Terry Crews just walked into an LAPD station and filed a report alleging sexual assault ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Crews went to cops nearly a month after posting on Twitter that a high-level Hollywood executive "came over 2 me and groped my privates" at a Hollywood function.

Crews came forward with the allegations following mounting accusations against former movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.

Because the alleged incident, involving a still-unnamed suspect, occurred last year and within the statute of limitations in Cali, it's possible Crews coming forward could trigger a criminal investigation.

We spoke to Terry's wife days after the accusation, and she said there's a reason why rich, powerful men get away with it.

Melissa Hancock -- who's been featured on "Little Women: Atlanta" -- was allegedly driving the car that killed a man in a head-on crash and she's been arrested for DUI.

Virginia State Police say Hancock collided head-on with a 29-year-old male driver Saturday morning while going the wrong way on a one-way street. Cops were called to the scene after 2 AM and arrested Hancock. The man died later at the hospital.

Hancock's been charged with DUI/maiming and driving the wrong way. She's reportedly being held without bail in a Virginia Beach jail.

Harvey Weinstein's legal team is disputing reports that an indictment is imminent.

Weinstein's publicist issued a statement to the media saying, "We do not believe an indictment of Mr. Weinstein is imminent. A formal presentation will be made on Mr. Weinstein's behalf in the appropriate course of the investigation, and we strongly believe we will demonstrate that no criminal charges are warranted."

Translation ... Weinstein's team is saying they will sit down with prosecutors and make their case that Weinstein did not rape Paz de la Huerta.

The statement also suggests the case is not about to go to the Grand Jury, because once it's in the Grand Jury's hands there's no point in meeting with prosecutors.

There have been reports the case is about to go to the Grand Jury, but a senior member of the D.A.'s office tells TMZ that is not the case.

Weinstein's statement goes on to say criminal defense lawyers Blair Berk and Ben Brafman will be defending Weinstein in all matters involving New York.

Jeffrey Tambor is being investigated by Amazon over sexual harassment claims made by his ex-assistant, who happens to be transgender -- but Jeffrey's calling BS.

The former assistant, Van Barnes, made the claim about Tambor on Facebook ... saying only that he acted inappropriately around her. The allegation was not more specific. However, it was enough for Amazon, which produces "Transparent," to start looking into it ... according to Deadline.

Meanwhile, Tambor is already responding, saying ... "I adamantly and vehemently reject and deny any and all implication and allegation that I have ever engaged in any improper behavior toward this person or any other person I have ever worked with. I am appalled and distressed by this baseless allegation."

Amazon says it's interviewing "Transparent" cast and crew, including Tambor.

Amazon Studios exec, Roy Price, recently resigned after allegations of sexual misconduct were made against him.

Lisa Marie Presley is about to file a lawsuit against her former financial managers, claiming they squandered more than $100 million over 10 years, but the company says Lisa Marie is broke because she's a spendthrift.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the lawsuit which could be filed as early as today. She claims financial guru Barry Siegel sold 85% of her interest in Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE) and then gave the money to Robert F.X. Sillerman as a way of ingratiating himself with the famous investor. She says the investments tanked and left her broke.

Among the alleged misdeeds -- Presley says unbeknownst to her Siegel spent $9 million of her money to buy an English estate and couldn't make the balloon payment on the property.

She also says Siegel stopped paying her taxes in 2012 which left her with a tax bill of $7 million.

She says as of May 30, 2016, the trust was depleted and only had $14,000 in cash and she had $500,000 in credit card debt.

We're told Siegel's position is that Lisa Marie overspent herself into destitution. In fact, he says she went broke twice because of her spending habits. He says as early as 2003 Lisa Marie was $20 million in debt and he was the one who righted the ship. Siegel says he tried hard to get her to stop her excessive spending over the next 10 years but it fell on deaf ears.

We're told Siegel plans to countersue Presley for $800,000 in unpaid management fees.

Lisa Marie's lawyer, Amjad Khan, tells TMZ, "Lisa Marie Presley has been betrayed by her former Trustee, Barry Siegel and Provident Financial Management -- Hollywood money managers to stars like Al Pacino and Rob Thomas."

"Shark Tank" star Robert Herjavec says an ex-girlfriend of his is trying to exploit the Harvey Weinstein/Hollywood sexual harassment scandal by extorting him for millions of dollars over what he says are false claims of sexual assault.

Herjavec has sued Danielle Vasinova, whom he dated from 2013 to 2015. He says when he ended the relationship she became a woman scorned and threatened to go public with false claims he gave her herpes and repeatedly sexually assaulted her.

Herjavec says at one point she demanded $20 million in return for her silence, and he told her to kick rocks. He says at one point she reduced her demand to $5 million which he squarely rejected.

He also says she sold a story to the National Enquirer about his romp with her at a sex fantasy club. Herjavec says in Sept., 2014, Vasinova invited him to the sex club, telling him it was "a legitimate, fantasy experience ... innocent fun." He went, and consented to be strapped to a table and blindfolded, after which he was tickled with a feather.

Herjavec says unbeknownst to him, Vasinova took pictures of him while he was blindfolded, which she used in her extortion attempt.

Herjavec says after her extortion attempt failed he didn't hear from her for a while, until Monday, when he got a letter from her attorney saying Vasinova was threatening to reignite her assault claims. The letter says, "she bears full awareness that the problems plaguing Hollywood are far bigger than she is, and appreciates fully that her willingness to come forward now will not only be cathartic for her, but will go far in serving the interests of other women and men who have not yet found their voices."

According to the lawsuit, the letter goes on to suggest an "informal resolution" -- which Herjavec interprets as renewed extortion.

Kevin Spacey allegedly stuck his hand down an 18-year-old man's pants and grabbed his genitals after getting him drunk in 2016.

Former Boston TV news anchor, Heather Unruh, made the explosive allegations at a news conference Tuesday ... and revealed the 18-year-old family member she referred to is her straight son, now 19 and a college sophomore.

Unruh -- flanked by her daughter and lawyer Mitchell Garabedian -- claims her son was star-struck when she saw him at The Club Car Restaurant on Nantucket Island in July 2016. She says her son eventually met Spacey, who then allegedly bought him drinks and pounced when her son was drunk. Unruh also shared how her son literally ran away from the encounter thanks to an unknown woman's help.

Unruh's son, she said, handed over evidence to the Nantucket Police Department last week ... triggering a criminal investigation. Garabedian said the civil and criminal case is within the statute of limitations in Massachusetts and he plans to reach out to Spacey's legal team.

Meek Mill looked wide-eyed as he prepared to re-enter prison for his 2 to 4 year sentence.

TMZ obtained Meek's new mug shot, taken Wednesday morning. Pennsylvania's Dept. of Corrections says the rapper is being processed right now. It's still unknown which prison he'll be serving his sentence.

Prison officials say they won't release the name of Meek's new prison until he's arrived there ... for security concerns.

As we reported, the controversial sentence has pissed off a lot of people in the hip-hop community ... including T.I. ... who offered Meek some advice on getting through his prison bid.

The ex-girlfriend of NFL referee Carl Johnson has been arrested after cops say she LIED in a police report in which she accused Johnson of domestic violence.

As we previously reported, Johnson's ex-GF had gone to cops accusing Carl of engaging in a pattern of domestic violence beginning in Dec. 2016. The Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office opened an investigation into Johnson.

But now, LPSO Lt. Brennan Matherne tells TMZ Sports ... it's the GF who's in trouble now.

"The investigation is ongoing, but I can confirm we have filed charges against Sandra Brooks for Domestic Abuse Battery, Defamation, Criminal Mischief – Filing a False Police Report, and Filing a False Petition for a Protective Order."

"She turned herself in yesterday afternoon and was released after posting $2,500 bond."

Brooks is a former police officer.

We spoke with Brooks who is adamant she is telling the truth -- and claims she's the VICTIM in the case.

Johnson has also maintained his innocence from the very beginning.

TMZ Sports has obtained police footage of NFL star Junior Galette being run down by cops -- and then tased -- following an alleged fight in Mississippi back in April ... and the footage is insane.

It all went down on April 8 ... when a Biloxi PD officer saw the Redskins linebacker fighting with another man and instructed them both to freeze. The cop claims Galette ignored instructions and bolted.

You can see the cop -- who identifies himself as a "big white guy" -- sprinting after Galette while shouting, "Stop motherf*cker! I'm gonna taze your ass!!"

Galette continues to run so the cop pulled out his taser and fired -- striking Junior on the first shot and putting the 250 pounder on the ground. The cop is obviously impressed with his own speed.

"I may be a big white guy, but you know what? I told you to stop."

Once he's down, Galette insisted he did nothing wrong ...but the cop disagrees.

Cop: "You’re swingin’ and hittin’ this guy right in front of me. I tell you to stop."

Junior: "He hit me sir."

Cop: "Y'all both hittin’ each other. I tell you to stop and then you take off running. If you’re gonna run from me when I tell you to stop after I see you hit him, I’m gonna chase after you and I’m gonna tase you."

Galette was eventually arrested for disorderly conduct and failure to comply. After he was put in the squad car and taken to the police station, the arresting officer can be heard doing some post-chase breakdown with his colleagues.

One of the cops keeps it real and says the officer who gave chase should chill 'cause Galette's a linebacker ... not exactly known for blazing breakaway speed.

Officials tell TMZ Sports ... Galette eventually struck a plea deal with prosecutors, though the details are unclear. However, we're told the case is effectively closed.

Tyrese claims Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith gave him a whopping $5 million so he could dig himself out of a financial hole from his custody case, but sources directly connected to both Will and Jada say it simply isn't true.

Our Will and Jada sources say they did not give Tyrese any money at all.

Tyrese posted last Sunday that Will and Jada gave him the gift in return for him staying mum about his trial. Tyrese wrote, "You've guys asked me to get off and stay off the Internet now that my daughters legal fees will be paid. I will listen."

Tyrese did add a post Tuesday admitting the money had not been received yet.

Will and Jada have been friends with Tyrese for years, and we're told they're extremely worried Tyrese is having some sort of a breakdown.

T.I. is sending Meek Mill some simple advice for his 2 to 4 years in prison -- learn and strategize.

We got Tip leaving Crossroads Kitchen in WeHo and he went off about what he, and many others, consider Meek's harsh sentence for violating his probation. He's clearly ticked off about it, but also hopeful for his pal.

T.I. -- who did a 11-month prison stint himself -- says Meek needs to use each day behind bars to the fullest, and feels there's an opportunity for him ... if he uses his time wisely..

Mariah Carey's former security company has threatened to sue her ... and the guy who owns the company says she constantly humiliated him by referring to him as a Nazi, a skinhead, a KKK member and a white supremacist.

Michael Anello's lawyer has prepared a draft of a lawsuit, claiming his company worked for Mariah from June 2015 to May 2017 and got stiffed on the balance to the tune of $221,329.51. Anello claims he was promised another 2 years which would add $511,000 to the tab.

Anello says Mariah humiliated him and his colleague by referring to them as members of the hate groups.

Anello also claims Mariah "wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people."

The draft lawsuit also makes allegations of sexual harassment, claiming she committed "sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello." Anello claims during a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mariah asked him to come to her room to move some luggage and when he got there, she was wearing a see-through negligee that was open. He says he tried leaving but she insisted he move the luggage. He says he left the room and there was no physical contact.

Mariah's people tell us they were in touch with Anello's lawyer Monday and were agreeable to pay certain invoices, but we're told Anello is not satisfied with the amount.

Mariah's people have no information on the sexual harassment claim.

The lawyer for Anello says the lawsuit is now on hold, presumably because they are in settlement negotiations.

"All My Children" star Shane McDermott was on the run from cops -- literally -- but they were gonna let him go, until he demanded they arrest him. Brilliant!

Cops in Galveston, TX tell us ... Shane was drinking early Sunday morning at a bar and got into a verbal altercation, bolted outside and started running down the middle of the street around 2 AM. Cops spotted him and asked where he was headed.

Shane said home, only to be informed he was running in the wrong direction. We mentioned he was boozing, right? Cops gave him 2 options: get a ride home or get arrested.

He chose door #2, telling cops ... "Arrest me now!" Again. Booze.

Shane, who ya might also remember from the 90s teen flick, "Airborne" ... was busted for public intoxication, and took a grinning mug shot to rival Melissa Etheridge.

He got a $241 fine, but more importantly ... one helluva story.

Janet Jackson's music video shoot for "No Sleeep" damaged a guy's home so badly he couldn't live there for 2 weeks, and he wants a big paycheck to make it right ... according to a new suit.

David Tate claims a music vid production company, Zanmi Films, used his house in July 2015 to film Jackson's vid, and agreed to cover any damages they might cause. After shooting the vid, Tate claims he noticed extensive damage to his floors and walls caused by the production crew.

According to the docs ... he had to fork over the money for repairs and also move out of his crib for 14 days, but hasn't been compensated for his troubles.

Tate's asking for over a million dollars in damages.

We reached out to Zanmi ... so far, no word back.

Jared Fogle's clearly made at least one friend in prison ... because a jailhouse lawyer wants to get him out.

Jared's pal, Frank Edwin Pate, filed legal docs to say there's no proof Jared traveled to engage in sex with a minor. The docs, obtained by TMZ, say therefore the 15-year prison sentence the judge handed down should be thrown out.

Frank, btw, is 2 years into a 210-month prison sentence for fraud. So, not exactly Clarence Thomas here. Besides, there's no need for the court to prove anything ... since, y'know, Jared pled guilty to traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor.

Fogle's lawyer, Ron Elberger, tells TMZ he's still working with Fogle. As for Frank Pate, Elberger says, "It's not an uncommon practice for jailhouse lawyers to assist" fellow inmates.
