Tracy Morgan Walmart Did Right By Me ... Settles Crash Lawsuit
Tracy Morgan has reached a settlement with Walmart, and says he's satisfied with how the corporation took care of him financially after the accident that left him severely injured.
Tracy's attorney and Walmart's attorneys announced the settlement, but said terms of the deal would remain under wraps. Whatever they paid, Tracy's happy with it ... saying, "Walmart did right by me and my family, and for my associates and their families."
He added, "I am grateful that the case was resolved amicably."
Walmart also settled with two of the other passengers, Ardie Fuqua and Jeffrey Millea, and settled with the family of James McNair, who died in the crash involving Tracy's limousine van and the Walmart 18-wheeler.

Suge Knight Stiffs the Judge ... I'm Too Sick to Move
Suge Knight's gotta be running out of sick days by this point -- the accused murderer refused to leave his jail cell, and forced a judge to postpone his hearing for an alleged robbery.
Knight, who's sitting in jail awaiting trial for murder, told jailers he was too sick to go to court on Wednesday morning. He and comedian Katt Williams were scheduled to have a hearing for their alleged robbery of a paparazzo in Beverly Hills.
Knight's had numerous medical issues -- including a fainting spell -- in courtrooms and in the jail since he was arrested for allegedly murdering Terry Carter by driving his truck over him.
Williams did not show for court either today. The judge agreed to postpone the hearing until Friday, and said Knight would be forcibly taken to court if he plays the sick card again.

'19 Kids and Counting' More Advertisers Jump Ship
More advertisers are sending the message loud and clear to TLC ... they don't want ANYTHING to do with "19 Kids and Counting."
Jimmy Dean, Pure Leaf Iced Tea, Ace Hardware, David's Bridal, ConAgra Foods, Party City and Behr have all just announced they've removed their ad campaigns from the show and CVS, H&R Block, Ricola and Keurig all say they have no plans of advertising with the show if it's reinstated.
It's been almost a week since TLC said it was yanking the show from the schedule, at least for the time being. The latest batch of skittish advertisers follow in the footsteps of Walgreens and General Mills.
TLC has still not made a final decision on the future of the show.

Bruce Jenner Victim's Stepkids Don't Deserve Squat In Wrongful Death Suit
Bruce Jenner says the adult stepchildren of the woman who died in his Malibu car crash don't deserve a SINGLE PENNY from him ... because they didn't lose anything when she died.
Jenner just responded to the stepkids -- 57-year-old William and 60-year-old Dana -- in new legal docs ... saying their thin family connection does NOT give them the right to sue for wrongful death.
Long story short ... Jenner says William and Dana are grown ass adults that never depended on their stepmom Kim Howe to pay for essential things in their lives ... such as food, shelter, clothing or medical treatment.
Jenner says the accident was a "terrible tragedy" -- but says it's not an excuse for William and Dana to cash in on Kim's death.
TMZ broke the story ... Kim had no relationship with her stepkids, and that her friends say she hadn't spoken with them in years.
Jenner is asking the court to throw out the case. Stay tuned.
Conrad Hilton Ex-GF Claims He's Suicidal and Dangerous
Paris Hilton's brother Conrad is in desperate shape, threatening to kill himself over unrequited love ... this according to new legal docs.
Hunter Salomon, the daughter of Rick Salomon and actress E.G. Daily, claims she dated Conrad several years ago but they've been broken up for awhile.
Beginning last September, Hunter says the 21-year-old Hilton became scarily obsessive, saying she was the love of his life and even threatening to kill himself.
You'll recall Rick Salomon was Paris' partner in one of the best-selling sex tapes of all time. It's kind of bizarre that his daughter hooked up with her brother.
Hunter says in legal docs Conrad would repeatedly show up at her home at all hours, crying to E.G. that he wanted to marry her daughter. She says last Wednesday he showed up at her home, refused to leave and told her to "get a restraining order because he can't restrain himself," and then "asked if he could please just see me before he kills himself."
Conrad has struggled with substance abuse issues, most recently threatening flight attendants on an international flight, which led to criminal charges.
A judge granted a temporary restraining order, forcing him to stay 100 yards away from Hunter, her sister Tyson, Rick and E.G.

'Teen Mom 2' Star Jenelle Evans Wanted By Cops Allegedly Brutalized Baby Daddy
9:00 AM PT -- Jenelle's rep claims Nathan actually attacked her by driving over her with his truck. The rep claims Nathan stole Jenelle's phone and refused to hand over their son. Jenelle intends to press charges.
"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans will be arrested when cops find her, because she allegedly flew into a rage, attacking and choking her baby daddy/former fiance.
Nathan Griffith told Myrtle Beach cops Evans called him early Wednesday morning, informing him she was outside his home damaging his car.
Griffith says he ran outside where they began arguing and that's when she attacked him, slapping, punching and even trying to kick him down a flight of stairs.
According to Griffith, Evans reeked of alcohol and tried choking him with his shirt, then began clawing him with her nails.
Griffith told police he was able to make his way back inside his apartment, as Evans stood outside screaming, "He won't give me back my son!"
Griffith had scratches around his neck, a ripped shirt and bruising on the side of his face ... this according to the police report.
Police are looking for Evans but can't find her.
Griffith was arrested in March for allegedly assaulting Evans ... after she was popped the week before that for driving without a license.

Lindsay Lohan Screw All You Doubters I'm Gonna Finish My Community Service
Lindsay Lohan is about to pull off something we were prepared to bet money against. It looks like she'll complete all of her community service by Thursday's deadline ... but just barely.
As we reported, Lindsay went to Brooklyn earlier this month to beat the court deadline, and it seemed like an impossible task. She had to complete 115 hours, which meant 8 hours a day, every single day.
Going into Memorial Day weekend, we're told she only had 26 hours left to complete. Lindsay spent the weekend working at a New York LGBT Youth Center and was back on the grind Tuesday at a Brooklyn child service center.
Sources at the center tell us Lilo did 8 hours Tuesday and will log in another 8 today ... combine that with the weekend work and she'll cross the finish line.
There's a lot at stake. We're told the judge is prepared to end her criminal case on Thursday one way or the other -- either she completes community service and is taken off probation or she goes to jail.
Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, will be in court Thursday to deliver the judge the good news.
Way to go, Lilo.

Ray McDonald 911 'He's Drunk' 'I'm Freaking Out'
Ray McDonald's baby mama says she was "freaking out" and scared because the NFL player was drunk during an alleged domestic violence incident Monday morning.
McDonald's ex-fiancee called 911 around 3:45 AM to report an incident at an apartment in Santa Clara, CA that Ray pays for.
During the call, Ray's ex sounds frantic and informs the 911 operator that Ray is "drunk" -- but help was delayed because the woman called from her cell phone ... and officials needed to figure out which PD had jurisdiction over the situation.
Eventually, Ray was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence after the ex-Chicago Bears player allegedly attacked the woman while she was holding their young child.

Sam Shepard One Tequila, Two Tequila ... Busted for DUI
Two shots of tequila is all Sam Shepard drank ... at least that's the story he unsuccessfully told cops before they cuffed him.
The "Bloodline" actor was popped Monday night in Santa Fe, New Mexico outside a restaurant. A security guard called police, saying he feared Shepard was way too drunk to drive.
Shepard tried in vain to drive away, thwarted by an emergency brake he failed to release. That was enough evidence for cops to pull him over, and administer field sobriety tests ... which he failed. Cops say he also refused to blow into the breathalyzer, and that upped the ante.
He was arrested for aggravated DUI, and remains in custody.
Shepard was arrested for DUI back in 2009.
Kristoff St. John My Son Didn't Have to Die ... Hospital Could Have Prevented Suicide
Kristoff St. John is suing the hospital where his son committed suicide -- blasting the mental facility for giving him access to the plastic bag he used to kill himself.
The "Young and the Restless" star's 24-year-old son Julian St. John killed himself in November while getting treatment at La Casa Mental Health Hospital in Long Beach. He was found dead in a bathroom with a plastic bag over his head.
The reason for Kristoff's wrongful death lawsuit -- he says his son did the same thing less than 3 weeks before his death ... attempting to asphyxiate himself with a trash bag from his room. In the wrongful death suit, Kristoff says after that failed attempt ... the hospital never removed the trash bags from his room.
In his lawsuit, Kristoff says there's evidence the nurses were falsifying records. He says staffers were supposed to check on Julian every 15 minutes because he was a high suicide risk -- but records show they were logging welfare checks before they even happened.
For instance, Julian was pronounced dead at 1:44 PM, but nurses had already logged 6 welfare checks between 2 PM and 3:15 PM.
Kristoff feels the facility was negligent in its supervision of his son -- and if the staff had "acted with even the slighted regard for Julian's safety, he would still be alive today."
We've reached out to the hospital. No word back yet.
Johnny Depp Dog Smuggling Carries 10 Year Prison Sentence
Johnny Depp going to jail for bringing his dogs to Australia might sound like a joke, but officials Down Under aren't laughing ... and Depp could end up behind bars for a long, long time.
The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star could face up to 10 years in prison -- and receive a fine of up to $340,000 -- for illegally bringing his two dogs into Australia, says the Sydney Morning Herald.
The paper says his pilot, who flew Depp and the dogs into the country, could get two years as well.
Depp had the two Yorkshire Terriers -- Boo and Pistol -- flown back the U.S. earlier this month after officials threatened to put the pups down ... all because Depp didn't properly declare them.
Under Australian law, dogs brought into the country must be quarantined for 10 days, to avoid spreading disease.
Ray McDonald Allegedly Hit Woman Holding a Baby ... Bears Cut Him Loose
Ray McDonald's latest arrest came after an early morning dispute at his home with a woman who was holding a baby ... according to Santa Clara PD.
TMZ Sports obtained McDonald's mug shot ... taken after police responded to his Santa Clara home around 3:45 AM Monday. Officers say McDonald struck the unidentified woman while the infant was in her arms ... and then fled to another house in nearby San Jose.
Cops tracked him down at the home -- reportedly belonging to 49ers star Justin Smith -- and arrested him for misdemeanor domestic violence and child endangerment. Police are not releasing the victim's name.
It's worth noting -- McDonald and his ex-fiancee had a baby in March. That's the same woman who accused him of domestic violence last summer. The defensive lineman was arrested, but the D.A. did not press charges because she refused to cooperate with his prosecution.
Meanwhile, the Chicago Bears wasted no time cutting McDonald ... who had inked a 1-year deal back in March. GM Ryan Pace said, "We were very clear what our expectations were," and he did not meet them.
Chicago Bears Ray McDonald New Domestic Violence Arrest ... 2nd in Less Than a Year
Former 49ers star Ray McDonald has been arrested in Santa Clara, CA for alleged domestic violence and child endangerment.
There are reports McDonald was taken into custody at the home of his former 49ers teammate Justin Smith. As for the child endangerment -- he and his ex-fiance had a baby earlier this year ... but police haven't said if she or the baby were involved in this incident.
McDonald was also arrested for domestic violence last summer -- and was accused of a sexual assault in December. The D.A. did not file charges in either case, but the 49ers released their star defensive lineman ... saying he'd made "poor decisions."
The Chicago Bears signed McDonald in March.
The latest arrest was first reported by NBC in the Bay Area.

Warren Sapp Ex-Hookers Schooled Me On the Street Life
Warren Sapp graduated from the school of hooker hard knocks -- as part of his amazing plea deal in his Phoenix prostitution bust -- and TMZ Sports found out the curriculum.
Sapp got the solicitation charge dropped from the Super Bowl weekend arrest by completing a one day course, and according to his attorney ... the Hall of Famer's class featured some intense guest speakers. Craig Mehrens says Sapp heard from Phoenix PD Vice Squad officers as well as ex-prostitutes.
Both shared their experiences working the streets -- so you might say Sapp got it from both sides ... again.
His next step is getting the assault charge dropped, and Mehrens says Warren will be completing 15 anger management courses over the next few weeks to achieve that. We're told he can attend those classes closer to home in Florida.
By the way, no plea deals for the hookers who got busted with Sapp. They're planning to take their cases to trial in July.
