Justin Bieber Drops $5M On Canada Mansion ... With Private Horse Track
Justin Bieber is one step closer to being a pro jockey ... dude just bought a crazy huge $5 MILLION mansion in Ontario, Canada with it's own private horse racing track.
The property is 101 ACRES -- a skosh smaller than the size of Vatican City (for real, look it up) -- and this place has it all!!!
Private lake access? Check. Two story temperature controlled wine room? Check. Private gym? Check. Heated floors? YOU KNOW BIEB'S GOT HEATED FLOORS!!
Oh, and did we mention ... the place has its own private equestrian facility with stables and a 5/8 mile race track!!!!
The living space is 9,000 square feet -- with 4 bedrooms, 6 baths, 3 fireplaces, game room and movie theater (obvi). It's also got a 3 car garage.
We're told Bieber closed on the place on Monday -- no word on when he plans on moving in ... but the sooner, the better.
Unclear if Bieber plans to make the home his main residence with fiancee Hailey Baldwin -- or just a place to get away and hang by the lake.
Either way, it's another baller piece of real estate Bieber can add to his portfolio.

Ex-UFC Fighter Pulls Gun On Home Intruder ... In Crazy Standoff
Insane moment for ex-UFC fighter Dean Lister ... who pulled a firearm on a man who was robbing his house -- and the whole thing was captured on video.
42-year-old Lister -- who was 13-7 as an MMA fighter -- says he arrived to his San Diego home around 8 PM on Saturday when he saw a tatted up bald dude inside of his kitchen.
The man was super sketchy and told Lister he thought the home was a church -- but when Lister continued to press, the man picked up a hammer in a very threatening manner.
"Off camera, I drew a sidearm and he stopped advancing toward me," Lister said.
"I LET him escape with his life through a window. Cops said I was legally good if I killed him."
Lister says the man stole a bunch of cash out of the home and he published the video publicly in the hopes someone can identify the INTRUDER.
"Police are on it but if anyone knows who he is please help me,,, thank you very much."
FYI, Lister has been through crazy situation before -- saying he lived "right in the middle of a serious combat zone" while living in Panama as a kid.

Bella Thorne Home Alone When Burglar Pays a Visit
Bella Thorne had a huge scare Tuesday night, when someone tried to break into her house.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Thorne was home alone in her San Fernando Valley home at around 10 PM when someone from the outside broke a window.
We're told Bella did what she probably should not have done ... she went outside to see what was up. Fortunately for her, that was enough to scare the would-be burglar away. We're told he hightailed it from the house and fled into the darkness.
Bella called the cops and they raced up to her home, but the burglar was nowhere in sight.
It's ironic ... Bella is an habitual Instagrammer, posting when she's out and about, yet in this case the burglar tried to hit when she was home.
It's the latest in a string of celebrity burglaries. Most recently, John Mayer's L.A. home was hit and the crooks got away with 6 figures worth of items, including watches from his priceless collection.

'Brady Bunch' House Lights, Camera, Action!!! HGTV Starts Shooting New Show
There's a bunch of camera activity at the famed 'Brady Bunch' house -- maybe the most its seen in more than 40 years -- as HGTV begins pre-production for a new TV show about the groovy pad.
The network started shooting Tuesday at the crib in Studio City, CA ... capturing establishing shots of the exterior, and using a drone for aerial pics.
Although HGTV's production crews probably aren't getting a warm welcome from pissed off neighbors -- it's full steam ahead with chronicling the redesign of the iconic home. We're told filming notices have been distributed around the block.
As we reported ... HGTV beat out Lance Bass in a bidding war for the property.
We've also learned the house hit the market because the owner died and her family wanted to sell to the highest, most qualified bidder. Kelsey McCallister, the granddaughter of the previous owner, will help produce the show and even hopes to be one of the hosts.
Uniformed guards started standing watch this week outside the property.

Shaunie O'Neal Burglars Used Social Media ... To Target Us
-
EXCLUSIVE
Shaunie O'Neal believes the guys who tried to rob her house were definitely using social media to case the joint ... and tells TMZ Sports she's laid down some new rules so it doesn't happen again.
The "Basketball Wives" creator busted some dopes trying to bust into her L.A. house this weekend, and used the Ring home security system to put the fear of God in them, making the would-be burglars retreat.
We talked to Shaquille O'Neal's ex-wife -- and she told us she recognized one of the perps from a previous attempted break-in ... and believes they're using social media to see if the coast is clear.
"I'm assuming though that they are watching social media because the first time he tried we were all in Vegas."
Shaunie says the family has been shaken by the events ... and they've decided to change the way they post to make sure no one knows when they are home, or out on the go.
"That was our family meeting last night -- no more posting current situations. We can't do that."
It wouldn't be the first time it's happened ... celebs like Kim Kardashian have toned down their social media exploits after feeling crooks used it against them, choosing to play it safe so they don't end up sorry.
"If someone really wants to get in your house they have that moment to do that. It's how safe do you really feel?"

Howard Hughes Palm Springs Playhouse ... Rich With Celeb History
Palm Springs has been a celebrity playground for decades ... and it's also where the former home of Howard Hughes, one of the world's weirdest and wealthiest people, just changed hands.
Hughes' sleek mid-century home has sold for $1.3 million ... not bad for an area that regularly fetches 7 figures.
The 3 bedroom, 3 bath gem was built in 1957 and had been a vacation rental before hitting the market for the first time in decades.
Whoever bought it now has a home with a rich celeb history ... it was previously owned by actress Eva Gabor and comedy writer Paul Keyes. Legendary film producer (and cocaine trafficker) Robert Evans chose it for his honeymoon. The home was once a fave vacation spot for Smokey Robinson.
Check out the vintage bathrooms, master bedroom complete with fireplace and the sprawling back deck that looks like it belongs on a cruise ship!
The listing agent for the sale of the house was Leonardo Montenegro and Josh Morrow represented the buyer.

'Brady Bunch' House HGTV Will Cheese It Up '70s Style!!!
HGTV -- which just bought the famous 'Brady Bunch' house -- is going to make the inside of the house 1973 authentic, cottage cheese ceilings and all ... and the people who may end up benefiting the most are newlyweds who want to have sex in the bedroom, kitchen or wherever.
Sources familiar with the project tell TMZ, the network plans to expand the 2,400 square foot house. It's on a big-ass lot and we're told they could add as much as 4,000 square feet to the back.
As for the interior ... the house needs gutting, because it bears no resemblance to the place Mr. Brady hung his hat. The exterior is authentic, but the interiors were all shot on a sound stage. Our sources say HGTV will duplicate the '70s look from the iconic show.
As we reported, Lance Bass wanted the house really badly, and bid nearly $3 mil but, in the end, HGTV offered more. The good news, we're told there's talk of getting Lance involved in the renovations -- which will be the subject of a new HGTV show. Fact is, he flips houses and he's a good host.
Now, get this ... we're told once the renovations are completed and the TV show is wrapped, HGTV will sell the house. Our sources say several hotels are already interested in buying it and turning it into an off-site guest suite ... perfect for honeymooners or anyone who's just really into Florence Henderson.
As for how much the house could fetch on resale ... we're told somewhere between $4 million and $6 million. That's way, way more than any other house in the neighborhood, but hey, that's where Marcia lived.

Lance Bass HGTV Wants Him in 'Brady' House Show ... Someway, Somehow
Lance Bass might have lost a bidding war with HGTV over the 'Brady Bunch' house -- but he's still got a shot to be a part of the iconic property's future ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the situation tell us HGTV brass privately reached out to the 'NSYNC singer Tuesday after he publicly reacted to news the network was the mysterious "corporate buyer" that beat him out in what he initially called a shady deal.
Aww, thanks @LanceBass. Consider yourself officially part of the HGTV bunch! Yours truly, HGTV (aka The Lance Bass Fan Club) https://t.co/m09akz1ezq
@hgtv
We're told HGTV and Lance are scheduled to meet next week to discuss getting him involved in the network's future plans with the house -- namely, restoring it to its 1970s form on the inside for a new TV show. The crib's remained pretty much the same on the outside.
It's unclear what role Lance would play on the project, but we're told anything from producing to even hosting is possible ... and he's open for anything.
If everything works out, the stars will truly align for Lance. Sources close to the singer tell us his original plan -- had he won the bidding war -- was to gut the inside and recreate the TV set.
He won't own it, but sounds like Lance may yet see his dream come true.
