Elin Nordegren -- Heading for Sweden?
Elin Nordegren is fixing up the house on her newly purchased property in her native Sweden -- proof that it may be the spot where Elin's headed to rebuild her life.
As we previously reported, Tiger Woods' current wife picked up the $2 million home late last year -- a home that could only be described as a dump, at best.
But now, new photos reveal that a major renovation is underway on the property -- and we're told the builders are trying to get everything done by the summer.
Tiger is scheduled to play the U.S. Open at the end of June -- seems the only way Elin will be watching is if they get cable in Sweden.

Justin Bieber -- The Driver's License Mystery
Justin Bieber -- who just turned 16 in March -- hit a DMV office in Atlanta yesterday where he was seen posing for a pic at the DMV photo booth ... seems like somebody's DRIVING!!!!!
Our well placed sources at the DMV tell us Bieber rolled through the office with his mom -- didn't have to wait in line ... and ultimately, got a little photo session at the DMV license counter.
Bieb's rep wouldn't confirm if Justin is now licensed to drive, but we're told he did pull off one amazing accomplishment -- the photographer let Justin take several photos so he wouldn't wind up with a crappy pic ... like the rest of us.

Grounded Tiger Banners -- Better Late Than Never
The mysterious banner attack on Tiger Woods continued in Augusta yesterday -- with a new cheap shot at Jesse James -- but it all went down 2 days after the intended target skipped town.
As TMZ first reported, the FAA grounded the plane after just 2 successful runs over the Masters golf tourney this past weekend -- leaving the remaining signs out of the sky.
But Tuesday, the unknown prankster behind the stunt got another plane up and running and sent his new messages up in the air -- one that read, "You knew Stevie. You knew" ... a reference to Tiger's caddy Steve Williams, who denied knowing anything about Tiger's affairs.
The other banner read, "Tiger: Still on for the 4some? Jesse James."
This ain't the last we're gonna see of the aerial attacks, we're told the prankster's already drawing up plans to get back in the air.

'Biological Son' of Michael Jackson Rejected
One of the creditor's claims the Michael Jackson estate has rejected was filed by a 25-year-old man who says he's the biological son of the late singer.
Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson had filed a claim with the estate, but he's not asking for money -- he wants a DNA test proving he's MJ's flesh and blood.
But as we first reported, Howard Weitzman, lawyer for the estate, formally rejected a bunch of claims yesterday, including the one from P.M.M.J.J.
We're told more rejections are coming, so stay tuned.

Judge Phoned Suspect in 'Survivor' Murder
TMZ has obtained court papers from the legal drama that is unfolding ... involving a former "Survivor" producer who is suspected of killing his wife.
According to the minute order, the judge was determining guardianship of the two children of Bruce Beresford-Redman, after his wife, Monica Burgos Beresford-Redman was found dead in Mexico.
According to the doc, the judge actually spoke with Bruce -- who was still in Mexico -- by phone in open court to find out who Bruce wanted as guardians.
Monica's sister had filed a petition for guardianship, but Bruce said he wanted his parents to assume that role, and the judge agreed.
The judge did, however, give Monica's sister, Carla Burgos Van Bastelaar "reasonable visits" with the kids. The judge also gave Maria Beatriz Oaxaca -- whom we believe is the nanny -- "liberal visits," including overnights.
The judge also ordered that the children's passports be surrendered to the court and that they stay in L.A. County. The passport issue is relevant because Carla -- the victim's sister -- is from Brazil.
Bruce, who was arrested in Mexico and then set free, is still in the country -- and can't leave while the investigation is active.

Big Ben -- Fired By Jerky Company
Ben Roethlisberger has just lost a major sponsor -- after his beef jerky company decided that the sexual assault investigation left a bad taste in the mouths of the consumers.
TMZ spoke with the people behind Big Ben's Beef Jerky, who tell us they've officially cut ties with the Pittsburgh Steelers QB -- which means production has been halted and all remaining product is to be "destroyed."
The jerky was produced by a company called PLB Sports -- the same group behind Doug Flutie's famous "Flutie Flakes" cereal. According to Ty Ballou -- president of PLB -- the company decided Ben was no Flutie ... and enforced the "morality clause" in Ben's contract.
Ballou added, "I hope he can learn from this."

Dr. Murray Lawyers Up for Wrongful Death Suit
Dr. Conrad Murray is already planning his legal strategy in a Michael Jackson wrongful death case ... TMZ has learned.
Dr. Murray, we're told, has already hired a civil lawyer, Charles Peckham, who handles medical board cases and wrongful death lawsuits.
We've learned Peckham has already been in touch with Dr. Murray's malpractice insurance carrier, and it turns out to be a tricky situation.
Sources connected with Dr. Murray's defense tell TMZ Dr. Murray had a malpractice policy issued in Texas that covered his medical practices in Texas and Nevada.
Here's the rub. Dr. Murray did not have a medical practice in California, which is a prerequisite for his malpractice coverage. So Dr. Murray's position is that he first saw Michael Jackson as a Nevada patient and what he did for him in L.A. was merely an extension of the Nevada treatment.
We've learned the malpractice policy would only cover civil litigation, not criminal. In the event the doctor is sued for wrongful death -- and Joe Jackson promises that will happen soon -- Murray expects the policy would cover attorney's fees and any judgment.
One source told TMZ, "We fully expect the insurance company would cover such costs."

Jason Statham -- My Headlights Are Missing!

Statham's assistant immediately called the LAPD -- so far, the bad guy is still on the loose.

Sandra Bullock Met One of Jesse's Girls
The woman who settled a sexual harassment lawsuit against Jesse James claims she actually met Sandra Bullock and the two even talked about Jesse ... sources tell TMZ.
TMZ broke the story about Merilee Gerth, the former executive from West Coast Choppers -- who scored a $725,000 settlement from Jesse James with the help of Gloria Allred.
Sources tell us Gerth and Bullock met after Jesse invited the exec to sit in his box at the Long Beach Grand Prix with Sandra ... mind you, this was precisely when Jesse was allegedly making sexual advances toward the exec.
As for what they talked about ... our sources tell us Sandra said she and Jesse had a ritual each night of talking about who they hated at work that day.
Who knew Sandra hated anyone ... well, at least until now.

Big Ben's Other Accuser: We're Not Giving Up!
Ben Roethlisbergerain't out of the woods in Georgia just yet -- TMZ has learned the lawyer for Ben's other alleged rape victim is planning to use the findings from the Milledgeville investigation in the one remaining case against the NFL star.
As we previously reported, Big Ben is accused in a lawsuit of raping Andrea McNulty in a Lake Tahoe hotel back in 2008. No criminal charges were ever filed.
According to McNulty's lawyer, Cal Dunlap, he is currently "seeking whatever portions of the Georgia investigation that are available" -- including interviews and police reports.
Dunlap also tells us they also expect to sit down and talk with the Steelers' QB in the near future -- but due to the fact that Ben wouldn't even talk to investigators in Georgia, a meeting with Dunlap seems highly unlikely.

Conan's 1st TBS Ad -- The Last Second Scramble
Conan O'Brien's first commercial for his new TBS talk show was literally thrown together overnight -- just hours before it premiered yesterday, TMZ has learned.
The spot features the infamous "I'm With Coco" artwork proudly adopted by O'Brien fans when he got booted from NBC -- but according to the artist, Mike Mitchell, nobody called to ask him for permission to use the image until 9 PM Sunday night.
Mitchell says he was given less than an hour to make up his mind, but he ultimately agreed. No word on how much green he made on the deal.
As for what he thinks of Conan's new gig, Mitchell tells us, “I think it’s great he’s going to be on TV again ... but I don’t have cable.”

Nas Ordered to Pay Kelis Big Bucks
Nas went to court Monday over his divorce with Kelis -- and walked out a little lighter in the wallet.
According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Nas had to immediately fork over $47,249.42 in back child support and $40,454 in back spousal support.
The judge also ordered Nas to pay $10,000/month in spousal support until he pays off the $299,015.50 he owes Kelis.
Nas also has to pay 90% of Kelis' legal fees in the amount of $155,787.28.
Lastly, Nas has to pay $48,549.83 to cover Kelis' accounting expenses.
The lesson, as always -- when Laura Wasser reps your ex, settle as quickly as possible. Nas just learned that the hard way.

Steve Wynn -- Joe Francis is Insaaaaane!
Steve Wynn just called TMZ to explain the latest accusations hurled by Joe Francis -- a man he says "holds the all-time record for cuckoo."
Wynn is reacting to Francis' claim in court today, that Steve Wynn threatened to kill him by hitting him in the head with a shovel and burying him in the desert.
Wynn -- who basically owns Las Vegas -- tells us, "I think somebody already hit him over the head with a shovel when he was little."
And Wynn went on, saying, "This man has flipped his rocker. He is nuts."
Wynn tells TMZ, "I have never met or laid eyes on him in my life," adding, "This is the most bizarre thing in my 68 years."
Francis was in court this AM over a $2 million gambling debt judgment he owes Wynn.

Joe Francis: Steve Wynn Threatened to Kill Me
Joe Francis just told a judge he fears for his life -- and the man allegedly making the threats is none other than hotel tycoon Steve Wynn.
During a hearing over a gambling debt Francis owes the Wynn Las Vegas, Francis told the judge, "Mr. Wynn has threatened to kill me ... He said he would hit me in the back of the head with a shovel and bury me in the desert."
The judge asked Francis if he had gotten a restraining order -- Francis said he hadn't, but he was in the process.
Francis lost a $2,000,000 judgment to Wynn last year over a casino debt. Francis hasn't paid the judgment (he's currently appealing) and was hauled into court today to reveal where he keeps his assets.
A rep for Wynn did not return a call for comment.
