President Barack Obama told Jay-Z he was worried the rapper's controversial trip to Cuba would cost him the White House ... this according to Jay-Z.

Hova just released a new rap, in which he addresses all of the drama surrounding his trip to Cuba last week with his wife Beyonce.

In the song, titled "Open Letter," Jay says ..."Politicians never did s**t for me ... except lie to me, distort history.”

He continues, "Obama said chill ‘You gonna get me impeached' ... We don’t need this s**t anyway chill with me on the beach.'"

The implication based on the lyric -- that Obama did something shady in helping Jay-Z and Beyonce get into Cuba and he could be in political hot water as a result.

There's more -- "I can turn Havana to Atlanta ... ballin’ too much they try to jam you."

“I’m in Cuba, I love Cubans.This Communist talk is so confusing.”

Diddy's twin daughters were surrounded by drugs and even covered in a mysterious white powder ... this according to a new lawsuit filed against the baby mama.

Nanny Dawn Drago says she worked for Diddy's ex, Kim Porter, from 2011 to 2012. Drago claims in the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Porter chain-smoked pot in the house while the young girls were home.

But Drago claims marijuana was not Kim's only drug of choice. She alleges she found cocaine as well, and on one occasion she says she was driving the kids to school and noticed they were covered "in a white powdery substance."

Drago claims the kids had gotten into "a bag containing the powder, along with clear capsules, filled with another powdery substance in a bag in the back seat."

Drago says she confronted Porter, who said the bag contained "medicine."

And there's more. Drago also claims Porter verbally and violently abused her before eventually firing her last year.

As for why she was fired ... Drago says the marijuana smell was choking and she dared to complain she couldn't take it.

The case -- filed by Patrick Reider -- seeks unspecified damages.

Sad news from the Diddy camp ... the rap mogul says he's 100%, positively NOT having sexual relations with model Kate Upton ... despite the fact it would be totally awesome if true.

Reports surfaced this morning that Diddy and Double-Diddy were spotted making out at a NY restaurant last week ... and the Internet instantly exploded with jealousy.

But Diddy says it just ain't true ... tweeting, "Attn all Media. I don't even know Kate Upton personally! I'm not dating her! What's being reported is not true. END of story!"

Sad ...

A rep for Kate also tells TMZ ... Kate and Diddy "barely know each other" and they are definitely not dating.

Halle Berry did NOT make any deal with soon-to-be baby daddy Olivier Martinez over who gets custody and who pays for diapers ... so says her lawyer.

Celeb lawyer Steve Kolodny tells TMZ a report in Us Weekly is bogus ... a report claiming Halle and fiance Olivier have hashed out a prenatal agreement in which he agreed to pay her child support if they break up. Kolodny says not only is there no deal, there hasn't been a discussion or even a whisper about one.

TMZ broke the story ... Halle is a little more than 3 months pregnant with her second child -- predestined to be a very good looking boy.

Kim Kardashian just filed her divorce witness list ... and it's now clear as can be -- Kim's lawyer is calling a bunch of witnesses who were involved in the prenup to show Kris knew EXACTLY what he was getting into before saying "I do."

As you know, Kris is claiming he was defrauded into marrying Kim ... left in the dark about her true intentions. But now we know 6 witnesses will testify that Kris was actively involved in every detail surrounding the prenup.

In fact, sources connected with the couple tell us ... Kim and Kris were constantly bickering over details in the prenup and that he was as interested in the business of marriage as she was.

Among the witnesses ... 2 managers who were heavily involved in the prenup, at least one lawyer involved in the document and a court reporter who was present when the prenup was signed.

There are other witnesses who will testify about the prenup, including Kim and Kris Jenner.

Short story -- the mission of Kim's lawyer is clear -- Kris went into this eyes wide open.

Here's a shocker ... "Teen Mom" Farrah Abraham's so-called "sex tape" with porn star James Deen was a SETUP ... devised by Farrah herself ... so says her XXX co-star James Deen.

Deen tells TMZ, he was approached by an unidentified porn company to shoot the porno with Farrah over the weekend ... and they did. He says the plan was to pass the porn off as a "sex tape," but the plan fell apart.

Deen believes the ruse began to unravel Sunday when he and Farrah were shot leaving the Vivid Entertainment offices, holding hands.

He says, "I think what happened is that [the porn company was] going to pass it off as a 'sex tape' and somebody saw us coming out of a building together and people asked me what's going on ... so I was like we're making a porno!" (Deen wouldn't say if the "company" was in fact Vivid.)

And the kicker ... despite Farrah's poorly-worded protests, Deen says she was the one behind it the whole time, telling us, "Everybody's trying to make it this story, but really [Farrah] wanted to make a sex tape."

But how good was she really? We had to ask ... and Deen doesn't hold back.

Farrah Abraham's mom has blind faith in her daughter who has a penchant for drinking, boob jobs, lesbian romps and now ... porn.

Debra Danielsen is still not convinced her daughter shot a porn tape. TMZ however, IS convinced ... in fact, we're 100% sure she shot the skin flick Sunday with dong-master James Deen.

Debra tells us ... her daughter's not the type that would make a sex tape, BUT IF SHE DID it's not her fault. She says, "My daughter has never expressed interest in things like that. She was not brought up that way." Debra goes on about her little girl who gave birth at 16 ... "We have religious beliefs."

As for who Debra thinks IS responsible ... it's those dastardly people behind the tape.

The mystery blonde who's been accused of destroying Chris Brown's relationship with Rihanna isn't exactly a threat ... because she says she prefers vanilla over chocolate.

22-year-old Keisha Kimball -- a waitress at L.A.'s Playhouse nightclub -- was photographed holding CB's hand last Saturday inside the club ... and now she's being blamed for Chris and Rihanna breaking up.

But Keisha tells TMZ, “I am always Chris’ waitress. I know him and am friends with his friends. Nothing has ever happened. I just work there. In the photos, he was handing me a bottle to drink out of. Of course people are going to twist it another way. I don’t go for black guys."

Keisha -- who says she's not racist ... it's just a dating preference -- adds, "Whatever is going on between Rihanna and Chris Brown is between them. I’m not trying to be a home wrecker."

And get this ... Keisha says CB is normally a great tipper, but last weekend he stiffed her ... in the gratuity department of course.

As for the CB/Rihanna breakup rumors ... our sources say they're true ... but it's nothing out of the ordinary for the on-again-off-again couple.

It's twue, it's twue ... it's reawwy twue ... James Deen's gargantuan penis IS the co-star in the Farrah Abraham sex tape ... at least according to James Deen.

Deen -- a professional porn star -- tells TMZ, "Word travels fast ... it isn't even edited yet. We shot it yesterday."

When asked if the two were dating, based on the fact they were seen holding hands yesterday, Deen said, "Definitely not dating. Got tested together on Friday and then saw her on set. That is my only experience with the lady."

As we first reported, the XXX footage is being shopped around to various porno companies -- including Vivid. We spoke to Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch who tells us he's seen the entire tape and says, "It's amazing ... and I'm doing everything in my power to get the rights to put it out."

Kim Kardashian's NOT a food-shoveling, 200-pound, fatso -- and Kim is telling friends the proof isn't in the pudding ... it's in the yogurt.

We're told Kim went to the doctor last week for a checkup, and she weighed in at 151 lbs ... way less that the 200 lbs the tabloids claim.

And there's even less. We're told she's gained a grand total of 23 pounds from the time Kanye West impregnated her.

Although there's an epic headline from one of the tabs -- "I Can't Stop Eating!" -- we're told a lot of this is just plain made up. Por ejemplo ... "In Touch" ran a cover pic showing Kim shoving ice cream in her mouth. Fact is ... the pic was taken in Monaco in 2009, when she was relatively tiny.

And our Monegasque (Google it) spies tell us ... the cone is not topped with the fat stuff ... it's dairy free, sugar free yogurt with fresh strawberries. Sounds disgusting.

Jay-Z and Beyonce celebrated their wedding anniversary with an opportunely timed trip to Cuba that raises some questions, like ... is this strictly for pleasure, or maybe a little business too?

B and 'Hova were photographed strolling all over Havana on Thursday ... their 5th anniversary.

Technically, US citizens are not supposed to travel to the communist nation from the states if it's purely for tourism ... though there are ways to skirt the travel ban.

For instance, travelers can obtain a "cultural exchange" license from the US government.

It's not clear if baseball qualifies as "cultural exchange" -- or if Jay and Beyonce obtained a travel license.

The Game told a $5,750 bald-faced lie about dropping a massive tip on a waiter -- at least according to the waiter himself ... TMZ has learned.

First, Game's version of what went down. The rapper had an Easter Sunday meal at Capital Grille in West Hollywood ... and then tweeted about leaving a $6,000 tip for his waiter, Eme Ikwuakor.

But now Ikwuakor wants to clear up a few things ... as in a few less zeros on his gratuity.

According to the waiter ... Game handed him a large bundle of cash, and then snapped the photo (above) ... which went out to Game's 1.1 million Twitter followers.

Ikwuakor admits he consented to the pic, and appreciated Game's Twitter shout out -- but says the actual tip was only $250.

Not that he's complaining ... in fact, Ikwuakor says Game and his fam were great customers and the $250 was "very generous and much appreciated."

He's assuming the $6k was just a practical joke ... though we doubt the IRS would be laughing.

Kim Kardashian is a 200 lb monster who's shoveling down so much junk food ... she got dumped by Kanye West -- according to some ridiculously creative magazines, anyway.
