Marque Lynche ... the former 'All New Mickey Mouse Club' star died of "acute and chronic" alcoholism ... according to the NYC medical examiner.

The former co-star of Britney Spears and Ryan Gosling died back in December, and was found in his NYC apartment by his roommate.

Lynche -- who also shared the spotlight with Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera -- was a Mouseketeer from 1993 to 1995, and also appeared on season 3 of "American Idol."

Randy Meisner is an alcoholic with serious mental health issues, and the people closest to him are only enabling his downward spiral ... according to a family friend.

James Newton filed docs to get a temporary conservator appointed by the court to care for the ex Eagles rocker -- specifically someone specializing in mental health.

Newton's filing includes medical documents saying Meisner has a history of consuming about a pint of vodka per day. He believes Randy's risk of doing harm to himself has been greatly increased since the death of his wife.

Newton -- who tried to become Randy's conservator last year -- says he's not lobbying for the role this time around ... he's just worried Randy will put unqualified friends in the position.

Nick Carter's battery charge for brawling with a bouncer in the Florida Keys could be wiped from his record if he keeps his nose clean.

Prosecutors say they'll drop the battery charge if Nick completes 25 hours of community service in the next 6 months.

Here's what's interesting ... Nick seemed pretty wasted at the time of his arrest, outside a popular bar -- but prosecutors aren't banning him from drinking during the 6 month period. However, they do say he should not use booze "to excess."

Lamar Odom's drinking has reached crisis level for Khloe Kardashian, and we've learned she desperately wants him to get help NOW ... but Lamar's digging in his heels.

Sources close to the still married duo tell us Khloe's doing everything she can to convince him to get treatment for addiction. We're told LO's happy to go to physical rehab, but refuses to deal with his drug demons.

We're told Khloe's even suggested an outpatient program, but Odom remains defiant.

Odom's own family members are also striking out. According to our sources, they've tried to convince him by pointing out several relatives, including his father, have addiction issues.

We're told Lamar's been communicating with his 2 kids in NY recently, but seeing him in a bar makes even them worry dad will fall back out of their lives.

Bottom line: No one close to Lamar believes he can "casually" drink without opening the door to renewed drug abuse.

Khloe's telling friends and family there will come a point when "she has to stop trying" to save Lamar.

Lamar Odom thinks he can drink whenever he wants -- months after his near-death experience -- and the people closest to him believe he's heading down a dark path again.

Sources close to LO say he believes he can "casually drink" without any consequences, which is why he hit up an Irish pub on Saturday night. As we reported ... he downed 3 Remy Martins -- the same liquor he was drinking in the Nevada brothel the weekend he nearly died.

We're told Odom's boozing is creating tension between him and Khloe Kardashian. Although she's publicly vowed to help him recover, she disagrees with his choice to start drinking. We're told Lamar got up on Sunday morning for church just to prove he could function after boozing.

As one source put it, "We all are really, really sad he's decided to do this." And after we posted the pics ... Khloe seemed to address it, tweeting she feels "helpless."

Lamar Odom is playing with fire -- boozing at an Irish bar early Easter Sunday morning ... hours before he went to church with the Kardashians ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We spoke with multiple staffers and patrons at the bar who tell us Odom arrived to Johnny O'Brien pub in Sherman Oaks, CA with 2 unidentified male friends just before midnight on Saturday -- and stayed until around 1 AM on Sunday.

Staffers confirmed Odom ordered 3 Remy Martin drinks and paid for them himself.

Hours later, Odom was spotted at church with Khloe Kardashian and company ... wearing the same sweatshirt, shades and chain. He was holding a Starbucks coffee cup.

The whole situation is concerning to say the least -- considering Odom has serious substance abuse issues ... which culminated back in October when he overdosed on cocaine and sexual enhancement pills.

Odom's body has been through war -- he suffered multiple strokes and organ damage due to the overdose ... so drinking might be the last thing you'd expect to see him do.

We reached out to Odom's camp several times -- but so far, it's radio silence.

An ex "Buckwild" star is behind bars for the holiday -- finally serving her sentence for a DWI arrest from nearly 2 years ago.

Law enforcement sources tell us Ashley Whitt turned herself in to the Pitt County Detention Center on Friday to begin her 30 day stretch in the lockup. Cops busted her in Greenville, NC back in May 2014.

It's unclear why the case took so long to be resolved.

A lots changed since Ashley's big MTV debut back in 2013. Or maybe not much at all ...

1:40 PM PT -- Cops say they found a 1/2 ounce of marijuana hidden in a fake can. Twista came on "TMZ Live" to talk about the arrest.

Rapper Twista was busted for possession of pot Thursday night ... which torpedoed his Indiana concert.

Twista was scheduled to perform at Big Shots in Valparaiso. We're told the Rolls Royce Phantom in which he was riding was pulled over at 10:15 PM, before the concert. Twista, 2 other passengers and the driver waited outside the car as police searched the vehicle and found the weed.

Cops say they stopped the Rolls because it was following too close to a truck. Police approached the vehicle and smelled weed.

All 4 men were arrested.

Twista was on his way to the concert when he was busted. The show, obviously, did not go on.

The rapper was held until 4 AM Friday morning and released after he posted $500 bail.

"Return to Amish" star Chapel Peace was peddling more than butter and blankets ... prosecutors say she was deep into meth.

The 33-year-old was one of 27 busted in Pennsylvania this week during a massive drug sting. According to the State Attorney General, detectives seized more than $90k of meth, $8,400 of heroin and more than $27k in cash.

Peace, who's been featured on the series, was charged with possession with intent to distribute and for having paraphernalia. Chapel was also reportedly arrested last year with heroin.

No word if this will affect Peace's gig on the TLC show.

"Top Chef" winner Paul Qui was arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, after she told cops he beat her up while high on a combination of coke, Xanax, weed and alcohol.

Stephanie Rodriguez claims the season 9 winner dragged her out of bed in the wee hours of Saturday morning so she could join a party with a bunch of his friends. Rodriguez says one of Qui's pals then propositioned her for group sex which sent Qui into a rage.

Rodriguez says Qui first kicked his friends out of the house, and then turned his rage on her, throwing her up against the walls and doors and preventing her from leaving.

According to the police report, when cops arrived they found blood on the walls and floor, and all over Qui himself. Cops also say Qui admitted he got physical with Rodriguez, but said all he did was restrain her until cops arrived.

Qui was booked for two misdemeanors -- assault causing bodily injury to a family member and unlawful restraint.

The NFL is half baked ... according to former NFL safety Tony Parrish, who says that about half of those playing in the league are getting a little toke of the sticky icky from time to time.

Parrish was a stud for the 49ers and Cowboys back in the 00's so he knows the league ... and we wanted to know what percentage of said league is treating their "glaucoma" during the off-season.

Rodger Bumpass -- the actor who voices Squidward Tentacles on "SpongeBob SquarePants" -- won't be spending any time in a pineapple under the sea (aka jail) thanks to a killer plea deal.

Bumpass pled no contest Friday to one driving under the influence charge he got after his arrest back in January. The second was dismissed. Law enforcement sources tell us he blew a .25 ... more than 3 times the legal limit.

As for the plea deal, struck by his high powered attorney Robin Sax -- Bumpass got off with 3 years probation and 9 months of alcohol education.

11:30 AM PT -- Chumlee's attorneys, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, tell TMZ ... "We will be analyzing what was allegedly found and whether the alleged seizure was lawful in a courtroom, not in the media. Austin (Chumlee's real name) has great faith in the judicial system, as do we, and looks forward to a just resolution of this matter."

Chumlee's Las Vegas home was loaded with so many drugs and weapons, it's consistent with a drug dealer's setup -- and featured a party spot called the "Chum Chum" room ... according to the police.

TMZ obtained the results of the search cops conducted when they arrested the "Pawn Stars" cast member last week -- and there's a huge laundry list of narcotics.

- 1 gallon Ziploc with 116 grams (1/4 pound) of marijuana
- 2 clear jars of marijuana (8.2 grams and 2.8 grams)
- 1 bag with 4.4 grams marijuana
- 7 clear capsules with 1.7 grams of methamphetamine powder
- 17 Xanax bars

According to cops, Chumlee copped to smoking "a lot of weed" ... but insisted he's not a drug dealer. He said he typically buys in bulk, just for convenience.

Besides weed ... cops also found signs of cocaine use in the "Chum Chum" room, which has a stripper pole. Police say they found a clear plastic baggie with white residue and also a rolled up $1 bill with white residue.

As for weapons ... cops seized 12 firearms, only 4 were registered to Chumlee.
