Lindsay was released after 23 days at the Hospital. Lindsay will receive outpatient care for the foreseeable future.

We're told the doctors at UCLA were very clear with Judge Elden Fox ... they felt Lindsay should be released from the facility immediately, and the judge saw it their way.

Judge Marsha Revel had previously ordered Lindsay to spend 90 days at UCLA.
A court hearing is scheduled tomorrow, although we've learned Lindsay will not be there.

Elin tells PEOPLE, "I'm so embarrassed that I never suspected - not a one. For the past 3 1/2 years, when all this was going on, I was home a lot more with pregnancies, then the children and my school."

Elin also addressed rumors she attacked Tiger with a golf club the night of his Thanksgiving crash -- saying, "There was never any violence inside or outside our home. The speculation that I would have used a golf club to hit him is just truly ridiculous."

She says she and Woods tried to work on their marriage, but "without trust and love," it didn't work.

As for their divorce settlement, Elin says "money can't buy happiness or put my family back together."

Law enforcement sources tell us Heidrich was originally pulled over for a traffic violation ... and during the stop ... he went after the cop.

We're told additional officers were called to the scene ... and Heidrich was taken into custody for assaulting an officer and resisting arrest.

Cops tell TMZ 31-year-old Nathan Lee Parada is still in custody and is being held on $50,000 bail.

According to his booking sheet, Parada is 5'10" and weighs 178 pounds.

The friend -- someone we know spoke to Rachel yesterday -- tells TMZ Rachel said ... "I feel horrible for him. He loved her. But he was in love with me. I hope he remembers that was real, and reaches out to me."

Rachel added, "I'd give up everything to be with him again."

Moments ago, Hilton posted this photo of cops at her home -- and included the following message: "So Scary, just got woken up to a guy trying to break into my house holding 2 big knifes [sic]. Cops are here arresting him."

Law enforcement confirms that a man in his 40s was arrested at Hilton's home around 6:30 AM. He was hauled off to a local jail.

Paris told police the man was banging on the windows of the home -- but never actually entered the place.

Sources close to Paris tell us Hilton saw the man on her security cameras ... and called police instantly. Paris was told the man was considered "armed and dangerous" -- and that she was "lucky" the guy didn't get inside.

We're told Doc Murray believes that everyone has a right to express their feelings ... even if he doesn't agree.

As we previously reported, several Michael Jackson supporters hurled insults at the doc as he left an L.A. courtroom yesterday ... right after Murray's legal team was granted access to MJ's fluid samples to aid in his defense in the involuntary manslaughter trial.

We're told Heidi has agreed to listen to Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch when he arrives in Costa Rica to make an offer on the footage ... some of which is said to contain girl-on-girl action with Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon.

We're told Heidi wants Hirsch to provide her with the sales numbers on Kim Kardashian's sex tape -- which was also released through Vivid -- because Heidi may be interested in working out a "back-end deal" if Steve can't offer enough cash up front to satisfy Montag.

Hirsch told us he's leaving for Costa Rica sometime next week.

, Tiger and Elin Nordegren reached a settlement agreement way back at the beginning of July -- July 3rd and 4th.

Elin says in the docs that she wants her maiden name restored -- Elin Maria Pernilla Nordegren.

According to the documents, both Tiger and Elin have each completed a 4-hour parenting course.

Aretha Wilson's lawyer asked the judge for a toxicology report on the actor the night of the incident, as well as his medical records.

The lawyer claims the case is a cover-up -- that Leo didn't even report the incident for 3 days, and the 5 witnesses are telling inconsistent stories.

In addition to the toxicology report (Leo went to the hospital that night for stitches and doctors may have done a toxicology), the lawyer wants Leo's rap sheet.

As for what started the fight at the home of Rick Salomon, Paris Hilton's sex tape partner, Wilson's lawyer says his client said to Leo, "You guys are a bunch of f*gs. Why don't you go butt f**k each other." The lawyer says that set Leo off and he approached Wilson in a threatening way.

Leo's lawyer, Blair Berk, says, "These are outrageous lies and a classic case of trying to re-victimize a victim in a violent assault."

Berk adds, "That this woman became a fugitive from justice for 5 years to avoid responsibility and that Mr. DiCaprio has fully cooperated with the prosecution from day 1 should say everything. This woman has a long criminal history of violent criminal attacks on others and should be given no attention whatsoever."

As we first reported, Dr. Murray's lawyers want to re-test some of the fluids to determine the accuracy level of the Propofol found in Jackson's body.

In the documents, filed on Friday with the Alaska Public Offices Commission, Johnston states that he intends to run for a position in the City of Wasilla.

Levi doesn't specify which position he's running for ... but he's previously stated that he wants to become the next mayor ... a position once held by his baby mama's mama Sarah Palin.

By filing the document -- Levi is permitted to officially begin his campaign ... which means dude can legally accept campaign contributions.

Spencer told TMZ over the weekend he was in Costa Rica to turn over two dogs to Heidi but she wanted nothing to do with him. The video suggests otherwise.

Spencer says he's given Heidi an ultimatum -- either tear up the divorce papers and do a reality show with him, or he'll release the sex tapes.

So we ask ...

UPDATE: Heidi and Spencer were also spotted together in Costa Rica on August 18. The plot thickens ...

As we first reported, Oksana went to Dr. Ross Shelden the day after the blowup. Dr. Shelden signed a written declaration stating Oksana was struck in the mouth and the temple. But as we reported, he has also told another, conflicting story -- that Oksana was NOT struck in the mouth -- and there was no evidence of bruising consistent with a strike to the mouth. Dr. Shelden theorized Oksana was struck in the temple, which caused her to bite down hard which led to two veneers coming out.

In this video shot Thursday, Dr. Shelden -- who at first says he shouldn't comment -- says, "I think [Oksana's injuries] were definitely caused by a blow to the mouth and a blow to the head."

If Mel Gibson is charged with domestic violence, Dr. Shelden's inconsistent stories could damage his credibility as a witness.

Britney's conservatorship -- which was created in February 2008 -- shows no signs of ending. The conservators have not filed a petition to end it and there are no indications, based on our sources, that it's wrapping up any time soon.

But we did a little checking and it turns out ... Britney herself can ask the judge to end the conservatorship. Before that happens, the judge would have to satisfy herself that Brit essentially was capable of making decisions for herself and her kids.

But if Britney were to request an end to it, we're told the judge would take the request seriously. That doesn't mean the conservatorship would automatically end, but the judge would almost certainly re-evaluate it.

As we first reported ... there are really two conservatorships at play -- the one over Britney's person and the other over her financial affairs. Our sources say Britney has no interest in ending the latter.

As for whether Britney wants to end the conservatorship over her person ... we're told she runs hot and cold. Fact is ... daddy Jamie Spears has given her a lot of freedom this year, so it's not like she's living in a ball 'n chain world.

Emilio shot a dating show pilot for Spencer's production company called "Fist Pumping 4 Love." He tells us he thinks the Speidi sex tape is "an amazing idea" and he envies Spencer for it.

But rest easy -- there is no sex tape with Emilio and ex-GF Snooki. Emilio says, "Wish I did that with Snooki. But I'm still learning and wasn't as smart as him."
