Seven Docs Cleared in MJ Probe ... Not Dr. Murray
Dr. Conrad Murray is still the lone suspect in the death of Michael Jackson after state investigators announced today that seven other physicians will not be charged.
Attorney General Jerry Brown had launched a probe of seven other doctors who treated Jackson -- mainly looking at the prescribing practices of the physicians.
One of the doctors on the list has been reported to the California Medical Board for prescribing drugs to an alias for Michael. That doctor was not named.

Oksana Ready to Sue Mel Gibson Over Music
There's a new legal war brewing between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva -- and this one's over her music ... which she can't release without his signature.
Sources close to Oksana tell TMZ that she's prepared to sue Gibson to release a CDs worth of new music that he executive produced and co-wrote.
As we first reported, Mel's not in the mood to sign over his publishing rights on the music because his team believes Oksana's trying to destroy him.
At this point, Mel letting Oksana release a CD and go on a promotional tour would be like Obama letting Kim Jong-Il borrow a nuclear warhead.
Our sources on both sides, say the music matter will most likely land in court -- or become a high-priced bargaining chip in negotiations for a financial settlement.
And the band played on...

'Jersey Shore' -- New Chick Drops the N-Bomb
She hasn't even appeared on the show yet -- but the new chick on "Jersey Shore" is already up to her spray-tanned neck in controversy ... after a video surfaced in which she drops the N-bomb.
The foul-mouthed female is Deena Nicole Cortese -- the same chick who sucked down a beer bong with Snooki in Seaside Heights this weekend.
Turns out Deena recorded a video blog on her MySpace page back in 2008 -- in which she rants about the way she's been treated by some dudes ... swears revenge ... and then says to the camera, "We're gonna play you out, n**ga."
Sources close to production confirm Deena will be appearing in a number of episodes during the third season of "Jersey" ... but she isn't considered a "permanent" cast member.
MTV had no comment on the N-bomb situation.

Alleged MJ Love Child Surfaces -- Wants Money
A woman who claims to be Michael Jackson's illegitimate love child -- conceived when MJ was a minor -- has filed legal documents claiming there was a diabolical plot to cover up her existence ... involving murder, abduction and Diana Ross' sister.
The alleged MJ spawn -- Mocienne Petit Jackson -- has filed documents with L.A. County Superior Court claiming she will surely be in line for a serious inheritance check ... if a judge will give the go-ahead on a DNA test.
Here's the story -- MPJ claims back in 1975, 17-year-old Michael Jackson secretly impregnated her mother Barbara ... who happens to be Diana Ross' sister.
MPJ claims when she was 9 years old, Katherine Jackson hatched a plan to "abduct" MPJ and send her to Belgium to protect Michael's "reputation." She claims all 7 of her abductors were later murdered.
Now MPJ -- who currently lives in the Netherlands -- has decided to come forward with her story ... so she can "formally claim my part of my father's inheritance." She also wants custody of MJ's kids so she can give them a "more normal life."
MPJ also claims she was diagnosed with Vitiligo ... so, there's that.
Calls to Diana Ross, Barbara Ross and MJ's camp have not been returned.

Mel Gibson Interviewed by Sheriff's Investigators
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Mel Gibson met with L.A. County Sheriff's detectives Sunday for his official interview in connection with his criminal complaint that Oksana Grigorieva tried to extort him.
We're told the meeting was lengthy and that Mel and his lawyer submitted "physical evidence" -- including emails and texts -- to make a case that Oksana extorted him.
Our law enforcement sources also tell us ... Mel did not discuss Oksana's criminal complaint against him. We're told that was one of the ground rules set by Mel's lawyer.
Gibson does not have to discuss Oksana's claims based on his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination.

Gibson's Racist Rant Triggers Immigration Complaint
TMZ has learned Mel Gibson got ratted out to the government after an immigration group heard him use a derogatory term for illegal aliens -- and the complaint could spark an investigation into who's working for Mel.
The San Diego Minutemen tell TMZ they dropped a dime on Mel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) because they heard him refer to one of his domestic workers as a "wetback" during the secretly-recorded rant at Oksana Grigorieva.
The Minutemen are volunteers whose mission is "to demand maximum border security and immigration enforcement" -- and we're told Gibson's use of the epithet led the group to wonder if he is employing illegal immigrants. So they called the ICE hotline last week to report Gibson.
The Minutemen tell TMZ they were told an investigation would be opened.
A rep from the Los Angeles ICE office could not be reached for comment. Same for Mel's rep.

Settlement Reached In Jon & Kate Custody War
The epic child custody war between Jon and Kate Gosselin is finally over -- TMZ has learned the former reality couple has reached a settlement agreement ... but the terms are extremely confidential.
As we previously reported, Jon filed documents in a Pennsylvania court back in April asking for primary custody of their eight kids -- and demanded an opportunity to renegotiate his child support obligations.
But earlier this month, the two sides officially agreed on a new arrangement that involves both custody and financial obligations ... but the terms of the deal were sealed by the court.
A source close to the couple confirmed the deal -- telling us, "An official agreement between Jon and Kate has been reached and they will be working together for the benefit of their children."
Lawyers for both sides had no comment.

DMX Headed Back to Jail
TMZ has learned rapper DMX is planning to surrender to authorities in a Los Angeles courtroom and begin serving jail time in connection to a crime he committed "5 or 6 years ago" ... this according to X's manager.
X's manager tells us she's not sure about the nature of the crime -- but insists that DMX is "focused" on taking care of all of his past legal issues so he can move on with his life.
Earlier this month, DMX completed a 4-month jail stint in Arizona ... where he served time for a probation violation.
UPDATE: TMZ has learned X's jail stint all stems from a 2002 reckless driving conviction. Turns out, DMX was placed on probation after he plead no contest to the crime ... but has since violated his probation ... and has been ordered to serve 90 days in a city jail facility.

Charlie Sheen -- Clear Signs of a Plea Deal
Sources connected with the production team on "Two and a Half Men" tell TMZ Charlie Sheen will be on the set for next week's taping -- and he will not miss a single taping for the new season because of his criminal case.
Although a plea deal is not finalized, the assurance the production team has received is a clear sign Charlie will probably get a better deal now than he would have under the original deal that fell apart back in June.
The first taping for next season is August 6. Charlie is scheduled to be in Aspen for court on August 2.

Oksana's Gotta Have Mel ... to Release Music
TMZ has learned Oksana Grigorieva has a full CD's worth of new music she wants to release -- but the catch is ... Mel Gibson has to sign off before that can happen.
Sources with knowledge of the recordings say Gibson produced the new songs for Oksana, and even co-wrote some of them -- which means he holds some of the publishing rights.
Gibson executive produced Oksana's CD "Beautiful Heartache" last year, but as they say -- that was then.
In 2010, there's a better chance of a snowball fight in Hell, than there is of Mel putting his Hancock anywhere near Oksana's album.

Dina Lohan's been called a lot of things, but we're told "brokenhearted" best describes her since daughter Lindsay Lohan got locked up.
Sources close to Dina tell TMZ that since LiLo's been behind bars DiLo has been ignoring phone calls and letting business deals lapse.
We're told she's been "laying low" and that she "cried a lot those first couple of days." As one person put it, "It broke her heart to have to see Lindsay in jail."
Dina's been unable to visit Lynwood Correctional Facility since Wednesday because Linds used up her allotted time for personal visits.

Oksana -- More Mel Recordings in Her Library
TMZ has learned Oksana Grigorieva doesn't just have secretly recorded phone conversations of Mel Gibson ... she has voicemails too.
Sources close to Oksana tell TMZ the recordings that have gone public so far are conversations between Oksana and Mel, but she also has voicemails which Mel left for her that night.
As we first reported, all the Gibson rants that have come out were recorded on February 18 -- after a nuclear meltdown between the two.
We're told the voicemails are nowhere near as incendiary as the taped conversations.

Brittany Murphy, Husband's Deaths -- the Mold Factor
The investigation into Brittany Murphy and Simon Monjack's deaths is now being handled by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, TMZ has learned ... and it's all because of mold found in their home.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the issue of mold in the house came up early during the investigation into Brittany's death -- but it was deemed "not to be a contributing factor."
Then when Simon passed away a few months later, we're told the issue came up again -- but Brittany's mom, Sharon, wouldn't let the L.A. County Coroner's Office in to investigate the mold. Now, we're told, Sharon has agreed to let Public Health investigators into the home.
Mold could be relevant to Simon and Brittany's respiratory health. Pneumonia was a cause of death for both of them.
We're also told Simon's mother, Linda Monjack is fully supportive of this move, and will be flying from Europe so she can be close to the investigation.
UPDATE: A rep for Sharon tells TMZ, "I have never been personally asked by the Coroner or anyone from the Health Department to come and inspect my home for mold ... to the best of my knowledge there has been no evidence of mold at the Murphy residence."

The Day Oksana Taped Mel
Sources tell TMZ Oksana Grigorieva began secretly recording Mel Gibson shortly after he accused her of messing around with the "tree man."
Sources intimately familiar with the case tell TMZ ... on February 18, Oksana went to Mel's house and he allegedly flew into a rage. Sources say, according to Oksana, Mel had quit smoking that day and was in a "terrible mood." As TMZ first reported, Mel had also tried to quit smoking the day of their nuclear blowup on January 6.
On February 18, we're told Mel became insanely jealous ... allegedly accusing Oksana of having an affair with her landscaper. According to Oksana, she had to leave because she felt if she didn't Mel would hurt her and the baby. We're told after she left, an enraged Mel began calling ... and she began recording.
Sources tell TMZ there was no physical violence on February 18 and the only type of violence between the January 6 encounter and the February 18 encounter was verbal ... not physical.
We're told all of the recordings were made on February 18.
