Amanda Stanton's monthly checks from her ex just got slashed by almost 75% ... but at least her fiance's still by her side.

Amanda and her fiance, Josh Murray, were together in family court when Amanda lost a battle in her ongoing custody and child support war with her ex-husband, Nick Buonfiglio.

Nick wanted to pay less child support to the "Bachelor in Paradise" star for their 2 daughters, and the judge agreed -- cutting his payments from $2k a month down to $530.

The reasoning is simple -- Amanda admits she's making more cash after being on 'BiP' ... while Nick says he's had financial hardships.

We got Nick outside the Halloween party at Vandal in NYC, and of course, he got a heavy dose of Mariah. Makes sense ... as we reported, their divorce was just finalized, and now she's in the middle of cutting all ties with Packer.

Luckily for Nick, he was in character as the late Ike ... which allowed him to throw out the perfect response to the questions.

Mariah Carey clearly wanted to be seen Saturday night ... rolling into Catch, the restaurant du jour always swarmed by paparazzi, but she was short on words.

Mariah and backup dancer Bryan Tanaka arrived and left together, and there's no doubt she's trying to make a statement. He was with her the night before at Nobu, another restaurant where you can count on good sushi and plenty of paps.

Mariah Carey has the ultimate defense against claims she was banging her choreographer -- namely, she doesn't bang before marriage, and yeah ... that includes James Packer.

Sources close to Mariah tell us rumors about her relationship with Bryan Tanaka are completely false. We're told Mimi has a long-standing rep as a "traditional girl," and wouldn't blow that for anyone.

That stance extended to her now ex-fiance. We're told even though they lived together and spent weeks at a time on his yacht, they never got sexual. They always had separate rooms in their homes and on their boats.

Mariah's ex, Nick Cannon, can testify to her puritanical values. He's admitted in interviews he had to wait 'til they got hitched to round the bases.

Our Mariah sources say she and James were more like lovesick 12-year-olds -- they made out plenty, but never sealed the deal -- and that's one reason he was pushing hard to get married ASAP.

Ahh ... best laid plans.

Keshia Knight Pulliam claims her estranged husband, Ed Hartwell, won't take a paternity test and she wants him locked up for it.

Pulliam just filed new docs saying she's already submitted her court ordered DNA sample ... but Ed missed the deadline. She wants a judge to find him in contempt, and lock him up until he hands over his sample.

That's not all ... Keshia wants Ed to register all his guns solely under his own name. They previously had weapons registered together, but Keshia wants to cut ties due to what she calls Ed's uncontrollable temper.

James Packer "is not in his right mind" ... so claim people who Mariah Carey has downloaded with info about her bitter breakup.

Our Mariah sources tell us, "she had to leave him" and he hasn't been "present for her" in a couple of months. They call James "mentally unstable."

Even more serious ... the sources say the last straw for the relationship was that he got "violent" a month ago on a yacht in Greece.

TMZ broke the story ... Mariah claimed Packer was really terrible to her assistant on the boat, and that sent her packing.

Arpad wants the kid to stay put in NYC, so now a judge will decide ... possibly creating a real-life "Sophie's Choice" for Uma.

Lena Headey has had it with her ex-husband's demands to move their kid from the land of fish and chips to the city of sushi ... she's now asking a judge to end the war.

The "Game of Thrones" star is locked in a legal battle with Peter Loughran over their 6-year-old son Wylie. Lena claims she and Peter agreed they would both live in England to share joint custody, but he insists he never made such an agreement and wants his time with Wylie at his L.A. home.

Lena says in legal docs she's beyond frustrated ... she's offered to fly him to England to see the child, she's suggested a FaceTime schedule and he keeps telling her to pound sand.

Lena attached an email to her docs in which Peter says, "I am confirming that I agree to Lena Headey keeping our son Wylie Loughran in the UK ... if all parts of said deal are put in place ..."

Drake celebrated his BIG 3-0 Sunday night with a stacked guest list who put their differences aside, namely exes Taylor Swift and John Mayer, as well as Katy Perry.

Taylor rolled into Delilah in WeHo flanked by squad members Karlie Kloss and the Haim sisters, but what's interesting is that Mayer also showed up. Perry was there too, however our photogs didn't capture her going in or out.

Taylor infamously penned the breakup song "Dear John," which Mayer has always said took him by surprise. Same goes for Perry and Swift's track "Bad Blood." No word how things went down inside.

Also there ... Jamie Foxx, French Montana, Shay Mitchell and Drake's dad, Dennis Graham, who didn't look like he had any problems scoring dates for the party.

Ciara has a legal problem that actually serves her well ... she can't win her defamation lawsuit against baby daddy Future because she's raking in so much money professionally, she has no damages.

Ciara's lawyer, Larry Stein, just filed legal docs dismissing the remaining libel claim she filed after her ex said some choice things about her, including, "This bitch got control problems."

Problem is ... to win a defamation lawsuit, you have to prove you've suffered financially, and Ciara is actually making more money now than before Future talked smack on her.

So she's dropped the libel claim -- the judge already dismissed a separate defamation claim -- but the case isn't over.

Russell Wilson's wife is still suing Future for what's called "false light" ... alleging Future has made her look like someone she's not. Proving false light does not require a showing she's lost income. She could get money just for the heartache of it all.

So the case goes on.

Nick Cannon and Christina Milian are back together ... at least on the dance floor of a Jamaican club in Queens.

The former flames were spotted at a joint called Lorna's for Seafood Tuesday. We're told they showed up around 1:30 AM ... cut a rug for about an hour and took off.

Nick and Christina were out with a group of friends -- but we're told they're not back together. Check out "The Wendy Williams Show" clip ... Christina seems to leave that door open a crack.

There might be a silver lining to Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale's divorce ... they'll profit more than $20 million off their Beverly Hills home if they get the $35 million asking price.

TMZ has learned Gwen and Gavin have finally listed their 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath home for $35 million ... not an uncommon price for that part of town.

They purchased the stunning 15,500 square foot pad in 2007 for $13.25 million, and tried to get rid of the property last year as a pocket listing, but it didn't seem to budge. They're now working with realtors Jade Mills and Stephen Shapiro, who were responsible for the Playboy Mansion sale.

As for the home ... it's a modern masterpiece with an infinity pool, hot tub, gym, theater, tennis court, several fireplaces and even has an outdoor kitchen. It's nicknamed "The Summit" because it sits inside a gated community atop of a hill ... which means the place has killer views.

"Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel'le" depicts the singer's past relationship with Dre -- they have a 25-year-old son together -- and includes her allegations of domestic violence. Michel'le came on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and basically told her ex to bring it on in court.

She insists Dre's cease and desist letter is an empty threat because she has the truth on her side.

Ciara's $15 million lawsuit against Future is going to be more of an uphill battle for her ... after the judge just ruled the rapper's angry tweets alone aren't enough to prove Ciara's been damaged.

The exes are locked in a nasty suit -- with Ciara claiming Future ruined her image as a mother and a singer. However, a judge ruled Wednesday the tweets ... including gems like, "this bitch got control problems" ... aren't libelous on their face.

It means, Ciara will have to offer up more evidence as to how her career has been damaged since Future's Twitter rant.

The issue still for Future, there's still a count of libel and distortion left in the case ... which could hang him out to dry.
