Brooklyn Nets guard Joe Johnson insists ... he's no jewel thief -- and now, he's lashing back against a lawsuit that says he stole $125,000 worth of bling from an Atlanta diamond dealer.

Aydin & Company filed a lawsuit against Johnson earlier this month, claiming the NBA star entered into a purchase agreement back in October 2010 for $125,500 worth of jewelry.

The items in question -- a white gold watch with diamonds, diamond beaded bracelet, black diamond stud earrings and a white gold bezel set rosary.

According to the suit, Johnson took the swag, but never foot the bill -- so Aydin's suing for the price of the jewelry PLUS legal fees, PLUS interest (which grows at a monthly rate of 2%) ... for a grand total of $266,333.05.

But sources close to Johnson tell TMZ ... the lawsuit is total B.S -- explaining, the owner of the store asked Johnson to wear the items on loan and allowed him to return them when he was done.

But when Johnson tried to give the items back, we're told the jeweler refused and slapped him with the bill instead.

Sources tell us, Johnson NEVER agreed to purchase the items and has since tried to return them on numerous occasions -- but no cigar.

She's no stranger to weird get-ups, but "Tik Tok" singer Ke$ha took it up a sexy notch by wearing some sorta revealing leather one-legged bathing suit type thing on the set of her "Die Young" music video in L.A. on Wednesday.

Ultra-rich Crocs founder George Boedecker insists he was NOT driving wasted last month before his crazy DUI arrest -- during which he allegedly told cops to "f*ck" themselves "in the ass" -- pleading not guilty to DUI today in court.

As we previously reported, Boedecker was arrested in Boulder, CO last month -- and according to the police report, he was "drunk as crap" when he went off on the arresting officers. Police claim 51-year-old Boedecker also insisted he was dating Taylor Swift.

But today, Boedecker claimed cops were full of crap -- because he pled "not guilty" to the DUI charge.

TMZ has learned ... Rodgers and the R&B legends are actually friends ... and recently, Aaron asked the guys if they would sing the National Anthem at the season opener at Lambeau Field on Sunday.

But before the guys would agree to sing, Nathan Morris (the guy with the deep voice) had one MAJOR demand.

Turns out, Morris is a bigtime 49ers fan ... and proposed a friendly bet to the QB -- if SF wins, Rodgers MUST WEAR an Alex Smith 49ers jersey for the remainder of the week.

If GB wins, Morris has agreed to wear a Rodgers jersey.

A rep for the band confirms ... Aaron accepted the challenge and Boyz II Men agreed to perform at the game.

The stakes are pretty damn high for Rodgers -- considering SF passed on Aaron in the 2005 NFL Draft so they could pick up Alex Smith.

MTV is hosting an awards show to honor something called a "music video" ... something that hasn't been seen on MTV in years.

The trend of wearing a neck brace is officially over ... at least for Kristin Chenoweth.

After being injured on the set of "The Good Wife" in July and then wearing (and removing) a neck brace in public in August, the petite 44-year-old hit up the DL1961 Premium Denim fashion show in NYC last night completely brace free.

Kristin knows good health is the best accessory.

The people behind Christian Louboutin shoes just emerged victorious in a heated legal battle over their famous red soles ... and now NO OTHER SHOE COMPANY can jack their signature style.

Louboutin had gone to war with Yves Saint Laurent ... after YSL released red high-heeled shoes with a red sole.

Of course, anyone who knows anything about fashion knows the red sole is the trademark look of Louboutin ... and women KILL for those things. In fact, they've been featured on "Sex and the City," "Gossip Girl" and Jennifer Lopez even wrote a song devoted to the footwear.

Louboutin had sued YSL hoping a judge would ban them from the red sole business, and today ... an appeals court sided with C.L. ... sorta.

According to the ruling, Louboutin can block other designers from co-opting their signature red soles ... but ONLY when they are on a shoe that primarily contains a contrasting color on the top (like the one in the photo above).

But if a designer like YSL wants to make an all-red shoe (red top AND red sole) there's nothing C.L. can do about it.

Lindsay Lohan is now formally a suspect in the theft of $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

As TMZ first reported, Lindsay was at the Hollywood Hills home of Sam Magid a week ago when Sam called the LAPD and reported a jewelry theft. We're told Lindsay has been at the house frequently, including at an all-night house party a week ago Sunday.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Lindsay and her assistant Gavin Doyle are both suspects in the theft.

Now here's the twist ... We're told Sam has recanted his story and now says nothing was stolen. But our sources say cops are not closing out the investigation because they believe they have independent witnesses who can finger Lindsay and Gavin as the thieves.

Sources tell us ... LAPD detectives contacted the lawyer for Lindsay and Gavin today, asking for an interview with the two suspects but the lawyer rejected the request.

It's unclear why Sam -- who is insanely wealthy -- suddenly changed his tune.

Supermodel Tyson Beckford's runway skills can now be purchased for $25,000 -- at least that's what some rich kid/aspiring model paid the guy recently ... to share his Zoolander wisdom.

The kid's name is Adam Sabbagh -- who you might recognize as the guy who purchased David Beckham's custom Porsche for $227,000 last year -- and we're told, the 26-year-old reached out to Tyson a couple weeks ago for some modeling pointers.

According to sources, Adam offered to pay Tyson $25,000 for his troubles -- and Tyson champed at the bit, agreeing to give Adam one coaching session at his NYC apartment on Wednesday in exchange for the fee.

We're told the class went off without a hitch, and now, Adam's hoping to land a modeling gig at NY Fashion Week next month.
