The Weeknd is bouncing back from Bella Hadid just fine by making out with Selena Gomez.

Selena was seen hanging all over The Weeknd Tuesday night outside Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica -- getting handsy and mouthy with the singer. We don't know how long this has been going on, but they're definitely a thing ... based on these pics.

There's potential drama here -- Selena's pals with Gigi Hadid ... so her sister, Bella, might have a thing or 2 to say about the hookup.

Fetty Wap is serious about getting a sex tape off the Internet ... purportedly featuring him and Alexis Sky -- and he's targeted the person he thinks leaked it ... Dear Alexis, STOP!

TMZ has obtained the cease and desist letters Fetty's legal hounds fired off to Alexis and a bunch of media outlets allegedly posting the video.

Fetty's lawyers threatened Alexis this way ... "[Y]ou must IMMEDIATELY STOP the distribution and/or attempted distribution of this alleged video to any and all media outlets."

BTW ... he vows to sue her if the video doesn't disappear.

Phaedra Parks says her ex is not only a felon ... he's slow on the uptake and she wants a judge to throw him out of divorce court.

Phaedra filed legal docs calling BS on Apollo's divorce petition. She says she filed for divorce first, and has already obtained a judgment.

It's unclear why Apollo isn't just dropping his belated divorce filing. She says he pretended not to know she filed, but now that he does, the question remains ... why not drop it?

Apollo's lawyers tell TMZ ... they are going to drop his divorce petition because the judge Phaedra's filing is inclined to undo the judgment because it was handled unfairly ... Apollo didn't have a legal team when Phaedra appeared in court and got her judgment.

His lawyers tell TMZ, the judge unfairly distributed their property in her favor, and will now give Apollo his day in court to argue what he believes is an equitable distribution of assets as well as a fair custody arrangement.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are fighting as fiercely against each other as they did when they broke up.

Amber just filed legal docs claiming Johnny has defied their settlement by refusing to pay her installments for the $7 million settlement they struck. Johnny has fired back that Amber has dragged her feet in the settlement and not signed the documents needed to seal the deal.

Johnny, who is asking the judge to slap Amber with $100,000 in sanctions, strongly insinuates Amber doesn't really want a divorce ... because she's reveling in the public attention. Johnny's lawyer says in legal docs, "It is clear that she is intent on prolonging resolution and continuing litigation as long as the public's attention will allow."

Amber says in her declaration, it's Johnny who has dragged his feet in the divorce. Amber says in her docs, "I want my life back. I want to be divorced from Johnny now."

Ciara has dropped her $15 million defamation lawsuit against baby daddy Future ... TMZ has learned.

The singer just filed legal docs in Superior Court in Fulton County, GA, ending her case which was triggered by a radio interview Future did followed up by tweets in which he accused her of being a control freak and a bad mom.

According to the docs, the case has been dismissed "with prejudice" ... meaning she can't refile it.

Our sources say Future didn't pay her a penny in return for the dismissal. But based on all the evidence, it seems almost certain they have also reached agreement on custody of 2-year-old baby Future.

It's pretty clear Ciara has moved on, with new hubby Russell Wilson and a baby on the way, so the dismissal isn't surprising.

Nicki Minaj won't be single for long if she gets on the horn with her ex-fiance and producer, Safaree Samuels ... who's open to rekindling things, and also throwing major shade at Meek Mill.

Nicki's ex thinks it's about time she dropped the Philly rapper because their relationship was always a better look for Meek than her ... according to a rep for Safaree.

The rep tells us Safaree thinks Meek did zilch to boost Nicki's career. Case in point, she didn't release a single new album during nearly 2 years of dating him. Or, as Janet would put it: what has Meek done for you lately?

If this sounds like a swoop in progress, there's a good reason. We're told Safaree never stopped loving Nicki, and is ready and willing to reopen communication ... if she is too.

Of course, their breakup was kinda nasty ... so it's interesting Safaree would come to her defense. Each publicly accused the other of cheating, and he even dropped several breakup raps.

Olive branch extended?

Jodie Sweetin's ex-husband claims she makes way more money than she did during their divorce, and he needs a cut for their child ... and a little for himself.

Morty Coyle says Sweetin's making at least $600k a year with multiple sources of income from "Fuller House," residuals from "Full House," the reality show "Hollywood Darlings" and her own line of jewelry ... according to new docs. Meanwhile, he's only bringing in $2,000 a month.

The couple's divorce was final in September, but at the time she claimed she was making just $4,000 a month ... and was NOT ordered to pay him child support.

Meek Mill responded to Nicki Minaj's breakup announcement with a parting shot at her fashion sense. Burn.

The since-deleted post featured a white shoe and a caption that read: "If you walk out don't wear these they wack...."

The sneaker wedge is the same one Nicki wore in the video for Ciara's 2013 breakup anthem, "I'm Out." Gotta say, Meek firing off style jabs doesn't come off as the greatest comeback ... but we suspect there will be more coming.

Nicki beat him to the punch by announcing the couple's demise early Thursday morning. They'd been together for almost 2 years.

For the SECOND time this week, Kendall Jenner kicked it with alleged ex-flame NBA star Chandler Parsons ... this time, the two partied all over Hollywood -- begging the question ... back on?

The night started at Staples Center -- where Kendall was spotted in the crowd as Chandler and his Grizzlies took on the Lakers (they lost).

Later that night, they were both spotted at Craig's. Chandler played it cool when asked about Kendall.

The next meet-up was at Delilah. Kendall and her BFF, Hailey Baldwin, got there first. Chandler went separately.

After that, it was on to 1 OAK -- where multiple sources say they continued to hang.

And all of this just days after they were spotted at a Bentley dealership in L.A. at the same time on Monday.

Angelina Jolie is down with sealing documents in her divorce and custody case, but she's going after Brad in a big way, saying if the kids have been damaged it's all his doing.

Angelina just filed legal docs saying she agrees with Brad, their business should be kept private, but says it's audacious of him to accuse her of airing their dirty laundry in public. According to legal docs, filed by Laura Wasser, Brad is lashing out because he's "terrified that the public will learn the truth."

Brad went ham on Angelina after she filed unsealed documents trying to prevent him from altering their custody arrangement, but in the new docs she says all he's doing is trying to "deflect from [his] own role in the media storm which has engulfed the parties' children."

She goes on ... "There is little doubt that [Brad] would prefer to keep the entire case private, particularly given the detailed investigations by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Dept. of Children and Family Services into allegation of abuse."

The FBI and DCFS both closed out their investigations, determining no action was warranted.

Short story ... they've both agreed to seal the file, and they pretty much hate each other.

It's smellin' like a breakup between Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj.

Both Nicki and Meek performed separately in Miami for New Year's Eve, and they also partied separately afterward. Nicki performed at E11even nightclub and then stayed to party. Meek performed at Dream Nightclub 2 miles from E11even and stayed there.

Nicki showed up at E11even at 11:30 PM, but Meek didn't show up at Dream until 2:40 AM, which would have given him plenty of time to ring in 2017 with Nicki.

Meek was also partying in New York on December 30 ... with Nicki nowhere in sight. On January 1st, Meek went to LIV nightclub in Miami and she wasn't there.

We're told they weren't together on Christmas Day as well.

Chris Brown wants to go toe-to-toe with Soulja Boy in a boxing ring, and it's all over a photo of Karrueche Tran.

Soulja says the beef all started when he liked a pic of Chris' ex, Karrueche, in a bikini. He says Chris hit him up, and threatened to whoop his ass.

It all sounds like some high school crap, but Chris is actually doubling down now, and reaching out to Adrien Broner to set up a charity boxing match.

His rant is awesome because as pissed off as Chris is, his priority at the moment was hooking up ... but he was way more blunt about it.

Kordell Stewart says he's sick and tired of his famous ex-wife, Porsha Williams, trashing him in public -- and now he's threatening her with a legal war if she EVER mentions his name in public again.

You already know these two HATE each other ... but things heated up again this week when Kordell claimed Porsha had a role in leaking a private naked video of him to the Internet.

Porsha accused Kordell of leaking the footage himself for publicity -- saying she had nothing to do with "Kordell 'TOOTING' his derrière to the camera for the world to see."

Kordell was PISSED -- and had his lawyers fire off a cease and desist letter to the 'Real Housewives' star demanding she quit trashing him in public.

Kordell also told Porsha to scrub her social media of ANY anti-Kordell posts that may still exist on any of her Twitter, Instagram or Facebook pages.

If she doesn't play ball, Kordell says he won't hesitate to sue her ass immediately.

Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer whipped themselves up for a Christmas miracle.

Tobey and Jennifer -- along with their 2 kiddos -- reunited for the holidays as they caught a flight Monday out of LAX. They broke up back in October, and they've been out and about all over L.A.

Britney Spears' new BF, Sam Asghari, has a type -- he's notorious for hooking up with pop stars while shooting music videos ... or so says the last one he bagged.

We got Sam's ex, Mayra Veronica -- a big Latin pop singer -- out in Bev Hills, and it seems she had no idea he was hooking up with Brit.

Sam and Mayra dated in 2015 after meeting on the set of one of her videos. In other words, the same story as Britney and Sam meeting on the set of her "Slumber Party" video.

Mayra didn't hold back her opinion on the new couple, and might have thrown un poquito shade at Sam.

Porsha Williams says Kordell Stewart is DEAD WRONG for insinuating she had anything to do with the release of a naked video featuring the ex-NFL star ... saying the whole thing smells like a publicity stunt.

We broke the story ... Kordell says a naked video of him was stolen and released without his permission and he pointed the finger at his ex-wife, Porsha, claiming she had something to do with it.

But we just spoke with Porsha -- and she ain't havin' it.

"This is obviously a publicity stunt that Kordell and maybe one of his partners in crime came up with."

"The truth is I have not spoken with Kordell Stewart since the day I signed our divorce decree. I have nothing to do with Kordell 'TOOTING' his derrière to the camera for the world to see."

She adds, "I would suggest Kordell find another hobby and wish him a very Happy New Year."
