Published | Updated

"Love & Hip Hop" star Rich Dollaz is returning to the scene of the crime ... he's headed back to a Five Guys burger joint after getting sprung from a NJ jail.

We broke the story ... Dollaz was popped by cops Sunday night as he came out of Five Guys carrying a bag of burgers. Police say he was wanted because he owed $10,500 in unpaid child support.

A rep for Dollaz calls the whole thing a misunderstanding ... and tells TMZ Dollaz had been trying to resolve the child support case.

Hudson County jail officials say Dollaz was released after paying his debt in full ... and walked out of jail a free -- and hungry -- man. He even took the time to take a pic with fellow inmate Jason Rios, who was released at the same time.

The rep tells us ... Dollaz never even got to eat his expensive burgers -- they were confiscated by cops -- but he's headed right back to Five Guys ... so he can ketchup on what he missed.

'Always Sunny' Star Charlie Day I've Tried Rum Ham ... IT'S DISGUSTING!

Published | Updated

"It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" star Charlie Day has ACTUALLY taken a sip of rum ham ... and even though his crew made the drink famous, he says it's vile.

If you haven't seen the show -- first of all, shame on you -- rum ham surfaced in Season 7 when Frank (Danny DeVito) concocted the rum-soaked delicacy.

Day was retrieving his bags at LAX on Saturday when he told us he was once at dinner ... and someone sent a rum ham drink to his table -- but you gotta hear Charlie tell the story himself.

Still beats sunscreen tequila.

Kris Jenner Smooth Operator

Published | Updated

Kris Jenner is way more bush league than we thought ... if you want to make yourself look younger by photoshopping, don't do it AFTER someone else posts the pic of you looking older than you want.

Kris is hawking her new cookbook and Gordon Ramsey gave it his stamp of approval. But check out Gordon's Instagram and then compare it to Kris's. Clearly she doesn't believe cookbooks get better with age.

There's a Latin legal phrase: res ipsa loquitur ... Translation: the thing speaks for itself.

Kesha Served With Dr. Luke Lawsuit With Fancy Chicken Assist

Published | Updated

Kesha got served Monday by her producer Dr. Luke -- whose legal team enlisted the help of one of the most clever process servers of all time ... or maybe just the hungriest.

The process server showed up at Kesha's L.A. home and slapped legal docs -- connected to her nasty legal battle with Luke -- on the front door. Here's the clever part ... the stickers holding up the papers are from a Rainbow Acres roasted organic chicken package.

The process server's ingenuity might have gone unnoticed by most -- but we know food, and immediately recognized the sticker.

As for whether this counts as effective service of Luke's lawsuit -- probably not, under California law. But if nothing else ... the stickers gave some TMZ staffers a great idea for lunch.

Yes, it was delicious.

Katy Perry Cheesy B-Day Wish Comes True

Ask and ye shall receive ... if you're Katy Perry and your dream is to have a giant pizza-themed birthday celebration.

The pop diva turns 30 in a few days and tweeted that all she wanted was her name on the marquee of the Shakey's Pizza parlor on Santa Monica Blvd. in Los Angeles.

The chain obliged Monday morning ... and a rep for the company tells us they're taking it a step further -- they plan on posting a b-day message on the marquee of all their California locations.

We're told the pizza spot also wants to name a pie after Katy, and throw her a birthday bash -- but so far, there's no firm plan in place with Team Perry.

Teenage dream.

Kim Kardashian My Butt is Back! ... And It Wants Taco Bell

Dammmmmmmmmmnn .... is pretty much all you can say about Kim Kardashian's ass-entuating outfit for a Sunday afternoon outing with Kanye West.

The couple hit up a theater in Calabasas for a movie date and on the way out Kim proudly displayed her trademark in cutoff jeans and a back-baring top -- then they hit up a Taco Bell drive-thru.

You can tell from the photo ... Kanye gives this rearview two thumbs up. Way up.

Not to be a buzzkill -- but rubbing your bare back on a movie theater seat? Risky business.

Leon Spinks KO'd By a Chicken Wing

Published | Updated

Boxing legend Leon Spinks was taken down after going a few round with some chicken wings ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Spinks is currently hospitalized in Nevada -- and now, we've learned Leon's medical problems can all be traced back to a chicken wing meal gone bad.

Leon's attorney tells us Spinks is known to his friends as the "Chicken Wing King" -- and during a recent meal, accidentally swallowed a bone ... which got stuck in his intestine.

Spinks has undergone two surgical procedures so far -- with a 3rd scheduled for later today. We're told Leon is conscious and on the mend.

We're also told ... Leon's current wife Brenda is adamant she has power of attorney over Leon -- despite a claim to the contrary by Leon's ex-wife Betty.

As we previously reported, Betty says Leon empowered her to call the shots regarding his health after they divorced back in 2004.

But Leon's attorney tells us, "Brenda and Leon have a power of attorney agreement. Betty's power of attorney was expressly revoked by Leon."

Get well soon, champ.

NBC Dr. Nancy Snyderman DODGES RESPONSIBILITY In Ebola Quarantine Violation

Published | Updated

It's shocking ... NBC News has dug an even deeper hole for itself in it's self-created Ebola scandal. Brian Williams just read Dr. Nancy Snyderman's tepid, vague mea culpa in which she never takes personal responsibility for violating the quarantine after being exposed to the Ebola virus.

As TMZ reported ... Snyderman and 2 members of her crew -- all under quarantine -- made a food run to Peasant Grill near Princeton University. Sources say New Jersey health officials investigated and concluded based on witness accounts that Snyderman was in the car while a crew member got the grub.

Williams just read Snyderman's statement on "NBC Nightly News," in which she says, "While under voluntary quarantine guidelines, which called for our team to avoid public contact for 21 days, members of our group violated those guidelines and understand that our quarantine is now mandatory until 21 days have passed. We remain healthy and our temperatures are normal."

She's kidding, right? SHE violated the quarantine, yet never took personal responsibility.

We have repeatedly called and emailed NBC News for comment but they have gone radio silent, saying there were "privacy concerns."

NBC News has taken what could have been a 1 day blip and turned it into a major story.

Amazing.

'Grey's Anatomy' Healthiest Fake Doctors In Hollywood

Published | Updated

The "Grey's Anatomy" cast and crew have no time for fatties ... and based on their daily menu it seems like they're vying for the title of healthiest prime time drama.

Our production sources tell us Dr. McDreamy and co. don't chow down on the usual craft services junk food found on most TV show sets. Instead they feast on natural foods, fruits, veggies, and other healthy options. A typical offering includes:

-egg whites with zucchini
-turkey bacon
-vegetable sausage
-gluten-free banana oatmeal
-greek yogurt
-berries and other fresh fruit for juicing

Unclear who pushed for the boring healthy stuff -- but we're pretty sure it's not creator Shonda Rhimes ... since we're told her other shows -- "Scandal" and "How to Get Away With Murder" -- have buffets that would make Honey Boo Boo proud.

NBC Dr. Nancy Snyderman I'd Like Ebola Soup, Please

Published | Updated

Dr. Nancy Snyderman may have gone all home remedy to prevent Ebola ... because she may have made a very secret run Thursday to a New Jersey restaurant known for its soup ... thus violating her voluntary quarantine.

The NBC doc and her news team were placed on a 21-day voluntary quarantine as a precaution because one of the cameramen they worked with tested positive for Ebola.

But Snyderman reportedly violated the quarantine by going to the Peasant Grill in Hopewell Boro, New Jersey Thursday afternoon. Several people say they saw Snyderman in her Mercedes with shades and a ponytail as a man walked inside the restaurant to pick up some grub ... this according to Planet Princeton.

We're told the owners of the restaurant did not see Snyderman there.

The risk of Ebola for Snyderman and her crew is low ... nonetheless, the New Jersey Department of Health has now issued a mandatory quarantine for the group.

Someone connected to the restaurant tells TMZ ... the Peasant Grill is one of Nancy's favorite restaurants ... so much so she sometimes uses them to cater dinner parties.

NBC News will not discuss the matter, telling TMZ there are privacy concerns. We also left messages for Snyderman and her rep ... so far no response.

BTW ... we hear the seafood chowder is fabulous.

McDonald's Sued Manager Allegedly Attacks Customer No Food for You!

Published | Updated

McDonald's is being sued because the manager of one of its NYC stores beat the crap out of a customer, but there's no doubt ... the customer is leaving out a crucial detail.

Joel Roach says he went to the 24-hour burger joint in June, 2013 at around 5 AM. We're guessing the 5 AM thing may prove significant.

Roach's lawyer tells us a very friendly manager groused, Soup Nazi style, "We don't have any food."

We're told Roach was indignant, pointing out there was lots of food displayed right in front of him, under the heat lamps.

So Roach goes on ... saying the manager fired back that all the food was earmarked for another customer. He says they started arguing and the manager allegedly said, "Let's take it outside and I'm gonna kick your ass."

Roach says the manager made good on his threat and sucker punched him ... causing him to fall to the ground, breaking his fibula.

You having trouble with this one too? Yeah, we think the 5 AM hankerin' is important too.

A rep for McDonald's tell us they plan on defending the allegations ... adding cops responded to the incident at the time and no charges were filed against the employee.
