Camille Grammer's ex-boyfriend will not be charged in the alleged altercation that went down between them last year ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Grammer accused Dimitri Charalambopoulos of attacking her in a Houston hotel room last October. Grammer was left badly bruised and battered (see below) and got a restraining order against Charalambopoulos for three years.

But Charalambopoulos appeared before a grand jury today ... which decided there was not enough evidence to proceed with the case ... meaning he was free to go.

We're told Camille's team is baffled by the decision not to move forward ... especially because they felt there was plenty of evidence -- including pics of injuries -- and because a judge had already seen enough to grant the restraining order.

T.I.'s temper was already revved up just hours before he got into a violent brawl with Floyd Mayweather on the Vegas Strip -- when security at a crowded pool party DENIED his ass ... and it's all caught on video.

Witnesses tell TMZ T.I. had shown up to Liquid -- the pool party at Aria where Nicki Minaj was performing last weekend -- but he tried to side step security with his posse.

Security wasn't having it ... insisting T.I. had to be searched just like the normies entering the party.

The real problem -- we're told the door staff didn't recognize Tip ... and once they did realize it was him they let him right into the event.

But the standoff was intense -- Vegas PD even got involved -- and after watching the video, you'll understand why T.I. had a short fuse when he faced off against Floyd later that night. Pretty nuts.

TMZ has sources close to both T.I. and Floyd Mayweather and it's become very clear ... each side is telling a very different version of events surrounding the fight.

No one is debating what caused it -- as TMZ first reported, it was over T.I.'s wife Tiny -- but what is up for debate ... is who hit whom during the melee.

T.I.'s side: Our T.I. sources say the rapper swung and hit Floyd ... which is what sparked the whole brawl at Fatburger in Las Vegas early Sunday morning. T.I. even hinted at the punch in an Instagram video he posted the next day.

Floyd's side: The champ is telling friends T.I. never hit him with any punch ... he only tussled with members of Floyd's security team.

Hours after Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. and T.I. squared off over the rapper's wife ... Floyd sent a not so subtle message to T.I. ... "These hos ain't loyal."

Floyd joked to his pals that he dropped that pearl of wisdom on T.I. during their fight in Vegas. In the video ... you can hear he's playing off Chris Brown's hit "Loyal" ... which was blaring inside Larry Flynt's Hustler Club at the time.

T.I. wants to make it clear ... he can stand up to Floyd Mayweather Jr.

T.I. posted this video on Instagram after his fight with Floyd at a Vegas Fatburger early Sunday AM.

There were reports Floyd gave him 2 black eyes, but the video shows his lids are clear. His hand, on the other hand, is f-d up. It appears he'd like us to believe it's from whupping some Floyd ass.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. practices what he preaches ... hours after getting into a fight with T.I. and telling him to "control your bitch," the champ went to a strip club to show how exactly how HE exercises ultimate control.

Floyd showed up at Larry Flynt's Hustler Club in Vegas at around 3 AM ... this after getting into a now-epic fight with T.I. at a nearby Fatburger.

We're told Floyd showed up with "bricks of money" -- making it rain to the point where one stripper was seen carting her cash away in a pillowcase.

2 Chainz, Flo Rida and Benzino cheered on as Floyd did what he does.

Floyd Mayweather is NOT trying to get tricky with T.I.'s wife ... in fact, Floyd is telling friends he's shocked the rapper tried to pick a fight -- 'cause he thought they were all friends.

We're told Floyd never felt like there was any beef with T.I. -- nor does he want to be romantically involved with Tip's wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle.

Our sources say Money is very upset over being falsely accused of any shenanigans -- and feels it was ridiculous for T.I. to get mad at him ... since it was Tiny's choice to hangout while in Vegas.

We're told Floyd's only motive was continuing his friendship with Mr. and Mrs. T.I.

T.I. never intended to get into a fight with Floyd Mayweather Sunday night in Las Vegas ... sources close to the rapper tell TMZ -- but Tip was definitely pissed about Money possibly getting close to his wife.

Tameka "Tiny" Cottle didn't appear to be near the fight last night -- but she was in Vegas -- and hours before posted a picture on Instagram while hanging out with Floyd's daughter ... calling the young girl her "new boo."

We're told T.I. was upset about the photo -- and others she posted -- and felt it was disrespectful to him ... so he planned to confront Floyd in person.

Once they got face-to-face though, T.I. flipped out when Floyd said "control your bitch" and started swinging outside Fatburger.

T.I. took a swing at Floyd Mayweather Jr. and it caused a chair-tossing brawl in the Fatburger on the Vegas Strip early Sunday morning ... TMZ has learned ... and we've obtained multiple videos.

According to several witnesses ... Floyd was eating inside the restaurant when T.I. walked up and started jawing at Floyd.

It's unclear what caused the beef, but we're told T.I. swung at Floyd ... their giant bodyguards jumped in to separate them ... and then the all out melee began.

At one point you hear Floyd telling at T.I., "control your bitch."

Las Vegas PD arrived just as Floyd was leaving and we're told T.I. was already gone.

Police confirm a Fatburger employee was slashed during the fight, but he refused treatment and did not want to cooperate with investigating officers. In other words ... no snitching.

A rep for T.I. had no comment about the fight.

Less than a month ago, T.I. and Game were in the middle of a near riot with LAPD officers outside Supperclub.

Rob Kardashian left Florence, Italy BEFORE his sister Kim got married to Kanye West ... and we're told it's because some major family drama went down.

Rob booked a flight from Florence to L.A late last night in a hurry ... and we're told he was in tears while desperately trying to secure a seat.

Rihanna better run for cover ... because she just made Charlie Sheen's s*** list in the worst way possible -- after rejecting Charlie's request to introduce his fiancee to the singer.

Charlie just launched into a tirade on Twitter, describing his sour encounter with Rihanna Wednesday night at the ritzy Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica.

Charlie said he was there celebrating the birthday of his fiancee Scottine (formerly Brett Rossi) ... and when he found out Rihanna was there too, he sent a request to the singer's table for a meet-and-greet ... because Rossi's a big fan.

But Charlie says his request was DENIED -- "there were too many paps outside" -- and now, the Warlock is back with a vengeance.

Sheen wrote, "Nice impression you left behind, Bday or not. Sorry we're not KOOL enough to warrant a blessing from the Princess (or in this case the Village idiot)."

Then he unloaded on Rihanna's wigged out get-up -- "Halloween isn't for a while. but good on you for testing out your costume in public. it's close; a more muted pink might be the answer, as in: none."

Master P's family war is 100% real ... not concocted for a potential reality show according to P's son Romeo.

TMZ broke the story ... Master P is shopping a reality show to BET and other networks ... the hook being the nastiness between P and his estranged wife Sonya. He says she has a drug problem ... she says he's cutting her off from their $200 million fortune.

The TV deal makes some people think all the drama's being cooked up for plot lines -- but Romeo tells us it's 100% authentic ... and also explains why his Dad would want to air the dirty laundry.

Rapper/pastor Mase believes his wife is such an embarrassment to their church, he's banished her from the pulpit ... and it all has to do with hitting the bottle.

Mase is now blocking Twyla Betha from spreading the gospel on their pulpit ... all because she was busted for DUI and pled guilty last month. She blew a .14 ... nearly twice the legal limit.

Mase apparently thinks drunk driving is blasphemy ... so he told Twyla to get flocked. And, we're told the church elders and parishioners think Twyla is a hypocrite because she preached that drunkenness is a sin ... which she committed, so they're down with the ban.

Mase filed for divorce in January ... we're told the drunk driving incident was the last straw for him.
