Beyonce was not in cahoots with 7-Eleven when she made her new "7/11" video ... so says 7-Eleven.

According to a spokesman for the convenience store giant ... the Slurpee pic she posted on Instagram to promote the vid has the Internet going crazy ... but that was simply Beyonce going rogue, and NOT a marketing ploy for 7-Eleven.

Of course, that's not keeping 7-Eleven from reveling in the afterglow, telling TMZ ... it's clear why she chose their frosty beverage, "because a Slurpee is the coolest drink on Earth."

The "Hunger Games" star hit up Pump with her friends and we're told Lisa Vanderpump hooked JLaw up with the best seat in the house ... and then snapped a pic with the group.

It's interesting ... When the actress walked in no one noticed her and she was seated in the less desirable outside area facing Santa Monica Blvd. When Vanderpump realized what was up, Jennifer was moved to Lisa's personal table.

Jennifer was drinking Pump-tinis and Lisa's Sangria.

Lawrence has confessed she LOVES reality TV ... and the Instagram video makes it clear ... in her head Vanderpump Rules.

Colin, our photog, paid a visit to Ben's Wednesday and the cashier made it clear ... the restaurant is undeterred by the recent rape allegations ... Cosby gets grub gratis.

BTW Cosby's fav is the 1/4 lb. half pork and beef smoked sausage on a warm steamed bun, topped with mustard, onions and spicy homemade chili sauce. Good comfort food.

A seven-year-old boy should be having his birthday at Chuck E. Cheese's, NOT Hooters ... but that's exactly what Dwight Howard's baby mama did for their son's 7th birthday.

"Basketball Wives" star Royce Reed, the boy's mother, posted the photo on her Instagram showing Braylon grinning from ear-to-ear ... and it probably wasn't because of the wings.

As TMZ first reported ... Howard is angling for full custody, while simultaneously being investigated for child abuse.

In court docs, Howard has accused Reed of exposing Braylon to sexual situations. Howard claims his son has witnessed Reed engage in sexual acts with her "numerous companions."

We're told Howard believes this photo is just the latest example of his son being exposed to sex.

A source close to Royce says her son's birthday party was at a Monkey Joe's bounce house earlier in the day -- with his classmates -- and she merely stopped at Hooters for food. The source also says Royce has never had any man in and out of her house, and has never exposed Braylon to sex.

Align Entertainment's attorney tells us although Cat had fired her managers ... she still owed them commissions for the Disney deal -- which Align put together, according to the attorney. In fact, Align says Cat still owes even more money ... and it plans to countersue her.

Celebrity chef Cat Cora is sharpening the knives ... preparing to take down her ex-managers for allegedly stuffing themselves with huge servings of her money.

Cora claims Align Entertainment Group gorged itself on more than $110K of hers -- funds from her now-closed Kouzzina restaurant at Disney World ... according to her lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

A rep for the "Iron Chef" star tells TMZ Cora had severed her relationship with Align ... so the managers had no right to cash checks that were made out to Cat's company. She's suing to get back the whole enchilada -- $110K -- and then some.

We contacted Align ... so far no word back.

If Gordon Ramsay is going down, his ex-business partner's going with him -- the celeb chef is demanding some cash to cover big losses on his failed Fat Cow restaurant.

Ramsay filed court docs ... saying when he and Rowen Seibel opened the restaurant together in 2012, they agreed to split costs 50-50, if there were any lawsuits over the lease.

As we reported ... Ramsay IS being sued -- for at least $6 million. The landlord claims he bailed on a long-term lease when he shut down Fat Cow earlier this year.

So, now Gordon wants a judge to force Seibel to pay his share of $300K in legal fees ... and, if necessary, cough up half of the money if he loses the landlord's suit. We reached out to Seibel ... so far, no word back.

Buddy Valastro -- the star of "Cake Boss" -- was arrested early Thursday AM for driving while intoxicated ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... cops noticed the TLC star's 2014 yellow Corvette weaving on 10th Ave in Manhattan. They cops lit 'em up, pulled Buddy over and smelled a strong odor of alcohol.

We're told Buddy flunked multiple field sobriety tests. He was cuffed, taken to the cop shop and booked.

Buddy will go before a judge who will set bail -- probably this morning.

Ariel Winter pulls in way more money than your average 16-year-old girl, but she eats just like a normal teenager.

Winter's guardianship requires her sister to file a list of Ariel's expenses.

In the docs, we get a glimpse into Winter's 2013 eating habits ... which are shockingly typical.

The Lakers GOT IT MADE ... so says Snoop Dogg, who had a strong opinion about what Charles Barkley should eat to celebrate the team's 1st win of the season -- ALLIGATOR SOUFFLE!

We just got video of R & B singer Jeremih and his crew throwing beer bottles in a Fuddruckers, and he sure looks like an out-of-control punk.

Jeremih claimed the manager was racist by asking him to leave the area around the front counter. The manager tells us Jeremih and his guys were harassing a young female cashier and she told the manager they were making her feel uncomfortable.

When you watch the video ... you see the bottles fly, and whatever was said just doesn't justify it.

Two cash-strapped women got into a nuclear argument that ended in a ferocious slap ... outside Mastro's in Beverly Hills.

Here's the way it looks. The 2 girls are dressed in their best and possibly only real fancy get-ups ... one carrying a Louis Vuitton bag -- or a counterfeit ... we can't tell.

An argument erupts almost immediately ... because one of the girls apparently had a drink at the bar but didn't have any money to cover it, so they dined and dashed. A Mastro's employee confronted them outside and the girl's friend had to pay the $20 tab.

It's so entertaining ... a high heel breaks, they trade tirades, there's slapping ... it's got it all.

R&B star Jeremih and his entourage allegedly went nuclear at a Fuddruckers ... possibly because there was nothing better to do in Billings, Montana.

Cops in Billings tell TMZ ... Jeremih and his crew threw beer bottles like it was W.i.P nightclub, causing $700 worth of damage and even worse ... knocking a frier out of commission for an hour.

The manager of the Fuddruckers tells us ... Jeremih and his crew got pissed after they started hitting on a cashier, who complained to her manager she felt uncomfortable. The manager asked them to move to the back -- away from the employee -- and they went nuts, grabbing the Fuddruckers mic and crying racism.

The manager says he tried to give them their money back to calm the situation ... but that didn't work and that's when the bottle-throwing began.

Best part ... Jeremih and company ordered cheese sticks and chicken fingers.

Cops are now investigating.

Aaron Grissom -- easily the most hated contestant on the current season of "Top Chef" -- has been arrested for felony domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Grisson was at his San Fernando Valley home Tuesday afternoon when he got into a heated argument with his girlfriend and allegedly pushed her hard enough that her knee got injured.

According to the jail in Van Nuys, Grissom was booked for infliction of corporal injury on a spouse.

Grissom -- who works at Bow & Truss in North Hollywood, CA -- was booked and released on Wednesday after posting $50,000 bail.

Grissom probably got home just in time to watch himself on Wednesday night's new episode of "Top Chef" ... where he was on the winning team in the Elimination Challenge.

He famously gets into heated arguments with everyone on the show.

Chris Pratt made sure at least one antelope was not playing with the deer in the wilderness ... because the creature has been reduced to delicious jerky.

The always awesome actor was at baggage claim at LAX -- fresh from a hunting trip -- when our photog asked him about his prey.
