Emma Roberts got extremely emotional Tuesday, but BF Evan Peters was by her side -- on the heels of news she'd been arrested for a domestic violence incident involving him.

Emma was seen bursting into tears ... as Evan comforted her outside a New Orleans studio.

TMZ broke the story ... Emma was arrested July 7 in Montreal after she and Evan allegedly fought in their hotel room. Police say there was evidence she'd bitten him.

Evan did not want to press charges, and Emma was released.

A bruised and bandaged Emma Roberts was spotted one week after her domestic violence arrest -- and based on the pics ... it seems the fight was worse than we thought.

TMZ broke the story -- Emma was taken into custody in Montreal on July 7 after an altercation with boyfriend -- and fellow "American Horror Story" co-star -- Evan Peters.

Montreal law enforcement sources tell us a 3rd party phoned police about an alleged fight in the couple's hotel room -- and when cops arrived -- they found Evan with a bloody nose and a bite mark. Sources close to Emma deny Emma bit Evan.

But in these photos, shot in Beverly Hills on July 14, it looks like Emma didn't exactly emerge unscathed herself -- she has some nasty scars on her knee, black and blue thighs, and a bandage on her left elbow.

Emma was booked into a Montreal jail -- and released the next morning when Evan refused to press charges.

Emma Roberts was arrested for a domestic violence incident in Canada -- after allegedly bloodying her boyfriend, Evan Peters ... TMZ has learned.

22-year-old Emma -- Eric Roberts' daughter and Julia Roberts' niece -- was taken into custody early July 7 in Montreal after getting in an altercation with Peters ... who stars in "American Horror Story."

According to Montreal law enforcement sources ... someone called police to report a fight in Evan and Emma's hotel room.

We're told when cops arrived ... they observed Evan with a bloody nose. Emma was immediately arrested. One law enforcement source tells us Evan also had a bite mark.

Emma was released hours later because 26-year-old Evan did not want to press charges.

Sources close to Emma tell TMZ ... Emma and Evan were hitting each other and she was arrested because he had obvious physical injuries. The sources deny Emma bit Evan.

Our sources also say the couple -- last seen in public at the "The Lone Ranger" premiere (above) -- is back together and both are working on "American Horror Story."

An Ohio man claims Justin Bieber confronted him inside a bar and SPIT IN HIS FACE this weekend ... all because JB thought he was secretly taking pics.

The man -- a DJ who performed at the Social Room on Park Street in Columbus, OH earlier that evening -- called in to the Dave and Jimmy show on WNCI and explained the saga ... saying it all started in the VIP room.

"Two of Bieber's bouncers approached me and said I was trying to take pictures of Bieber."

The man thinks JB was concerned because it was a 21+ night in the club ... and Justin's only 19.

The DJ says Bieber's people grabbed his phone and started going through it looking for pics -- but didn't find any. Still, the man claims, the bouncers told JB the DJ was trying to take pics.

According to the DJ, Justin approached him moments later ... and spouted off a couple of "choice words."

"He called my mom something, called my dad something, called me something ... and spit in my face."

TMZ spoke to the DJ ... who tells us he plans on filing charges. He's also been tested for hepatitis ... but says the tests came back negative.

The DJ's story is interesting because it's not the first time Bieber has been accused of spitting in someone's face. The singer's neighbor in Calabasas made the same allegation when he confronted Justin about speeding in their gated community.

Bieber's official rep refused to comment -- but a source in JB's camp tells TMZ, "Everything's been going really well on the tour and it's just really sad that someone would copycat others' baseless claims just to try and get attention for themselves."

There's a reason Kanye West hates the paparazzi so much -- it's a terrible reason -- but a reason nonetheless ... and it stems from a few rotten eggs, TMZ has learned.

It's no secret Kanye's been running on a short fuse since at least 2008, when he smashed a TMZ camera at LAX. After that, he vowed to have a more peaceful relationship with the media ... but that all changed in 2012.

Sources close to Kanye tell TMZ ... after he started getting serious with Kim Kardashian, he felt a couple of paps would cross the line and ask him inappropriate questions about their relationship in public. We're told he started to feel like certain paps were "heckling" him.

Things escalated in October 2012 during a trip to Miami ... when a local photog -- not a TMZ guy -- asked Kanye and Kim if they would be inviting Kris Humphries and Reggie Bush to their wedding.

Kanye was pissed ... and, rightfully so, felt the photog was just trying to antagonize him.

Things got worse a few months later, after Kim announced she was pregnant -- when another pap started hammering K&K about whether they would invite Ray J to the baby shower.

That, we're told, was the breaking point -- and from that moment on, Kanye decided to impose his "DON'T EVER TALK" policy on anyone with a camera.

Here's the problem ... if Kanye doesn't want to talk to a pap, that's fine -- he has that right. But when he starts attacking people and smashing camera equipment ... dude, you crossed the line.

Take this example, Kanye -- if a white person walked up to you and said the N-word, would you hate all white people??? Would you try to ATTACK every white person you encountered???

Kanye West's airport outburst on a TMZ photog is just the latest in a string of outlandish and violent behavior. So we gotta ask ...

50 Cent didn't father a child with ex-GF Daphne Joy -- the woman he allegedly attacked during a domestic violence incident last month -- at least according to the child's birth certificate ... but the document doesn't rule out 50 either. Not even close.

TMZ obtained the certificate -- which shows Daphne is the mom -- but it doesn't list a father. The daddy field is blank, which means one of two things ... A) Daphne didn't know who the dad was, or B) she didn't want to say.

But all clues still point to 50 being the dad -- namely, the child's last name is listed as Jackson ... as in Curtis Jackson, aka 50 Cent.

As we reported, neither 50 nor Daphne have ever acknowledged the child is his ... but the L.A. City Attorney's Office kinda let the cat out of the bag when it announced the domestic violence charges against 50, saying he and Daphne had a "child in common."

The mother of the female African-American houseguest on "Big Brother" says she's seen ENOUGH racism on the show ... and her church is so fed up with the bigotry, they're calling for a BOYCOTT.

TMZ spoke with Candice Stewart's mother Hazel ... who tells us it "hurts" to watch a disgusting racist like Aaryn direct her bigoted hatred speak at her daughter.

"She's a devil," Hazel says. "She's mean and a racist."

As we previously reported, Aaryn's been on a racist tear in the house -- most recently mocking Candice by speaking in a super-racist "black voice" that would probably make the KKK blush.

Hazel says her family church has also become concerned ... saying, "They will no longer watch 'Big Brother' anymore because of the racism. The community thinks Candice is being bullied."

One of the L.A. photogs Lamar Odom went nuts on this week has lawyered up, law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... and we're told the man plans to press charges against the NBA star.

According to sources, detectives are still investigating the incident -- when Lamar flipped on two photogs in Hollywood, damaging equipment and allegedly smashing one of their cars -- but the case will most likely be forwarded to the L.A. City Attorney soon for criminal prosecution.

It's unclear which photog is pursuing legal recourse ... but we're told one DEFINITELY wants to see Lamar go down for what he did.

As we reported, it appears Lamar snapped because a photog asked questions about Khloe Kardashian ... namely about Lamar's alleged extramarital affair with a stripper.

Kanye West just lashed out at a TMZ camera guy ... tearing into our photog for daring to speak at LAX ... simply 'cause he's an egomaniac who thinks he's bigger than the Constitution.

Kanye -- who calls himself Yeezus -- had arrived to the airport, when our photog tried to tell the rapper how much he loves his music.

But before he could even finish his sentence, Kanye got right in our guy's face ... manhandled the camera -- and started making demands like a Fascist dictator.

"Don't talk ... don't talk to me ... I don't wan't to hear paparazzi talk to me or anybody I know ... and tell everybody never talk to anyone that anyone knows ... don't talk to themselves .. DON'T TALK EVER AGAIN."

Our guy dared to open his mouth ... and said how pumped he was for a possible sequel to the Jay-Z/Kanye album ... and that's when Kanye charged back at our photog and ripped at our camera.

It's not the first time Kanye has gone after our camera ... in fact, he was ARRESTED for smashing our equipment at the very same airport in 2008.

Those charges were dropped ... but clearly, Kanye hasn't learned a damn thing -- particularly, that he lives in AMERICA ... where the Constitution gives everyone the right to free speech -- even if Kanye doesn't like it.

Eddie Griffin is being sued by a woman who claims the comic targeted her and her GF during a homophobic comedy routine ... sexually harassing them while on stage, then attacking them with a water bottle.

TMZ posted video of the altercation after it happened last July at Tommy T's Comedy Club in Pleasanton, CA -- showing Griffin dumping water on a woman in the audience -- and all hell broke loose.

The partner of the woman Griffin soaked is Leslie Champlin, and she just filed the lawsuit against Griffin and Tommy T's.

Champlin claims Tommy T's let Griffin take the stage while drunk ... and the comedian proceeded to launch into a homophobic routine targeting the lesbian couple, thrusting his crotch in their faces, and saying things like they "would not need a strap-on or vibrator" with his help.

At that point, Champlin's partner threw her drink at Griffin -- and Griffin flipped, dumping his water on her. In the lawsuit, Champlin claims the crowd also turned on her and her gf, pelting them with drinks as well.

Champlin says she and her GF were kicked out of the club ... and never received an apology from Griffin OR the club. Griffin later defended himself on Facebook, calling the women "dyke bitches."

Champlin is now suing for civil rights violations, claiming she was discriminated against based on sexual orientation. She is also suing for battery and negligence, and demanding unspecified damages.

It's now clear why Lamar Odom flipped out on a paparazzo in L.A. yesterday -- he was pissed that the snapper repeatedly hammered him about a report he cheated on Khloe Kardashian.

The confrontation was all captured on video as the photog -- not a TMZ guy -- rolled up to Lamar's car and asked if he stepped out on Khloe with a stripper.

At first, Lamar calmly answered the question -- saying, "I would never cheat on my wife, that's why I wear my wedding ring."

But things quickly turned -- when Lamar asked the photog for his name and then said, "I'm gonna step out the car and I'm gonna talk to you."

The video cuts ... and when it turns back on, Lamar is in the middle of the street with the photog's gear ... and eventually puts it in his trunk.

The photog pleads for his stuff back -- Lamar replies, "Shut up."

Lamar Odom went absolutely nuts on 2 paparazzi in Hollywood this afternoon ... smashing a car, a camera ... and then fleeing the scene -- apparently with some of the destroyed camera gear.

The violent incident was captured on video ... where Mr. Khloe Kardashian was seen going into the back of a car belonging to one of the paps, and chucking all of the guy's equipment into the middle of a busy street.

He then walked across the street and smashed another photog's car with a metal bar, then picked up all the gear from the street and put it in his trunk.

Curiously, right after raging against the paps, Lamar also had a run-in with a fan -- and couldn't have been nicer. Watch the video ... it's kinda bizarre.

It's unclear why Lamar was so angry ... when the video starts he's already digging through the pap's car.

TMZ has obtained the terrified 911 call placed by "Baseball Wives" star Anna Benson's estranged husband Kris Benson ... moments after she burst into his bedroom on Sunday with a handgun, a bulletproof vest, and a metal baton.

Kris sounds extremely panicked during the call ... telling dispatch how Anna came into his house brandishing a gun and threatening him with it. He says he's not sure if Anna had been drinking before the incident ... but did say she's never done anything like this before.

As we reported, Kris -- a former MLB pitcher -- claims Anna used the gun to demand $30,000 from him.

Former "Baseball Wives" star Anna Benson demanded $30,000 from her estranged husband when she busted into his Georgia home with a gun, a loaded ammo belt, and a bulletproof vest ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ.

As we reported, Benson was arrested Sunday for felony assault stemming from the incident ... but new details surrounding the arrest have just emerged.

According to the report, Anna's estranged husband (and former MLB pitcher) Kris Benson claims she threatened him with the handgun, demanding $30k in cash, and then smashed his computer with a metal baton.

Kris -- who filed for divorce from Anna last year -- told police she was "screaming and out of control" when she burst into his bedroom ... so he ran out of the house to hide in the woods, and called 911. Cops showed up soon after and when Kris told them Anna was armed, they formed a perimeter around the house. Officers eventually apprehended Anna on the back porch of the house.

According to the report, Anna told police she was angry and came over in the middle of the night to discuss money and other bones she had to pick -- like why he hadn't picked up their kids. She admitted to breaking his computer with the baton, but denied pulling out the handgun.

While searching her, police claim they found a loaded ammo belt and a knife. They also recovered the handgun at the scene.

As for the bulletproof vest, Anna claimed "it was a new model she was testing for a company" ... and that she "had to wear it for an extended time to get it to mold to her body."

According to the report, Anna insisted she didn't do anything wrong and was SHOCKED when cops placed her under arrest ... then called her husband "a f***ing p****."
