According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops observed Grace in his 2009 Jaguar weaving in and out of his lane around 1 AM on May 30. Once officers pulled him over, cops say Grace -- who had a female passenger in the car -- admitted to "having a few drinks."

According to the report, Grace said he had consumed two glasses of Macallan scotch earlier that evening -- one of which he finished "5 minutes before the stop."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officials will not go forward with the felony escape charge against Warren because she hadn't actually been booked into the system when she made a break for it ... therefore she technically didn't commit felony escape.

As TMZ first reported, Warren was arrested Monday night after she allegedly hit a few parked cars with her Prius, left the scene, got arrested for DUI, kicked a police officer, and then bolted from the police station.

The crazy incident occurred Monday night just before midnight. Cops say Warren was driving in L.A. when she struck 3 parked cars in her Toyota Prius. Warren drove away but cops spotted her and placed her under arrest for driving under the influence, though not before she resisted and kicked an officer.

Warren was taken to the police station in handcuffs, and during the booking process she managed to get out of her handcuffs and then run out the back door! Warren was quickly recaptured.

Warren is being booked for felony escape. We're told she will also be booked for assault, hit and run and DUI.

As one law enforcement source told TMZ ... "She was really hammered."

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. website, Warren's bail has set at $100,000.

UPDATE: Warren was JUST released from jail ... nearly fifteen hours after the incident.

Springfield was arrested in Malibu on May 1 and blew a .10 -- above the legal limit.

Sources tell us ... Springfield was extremely angry after the deputy said his $200,000, 1963 Corvette Stingray would be towed away. Law enforcement sources tell us, Springfield yelled to the deputy, "If you tow my car I will f**king kill you and your family."

Law enforcement sources tell us ... back at the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station, the captain who runs the station asked the deputy, "Did you really feel threatened?" Our sources say some of the deputies at the station felt it was a loaded question, trying to minimize Springfield's statement.

In the end, our sources say there was no mention of the threat in the arrest report -- the report merely says Springfield was "belligerent."

You may recall, the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station is the place where the Mel Gibson 2006 DUI arrest report was rewritten to exclude Mel's anti-Semitic rant.

As for Springfield, his rep gave TMZ this statement: "Someone has leaked information illegally. It's a sad reflection on society today that people in law enforcement who we look up to, pander to the celebrity gossip channels."

LA County Sheriff's Dept. spokesman Steve Whitmore tells TMZ, "It is rare when a drunk doesn't say something outlandish to police when they're arrested. I have no idea what went down with this one, I wasn't there, but drunks are notorious for saying stupid, outlandish things to law enforcement all the time. Law enforcement's job is to get them off the streets, because they're drunk."

A rep for Oxygen tells us, "Oxygen condemns those comments… she will never appear on Oxygen again."

TMZ broke the story ... Hopkins unleashed a disgusting, racist rant directed towards an African-American woman last month -- dropping the N-word 12 times in less than 90 seconds.

Hopkins was at a diner in Staten Island last month -- when she spouted off about an unnamed person ... saying, "If you're a black girl ... you should shut up because you're black ... you're a n**ger ... nobody likes you."

Hopkins continued to nonchalantly drop slur after vulgar slur while stuffing her face with Mexican food ... saying, "I've never met somebody who's so n**gerish."

Christina's female friend eggs her on as the reality star laughs ... and the two women then begin to chant the N-word in unison.

TMZ called Hopkins for comment ... who explained, "Some girls came up to me and said some racial remarks towards me [moments before] and this is what I said in retaliation."

According to the police report obtained by TMZ ... a witness told cops Helms was driving home from a restaurant in Smithfield, North Carolina around 9:15 PM -- with his GF on the bike -- when he blew through a stop sign, lost control and "drove straight through the metal chain link fence."

Cops say one of the witnesses told officers he was hanging out with Helms at a local restaurant minutes before the crash and said he "was sure" Helms had been drinking there.

Helms and his GF were transported to a local hospital where they were treated for multiple broken bones and other injuries.

Law enforcement sources tell us officers took a blood sample from Helms at the hospital to check his blood alcohol level at the time of the crash ... but it could take several months to get the results back.

The 39-year-old actor was pulled over for a routine traffic stop at around 2 AM -- when cops allegedly smelled alcohol on his breath.

We're told Chavira was given field sobriety tests at the scene -- but they didn't go so well -- so cops arrested him on suspicion of DUI. Sources say Chavira refused to take a blood or breath test.

Chavira was taken to a nearby jail -- where he was booked. He's currently being held on $25,000 bail.

The former "Celebrity Rehab" star was taken to a nearby jail ... where he was booked at 9:48 PM. Bail was set at $500.

Law enforcement sources tell us Rick's blood alcohol level was .10 -- exceeding California's .08 legal limit.

Springfield was taken to a nearby jail ... where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.

According to law enforcement, the 61-year-old singer was pulled over by the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. around 8:00 PM for a traffic violation. When officers approached the vehicle, they noticed the smell of booze and asked Springfield to perform several field sobriety tests.

We're told Springfield performed poorly on the sobriety tests -- and was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell us Rick's blood alcohol content was measured at .10 and .08. The legal limit in California is .08.

Springfield was taken to a nearby jail -- where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.

According to reports, Lowe was pulled over by state patrol at around 10:00 PM and police say troopers smelled alcohol. Lowe refused a sobriety test and was taken into custody and the Porsche he was driving was impounded.

Lowe was charged with DUI, reckless driving and an improper lane change.

He was released early this morning after posting bail of $2,944.

Lowe is best known for his performance in the 2004 playoffs, where he became the first pitcher in history to win the final game of three postseason series while a member of the Boston Red Sox.

The L.A. County District Attorney has officially rejected the case against Rutler -- citing insufficient evidence to prosecute for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Rulter's blood alcohol content was ultimately determined to be .06 at the time of his arrest ... which falls safely under California's legal limit to operate a vehicle, .08.

As TMZ first reported, Aguilera was a passenger in the car that morning ... and was arrested for public drunkenness when officers determined she was too hammered to take care of herself.

The rapper stopped by a place called The Lounge for their "Hip Hop Thursday" event -- where he performed three songs, including "Gangster's Paradise" ... and we're told, he could barely speak the words.

Lounge owner Bryan Bell tells us, "Coolio was completely hammered ... a trainwreck, he was totally vulgar and completely incoherent and I did not want to be there for it” -- adding, “This is not what the Lounge does. This is not what we do at our club."

According to the report, the arresting officer asked Elena to recite the alphabet -- and she responded, "A B C D E F G A B C H I D J K L M NO P Q R S T U V X W Z." Yes, that's 29 letters.

It got worse from there -- the report continues, claiming Elena also couldn't count back from 100-80 ... counting, "100 99 98 97 96 (PAUSE) 94 96 95 94 93 92 91 90 ... 80 89 88 87 86 85 84 83 82 81 80."

According to WDIV in Detroit, Elena -- currently the head of global marketing at Ford -- ran the curb and drove onto the median ... before eventually swerving back into traffic.

Police confirm Elena was pulled over -- and she failed a field sobriety test. Her 11-year-old son was in the car with her at the time.

Ford's attorney released a statement saying, "Ms. Ford recognizes that this is a very serious matter, and she expresses her deepest apologies for the embarrassment this has caused her family and others around her."
