Flavor Flav was arrested early Thursday morning in Las Vegas by highway patrol and got nailed for so many alleged crimes ... it might be easier to tell you what cops didn't pin on him.

Only sorta kidding, but here's what they booked him on:

-- DUI
-- Possession of marijuana
-- Open container
-- Speeding
-- Bogus registration
-- Driving with a suspended license

According to Nevada Highway Patrol, this all began when cops spotted Flav at 12:30 AM 2005 black BMW and going 73mph in a 45mph zone.

Flav was busted for speeding last year in NY on the way to his mother's funeral. When cops ran his license, they found it was suspended 16 times.

He swore to a judge he fixed the problem, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

David Letterman had scores of big celebrities at his finale after-party, but the most entertaining guys in the building were 2 Marines who enjoyed a lot of free vodka on Dave.

The 2 guys are in NYC for Fleet Week, and their first night got awesome when they bumped into Steve Martin's wife, who invited them into the shindig.

They told us about all the famous people they met, but it sounds like their new best friend is the bartender.

1:00 PM PST -- Young Buck tells TMZ, "It's nobody's fault but my own."

Young Buck couldn’t resist smoking weed with Snoop Dogg while on probation ... and now the G-Unit rapper is facing more jail time for faking a mandatory drug test.

Buck literally got busted with his pants down according to a probation officer -- who says he saw YB using a tube to shoot a "yellow substance" into his drug testing cup last week.

According to docs ... he first tried to use the ol’ secondhand smoke excuse, but ultimately caved and admitted he'd gotten high with Snoop. Now, a judge will decide whether Buck has to do jail time for the violation.

Shame ... Buck had been on a winning streak, pissing clean for his previous 21 mandatory tests since November 2013.

The 'Bachelorette' contestant who's getting blasted for dropping a rape comment on a cast member isn't backing down -- and says his controversial line saved the whole show.

If you missed it ... Ryan McDill -- a self-proclaimed amateur actor and comedian -- was booted during the first episode after ripping off his shirt and telling another guy on the show, "Why am I not raping you right now?" That line combined with McDill's apparent boozing got him 86'd.

McDill admits he was drinking a lot, but adds ... "I wasn’t blacked out and knew exactly what I was doing.” He also says the rape line wasn't a joke -- as critics have said -- and claims he was really trying to say, I'll destroy you.

He tells us, "People need to get off their high horse. It was awesome and entertaining.”

As for the heavy drinking and groping Kaitlyn's ass -- McDill claims he felt pressure to play it up for the cameras -- and claims all the guys on the show do it too. However, he does NOT say producers told him to act like a tool.

Forget being too drunk to stand, Tuesday night Bill Murray was too drunk to sit!

Murray appeared on MSNBC’s "The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell" ... which was not his first stop of the night.

The "Groundhog Day" star did "The Late Show with David Letterman," where he appeared to swig vodka right from the bottle. Bill then went to dinner, where he enjoyed a few glasses of wine with his meal.

Cut to his next stop at MSNBC ... where he clumsily sat on a chair and then crashed to the floor.

Any issues regarding alcohol consumption are clearly resolved after the break when Bill slurs his way through the interview.

Wrestling legend Diamond Dallas Page says he knows his friend Scott Hall has "stumbled" in his ongoing battle with substance abuse ... but says he still has Hall's back -- no matter what.

Page has essentially been a sober mentor for both Hall and Jake "The Snake" Roberts -- who both had serious issues with alcohol and drugs after becoming world famous wrestling stars.

Now, with Hall being escorted out of a wrestling event in NJ this weekend for allegedly showing up drunk, Page says he wants Hall to know he can count on him for support.

"Scott is going through a life process. He's stumbled along the way, but he is doing well over all. I've got his back."

Page adds, "Even Jake 'The Snake' has fallen a few times, but he is now one year sober and doing great."

DDP says he plans to speak with Hall soon ... and hopes he can help get Hall back on the sober path, asap.

WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall was physically escorted out of a wrestling event in NJ this weekend ... after promoters say the recovering substance abuser was way too hammered to do his job.

Hall has battled drug and alcohol issues for years ... but had teamed up with some other wrestling legends in recent years in a public effort to clean himself up.

Which is why the people at the Skate and Surf Music Festival in Asbury Park, NJ were so disappointed Saturday when Hall appeared to be wasted ... hours before he was supposed to host a meet and greet with fans.

According to our sources, Hall was given multiple chances to sober up ... but never did. Organizers told Hall to leave ... but he refused, demanding to be paid.

Eventually, security stepped in and escorted Hall off the property.

The event promoter, Ricky Otazu, tells TMZ Sports, "The event was too well run for us to make a fool of ourselves by allowing him to appear. We will no longer be associated with him until he gets his life in order."

Hall was arrested in 2012 for allegedly choking his girlfriend during a drunken rage and was sentenced to 10 days behind bars for a 2010 DUI arrest.

We made several efforts to reach Hall for comment -- and even called his close friends and family members -- but so far, no word from the wrestling star.

Robin Thicke and his 20-year-old girlfriend aren't gonna win any SPCA awards anytime soon, because they accidentally turned their dog into a pothead.

April Love Geary gushed about Bincy last month when she and Robin plunked down $350 for the terrier mix.

But things went south quickly. April says a day after they took the pooch home it somehow got into their stash and got sick. Bincy went to the vet, but apparently she still had a taste for the green stuff.

Three days after returning home, Bincy was back at the animal doc, for the same problem. This time April insisted it was more of a contact high, but when friends started ragging on her she tweeted, "IT'S NOT ME!!! Some falls on the ground or she sits by him smoking and just inhales it hahaha."

Best we can see, Bincy's back home. Keep those Funyons away from her, Robin ... they're dangerous.

April tells us in one of the trips to the vet, although they thought the dog got into the pot the stool sample revealed it was garlic. It's unclear how the dog got into garlic.

Well, U.S. sprinter Justin Gatlin says he's ready to do just that when it comes to Tyson Gay -- who admitted he doped during the 2012 Olympics ... which resulted in the IOC stripping them over their silver medals in the 4x100.

Gay has admitted to taking banned substances -- but says it wasn't intentional. "I basically put my trust in someone and I was let down."

Now, with the IOC taking the medals back, Gatlin tells TMZ Sports he won't fight the decision.

"The rules are the rules ... and if the committee says we have to return it -- I’m going to follow the rules. I honestly don’t mind giving it back if it wasn't won fairly."

As for his feelings about Gay, Gatlin says ... "He has apologized for his actions and asked for public forgiveness. So now it’s time to move on from that."

Gatlin says he now has his eyes focused on another prize -- GOLD at the 2016 Games.

"I know we have another chance coming up in Rio – and we just started off the season beating the Jamaicans at the world championships."

The road to recovery takes time … so Kyle Richards is not ready to give up on elder sister Kim.

TMZ has learned that the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ siblings have been taking steps to repair their relationship since their epic, finger-pointing fight on the season 5 reunion show.

Step 1: Kyle visited Kim when she was in rehab.

Step 2: Kyle RSVP'd “yes” to niece Brooke Brinson’s destination wedding next weekend, and for her part Kim backed down from her original position ... making Kyle persona non grata.

We’re told that Kyle wants desperately to preserve the family, and not going to her niece's wedding would be unthinkable.

Alcohol is on the menu, but they’re not worried about Kim relapsing because her drinking is only a problem when she's alone.

Kim Richards' Hail Mary didn't work. Despite cleaning up her act in rehab, she's just been charged with multiple crimes for her drunken, Beverly Hills escapade.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" castmate claims she was distraught after watching the reunion shows and went to the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she was booted from the restaurant around 1:30 AM after the maitre d' claimed she was out-of-control drunk. Cops say they had to drag her out of the bathroom and when they took her to jail she kicked a cop.

The L.A. County D.A. clearly wasn't swayed that Kim checked herself into a Malibu rehab, because we've learned she's now been charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a cop.

So Kim now has problems. First, worst case scenario, she could be sentenced to 2 1/2 years in jail. Second, we're told producers have her on the chopping block and the prospect of jail won't help her case.

One housewife at a time in the slammer please ... and Teresa Giudice has that spot.

Adam Bartley -- the lovable, bumbling Deputy Ferguson on "Longmire" -- just got a taste of his own medicine ... a skosh too much to drink landed him in jail for DUI.

Bartley was pulled over April 26th in Santa Fe, NM after a cop saw him driving a '93 Dodge pickup sans seat belt.

The officer says he smelled alcohol on Bartley's breath, and the actor folded like a cheap suit admitting he had "a few drinks."

Bartley performed poorly on multiple field sobriety tests ... so claim the cops. The breathalyzer was a heartbreaker ... .09, just over the .08 legal limit.

Bartley was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving, and no seat belt.

"Longmire" originally aired on A&E. It got cancelled last year but it's since been picked up by Netflix.

He may not be a Cowboy (yet) ... but they sure as hell loved Adrian Peterson in Texas this weekend ... when the guy walked into a bar ... and bought EVERYONE a shot of vodka!

It all went down at the Flying Pug Bar in Houston on Sunday night ... where sources tell TMZ Sports the running back was the life of the party from the moment he walked in the door.

We're told AP enjoyed some whiskey ... but wanted to make sure everyone else got their drank on too -- so he ponied up for a round Grey Goose on him.

The fun didn't stop there ... 'cause Peterson's group moved the party down the street to another bar called Exit 73 ... and continued to rage!

Any Juggalos planning to gather for their heroes, Insane Clown Posse ... should put those plans on ice because Shaggy 2 Dope's lingering DUI probation just sandbagged the band's tour.

ICP's rep confirms they had to cancel the remaining dates of their "Marvelous Missing Link In-Store Insanity Tour" due to Shaggy's probation constraints following his 2012 DUI arrest.

The rep tells us S2D was late filling out necessary travel requests with his probation officer, and was told going on tour could trigger a violation.

Don't worry though, Shaggy's been given the all clear to appear at the annual "Gathering of the Juggalos" festival in July.
