want to deal with 2 years of messy construction.

Kurt Rappaport is representing Adam and Behati on both homes.

Kris Jenner Drops $9.9 Million For Baller Hidden Hills Crib

Published | Updated

Kris Jenner is downright baronial, plunking down $9.9 million on another Hidden Hills property.

We're told she's going the way of Kylie, buying investment property in her hood. The 9,400 square foot house is 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms with a zero edge pool and 10 person spa and is located smack across the street from Kim and Kanye.

Kris is planning on plunking down some cash to make changes to the house ... presumably for resale.

$10 mil isn't chump change, but it's not going to break the bank. As we reported, Kris scored $150 million for her family's reality shows on E!.

Tomer Fridman of Compass repped Kris and Marc & Rory Shevin represented the seller.

It's got pretty much everything you might want, including a tennis court. It looks more like a resort than a home.

When Simon's in L.A., his main home is in Beverly Hills -- done up in his signature black and white. He dropped $15.5 mil on the estate. He also has a home in London.

Meghan Markle, Prince Harry Bachelor Pad Living In Small Apartment

Published | Updated

Meghan Markle will not be living in royal opulence ... not by a long shot.

She'll be moving into Harry's bachelor pad -- aka, Nottingham Cottage. It's a 2-bedroom, 1,324-sq ft home ... closer to a nice apartment than a royal abode.

The Cottage sits on the grounds of Kensington Palace, a stone's throw from where William and Kate live. William and Kate have 22 rooms.

BTW ... Harry will not be the first Royal to live with his fiancee before getting hitched. William and Kate shacked up before their 2011 nuptials.

As for whether Meghan and Harry will live in the Cottage after they get married ... nothing's been made public.

David Cassidy Rent My Cherish-ed Florida Home ... Just $1,500/Night!

Published | Updated

David Cassidy might be gone, but his old mansion in Florida is very much in business.

Cassidy's former waterfront home in Fort Lauderdale is currently for rent, with prices ranging from $1,200 to almost $2,000 a night depending on the season. Right now, it's going for around $1,500/night ... winter comfort ain't cheap, ya know?

Folks wanting to crash in Cassidy's old digs have to shell out for a minimum of 3 nights, but it might be worth it considering everything there.

The 6-bed, 6-bath estate is adjacent to a private lake with a dock. It also comes with a pool and spa, an outdoor barbecue, a volleyball court and complimentary paddle boards and kayaks for the adventurous types. There's a bunch of Cassidy memorabilia on display, too. Awards, personal posters, and videos of his concerts ... like a mini Cassidy museum.

The former teen idol sold the house in 2015 for $2 million after purchasing it in 2001. Even though he died this week ... c'mon, you can get happy about this.

YouTube celeb Jake Paul ain't trying to get on the A-list ... he's more about the B-list, as in BILLIONAIRE.

We got Jake at LAX Monday where we congratulated him on plunking down $7 mil for a sick new Calabasas crib. Turns out Jake's early goal was to buy a pad in that area. So, he's checked that box.

What's next for the 20-year-old? He unloaded a list of goals for us, and pay attention to the biggest one -- 10 years from now Jake plans to be pretty high on the Forbes list.

Taylor Swift All Walled Up Paparazzi Proofing Historic Mansion

Published | Updated

Taylor Swift's literally putting up walls all around her, turning an historic landmark home into her own personal fortress that will be impenetrable to cameras -- if all goes according to her plan.

Taylor obtained permits to block visibility to her Beverly Hills mansion ... including putting up a 6.5 ft tall cinder block wall by her front porch and a 7 ft high retaining wall by her tennis court. She also upgraded and remodeled her front gate -- emphasis on "up."

Normally, this would be no big deal, but Taylor's crib -- purchased in 2015 -- was designated a historic landmark by the city of Beverly Hills. That means she gets a HUGE tax break, but it also means she has to jump through hoops to make the slightest alteration.

Phil Saveni, president of the Beverly Hills Historical Society, tells us Tay Tay's changes are all good though because the walls won't "impact the integrity" of the home.

Translation: It's full steam ahead at Chateau Swift!

Venus Williams Home Burglarized $400k Stolen During U.S. Open

Published | Updated

Venus Williams is the latest celebrity burglary victim -- her Florida home was raided by scumbags who made off with $400,000 in property ... all while she was playing in the U.S. Open.

The Palm Beach Gardens PD confirmed ... Venus' home was broken into sometime between Sept. 1 and 5.

Unclear how the burglars got into the property -- and what items were taken.

Williams was in New York playing in the U.S. Open at the time of the incident. She advanced all the way to the semi-finals only to return home and learn about the burglary.

The story was first reported by WPEC-TV.

Hugh Hefner Celebration of Life Set for Mansion ... Scalpers Jack Up Prices

Published | Updated

The final Playboy Mansion bash honoring Hugh Hefner is going down this weekend, and although it's supposed to be invitation-only -- there's a way you can get in ... but for a VERY hefty price.

The event's been labeled a celebration of life, and it's set for Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Remember, Sunday Funday was always a big tradition for Hef back in his partying days, so it's a fitting send off.

Leave it to ticket scalpers to key in on that ... because tickets have started popping up online. The highest price we found was $3500 a pop. No word on who got real deal invitations, but we're told it's supposed to be mostly close friends and family. Plus whoever throws down thousands on the black market.

As we reported, Pabst heir Daren Metropoulos bought the Mansion -- and is planning some major renovations and add-ons -- so this might be the last party there in its current configuration.

Hef was 91 when he died in September, but a Playboy party is forever.

Kim & Kanye Landscaping Goes Into Overdrive At Hidden Hills Estate

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been working on their Hidden Hills home for years, but it looks like they've kicked the hustle into high gear to get it move-in ready.

Aerial shots of the grounds show they're getting a lot greener ... with several trees, shrubs and bushes planted in the front yard recently along with the fresh cut grass. The back of the estate's another story, but the horde of trailers, trucks and porta-potties suggests the landscaping operation is in high gear.

As we reported ... Kim and Kanye sold their Bel-Air pad last week for $17.8 million and are moving into their Hidden Hills mansion.

Judging from the work being done -- and Kanye being spotted talking to his landscaping crew -- it seems they want to move in sooner than later.

Farrah Abraham It Took Years, But I Finally Sold My Austin Home!

Published | Updated

Farrah Abraham is losing deals all over the place ... first with work, and now with her real estate.

Farrah's finally gotten rid of her Austin home, but for a third less than her original asking price.

She listed the 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath in 2014 for $750k, only a year after purchasing it. No word on the exact selling price but it was in escrow for $520k.

The 3,300 square foot home has some history ... it was featured on the "Teen Mom" catch-up special "Being Farrah," but doesn't look like it helped move the sale. The stone slab work and the built-in BBQ in the backyard probably did though.

Farrah's been living in L.A. where she was delving back into porn and reality TV. Emphasis on was.

Kanye West The Grass is Always Greener Unless You Don't Have Any

Published | Updated

Kanye West is leaving no stone unturned -- literally -- on the construction site of his new Hidden Hills home, and he's apparently working at breakneck speed to get it finished so he and his family will have a place to live.

TMZ broke the story ... Kanye and Kim sold their Bel-Air home late last week for $17.8 million. That's a good thing for them, but the bad part is that they now need to move into their Hidden Hills home that has been under construction for years and is still not completed.

We're told the inside is in move-in condition, but the grounds are another story. Landscaping is a big part of an estate and it's also a safety issue for their 3 kids. The landscaping is far from finished and Kanye is now leading the charge to get it done ... STAT.

We're told the fam plans to move in soon.

The 10,000 square foot home features marble floors, huge vaulted ceilings and a beautiful outdoor pool and gazebo.

Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Sell Bel-Air Mansion for Huge Profit

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have sold their Bel-Air mansion and are in the process of pocketing a fortune ... TMZ has learned.

We're told they sold the 1-acre property for $17.8 million. Kim and Kanye bought the property in 2013 for $9 million. The sale stands as the most expensive sale ever in the exclusive Bel-Air Crest community.

When Kim and Kanye bought the property, they took the house down to the studs and rebuilt it as a modern, minimalist home. It's unclear how much they spent, but it was definitely in the millions.

The house is 10,000 square feet. The buyer is a Ukrainian philanthropist named Marina Acton who is based in Silicon Valley. She's pursuing her music career and is moving to L.A. She says she found the house "creative and inspiring."

The Altman Brothers, Matt and Josh from Bravo's 'Million Dollar Listing L.A.' represented both sides in the deal.

Escrow closed 4 days ago.

Kim and Kanye are moving into their Hidden Hills home they have been renovating for several years.

Johnny Depp Could Lose Homes to Repay $5 Mil Loan

Published | Updated

Johnny Depp could see 5 homes vanish from his portfolio as his ex-business managers try to get him to pay back a massive loan.

The Management Group filed docs Monday to force a sale of Depp's properties -- all of which are in L.A. -- in order to cover the $5 million TMG says it gave the actor in December 2012.

In the docs, TMG says it agreed to bail out Johnny when he owed that huge chunk of change to City National Bank ... thereby saving him from an embarrassing financial collapse. TMG says the 5 houses were collateral for the loan, and since he's stopped paying ... they want the properties.

Depp's beef with TMG started in June when he sued the company claiming it mishandled his money, and took out loans in his name ... to the tune of $40 mil.

As for the foreclosure -- first reported by Deadline -- a judge still has to sign off before TMG can give Johnny the boot.
