Oksana to Lawyers: Where's My Money?

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned Oksana Grigorieva is P.O.'d because her attorneys just got paid $250,000 from Mel Gibson ... while she got a grand total of zero dollars.

Last month Judge Scott Gordon ordered Gibson to pay a quarter million bucks in attorneys' fees to Oksana's legal team -- which he did.

But here's the thing -- sources close to Oksana tell us she was led to believe her attorneys would break her off a chunk o' that cash. We're told that hasn't happened.

We're told Gibson has been paying child support to Oksana, but sources say she desperately wants more than what she's been receiving.

So, let's review the scorecard:
Oksana's lawyers -- $250,000
Oksana -- $000,000

Oksana's Bodyguards Come to Her Defense

Published | Updated

Oksana Grigorieva's bodyguards -- who are all U.S. military veterans -- are coming to Oksana's aid by taking a stand and making it clear they're with Oksana and against Mel Gibson.

Oksana's bodyguards come from a company called The Bodyguard Group -- a referral service for veterans -- and they've posted a scathing statement on their website that reads like a direct shot at Gibson.

The statement reads: "The Bodyguard Group has reviewed both versions of events and ALL of our members agree that ONLY Oksana is being 100% honest ... We ask that everyone support Oksana and take a stand against all men who abuse women and children."

While it may seem odd for bodyguards to be so vocal, the statement says, "We could not keep silent after the abuse Oksana suffered."

Montana Fishburne Dad's Pals Tried to Block Porn

Published | Updated

Laurence Fishburne's friends tried to do him and his family a solid by buying up all of daughter Montana Fishburne's porn DVDs for a million dollars ... and they hired famed attorney Yale Galanter to make the offer to Vivid Entertainment.

Sources tell TMZ, Galanter -- fresh off his Charlie Sheen victory -- reached out to Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch with the million dollar deal. But, we're told, at the time Galanter reached Hirsch ... the DVDs had already shipped out.

Galanter would neither confirm nor deny the story to TMZ.

When we contacted Hirsch he said, "It's true that we had several conversations with Mr. Galanter. We would have stopped shipment but it was too late. We continue to have the utmost respect for all involved."

Oksana Grigorieva -- Follow the Money

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned yesterday's five-hour deposition of Oksana Grigorieva focused on money -- specifically where it's coming from.

Sources tell us the entire deposition revolved around Oksana's finances and her income sources. We're told a good chunk of the depo honed in on the Mel Gibson tapes and whether Oksana sold them directly or indirectly.

According to our sources there was no smoking gun.

We're told Oksana was also grilled about what she's been spending money on -- and how she's getting the money to pay for it.

Tyson Sued for $115 Million -- Alleged 'Iron' Theft

Published | Updated

A 49-year-old retired boxer is trying to pick a $115 million fight with Mike Tyson -- claiming "The Hangover" star hijacked his "Iron Mike" nickname 25 years ago.

The other "Iron" man is Mike Landrum -- a former professional fighter who claims he coined the nickname "Iron Mike" before he turned pro in 1983. Tyson started fighting professionally in 1985.

Landrum has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Los Angeles, claiming he owns the trademark to the nickname "Iron Mike" -- and therefore, Tyson infringed on his rights by using the nickname throughout his boxing career.

Landrum -- who's representing himself in the case -- tells us he was "hindered from getting any major title fights or sponsorships because of the name confusion."

For the record -- Landrum's record was 6-4 as a pro.

TMZ spoke with Tyson's rep Tammy Brook who tells us, "Mike's legal team hasn't seen the paperwork yet, but they are confident the case holds no merit."

Jillian Michaels Sued 'Potentially Lethal' Diet Product

Published | Updated

"Biggest Loser" star Jillian Michaels was just slapped with another multi-million dollar lawsuit over her weight loss products -- and this time, it's about a detox supplement that allegedly "might kill you."

The class action lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, was filed today in L.A. County Superior Court by a woman who only wants to be known by her initials -- R.D. -- due to her "very real fear of retaliation OR harassment by Defendants."

In the lawsuit, R.D. claims Jillian's "Triple Process Total Body Detox & Cleanse" diet supplement contains a "potentially lethal combination of toxic ingredients" ... and it "might kill you."

In the suit, R.D. lays out what she considers to be the risks associated with various ingredients in Jillian's product, including:

-- Irish Moss Powder ... "causes gastrointestinal ulcers" and is "so toxic that it is the gel commonly applied to aircraft wings to dissolve ice"
-- Bearberry ... "known to cause nausea and vomiting"
-- Yarrow ... "a toxic lawn weed that causes dermatitis"
-- Chinese Rhubarb ... "a harsh laxative and dangerous diuretic that can cause sever dehydration and may cause irreversible liver damage"
-- Fenugreek Seed ... "interferes with digestion and causes both diarrhea and gas"

R.D. is suing Jillian and Thin Care International for more than $10 million for "actively and fraudulently" conspiring to hide the alleged dangers of their product.

If this story sounds familiar, it's not the first ... second ... or even the third time Jillian has been sued by people who claim her diet products are potentially toxic.

No comment from Jillian Michaels' camp.

MJ Death Mansion for Sale -- Fans Already Calling

Published | Updated

The Holmby Hills mansion where Michael Jackson overdosed on Propofol and died is back on the market for a cool $28 mil -- but the owners are asking for roughly $10 million less than they did before MJ kicked the bucket.

The 17,171 square foot home on N. Carolwood Drive -- which includes 7 bedrooms, a 7-car garage, and 13 toilets -- was officially put up for sale on Monday ... with an asking price of $28,995,000.

Sources close to the estate tell TMZ that several MJ fans have already expressed interest -- possibly in an attempt to get a sneak peek inside -- but the owners have required all potential buyers to go through an "extensive pre-qualifying check" before they can even walk in the door.

Back in 2008, the property owner -- Ed Hardy CEO Hubert Guez -- tried selling the place for $38 million ... but when that didn't work out, he agreed to let MJ live in the home while he rehearsed for the "This Is It" tour.

According to RealEstalker.com, Guez had recently tried to rent out the property for $300,000 per month ... but ultimately decided he would try and get rid of it all together, with the discounted price tag.

So far, it's unclear if Guez is entertaining any serious offers.

Ex-UFC Star in Bloody Street Fight Caught on Tape

Published | Updated

TMZ has obtained footage of former UFC superstar Roger Huerta engaging in a bloody street fight in Austin, Texas this weekend -- against a man who appears to have socked a woman in the head.

27-year-old Huerta -- who was once featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated -- was in front of a bar in Austin around 2 AM on Saturday morning ... when some other people began fighting. Roger was near the scuffle ... when he saw one of the men involved punch a female who was standing near the ruckus.

Once Huerta sees the woman collapse to the ground -- he instantly tries to confront the attacker saying, "You just punched a f**kin' girl."

Moments later, Huerta takes off his shirt ... slams his hat to the ground ... and rushes after the man.

Chaos ensues and people scramble after the fighters, blocking the camera -- but seconds later ... a shirtless Huerta can be seen finishing his attack on the other man ... who is sprawled out on the street.

People rush in to aid the bloody man on the ground -- who eventually gets off the pavement -- as Huerta walks away from the battle ground.

Austin PD tells TMZ that officers were called to the scene -- but so far, no arrests have been made.

Huerta's manager tells us, "I have not spoken to Roger yet about this incident, but I can say that it's in his nature to be very protective of women."

Leo DiCaprio's Alleged Slasher -- Bail Upped to $150k

Oksana's Former Lawyer to Meet with Investigators

Published | Updated

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ L.A. County Sheriff's deputies have contacted Oksana Grigorieva's former lawyer ... because they want to know if Oksana said anything inconsistent or incriminating during her mediation with Mel Gibson.

Sources tell us deputies have contacted attorney Eric George asking to schedule a meeting.

We're told Sheriff's investigators want to ask George about both Oksana's brutality claims as well as Mel's allegation that she tried to extort him.

Sources say George will cooperate with authorities and speak with them. George is allowed to discuss what occurred during the mediation however conversations he had with Oksana are protected by the attorney-client privilege.

Our law enforcement sources say investigators are particularly interested in what Oksana is reportedly claiming now, but failed to claim during the mediation, notably:

- During the mediation she never expressed any concern that Mel was a threat to baby Lucia
- During the mediation she never said that Mel threatened to kill her, Alexander, Lucia, and himself
- During the mediation she never made any mention nor produced any photo of a black eye

We're also told investigators are interested in any information related to the 2 text messages Oksana sent Mel during the mediation -- saying she taped his phone calls because he was not taking care of her. Mel's people claim they have hard proof Oksana left a trail of evidence showing she was holding the tapes over Mel's head for a price.

As we first reported George negotiated a whopping $15 million settlement package for Oksana which she later disavowed.

The date for the meeting with Sheriff's deputies has not been set, but it will happen soon.

As we first reported back in June, Charlie and Brooke have signed divorce docs spelling out who gets what when their marriage ends.

Sources say they were holding off until Charlie's Aspen assault case was over, fearing a divorce would give prosecutors ammo in the case.

We're told almost from the beginning, Brooke has always wanted nothing to do with the case. And now that the case is over, we're told divorce docs will soon follow.

Charlie Sheen Sentence Malibu, Here I Come!

Published | Updated

Sources connected with the Charlie Sheen case tell TMZ Charlie has gotten the sweetest plea bargain ever -- he's been sentenced to 30 days in Malibu!

Sources tell TMZ, under the terms of the deal, Charlie will receive a 30-day jail sentence, but he will not spend one second behind bars. Instead, the sentence will be "administered and executed at Promises" -- the famous rehab facility to the stars. It's the same facility that Charlie spent weeks at earlier this year following his arrest.

We've learned Charlie will plead guilty to misdemeanor assault. The felony charge will be dropped. Charlie will be placed on three months unsupervised probation.

As we first reported, the sentence will in no way impede the production of "Two and a Half Men." After he enters his plea today, Charlie will fly back to L.A. at 5:00 PM and will be on the set tomorrow.

UPDATE 3:15 PM PT: On his way into court just moments ago, Charlie said he was feeling "great."
