9:20 AM PT -- Miles addressed the alleged assault on his Instagram Monday morning saying, "Woke up this morning to more gossip, slander and lies ... I've never put my hands on anyone ..."

"Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Miles Brock was arrested Halloween night after allegedly attacking ex-BF Milan Christopher who's also on the show.

Law enforcement tells us Milan went to NYPD cops Friday night, claiming he and Miles ended up at the same party, they started arguing and Miles slugged him in the face.

Milan filed a police report and the next night Milan tracked Miles down in Times Square, found a cop and pointed Miles out. The cop cuffed Miles and placed him under arrest for assault.

Abby Lee Miller and Kelly Hyland have finally buried the hatchet in their "Dance Moms" lawsuits ... and all it cost the show's production company was some floor repairs.

The case was settled last week in L.A. and according to court docs, Kelly agreed to drop her lawsuits against Abby and Collins Ave Entertainment. "Dance Moms" can still use Kelly and her daughter's image in show reruns ... for a price.

As part of the deal, Collins Ent. has to pay $17,500 to replace the floors in Hyland's home that she claims were damaged during production. The two sides must also keep up a friendly front.

TMZ broke the story -- Hyland sued Abby twice last year -- once for a brawl during a NY taping of the show and the other for causing emotional stress on her 13-year-old daughter.

If a fight breaks out on video, and it's on the Internet, then you probably heard someone yell, "Worldstar!!" -- but the guy behind that craze has a warning ... this ain't kid stuff!

We got WorldStarHipHop founder Lee "Q" O'Denat at Il Pastaio in Bev Hills -- don't worry, no punches were thrown -- and even though his biz is synonymous with crazy fights, he says there should be an age limit on the brawls people submit.

She told one person, "Shut the f*ck up talking to me with that bullsh*t do not ever mention me again ... "while your at it, eat a d*ck, bitch."

But a short time after the rant, captured by our friends at BSO, Beasley backed off -- issuing an apology.

"I apologize to all the fans. I must be better. Thanks for all the support from the true fans. You know who you are."

She added, "I was in a moment of weakness and made the mistake of entertaining the twitter trolls and for that I apologize."

Sean Kingston and his bodyguard are being sued by a guy who says he got sucker punched during a pickup basketball at a gym.

Allen Assil says he was hooping at an L.A. Equinox gym back in 2013 when Kingston showed up with his bodyguard, Adrian Pascasio. Assil claims the guys were playing "overly aggressive and in an intimidating manner."

Assil says he asked Sean and his bodyguard to calm down "before they hurt someone." Whaddya know ... shortly after that comment, Assil says the bodyguard punched him in the face and broke 2 bones.

Sean's rep says Pascasio has never been employed by Kingston and the lawsuit is only a "money grab" since the statute of limitations runs out on Sunday.

The UFC has lifted Jon Jones' suspension after his hit and run arrest in New Mexico and will allow him to return to the octagon effective immediately.

Jones was suspended for 6 months following the April arrest -- and was stripped of his light heavyweight title.

But now, UFC Chairman and CEO Lorenzo Fertitta says he's getting one more chance -- and he better not blow it.

"We've made it clear to Jon that this new opportunity to compete in UFC is a privilege and not a right, and that there are significant expectations we have regarding his conduct moving forward."

"We’re happy to read and see reports that he has embraced the terms of his plea agreement and is using this experience to grow and develop as a person."

Jones has also issued a statement saying he's grateful for the opportunity -- adding, "I am excited to show how much I've grown as a person outside of the octagon."

"It took me losing almost everything I had worked for to realize how much I had. I am blessed and humbled by the continued support of the MMA community and I can't thank my fans enough for their unwavering support through my ups and downs."

The Weeknd will avoid time behind bars after pleading no contest for punching a Vegas cop ... as long as Mr. "Can't Feel My Face" keeps his nose clean ...

The singer entered his plea in a Vegas court Wednesday for the January arrest. He was ordered to pay $1,000 to an injured cop fund, complete anger management and an alcohol evaluation. He'll also have to complete 50 hours of community service. The judge is letting him do the hours at a non-profit group in his native Canada.

TMZ broke the story ... The Weeknd was arrested after punching a cop in the head during a fight at the Cromwell Hotel.

If he meets all requirements, including staying out of any new trouble, the case will be dismissed.

The Bears cut defensive lineman Jeremiah Ratliff on Thursday, but it sounds like things got really nasty 24 hours earlier when he got tossed out the door.

Ratliff, a veteran Pro Bowl player, got into a heated discussion with Bears GM Ryan Pace on Wednesday, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. The "animated exchange" reportedly went down AFTER team security was called to throw Ratliff's 6'4", 287 pound ass out of the team facility.

TMZ Sports spoke to several Bears sources who said they had no idea Ratliff had been cut ... so, seems like the argument went down well after the locker room cleared following Wednesday's practice.

Metal god Glenn Danzig made a BIG impression on a fan this weekend -- unfortunately he allegedly made it on the fan’s face by beating the crap out of him, and now cops have launched an investigation.

The alleged victim, Neil Dalton, says 60-year-old Danzig stopped his Sunday night concert in Montreal to berate him for taking pics. Danzig famously has a "no photos" rule at shows, and Dalton claims the singer threatened to break his neck.

Dalton says the tongue-lashing was just the start -- he claims security dragged him outside, beat him up ... but inexplicably let him back into the show, briefly. He claims security hauled him out again, but this time Danzig showed up to join the beatdown.

Montreal PD confirms Dalton filed a police report later that night, and they're investigating.

If this sounds familiar, might be because we got Danzig punishing another photo taker back in July.

Lil Wayne got dissed by Diddy's posse in Miami, and it came thiiis close to blowing up into a replay of Drake and Chris Brown's infamous bloody nightclub battle.

This time the drama went down in LIV Nightclub at the Fontainebleau Hotel on Sunday night. Sources in the club tell us Wayne walked over to say hello to Diddy, who was in a VIP booth next to the DJ.

The beef started when Diddy's security stopped Weezy and wanted to search his posse. We're told Wayne didn't take kindly to that ... ended up spilling his drink on a bodyguard, and then things escalated quickly -- with both posses shoving each other.

We're told Wayne and Diddy got in the middle of the fray, and there was a lot of yelling back and forth ... but ultimately cooler heads prevailed. They ended up shaking hands, walking away -- and, based on the vid in the club, having a great night.

Big difference from Diddy's run-in with Drake in LIV last year.

11:00 AM PST -- Kevin just tweeted, "I threw the guy's cell phone because he was being disrespectful ... I'm really mad my little ass didn't throw it further."

Kevin Hart was smack in the middle of a melee outside a Canadian strip club over the weekend, and it ended with a shoving match, a broken cell phone and a pissed off waitress who got stiffed.

It all started with hired muscle ... Kevin and his bodyguards were leaving the club and apparently pushed through the crowd to make their exit. House security at Quebec's Le Pigale were none too pleased and pushed back.

The bodyguards scuffled with Kevin in tow and it ended up in the street, where Kevin apparently didn't like a fan filming the action, so he grabbed the cell phone, threw it and broke it. You see it clearly in the video.

And speaking of the video, you'll see a ticked off waitress who approaches Kevin's SUV, angry that Hart didn't pay the $65 bill. The SUV left, as the waitress walked back empty handed.

Here's UFC badass Ronda Rousey all posed up in a bathing suit in the middle of the desert ... showing off her ridiculous physique for Self magazine.

Besides looking insanely hot, Rousey told the mag she's laser focused on her upcoming UFC 193 fight with Holly Holm because she wants to secure her legacy as one of the best fighters EVER.

"I want my name to be mentioned along with Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali," Rousey said in the article that hits new stands on Oct. 27th ... "and I don’t want the word woman to be in front of champion."

Yeah, well, if she keeps fighting like she's been fighting ... don't think that'll be a problem.

The LAX employee Olivier Martinez unloaded on ... is now unloading a lawsuit on Martinez and Halle Berry, claiming he was attacked for no reason whatsoever.

We got video of the incident when it went down back in January -- after Halle and Olivier landed at LAX they were swarmed by paparazzi, and Olivier used their baby's car seat to shove the employee -- named Ronaldo Owens -- flat on his ass.

In his lawsuit, filed Monday in L.A., Owens says he wasn't blocking the couple's path ... and had every right to be where he was as an LAX employee. One angle of the video did show Owens taking a photo with what appears to be his phone.

However, in his suit Owens says Martinez brutally charged at him without provocation -- and he accuses Halle of masterminding the whole thing, saying she gave her husband "carte blanche ability to attack."

He's suing them for at least $5 million.

Owens filed a police report, but the L.A. city attorney declined to prosecute.

Johnny Manziel's girlfriend Colleen Crowley told police the Cleveland Browns QB hit her a "couple times" during their domestic dispute last week and admits they had been boozing earlier in the day ... this according to the police report.

Former MMA star Jason "Mayhem" Miller turned a ceramic tile into a weapon during a crazy fight with cops Friday ... but ultimately lost the battle when cops broke out the taser.

Officials tell TMZ Sports ... the Orange County Sheriff's Dept. was called to the Southern California home early Friday morning to respond to a disturbance between the ex-UFC star and 2 women.

When cops arrived, Miller was "aggressive and uncooperative" -- and unleashed a crazy attack at the officers ... throwing a ceramic tile and threatening to attack with a fire extinguisher and a metal pole.

After ignoring numerous orders to settle down -- cops hit Miller with the taser ... and then an 8 MINUTE struggle ensued.

Eventually, cops won ... and Miller was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer.

Miller -- who once hosted a show on MTV -- was booked and is being held on $50,000 bail.

The women at the home were interviewed -- but were uncooperative with the investigation.

The entire incident sounds eerily similar to another incident back in March -- when Miller grappled with FOUR COPS who tried to arrest him at a restaurant.
