Harry Styles is taking a stand against Nashville bootleggers ahead of 2 big concerts he has coming up in Music City.

Live Nation, Harry's tour promoter, just filed a lawsuit against anonymous makers of unauthorized Styles concert merch. Harry's playing at the legendary Grand Ole Opry next week ... and then he'll be back at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena next June.

Live Nation says it has knowledge the bootleggers are licking their chops for these gigs, and it's suing to get a court order for cops to seize all the counterfeit merch and destroy it.

Brooklyn Beckham took a break on the sidewalk, looking a little spent, as he seemed to be waiting for someone outside the fashion school he's attending.

Fifi & Romeo, a luxury dog boutique, claims in the new suit obtained by TMZ, they struck a deal with Lisa to dress Giggy for some high-profile events and photo shoots. The deal was this ... F&R would dress Giggy to the nines at no cost but Lisa would promote the company on Instagram and TV appearances.

Giggy was stylin' for sure, on TV, on red carpets and big animal events. F&R claims Lisa stopped showing love ... refusing to give credit where they say credit was richly due.

BTW ... F&R is top of the line ... it designed Bruiser's outfit in "Legally Blonde."

The millionaire famous for scoring the best seats at NBA games -- and for being Rihanna's friend -- couldn't get into her NY fashion show.

Jimmy Goldstein showed up Sunday night at RiRi's Fenty x Puma fashion show clearly expecting to cruise right into the Park Avenue Armory -- but he was denied because he wasn't on the list.

Jimmy was left out front, surrounded by assistants frantically working phones trying to get him in, but we're told it never happened. It's shocking because Jimmy and Rihanna hang out at NBA games, and he even hosted her 27th birthday party at his Hollywood Hills mansion.

Sources close to Jimmy tell us he was bummed he didn't get into the bike-heavy fashion show, but he knows it wasn't Rihanna's doing. We're told someone on his team just screwed up.

Big time.

Iman Shumpert's smokin' hot wife, Teyana Taylor, lit up New York Fashion Week ... droppin' low for a catwalk dance that put basic supermodels to shame.

And she did it IN LINGERIE.

Teyana did her thing at the Philipp Plein show while Future performed live onstage.

Iman was in the building too and was SUPER proud of his wife. He even posted a pic of TT lookin' straight fire.

Bonus: Teyana and Iman kept it goin' after the show with an XL bottle of Moet.

Rihanna went way over the top at Fashion Week ... using motocross to create a totally badass fashion show.

RiRi hired the motorcycle riders to fly over the stage where models rocked her Fenty x Puma designs. All the models stayed grounded while the motocross guys did their thing. Rihanna eventually rode in on the back of one of the motorcycles.

Gotta say, it's kinda genius -- something here for everyone. Models, horsepower, fashion, dangerous stunts ... and Rihanna's ass.

One of 'em is bound to catch your eye.

John Salley has a message for LaVar Ball -- I can take Big Baller Brand to the next level!!!

Here's the deal ... Salley is a part-owner in Q4 Designs -- an apparel company that manufactures everything from shoes to shirts and more.

The NBA legend says he's been actively trying to lock down a meeting with LaVar in an effort to join forces and he's confident they can work out something ASAP.

"I'm trying to get Big Baller Brand to let us make the shoes," Salley says.
