If Christmas is a battlefield ... Nick Young is France -- 'cause he just surrendered in the war for the best Xmas gift after his GF Iggy Azalea hooked him up with a sick classic car.

The Lakers star was rollin' around L.A. in his brand new '62 Chevy Impala -- which Iggy delivered to him outside the Lakers facility Monday -- when we asked if it was even possible to top Iggy's gift.

The short answer ... no ... and Nick knows it -- admitting that she "won" the holiday gift exchange this year.

Kris Jenner is through watching all of her daughters strip down and bare it all ... the 59-year-old clearly wants in on the action ... and the result is weird as hell.

Santa Claus ain't got nothin' on Iggy Azalea ... who just hooked up Nick Young with one helluva Christmas present -- a 1962 Chevy Impala ... complete with a red bow.

Iggy personally delivered the ride to Swaggy P outside the Lakers practice facility -- where Nick got the chance to show off his new whip in front of all his boys.

No word on how much Iggy paid for the ride ... but some '62 Impalas have been appraised around $100k.

Question is ... how's Nick gonna compete with that?

Phaedra's hubby Apollo Nida is serving an 8 year sentence for money laundering and check fraud, and it looked like it would be the loneliest of times because Phaedra said she would NOT visit him.

But she's softened for the holidays, and now says her and the kids will probably go on a field trip to the big house.

Christmas in the town of McIntyre, GA was almost cancelled, but Mama June ponied up out of her own pocket to save it.

The Shannon family has hosted a toy drive for the last 5 years ... with great success. Sometimes 500 people a night would show up at their well-decorated home, where adults deposited toys and the kids would sit on Santa's -- AKA Sugar Bear's -- lap.

But the fallout from the collapse of the Honey Boo Boo empire has taken its toll ... only a few hundred people showed up so far, and it looked like some kids would get nothing next week.

So Mama June says she personally forked over $2,000 for toys and says she'll ante up more if need be. She tells us, "No matter if one or one hundred came out, I was going to make sure the kids here in the county will wake up to something at Christmas."

So she's been naughty and nice.

The songwriters -- Sammy Cahn and Jule Styne -- are long dead, but their estates are squabbling over a fortune. Styne's widow made a claim against Warner/Chappell Music for more than $2 million in royalties, and Cahn's estate jumped in because they wanted a piece of the pie. So no money is getting paid out to anyone until the dust settles. And that's what just prompted Cahn's widow to sue Warner.

By the way, Sammy Cahn wrote all sorts of classics, including "Love and Marriage" and "Call Me Irresponsible." And in case you're not old, "Love and Marriage" was not written for "Married with Children."

FUN FACT: "Let it Snow" was written in JULY, 1945, during a heatwave ... so the song was about wishful thinking, not XMAS.
