Remember that brawl between Chris and Frank Ocean last January outside a recording studio? Law enforcement told us shortly after the incident the case was closed, but we found out that's not the case.

We've learned the L.A. County D.A.'s Office has an active file and is deciding whether to prosecute Brown for battery.

It's interesting ... because Ocean never formally pressed charges. Nonetheless ... the case is under review.

It's possible the Brown/Ocean incident could come up today at Brown's probation review hearing. Brown is supposed to be in court, and the judge could raise the issue because Chris was ordered to obey all laws.

BTW ... Brown is also being investigated for an alleged hit-and-run.

Justin Bieber's bodyguards are under investigation YET AGAIN for allegedly roughing up someone who was trying to take his picture ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Bieber and co. were at a hookah lounge in Hollywood when someone -- not a paparazzo, just a regular person -- tried to snap a pic of the Biebs. We're told one of Bieber's bodyguards tried to stop the person from taking pics and some sort of scuffle ensued.

The would-be-photog eventually called police, but when cops arrived on the scene ... Bieber and co. were gone.

We're told cops have opened a misdemeanor battery investigation. Bieber is not considered a suspect and it's unclear what role (if any) he played in the incident.

Omarion says he feels really, really bad for the two guys who claim they got their asses kicked at one of his concerts ... but the singer tells TMZ -- it's OBVIOUS he's not responsible for the beatdown.

We broke the story ... two men are suing O -- claiming they were seriously injured when a brawl broke out at his Sept. 21 show in NY. The guys believe O is to blame because he advertised "tight security" on his concert poster.

Omarion says he hopes the guys are "OK" ... but he's adamant he's "not liable for anything that has to do with the club."

"It's unfortunate that whoever is trying to get some money out of it ain't smart enough to know what to do," Omarion says ... "but it ain't got nothin' to do with me."

Tony Parker and his fellow San Antonio Spurs are poised to snatch the NBA championship title from the Miami Heat ... but a victory could cost Tony a fortune.

As you know ... the Spurs are up 1-zip in the finals, and the odds are they could win the whole shebang, because let's face it ... the Heat players are a little haggard.

Tony is in the middle of a $20 million lawsuit over the blowout fight between Drake and Chris Brown at W.i.P. Nightclub in NYC. Parker says he suffered lacerations to his cornea when a glass shard from a bottle struck him in the eye.

When Parker filed the suit, he was halfway through a $50 million contract with the Spurs ... and his future seemed uncertain given the eye injury.

Parker is suing the club, claiming it was negligent in not preventing the brewing brawl.

Now here's the problem ... Tony played a fantastic season this year. He could have won MVP if he hadn't sprained his ankle ... and if LeBron James had suddenly retired.

So the $20 million damage claim kind of goes out the window, especially if Tony gets a ring.

Here's the good news -- In a year, he'll sign a new deal, and $20 mil may look like chump change.

Paris Jackson has been in meltdown mode for nearly a year ... this according to sources connected to her exclusive private school.

Our sources from the exclusive Buckley School in the San Fernando Valley tell TMZ ... school officials were aware Paris was dealing with a "major family trauma" when the school year began last September. Based on the timeline, it appears the issue involved Katherine Jackson's mysterious "disappearance" last July.

There were reports Michael Jackson's siblings were holding Katherine as part of a money grab -- something they deny. Paris confronted several of the siblings in a heated argument outside the family's Calabasas home.

Sources connected with Buckley tell TMZ ... when Paris came back to school in September, her grades started dropping and, as one source said, "she stopped caring."

A school official told one of our sources ... what really sent Paris over the edge was when she got an offer to do a movie but certain family members went on an all-out campaign to block it. The source says a school official said, at that point "Paris broke down."

There have been reports Paris was bullied at Buckley and that's what caused her downward spiral. We're told a top school official is adamant ... Paris was NOT bullied and she made the claims to get attention.

Rob Kardashian's topless paparazzi drama is officially over -- the judge has officially dismissed the charges against RK for allegedly attacking a female snapper who took shirtless pics of him back in March.

We broke the story ... RK was charged with battery and theft after Andra Viak claimed an angry Rob got physcial with her and swiped her memory card when she took photos of the 26-year-old leaving a West Hollywood gym without a shirt.

Besides the criminal charges -- Viak sued Rob over the incident ... but she dropped the lawsuit last week when Kardashian agreed to pay for the camera equipment.

The only remaining formality was those 2 misdemeanor charges ... but Andra didn't want to pursue them ... and today, the judge officially dismissed the case.

Justin Bieber was the ringleader in a SECOND pap altercation in Miami Wednesday -- ordering his goons to steal a photog's camera ... all while the man pled desperately for mercy -- and the entire exchange was caught on tape.

The incident occurred outside The Hit Factory recording studio at around 4 AM ... just hours before Bieber's security guards allegedly choked another photographer, and tried to jack his camera equipment as well.

On the tape, you hear Justin scream to his bodyguards, "Grab that camera!!! Get that f***ing camera out of here!!!" (time code: 1:08)

You can hear the photog plead with Justin, who responds like a benevolent prince, "Alright, alright. I'm gonna give you your camera back. I'm gonna take your SIM card though."

The photog begs and pleads to let him keep his memory card -- even offering to delete the photos he took -- but Bieber is unmoved.

Authorities are currently investigating the altercation that took place later in the day -- but law enforcement tells us, police have no record of the earlier incident because it wasn't reported.

We reached out to Justin's people ... so far, no comment.

All told, Bieber's had three run-ins with photogs while in Miami this week -- the first incident occurred Monday night at the American Airlines Arena following the Heat game. Someone snapped this pic of Bieber on his cell phone and the singer reportedly flipped out.

Justin Bieber's security guards allegedly assaulted a photog in Miami and authorities are investigating ... TMZ has learned.

Bieber was in the parking lot at The Hit Factory, skateboarding in the parking lot. A photog -- the alleged victim -- began taking pics of the singer.

Our sources say the photog told cops ... 2 of Bieber's bodyguards rushed him and one started choking him. He says the bodyguards grabbed his camera and removed the memory card.

The cops showed up and took a battery report. The case will be sent to the State's Attorney for review.

We're told there are photos of the assault -- of course.

Cops are now involved in Bobbi Kristina's nasty feud with her former apartment neighbor -- TMZ has learned the guy on the receiving end of BK's bitchy tell-off letter has filed a police report.

We've learned ... after Josh Morse discovered a hate letter on his door yesterday, calling him and his wife a "miserable couple ... sh*t at the bottom of our shoe" ... he went straight to the Alpharetta Police Department in Alpharetta, GA.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ ... Josh wanted the incident documented "due to the ongoing issues he has been having with the couple."

As we previously reported, Morse and his wife had filed more than 10 noise complaints against Bobbi and her BF Nick Gordon -- claiming they were the neighbors from hell.

BK responded with a letter blasting the couple as horrible people who were just jealous of BK's life.

We're told ... BK and NG are NOT being investigated for the incident because there are no allegations of criminal acts.

Bobbi Kristina Brown -- Whitney Houston's daughter -- left a handwritten letter for her neighbors after she was evicted from her Georgia apartment ... AND IT'S NASTY!!!

The note reads ...

The neighbor who got the note was Joshua Morse -- who told 11alive.com he and his wife had filed at least 10 noise complaints against Bobbi Kristina because she was an absolute nightmare of a neighbor.

Morse says BK has officially moved out of the complex.

Flo Rida has his arm around an empty chair at the Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers game last night ... after his manager got EJECTED for being a trash-talkin' pain in the ass.

Flo and his manager were sitting pretty close to the Pacers bench ... when his manager allegedly began to verbally attack Pacers player Jeff Pendergraph.

TNT sideline reporter (and connoisseur of ugly sportcoats) Craig Sager beelined over to the scene and got the scoop ... explaining, "It actually was Flo Rida's manager who was ejected.

"He and Pendergraph had been going back and forth. He got to be such a distraction that the officials came over and tried to eject him. He wanted to stay put. However, Flo Rida said, 'You're my manager, but you've got to get out of here now.'"

Kasey Kahl finally got a chance to put his TV skills from "The Bachelorette" to use again -- in a taped apology to the man and woman he decked outside a nightclub -- and his delivery is hysterical.

TMZ obtained a copy of the videotaped mea culpa Kahl agreed to make as part of a settlement in his civil lawsuit with the two people.

You gotta see Kasey's emotional (we're kidding) description of the attack, saying ... "He called me a douchebag, and I became upset. I sucker-punched (him)."

We now know why former Broadway star Pia Zadora was arrested in Vegas over the weekend ... she allegedly tried to choke out her son ... TMZ has learned.

Zadora -- who famously appeared in the Academy Award disaster scene in "Naked Gun 33⅓" -- got into an argument Friday night with her 16-year-old son Jordan because he refused to go to bed at a timely hour.

Jordan told police he wanted to stay outside and talk to his stepbrother, so Zadora sprayed them with a hose to force them inside.

Jordan told cops his stepbrother tried to calm Pia down and she attacked him, punching him and scratching his face.

An hour or 2 passed, and -- according to the police report -- Jordan tried calling 911. He claims Pia tried to take his phone away, choking him in the process.

When cops arrived, they say everyone in the house -- Pia, her son and stepson, as well as her husband -- refused to come out to speak to them ... so SWAT formed a perimeter around the house.

Former Broadway star Pia Zadora was arrested at her home in Summerlin, NV (a suburb of Las Vegas) yesterday on charges of domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

Zadora was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on charges of domestic battery and coercion. She posted $4,000 bail and was released.

Police would not release the name of the victim, but Zadora has been married to a Las Vegas police officer since 2005. The two met after Zadora contacted the Las Vegas Police to report a stalking incident.

Shemar Moore had some early morning guests Saturday -- cops, who responded to a 911 call from a woman who claimed the actor assaulted her, but he says he got attacked ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... at around 3:45 AM, a woman at Shemar's Encino house called the cops and claimed he had assaulted her. When they arrived, Shemar and the woman each accused the other of pushing and shoving. We're told "drinking was involved."

A source connected with Shemar tells TMZ ... the woman was in Shemar's backyard with a number of people when someone -- not Shemar -- pushed her in the pool. We're told she got very upset and tried to come inside the house, soaking wet. She was asked to wait until someone could get her some towels.

We're told Shemar came to the door with the towels, but she became even more irate and he asked her to leave. Apparently one of them started the pushing, and she called the cops.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... both Shemar and the woman each wanted the other arrested, but since there were no visible injuries, neither was taken into custody.
